随着科技的发展和电视机网络技术的提升,越来越多的用户使用网络进行购物,往往通过手机、平板等移动终端在第三方应用平台,比如天猫、京东等网站能快速地购买到衣服。但对于热衷于影视剧中明星同款的人只能通过在浩如烟海的网络信息中不停地翻找、浏览每一个可能帮助自己买到明星同款服装的网页,花费很长时间的查找才能买到自己梦寐以求的明星同款服装,而线上购买服装不同于线下实体店,由于没有对衣服进行过试穿,当他们拿到货时,才发现自己颇费周折买回来的衣服或尺码不对、或风格无法驾驭,不仅未达到当初的目的,还得出邮费将衣服退货给商家,这样对用户而言,既费时费力,又浪费金钱。
因此,现有技术有待于改进和发展。

实施例一
本发明提供了一种实时购物方法。请参阅图1,图1是本发明实时购物方法的较佳实施例的流程图。如图1所示,一种实时购物方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤S100,当检测到遥控器通过特定按键触发的按键信号后,显示电视节目当前场景中所有演员的服饰列表和服饰对应的购买链接。
在本发明实施例中,在所述步骤S100之前还包括:获取服务器建立的服饰与购买链接的映射关系,并存储电视节目中包括所有演员服饰的服饰列表,具体为:将从服务器获取到的服饰与购买链接的映射关系内置到节目码流中,当电视节目处于播放状态时,所述映射关系跟随电视节目隐藏播放;获取电视节目中包括所有演员服饰的服饰列表,并进行存储,当检测到用户进入当前播放界面时,显示包括当前播放界面中演员服饰的服饰列表。
具体地,预先确定智能网络电视的影视剧中以演员为单位按场景分类参演节目的所有服饰,所述服饰包括上衣、领带、裤子、鞋子、帽子以及手套等。通过多方合作方式获取上述数据,比如智能网络电视生产方、持有互联网电视牌照的运营商以及节目内容制作方三方,在影视剧开播前指定某个演员的某个场景的某套服饰搭配作为商品用于推出或发布。在本发明中,优选指定明星演员作为商品展示的人模,主要用于使用户购买明星的同款服饰,但也可以是是剧中所有演员参演节目时的所有服饰,此处不进行限定。
进一步地,当上述服饰信息确定好之后,将所有服饰数据进行数字化处理,即将服饰数据转化为可读取的数字编码,生成用于识别的唯一的ID号,并按照演员名分类对应不同场景下不同服饰搭配建立数据库。与此同时,将经过数字化处理后的服饰数据植入到节目码流里,用于以隐藏状态同步节目播放,即满足触发条件时才会显示出来。当然,在节目码流中有一特定区域用于存放处理后的服饰搭配数据,比如在节目码流中新建other通道,这样便于快速调用,实现实时同步。
进一步地,将所有的服饰数据与购物APP,比如TV版的淘宝,建立对应关系,以此生成每一个服饰对应的购买链接,如下表1所示,其中,推荐演员指的是明星演员,同一演员的服饰搭配根据不同场景有多种搭配方案,而每一个服饰都对应一个购买链接地址,所述购买链接地址绑定支付应用APP,上述所有数据将存储至服务器,服务器将按照表1格式进行保存。

在本发明实施例中,预先在遥控器上自定义设置一个功能按键,这个按键的功能用于打开网络视频节目中的服饰列表,例如设置为“C键”,也可按需设置其他键作为此功能按键,当用户正在播放某一影视剧节目时,想购买当前场景下某一演员的同款服装,此时用户可暂停播放当前节目,并按下遥控器上的功能按键“C键”,触发按键信号,服务器接收到所述按键信号时,解析按键信号对应的按键功能,即打开服饰列表功能,然后读取当前场景,并根据当前场景查找服务器数据库中是否存储有当前场景下对应的服饰,若有则向智能网络电视发送当前场景的所有演员的搭配方案及搭配详情,同时根据服饰与购买链接的对应关系,向智能网络电视推送对应的购买链接地址。
与此同时,智能网络电视接收到遥控器触发的按键信号和服务器发送的购买链接地址,控制节目码流中对应的服饰搭配数据由隐藏状态变为显现状态,在屏幕侧方以服饰列表方式呈现,并同步显示购买链接地址,以供用户挑选。
即具体地,步骤S100包括以下步骤:
步骤S101,当检测到遥控器通过特定按键触发的按键信号后,暂停播放当前电视节目;
步骤S102,获取当前电视节目暂停的当前场景中包括所有演员服饰的服饰列表和服饰对应的购买链接并显示。
步骤S200,当检测到用户从当前的服饰列表选择服饰并进入所选服饰的购买链接后,启动虚拟试衣功能供用户进行虚拟试穿操作。
具体地,先显示电视节目当前场景中所有演员的服饰列表和服饰对应的购买链接,如下表2所示:

当检测到用户根据当前的服饰列表选择服饰并进入所选服饰的购买链接后,启动虚拟试衣功能,例如用户可以通过遥控器上的“五维键”选择了所述服饰列表上所需的服饰后,单击“我要试穿”,此时开启所述智能网络电视前方的摄像头,此时用户站在智能网上电视机屏幕前指定区域,所述摄像头开始扫描用户,对用户头像拍照,同时根据用户与电视的距离及身材大小、光照效果等,控制所选的服饰贴合当前用户,当贴合完成后生成模拟试衣照片,呈现在屏幕上供用户参考,这样就省去了用户到实体店试穿的麻烦,节省用户时间,也提高购物服务质量,增强人机交互性和购物体验。
进一步地,当接收到用户根据试衣效果未确认购买的指令后,将所述模拟试 衣照片分享至指定的社交应用软件(比如微信朋友圈或QQ空间)以获取咨询意见,用于用户的朋友进行评论或者给出购买建议,根据朋友的建议确定是否购买。即服务器没有查找到当前场景对应的服饰搭配数据时,则向智能网络电视发送无数据请求,当所述智能网络电视接收到该请求,则显示消息提示用户,在屏幕上弹出“非常抱歉,暂无服装信息”消息,及时告知用户,便于用户更换服饰。
即具体地,步骤S200包括以下步骤:
步骤S201,当检测到用户根据当前的服饰列表选择服饰,并根据所选服饰进入对应的购买链接后,启动预先设置的虚拟试衣功能;
步骤S202,开启摄像头扫描人体,以通过摄像头获取人体身高和身材大小的信息,根据所述信息控制所选服饰自适应模拟贴合人体;
步骤S203,当贴合完成后生成当前人体的模拟试衣照片,并将所述模拟试衣照片在屏幕上显示供用户查看试衣效果。
步骤S300,当接收到用户确认购买所选择的服饰的指令后,弹出确认支付界面提示用户进行支付,当确认支付后完成服饰购买。
在本发明实施例中,当在屏幕上呈现的试衣效果不满意时,可以重新选择其他服饰进行相同的虚拟试穿操作;当用户满意当前的试衣效果时,则通过遥控器选择“购买链接”,点击确认,即下单,进入订单确认页面,当订单确认完毕后,通过智能网络电视的摄像头进行刷脸支付,完成订单支付(或者可通过第三方支付方式进行扫码支付);当然,若多次虚拟试衣的试衣效果都不满意,则可取消订单,灵活方便。
进一步地,当订单支付成功后,所述智能网络电视自动继续播放当前暂停的电视节目,或者设置为用户手动继续播放,此时上述对应的内置到节目码流中服饰与购买链接的映射关系由显现状态转为隐藏状态,用户可继续观看当前节目,等着购买的服饰到货。
即具体地,步骤S300包括以下步骤:
步骤S301,当接收到用户根据试衣效果确认购买的指令后,进入订单确认支付界面提示用户进行支付;
步骤S302,接收用户通过摄像头进行刷脸支付的指令,完成订单支付;
步骤S303,当确认支付后,完成服饰购买,并自动继续播放当前暂停的电 视节目。

本发明的有益效果:免去消费者(用户)在节目播放结束后花费大量时间上网搜索购买剧中演员同款服装的麻烦,消费者无需在电视剧或电影播放结束后,花费大量的时间来上网搜索和购买剧中演员的同款服装;收看节目的同时,就可以直接买下适合自己的明星同款服装,整个购物过程,用户省时省力又省心,不仅和电视产生了更多有效互动,同时还享受到最前沿的人工智能所带来的全新购物体验。
概括起来为如下三点:
1.将信息推送、虚拟现实有效结合在一起,以智能网络电视作为载体,为消费者提供一种全新的服装选购服务;
2.为消费者提供了虚拟试穿,可以有效降低网购服装退货率,同时也减少了快递行业二氧化碳的排出,从而为消费者提供一种低碳环保的生活方式;
3.消费者通过智能网络电视进行虚拟试衣的时候还伴随有社交行为产生,增强了智能网络电视的社交属性。

本发明实施例还提供了一种智能网络电视,如图3所示,其中,本实施例的智能网络电视包括处理器10,以及与所述处理器10连接的存储器20,及存储在所述存储器20上并可在所述处理器10上运行的实时购物程序;
所述实时购物程序被所述处理器10执行时用于实现以下步骤:
当检测到遥控器通过特定按键触发的按键信号后,显示电视节目当前场景中所有演员的服饰列表和服饰对应的购买链接;
当检测到用户从当前的服饰列表选择服饰并进入所选服饰的购买链接后,启动虚拟试衣功能供用户进行虚拟试穿操作;

- 一种智能网络电视,其特征在于,所述智能网络电视包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的实时购物程序,所述实时购物程序被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求1至12任一项所述的实时购物方法。
- 一种实时购物系统,所述实时购物系统包括服务器以及遥控器,其特征在于,所述实时购物系统还包括如权利要求13所述的智能网络电视;所述智能网络电视用于执行下述任一操作:当检测到遥控器通过特定按键触发的按键信号后,显示电视节目当前场景中所有演员的服饰列表和服饰对应的购买链接;当检测到用户从当前的服饰列表选择服饰并进入所选服饰的购买链接后,启动虚拟试衣功能供用户进行虚拟试穿操作;当接收到用户确认购买所选择的服饰的指令后,弹出确认支付界面提示用户进行支付,当确认支付后完成服饰购买。
- 一种存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质存储有实时购物程序,所述实时购物程序被处理器执行时用于实现权利要求1至12任一项所述的实时购物方法。
