本申请涉及计时技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种计时装置及系统。
现有技术中,常见的计时器通常采用的数字显示,时间变化仅限于显示屏上,比较呆板,没有动感。
发明内容
本申请的目的包括,提供一种计时装置,采用拨片转动,利用凸轮盘凸起处将数字立起来,达到动感效果。
本申请的目的还包括,提供计时系统,包括上述的计时装置。因此,该计时系统可以提供动感效果的计时显示功能。

一种计时装置,包括:
船体;
上层结构,所述上层结构设置于所述船体上方;
计时组件,所述计时组件包括与时钟十位数字、时钟个位数字、分钟数字以及秒钟数字分别对应的四个拨片、多个数字显示牌以及与所述拨片一一对应的四个凸轮盘,所述数字显示牌设置于对应位置的所述拨片,四个所述拨片配置成带动所述数字显示牌相对于所述凸轮盘转动,所述凸轮盘具有凸起,当任一个数字显示牌转动至所述凸起位置 时,所述数字显示牌被立起,从而显示当前时间;
驱动组件,所述驱动组件设置于所述上层结构,且配置成驱动四个所述拨片相对于所述凸轮盘转动;

其中,控制装置配置成根据计时芯片的指令控制秒钟数字113每秒换一次,分钟数字111每分钟换一次,时钟个位数字109每一个小时换一次。当计时芯片输出指令后,例如当前时间等信息,控制装置根据计时芯片输出的信息控制驱动组件121运动,从而带动拨片115相对于凸轮盘117转对,继而使得对应时间信息的数字显示屏转动至凸轮盘117的凸起位置,进而使得当前时间的数字显示牌被立起,继而直观显示当前时间。
在本实施例中,驱动组件121包括与拨片115一一对应的驱动电机123以及齿轮组125,驱动电机123固设于上层结构103下方,齿轮组125与驱动电机123传动连接,且齿轮组125的最后一级与对应位置的拨片115连接;当对应位置的驱动电机123带动齿轮组125转动时,齿轮组125可带动拨片115相对于凸轮盘117转动,从而显示对应位置上的当前时间。
当然,在本申请的其他实施例中,驱动组件121还可以包括与拨片一一对应的驱动电机123以及传动链,驱动电机123固设于上层结构103下方,传动链与驱动电机123传动连接,且传动链与对应位置的拨片115连接;传动链配置成带动拨片115相对于凸轮盘117转动,从而显示对应位置上的当前时间。
其中,上层机构103与船体101可拆卸地连接。便于安装和拆卸。
具体地,在本实施例中,上层结构103通过卡扣卡接于船体101。当然,在本申请的其他实施例中,上层结构103与船体101的连接方式还可以根据需求进行选择,例如螺纹连接等任何适合的方式,本申请的实施例不做限定。
作为优选的方案,在本实施例中,计时装置100还包括多个烟囱127,烟囱127设置于上层结构103的上方。烟囱127的个数为四个,四个烟囱127间隔设置于上层结构103的上方。
四个烟囱127与上层结构103可拆卸地连接,便于安装和拆卸,例如四个烟囱127均通过卡扣卡接于上层结构103的上方。
同时,四个烟囱127均通过卡扣卡接于上层结构103的上方。
作为优选的方案,控制装置为可编程逻辑控制器、单片机以及计算机中的任一种。具体地,本实施例中采用的是微控制单元单片机,微控制单元的英文名称为(Microcontroller Unit,英文缩写为MCU,因此微控制单元单片机也成为MCU单片机。
MCU单片机。在本申请的其他实施例中,控制装置的类型还可以根据需求进行选择,本申请的实施例不做限定。
本实施例还提供了一种计时系统,包括上述的计时装置100。
本申请的计时装置100及系统的工作原理及有益效果为:
提供的计时装置100,包括船体101、上层结构103、计时组件105、驱动组件121、控制装置以及计时芯片。其中,船体101为各部件的安装与运行提供了足够的基础与保证。上层结构103设置于船体101的上方。计时组件105包括与时钟十位数字107、时 钟个位数字109、分钟数字111以及秒钟数字113分别对应的四个拨片115、多个数字显示牌以及与拨片115一一对应的四个凸轮盘117,数字显示牌设置于对应位置的拨片115,四个拨片115配置成带动数字显示牌相对于凸轮盘117转动,凸轮盘117具有凸起,当任一个数字显示牌转动至凸起位置时,数字显示牌被立起,从而显示当前时间。驱动组件121设置于上层结构103,且配置成驱动四个拨片115相对于凸轮盘117转动。控制装置与驱动组件121电性连接,配置成控制驱动组件121驱动对应位置的拨片115相对于对应位置的凸轮盘117转动。计时芯片与控制装置电性连接,控制装置被配置为根据计时芯片的指令控制驱动组件121驱动计时组件105的拨片115转动,从而显示当前时间。通过凸轮盘117的凸起将当前时间所对应的数字推起的方式显示当前时间,使得原本呆板的显示方式变得动感,同时,也使得时间的表达方式更为简单,直观。
提供的计时系统,包括上述的计时装置100。因此,该计时系统可以提供动感效果的时间显示功能。

本申请实施例提供的计时装置,使得原本呆板的显示方式变得动感,也使得时间的表达方式更为简单和直观。
Claims (15)
- 一种计时装置,其特征在于,包括:船体;上层结构,所述上层结构设置于所述船体上方;计时组件,所述计时组件包括与时钟十位数字、时钟个位数字、分钟数字以及秒钟数字分别对应的四个拨片、多个数字显示牌以及与所述拨片一一对应的四个凸轮盘,所述数字显示牌设置于对应位置的所述拨片,四个所述拨片配置成带动所述数字显示牌相对于所述凸轮盘转动,所述凸轮盘具有凸起,当任一个数字显示牌转动至所述凸起位置时,所述数字显示牌被立起,从而显示当前时间;驱动组件,所述驱动组件设置于所述上层结构,且配置成驱动四个所述拨片相对于所述凸轮盘转动;控制装置,所述控制装置与所述驱动组件电性连接,配置成控制所述驱动组件驱动对应位置的拨片相对于对应位置的所述凸轮盘转动;计时芯片,所述计时芯片与所述控制装置电性连接,所述控制装置被配置为根据所述计时芯片的指令控制所述驱动组件驱动所述计时组件的所述拨片转动,从而显示当前时间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的计时装置,其特征在于:与所述时钟十位数字对应的所述拨片上连接设置有三个数字显示牌,且对应的数字范围为0~2;所述时钟个位数字对应的所述拨片上连接设置有十个数字显示牌,且对应的数字范围为0~9;所述分钟数字对应的所述拨片上连接设置有六个数字显示牌,且对应的数字范围为0~5;所述秒钟数字对应的所述拨片上连接设置有十个数字显示牌,且对应的数字范围为 0~9。
- 根据权利要求2所述的计时装置,其特征在于:所述控制装置配置成根据所述计时芯片的指令控制所述秒钟数字每秒换一次,所述分钟数字每分钟换一次,所述时钟个位数字每一个小时换一次。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的计时装置,其特征在于:所述驱动组件包括与所述拨片一一对应的驱动电机以及齿轮组,所述驱动电机固设于所述上层结构下方,所述齿轮组与所述驱动电机传动连接,且所述齿轮组的最后一级与对应位置的所述拨片连接;当对应位置的所述驱动电机带动所述齿轮组转动时,所述齿轮组可带动所述拨片相对于所述凸轮盘转动,从而显示对应位置上的当前时间。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的计时装置,其特征在于:所述驱动组件包括与拨片一一对应的驱动电机以及传动链,所述驱动电机固设于所述上层结构下方,所述传动链与所述驱动电机传动连接,且所述传动链与对应位置的所述拨片连接;所述传动链配置成带动所述拨片相对于所述凸轮盘转动,从而显示对应位置上的当前时间。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的计时装置,其特征在于:所述上层机构与所述船体可拆卸地连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的计时装置,其特征在于:所述上层结构通过卡扣卡接于所述船体。
- 根据权利要求6所述的计时装置,其特征在于:所述上层结构与所述船体螺纹连接。
- 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的计时装置,其特征在于:所述计时装置还包括多个烟囱,所述烟囱设置于所述上层结构的上方。
- 根据权利要求9所述的计时装置,其特征在于:所述烟囱的个数为四个,四个 所述烟囱间隔设置于所述上层结构的上方。
- 根据权利要求10所述的计时装置,其特征在于,所述烟囱与所述上层结构可拆卸地连接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的计时装置,其特征在于:四个所述烟囱均通过卡扣卡接于所述上层结构的上方。
- 根据权利要求1-12中任一项所述的计时装置,其特征在于:所述控制装置为可编程逻辑控制器、单片机以及计算机中的任一种。
- 根据权利要求13所述的计时装置,其特征在于:所述单片机包括微控制单元单片机。
- 一种计时系统,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-14中任一项所述的计时装置。
