本发明所述的加湿器,在一实施例中,本体还包括顶盖、侧盖和水箱,所述空腔由顶盖、侧盖及水箱上部所围成。
在一实施例中,本体还包括接水盘、雾化器及风机,其中雾化器和风机均安装在接水盘上。
在一实施例中,所述本体还包括顶盖和侧盖,所述导雾板的竖向投影面均位于顶盖和侧盖所组成的盖子的竖向投影面内。
在一实施例中,所述水箱顶部设有加水口,加水口处连接有加水盖,顶盖与侧盖可拆卸连接。连接方式例如为旋转卡扣式连接。
在一实施例中,所述本体还包括水箱和接水盘,其中水箱、工作水槽和接水盘从上到下依次设置在壳体内,可选的,所述导雾板与壳体可拆卸连接。
在一实施例中,所述本体还包括水箱,其中所述导雾板的内缘部下端固定在水箱上,导水孔与其下方的水箱间具有间隙。
在一实施例中,所述本体还包括水箱,进雾孔设置在水箱上,进雾孔的出口位于水箱顶部,进雾孔的进口位于水箱底部。
本发明要解决的另一个技术问题是:提供一种能够有效解决积水及出雾孔进灰问题,从而能够使加湿器保持长期健康卫生使用的空调。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的实施例还提供了一种空调,该空调包括落地式室内机及上述的加湿器,加湿器设置于落地式室内机的顶部。
本发明所述的空调,在一实施例中,空腔的侧壁分为有孔段和无孔段两部分,出雾孔设置在有孔段上。
本发明所述的空调,在一实施例中,无孔段的周向长度占整个空腔侧壁周向长度的1/4~3/4。
本发明所述的空调,在一实施例中,加湿器还包括挡雾板,挡雾板设置在空腔内,并将有孔段一侧的空腔与无孔段一侧的空腔隔离开,进雾孔与有孔段(24)一侧的空腔相通。
在一实施例中,挡雾板由上挡板、下挡板及两块侧挡板拼合而成,上挡板设置在顶盖的下表面上,下挡板设置在水箱的顶部,两块侧挡板设置在侧盖的内周壁上。
上述实施例所示的加湿器及空调,不但有效解决了加湿器和空调的积水问题,而且还能有效解决加湿器出雾孔的进灰问题,从而有效保证了加湿器和空调的长期健康卫生使用。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合具体实施例,并参照附图,对本发明进一步详细说明。
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明加湿器及空调作进一步的详细说明。
在本发明的描述中,除非另有说明,术语“上”、“下”、“左”、“右”、“前”、“后”等指示的方位或状态关系为基于附图所示的方位或状态关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的机构或部件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连。对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。
实施例1:
如图1至图7所示,本发明的实施例提供了一种加湿器,该加湿器包括本体1,本体1的上端设有空腔2、进雾孔3及至少一个出雾孔4,进雾孔3和出雾孔4均与空腔2相通,出雾孔4设置在空腔2的侧壁上,出雾孔4上方的空腔2侧壁的外侧面上设有从下到上逐渐向外倾斜的上导向面5。
在一实施例中,空腔2侧壁的外侧面均为上导向面5,出雾孔4的出口位于上导向面5上,并靠近上导向面5的下端处。上述结构不但避免了出雾孔的出口方向朝上,而且使得有更多的上导向面能够遮挡在出雾孔上方,从而使得空气中悬浮的灰尘在下落时更不易进入到出雾孔中,进而进 一步有效避免了加湿器内部脏物沉积的情况发生;另外,上述结构也使得上导向面能对向上扩散的雾气进行更好地导向,从而进一步有效避免了从出雾孔喷出雾气直接向上扩散并落到加湿器上而形成加湿器积水的情况发生,进而有效保证了加湿器的长期健康卫生使用。
在一实施例中,本体1上还设有导雾板6,导雾板6位于空腔2的侧壁下端处,导雾板6上表面处设有从内到外逐渐向上倾斜的下导向面7,下导向面7位于上导向面5下方。下导向面的设置能够对从出雾孔喷出并向下扩散的雾气进行导向,使这些向下扩散的雾气能够先沿着下导向面斜向上移动,然后在惯性和重力的作用下做抛物线运动,从而使雾气能够喷射的更远,进而有效增加了加湿器的加湿范围,使加湿器的加湿效果更好;另外,上导向面还能对位于其下方的下导向面进行遮挡,使空气中悬浮的灰尘在下落时不易落到下导向面上,从而使下导向面不易附着灰尘,进而有效保证了加湿器的健康卫生使用。
在一实施例中,下导向面7外缘处的导雾板6水平高度高于出雾孔4出口的水平高度。上述设置不但能够对出雾孔形成有效的视觉遮挡,让使用者更不易直接看到出雾孔,从而使加湿器看起来更为美观,而且还能够避免从出雾孔喷出的雾气直接水平直吹,从而能够对更多从出雾孔喷出的雾气进行导向,使这些雾气能够先沿着下导向面斜向上移动,然后在惯性和重力的作用下做抛物线运动,进而使更多的雾气能够喷射的更远,进而有效增加了加湿器的加湿范围,使加湿器的加湿效果更好。
在一实施例中,下导向面7内侧的导雾板6低洼处设有至少一个导水孔8,本体1包括工作水槽9,工作水槽9位于导雾板6下方,导水孔8与工作水槽9相通。当加湿器长时间使用时,上导向面和下导向面处难免会产生雾气凝结成水滴的情况,而且上导向面上的凝结水会落到下导向面上,而设置导水孔后,下导向面上的凝结水就能通过导水孔进入到工作水槽中,而不会在导雾板上积累,从而有效解决了导雾板的积水问题,并实现对凝结水的回收及二次利用。
在一实施例中,下导向面7外缘处的导雾板6上设有向上凸起的挡水凸沿10,挡水凸沿10上端处的水平高度高于出雾孔4出口的水平高度。挡水凸沿的设置能够避免导雾板上的凝结水在出雾孔喷出的雾气的作用 下被吹离导雾板,从而有效避免了凝结水从加湿器上滴落的情况发生。
在一实施例中,挡水凸沿10的内周壁为从下到上逐渐向外倾斜的斜面,挡水凸沿10的内周壁与下导向面7的连接处呈弧形过渡。上述结构在保证挡水凸沿的能够进行有效挡水的前提下,还能够对雾气起到导向作用,从而有效减少了雾气与挡水凸沿的内侧壁碰撞时雾气的动能损失,使雾气能够喷射的更远,进而有效增加了加湿器的加湿范围,使加湿器的加湿效果更好。
在一实施例中,上导向面5呈内凹的圆弧形。上述设置使从出雾孔处喷出的雾气经上导向面导向后,能够更有效地做远离加湿器的抛物线运动,从而进一步有效避免了雾气落到加湿器上而形成积水的情况发生。
在一实施例中,空腔2的底部低洼处开设有至少一个排水孔11,本体1包括工作水槽9,工作水槽9位于空腔2的下方,排水孔11与工作水槽9相通。上述结构使得雾气在空腔中凝结成的凝结水能够通过排水孔进入到工作水槽中,而不会在空腔内积累,从而有效解决了空腔内的积水问题,并实现对凝结水的回收及二次利用。
在一实施例中,出雾孔4的进口孔径大于出雾孔4的出口孔径。上述设置使得雾气在进入到出雾孔中后能够得到压缩及增速,从而使从出雾孔处喷出的雾气速度更快,进而能进一步增加加湿器的加湿范围,使加湿器的加湿效果更好。
在一实施例中,出雾孔4有多个,多个出雾孔4在空腔2的侧壁上呈周向间隔分布。上述设置不但大大增加了加湿器的出雾范围,而且雾气的覆盖范围大,从而不仅使加湿器的出雾更为均匀,而且加湿器的加湿效果更好。
在一实施例中,本体1还包括壳体12、顶盖13、侧盖14、水箱15、接水盘16、雾化器17及风机18,壳体12呈上端开口的圆筒形,水箱15、工作水槽9和接水盘16从上到下依次设置在壳体12内,雾化器17和风机18均安装在接水盘16上,水箱15上部露出在壳体12的上端开口外,导雾板6呈圆环形,并套在水箱15上,导雾板6的外缘部与壳体12上端连接,导雾板6的内缘部下端固定在水箱15上,导水孔8与其下方的水箱15间具有间隙,这样导雾板6上的凝结水能够滴落到水箱15上,并沿 着水箱15的外壁流到水箱15下方的工作水槽9中;侧盖14呈圆环形,并套在水箱15上,侧盖14位于导雾板6上方,且侧盖14下端连接在导雾板6的内缘部上,顶盖13呈圆形,并罩住水箱15上部,顶盖13的外缘部连接在侧盖14的上端处。
在一实施例中,空腔2实际上是由顶盖13、侧盖14及水箱15上部所围成,换句话说,顶盖13构成空腔2的上壁,侧盖14构成空腔2的侧壁,水箱15上部的外壁(包括水箱15顶部和水箱15上部的外周壁)构成空腔2的下壁。
在一实施例中,如图2所示,水箱15顶部设有加水口19,加水口19处连接有加水盖20,顶盖13与侧盖14可拆卸连接,优选为旋转卡扣式连接,这样在使用时,用户只需取下顶盖13,就能对水箱15进行加水,而不需要再将水箱15拆下来,从而能大大方便加湿器的使用。
在一实施例中,如图6所示,上导向面5设置在侧盖14的外周面上,出雾孔4设置在侧盖14的周向侧壁上,侧盖14的下端内侧设有圆环形的固定环21,固定环21与导雾板6的内缘部可拆卸连接,优选为旋转卡扣式连接,排水孔11设置在侧盖14下端与固定环21外缘部的连接处,排水孔11位于导雾板6上方处,侧盖14作为一个单独部件,不但其本身制造方便,而且还能便于加湿器的设计和制造。
在一实施例中,导雾板6与壳体12可拆卸连接,优选为旋转卡扣式连接,这样便于壳体12内的水箱15、接水盘16、雾化器17及风机18的拆装。
在一实施例中,进雾孔3设置在水箱15上,进雾孔3的出口位于水箱15顶部,进雾孔3的进口位于雾化器17上方的水箱15底部,这样能够使雾化器17产生的雾气快速的进入到空腔2内,从而能够提高加湿器的出雾效率。
在一实施例中,导雾板6的竖向投影面均位于顶盖13和侧盖14所组成的盖子的竖向投影面内,这样导雾板6能够被更好地遮挡住,使空气中悬浮的灰尘在下落时更不易落到下导向面7上,从而使下导向面7更不易附着灰尘,进而进一步有效保证了加湿器的健康卫生使用。
本发明实施例提供的加湿器具有如下效果:1、由于本发明的加湿器 将出雾孔移至空腔的侧壁上,且出雾孔上方的空腔侧壁的外侧上设有从下到上逐渐向外倾斜的上导向面,因此上导向面能够遮挡在出雾孔上方,使得空气中悬浮的灰尘在下落时不易进入到出雾孔中,从而有效避免了加湿器内部脏物沉积的情况发生;2、由于出雾孔设置在空腔的侧壁上,因此当雾气从出雾孔喷出后,就能够在惯性作用下快速地向加湿器的四周扩散,使雾气能快速地远离加湿器,而上导向面能对向上扩散的雾气进行导向,使这些向上扩散的雾气能够先沿着上导向面斜向上移动,然后在惯性和重力的作用下做抛物线运动,从而有效避免了从出雾孔喷出雾气直接向上扩散并落到加湿器上而形成加湿器积水的情况发生。由上可知,本发明的加湿器有效解决了积水及出雾孔进灰问题,从而有效保证了加湿器的长期健康卫生使用。
实施例2:
如图1至图8所示,本发明实施例还提供一种空调,该空调包括落地式室内机22及实施例1中的加湿器,加湿器设置于落地式室内机22的顶部,在本实施例中,落地式室内机22包括外壳23,加湿器的壳体3位于外壳23上方,且加湿器的壳体3与外壳23为一整体。
空腔2的侧壁分为有孔段24和无孔段25两部分,出雾孔4设置在有孔段24上。由于落地式室内机通常都靠墙放置,因此在落地式室内机放置时,只需将无孔段朝向墙壁,这样就能有效避免雾气喷射到墙壁上,从而能有效避免墙壁吸水变潮的情况发生。在本实施例中,有孔段24和无孔段25均设置在侧盖14上。
无孔段25的周向长度占整个空腔2侧壁(即侧盖14侧壁)周向长度的1/4~3/4,优选为1/2,这样不但能够使空调适应各个室内放置位置,而且还能保证加湿器具有较大的出雾范围,从而有效保证加湿器的加湿效果,具有很好的实用性。
在一实施例中,加湿器还包括挡雾板,挡雾板设置在空腔2内,并将有孔段24一侧的空腔2与无孔段25一侧的空腔2隔离开,进雾孔3与有孔段24一侧的空腔2相通。这样当加湿器工作时,在挡雾板的阻挡下,雾气不会进入到无孔段25一侧的空腔2中,从而大大减小了雾气与空腔2内壁的接触面积,减少了雾气在空腔2的凝结,进而使加湿器的出雾效率 更高。
为便于挡雾板的制造,本实施例中的挡雾板由上挡板26、下挡板27及两块侧挡板28拼合而成,上挡板26设置在顶盖13的下表面上,下挡板27设置在水箱15的顶部,两块侧挡板28设置在侧盖14的内周壁上。
本发明实施例提供的空调具有以下优点:不但有效解决了空调的积水问题,而且还能有效解决加湿器出雾孔的进灰问题,从而有效保证了空调的长期健康卫生使用。
以上的实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行描述,并非对本发明的范围进行限定,在不脱离本发明设计精神的前提下,本领域普通技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变形和改进,均应落入本发明权利要求书确定的保护范围内。

Claims (23)

  1. 一种加湿器,其特征在于:包括本体(1),所述本体(1)的上端设有空腔(2)、进雾孔(3)及至少一个出雾孔(4),所述进雾孔(3)和出雾孔(4)均与空腔(2)相通,所述出雾孔(4)设置在空腔(2)的侧壁上,所述出雾孔(4)上方的空腔(2)侧壁的外侧面上设有从下到上逐渐向外倾斜的上导向面(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述本体(1)上还设有导雾板(6),所述导雾板(6)位于空腔(2)的侧壁下端处,所述导雾板(6)上表面处设有从内到外逐渐向上倾斜的下导向面(7),所述下导向面(7)位于上导向面(5)下方。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述出雾孔(4)的出口位于上导向面(5)上,并靠近上导向面(5)的下端处,所述下导向面(7)外缘处的导雾板(6)水平高度高于出雾孔(4)出口的水平高度。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述下导向面(7)内侧的导雾板(6)低洼处设有至少一个导水孔(8),所述本体(1)包括工作水槽(9),所述工作水槽(9)位于导雾板(6)下方,所述导水孔(8)与工作水槽(9)相通。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述出雾孔(4)的出口位于上导向面(5)上,并靠近上导向面(5)的下端处,所述下导向面(7)外缘处的导雾板(6)上设有向上凸起的挡水凸沿(10),所述挡水凸沿(10)上端处的水平高度高于出雾孔(4)出口的水平高度。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述挡水凸沿(10)的内周壁为从下到上逐渐向外倾斜的斜面,所述挡水凸沿(10)的内周壁与下导向面(7)的连接处呈弧形过渡。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述空腔(2)侧壁的外侧面均为上导向面(5)。
  8. 根据权利要求1或7所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述上导向面(5)呈内凹的圆弧形。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述空腔(2)的底 部低洼处开设有至少一个排水孔(11),所述本体(1)包括工作水槽(9),所述工作水槽(9)位于空腔(2)的下方,所述排水孔(11)与工作水槽(9)相通。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述出雾孔(4)的进口孔径大于出雾孔(4)的出口孔径。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于:所述出雾孔(4)有多个,多个所述出雾孔(4)在空腔(2)的侧壁上呈周向间隔分布。
  12. 根据权利要求1所示的加湿器,其特征在于:所述本体(1)还包括顶盖(13)、侧盖(14)和水箱(15),所述空腔(2)由顶盖(13)、侧盖(14)及水箱(15)上部所围成。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述本体(1)还包括接水盘(16)、雾化器(17)及风机(18),其中雾化器(17)和风机(18)均安装在接水盘(16)上。
  14. 根据权利要求2所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述本体(1)还包括顶盖(13)和侧盖(14),所述导雾板(6)的竖向投影面均位于顶盖(13)和侧盖(14)所组成的盖子的竖向投影面内。
  15. 根据权利要求12所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述水箱(15)顶部设有加水口(19),加水口(19)处连接有加水盖(20),顶盖(13)与侧盖(14)可拆卸连接。
  16. 根据权利要求4所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述本体还包括壳体(12)、水箱(15)和接水盘(16),其中水箱(15)、工作水槽(9)和接水盘(16)从上到下依次设置在壳体(12)内,所述导雾板(6)与壳体(12)可拆卸连接。
  17. 根据权利要求4所示的加湿器,其特征在于,所述本体还包括水箱(15),其中所述导雾板(6)的内缘部下端固定在水箱(15)上,导水孔(8)与其下方的水箱(15)间具有间隙。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的加湿器,其特征在于,所述本体还包括水箱(15),进雾孔(3)设置在水箱(15)上,进雾孔(3)的出口位于水箱(15)顶部,进雾孔(3)的进口位于水箱(15)底部。
  19. 一种空调,其特征在于:包括落地式室内机(22)及权利要求1-11 任意一项所述的加湿器,所述加湿器设置于落地式室内机(22)的顶部。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的空调,其特征在于:所述空腔(2)的侧壁分为有孔段(24)和无孔段(25)两部分,所述出雾孔(4)设置在有孔段(24)上。
  21. 根据权利要求20所述的空调,其特征在于:所述无孔段(25)的周向长度占整个空腔(2)侧壁周向长度的1/4~3/4。
  22. 根据权利要求20或21所述的空调,其特征在于,加湿器还包括挡雾板,挡雾板设置在空腔(2)内,并将有孔段(24)一侧的空腔(2)与无孔段(25)一侧的空腔(2)隔离开,进雾孔(3)与有孔段(24)一侧的空腔(2)相通。
  23. 根据权利要求22所述的空调,其特征在于,挡雾板由上挡板(26)、下挡板(27)及两块侧挡板(28)拼合而成,上挡板(26)设置在顶盖(13)的下表面上,下挡板(27)设置在水箱(15)的顶部,两块侧挡板(28)设置在侧盖(14)的内周壁上。
