具有指示器的牙科器械 技术领域
本申请总体上涉及一种具有指示器的牙科器械。
背景技术
在牙科领域,很多治疗需要通过在口腔内佩戴牙科器械来完成,例如,口面肌训练装置以及由于美观、便捷以及利于清洁等优点而越来越受欢迎的基于高分子材料的壳状矫治器等。
在很多情况下,牙科器械充足的佩戴时间是必要的,因此,一方面,需要适合的手段来提高患者的依从性,另一方面,需要适合的手段来指示牙科器械佩戴的时间是否足够。
鉴于以上,有必要提供一种具有指示器的牙科器械。
发明内容
本申请的一方面提供了一种具有指示器的牙科器械,其中,该牙科器械用于佩戴在口腔之中,所述指示器用于指示所述牙科器械的佩戴时间是否充分,所述指示器包括:第一图案层,形成第一图案;以及第二图案层,形成第二图案,其中,所述第一图案和第二图案至少之一在口腔环境内随时间发生变色,使得所述牙科器械未佩戴时所述指示器所展示的图案表示所述牙科器械未充分佩戴,所述牙科器械充分佩戴后所述指示器所展示的图案表示所述牙科器械已充分佩戴。
在一些实施方式中,所述牙科器械是壳状牙科器械,其形成容纳牙齿的空腔。
在一些实施方式中,所述空腔具有将患者牙齿从第一布局重新定位到第二布 局的几何形态。
在一些实施方式中,所述空腔的几何形态是基于所述患者牙齿的第二布局确定。
在一些实施方式中,所述空腔的几何形态与所述患者牙齿的第二布局基本吻合。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一图案不变色,所述第二图案在口腔环境内随时间发生变色。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一图案层附着于所述牙科器械外表面,所述第二图案层附着于所述第一图案层之上。
在一些实施方式中,所述指示器还包括通路控制层,附着于所述第二图案层之上,以控制所述第二图案层的变色速度。
在一些实施方式中,所述第二图案的颜色在口腔环境内随时间变淡直至透明。
在一些实施方式中,所述第一图案和第二图案至少之一是随着与唾液的接触时间而发生变色。

以下的详细描述中引用了构成本说明书一部分的附图。说明书和附图所提及的示意性实施方式仅仅出于是说明性之目的,并非意图限制本申请的保护范围。在本申请的启示下,本领域技术人员能够理解,可以采用许多其他实施方式,并且可以对所描述实施方式做出各种改变,而不背离本申请的主旨和保护范围。应当理解的是,在此说明并图示的本申请的各个方面可以按照很多不同的配置来布置、替换、组合、分离和设计,这些不同配置都在本申请的保护范围之内。
经过大量的研发工作,本申请的发明人开发出了一种具有指示器的牙科器械。
请参图1,示意性地展示了本申请一个实施例中的壳状牙科器械100。
壳状牙科器械100为一体的壳状,形成容纳牙齿的空腔。壳状牙科器械100上设置有指示器101。
请参图2,示意性地展示了本申请一个实施例中的指示器101的结构。
在一个实施例中,指示器101可以包括三层,第一图案层1011a、第二图案层1013a以及通路控制层1015a,该三层依次叠加并附于壳状牙科器械100的外表面。
第一图案层1011a形成第一图案,第二图案层1013a形成第二图案,通路控制层1015a控制致变因素与第一图案层1011a和/或第二图案层1013a之间的通路,以控制第一图案和/或第二图案颜色改变的速度。
第一图案层1011a、第二图案层1013a以及通路控制层1015a可以喷涂、拓印、丝网印刷、粘贴等方式形成。
第一图案和第二图案至少之一在口腔内环境(例如,温度、pH值、水分、酶以及蛋白等)的影响下能够发生变色。变色可以是由透明变深,也可以是由深变透明,还可以是由一个颜色变为另一颜色。
在一个实施例中,第一图案不变色,第二图案在口腔内环境的影响下能够发生变色。在又一实施例中,第一图案和第二图案在口腔内环境的影响下均能够发生变色。在又一实施例中,第一图案在口腔内环境的影响下能够发生变色,第二图案不变色。
在发生变色之前,第一图案层1011a和第二图案层1013a所呈现的图案表示壳状牙科器械100未佩戴充分。在充分发生变色之后,第一图案层1011a和第二图案层1013a所呈现的图案表示壳状牙科器械100已佩戴充分。
下面把第一图案被第二图案完全覆盖,第一图案不变色,第二图案在口腔环境影响下颜色由深变透明作为一个具体实施例进行说明。
第一图案是表示壳状牙科器械100佩戴时间充分的图案,例如,微笑图案、相应文字、产品的商标等。
第二图案是表示壳状牙科器械100未充分佩戴的图案,例如,相应文字、叉字图标等。
在一个实施例中,第一图案和第二图案可以根据患者/客户要求定制。
在未佩戴之前,第一图案不可见,只能看到表示壳状牙科器械100未充分佩戴的第二图案。随着佩戴时间增加,第二图案颜色逐渐变浅直至透明,此时所能看到的只有第一图案,这就说明壳状牙科器械100已经充分佩戴。
在一个实施例中,第二图案层1013a可以用食用色素制成,其可以在唾液中缓慢溶解,变成透明。在一个实施例中,第二图案层1013a可以用超细有机颜料 和水性高分子乳液组合而成。水性高分子乳液可以是水性聚氨酯乳液、水性聚丙烯酸乳液等。
在一个实施例中,通路控制层1015a可以是多孔聚合物膜,例如,以聚氨酯、硅胶、聚丙烯酸等聚合物制成的多孔聚合物膜。
在又一实施例中,通路控制层1015a也可以是降解或溶解的聚合物层,例如,以壳聚糖、纤维素、明胶、海藻酸钠、透明质酸钠、聚乳酸及这类物质的化学衍生物等制成的降解或溶解的聚合物层。
这种指示器所呈现的图案随时间变化,能够增加使用的趣味性,有利于提高患者佩戴牙科器械的依从性。
请参图3,示意性地展示了指示器101的又一种结构。
第一图案层1011b位于壳状牙科器械100的内表面,第二图案层1013b位于壳状牙科器械的外表面,通路控制层1015b附着于第二图案层1013b之上。
请参图4,示意性地展示了指示器101的又一种结构。
在该实施例中,第一图案层1011c附着于壳状牙科器械100的外表面,第二图案层1013c附着于第一图案层1011c之上。由于第二图案层1013c的材料在口腔内环境的影响下发生色彩变化的速度适当,可以不设置通路控制层。
请参图5,示意性地展示了指示器101的又一种结构。
第一图案层1011d附着于壳状牙科器械100的内表面,第二图案层1013d附着于壳状牙科器械的外表面。
在一个实施例中,壳状牙科器械100可以是壳状正畸矫治器。在一个实施例中,壳状牙科器械100的容纳牙齿的空腔具有将患者牙齿从第一布局重新定位到第二布局的几何形态。在一个实施例中,壳状牙科器械100的容纳牙齿的空腔的几何形态可以是基于患者牙齿的第二布局而确定。在一个实施例中,壳状牙科器械100的容纳牙齿的空腔的几何形态可以与患者牙齿的第二布局基本吻合。
在本申请的启示下,可以理解,本申请的指示器不仅可用于壳状正畸矫治器,还可用于其他需要在口腔内佩戴一定时间的牙科器械,例如,口面肌训练器等。

    第二图案层,形成第二图案,其中,所述第一图案和第二图案至少之一在口腔环境内随时间发生变色,使得所述牙科器械未佩戴时所述指示器所展示的图案表示所述牙科器械未充分佩戴,所述牙科器械充分佩戴后所述指示器所展示的图案表示所述牙科器械已充分佩戴。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的牙科器械,其特征在于,所述牙科器械是壳状牙科器械,其形成容纳牙齿的空腔。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的牙科器械,其特征在于,所述空腔具有将患者牙齿从第一布局重新定位到第二布局的几何形态。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的牙科器械,其特征在于,所述空腔的几何形态是基于所述患者牙齿的第二布局确定。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的牙科器械,其特征在于,所述空腔的几何形态与所述患者牙齿的第二布局基本吻合。
