在所述产品清算报告中,部分要素从后台服务器中自动提取,部分要素则由基金会计非标清算岗录入,比如实付日期、实付金额等。清算报告模板包括清算情况。清算情况可以包括资产和负债。资产可以包括银行存款金额、应收银行存款利息。负债可以包括应付管理费、应付托管费、应付委托人款项、应付业绩报酬。清算包括还可以包括清算后剩余资产、资产托管人。后台服务器还可以根据基金会计终端发送的清算报告导出指令,按照预设的清算报 告模板生成word格式的清算报告,并导出该清算报告。
本申请实施例通过向业务终端发送产品清单,获取业务终端上传的待清算产品的付款通知书;然后向投后管理终端发送付款通知书和清算提醒信息,以使投后管理岗根据付款通知书确认待清算产品是否正常清算;当获取到投后管理终端发送的清算产品为正常清算的确认指令时,则根据确认指令向基金会计终端发送托管户划款指示信息的制作消息;获取基金会计终端根据制作消息返回的清算资料,根据清算资料批量导出托管户划款指示信息并发送至基金会计终端执行提交操作;当获取到基金会计终端发送的托管户划款指示信息的确认指令时,将托管户划款指示信息提交至托管行以完成支付,并获取基金会计终端发送的产品清算报告;使得业务经理、投后管理岗、基金会计非标清算岗按照后台服务器发送的指示信息执行操作即可完成产品清算,实现了在线的产品清算方式,提高了产品清算的自动化程度及效率。
进一步地,基于图1提供的产品清算的方法的第一实现流程的基础上,提出本申请实施例提供的产品清算的方法的第二实现流程。
如图2所示,是本申请实施例提供的产品清算的方法的第二实现流程示意图。在本申请实施例中,所述方法包括:
步骤S201,向业务终端发送待清算的产品清单,获取所述业务终端根据所述产品清单返回的待清算产品的付款通知书。
步骤S202,向投后管理终端发送所述付款通知书,基于所述付款通知书完成所述待清算产品是否正常清算的确认操作。
步骤S203,当获取到所述投后管理终端发送的所述待清算产品为正常清算的确认指令时,根据所述确认指令向基金会计终端发送制作托管户划款指示信息的制作消息。
步骤S204,获取所述基金会计终端根据所述制作消息返回的清算资料,根据所述清算资料批量导出托管户划款指示信息。
其中,步骤S201至步骤S204与图1实施例中所述的步骤S101至步骤S104相同,具体请参见上述实施例的叙述,此处不再赘述。所述方法还包括:
步骤S205,将所述托管户划款指示信息发送至所述业务终端,执行对托管户划款指示信息的核对操作。
在这里,托管户划款指示信息提交给后台服务器,后台服务器可以向业务经理发送托管户划款指示信息,以提示业务经理执行托管户划款指示信息的一次核对操作。在所述业务终端上,业务经理可以对核对界面上的信息和附件的托管户划款指示信息进行审核确认。
可选地,该核对界面上还提供了“下载”“复核通过”“退回”功能标识。“下载”功能标识表示批量下载附件,如下载产品付款通知书等。“复核通过”功能标识表示输入意见,点击该功能标识,默认意见为同意,也可以输入具体的意见,点击保存完成复核,流程进入到步骤S206投后管理岗核对托管户划款指示信息。“退回”功能标识表示在对合同信息复核不通过时输入意见,点击该功能标识可输入具体的不同意意见并保存,也可以默认直接点击保存,默认意见为不同意,流程退回到步骤S204。
步骤S206,在完成核对操作后,将所述托管户划款指示信息发送至所述投后管理终端,执行对托管户划款指示信息的复核操作。
在本申请实施例中,后台服务器还可以向投后管理终端发送托管户划款指示信息,以提示投后管理岗对托管户划款指示信息的二次核对操作。其中,在所述投后管理终端上,投后管理岗可以批量下载附件,对复核界面上的信息和附件的托管户划款指示信息进行复核确 认。复核界面上及其上的托管户划款指示信息等的显示同步骤S205,在此不再详细叙述。复核通过时进入步骤S207,复核不通过时退回至步骤S204。
本申请实施例通过将托管户划款指示信息发送至业务经理和投后管理岗执行审核操作,进一步保证了托管户划款指示信息的准确度,提高划款准确性,有利于杜绝非法操作。
步骤S207,将所述托管户划款指示信息发送至所述基金会计终端进行提交操作。
步骤S208,当获取到所述基金会计终端发送的所述托管户划款指示信息的提交指令时,将所述托管户划款指示信息提交至托管行以完成支付,并获取所述基金会计终端发送的产品清算报告。
在这里,步骤S207至步骤S208与图1实施例中所述的步骤S104至步骤是105相同,具体请参见上述实施例的叙述,此处不再赘述。
上述实施例涉及的是首次清算,实现了对非标专户产品的在线清算。基于图1提供的产品清算的方法的第一实现流程的基础上,提出本申请实施例提供的产品清算的方法的第三实现流程,实现对非标专户产品的在线清算和在线销户。下面将结合图3的第三实施例详细说明产品清算的示意性流程图。
步骤S301至步骤S305,其中,步骤S301至步骤S305与图1实施例中所述的步骤S101至步骤S105相同,具体请参见上述实施例的叙述,此处不再赘述。
所述产品清算的方法还包括:
步骤S306,接收业务终端发送的销户申请。
业务经理可以从后台服务器上查看清算报告后,基于该清算报告发起销户申请,对列表界面中已经完成清算的账户信息进行注销。后台服务器接收业务经理根据清算报告发起的销户申请。
步骤S307,将所述销户申请发送至账户组终端,获取所述账户组终端根据所述销户申请返回的委贷户余额。
在这里,所述账户组终端为账户组操作的终端设备。账户组可以从银行查询委贷户余额并在账户组终端上录入委贷户余额一项,委贷户即委托贷款账户的缩写。
可选地,账户组录入委贷户余额的界面可以通过“保存”“提交”功能标识进行控制。“保存”功能标识表示暂时保存但不提交界面信息。“提交”表示完成录入并将界面信息提交至后台服务器。后台服务器判断委贷户余额是否为0。如果委贷户余额不为0,流程进行到步骤S308;如果委贷户余额为0,流程进行到步骤S311。步骤S308,若所述委贷户余额不为0时,向业务终端发送委贷户余额划款指示信息的制作消息,并获取所述业务终端根据所述制作消息返回的委贷户信息。
当账户组确定委贷户余额不为0时,本申请实施例通过向业务终端发送委贷户余额划款指示信息的制作消息,使得业务经理根据所述制作消息录入委贷户信息,以制作委贷户余额划款指令,完成对委贷户的清算。其中,委贷户信息录入界面上包括但不限于委贷户账户信息、托管户账户信息、划款金额、划款时间、备注。所述委贷户账户信息为划出账户,所述托管户账户信息为划入账户,所述委贷户账户信息和托管户账户信息均包括户名、账号、开户行。
步骤S309,根据所述委贷户信息生成委贷户余额划款指示信息,并将所述委贷户余额划款指示信息发送至基金会计终端。
可选地,上述委贷户信息录入界面上包括委贷户余额划款指令的导出功能标识。当业务经理在业务终端上完成录入委贷户信息后,触发所述导出功能标识时,后台服务器将所述委 贷户信息按照委贷户余额划款指示信息模板导出,生成指令文档,所述指令文档可以Excel格式。
其中,所述委贷户余额划款指示信息模板中包括但不限于委贷户信息-划出账户、委贷户信息-划入账户、划款金额和划款时间。所述划出账户可以包括对应的户名、开户行、账号。划入账户也可以包括对应的户名、开户行、账号。可选地,后台服务器还可以将所述委贷户余额划款指示信息发送至投后管理岗提交估计方案(Estimate Of Alternatives,EOA)审批签报和发送大额核实人。
可选地,上述委贷户信息录入界面上还包括提交功能标识。当用业务经理在业务终端上触发所述提交功能标识时,后台服务器将所述委贷户余额划款指示信息发送至基金会计终端,以指示基金会计非标清算岗执行确认及提交操作。
步骤S310,当获取到所述基金会计终端发送的所述委贷户余额划款指示信息的提交指令时,将委贷户余额划转到托管户。
当获取到基金会计非标清算岗对委贷户余额划款指示信息的提交指令时,后台服务器执行委贷户余额划款操作,将委贷户余额划转到托管户,并可以邮件通知相关处理人划款已完成。至此,委贷户余额清零,后台服务器更新委贷户余额值,执行步骤S311。
步骤S311,若所述委贷户余额为0,向基金会计终端发送托管户余额划款指示信息的制作消息,并获取所述基金会计终端根据所述制作消息返回的托管户信息。
当账户组确定委贷户余额为0时或者委贷户余额清零后,后台服务器向基金会计非标清算岗发送托管户余额划款指示信息的制作消息,以使得基金会计非标清算岗根据制作消息录入托管户信息,包括录入托管户余额、余额归属人、付款账户、收款账户。后台服务器获取所述托管户信息,判断托管户信息中的托管户余额是否为0。若不为零,表示要进行二次清算,执行步骤S312;若托管户余额为0,表示无需进行二次清算,执行步骤S317,完成账户销户,结束清算流程。
步骤S312,若所述托管户信息中的托管户余额不为0,根据所述托管户信息生成托管户余额划款指示信息。
在这里,所述托管户余额划款指示信息为托管户余额划款指令,采用PDF文档格式。所述托管户余额划款指示信息中记录了包括但不限于托管户账户余额、余额归属人、待划款的产品全称、主TA代码、指令编码、指令日期、到账日期、付款账户、收款账户、划款金额、托管行、用途、备注以及附件,所述附件中包括但不限于付款通知书、TA分清算表。
步骤S313,将所述托管户余额划款指示信息发送至所述业务终端,执行对所述托管户余额划款指示信息的核对操作。
在本申请实施例中,所述托管户划款指示信息会发送给业务经理,由业务经理执行第一次审批操作。所述审批结果包括核对通过和退回。业务经理可以在所述业务终端上审核所述托管户余额划款指示信息。若认可所述托管户余额划款操作时,业务经理可以触发核对通过功能标识输入核对通过指令,后台服务器根据所述核对通过指令保存所述托管户余额划款指示信息,并进入步骤S314。若不认可所述托管户余额划款操作时,业务经理可以触发退回功能标识输入退回指令,后台服务器根据所述退回指令获取并保存具体的不同意意见,执行退回操作,返回步骤S312。
步骤S314,在完成核对操作后,将所述托管户余额划款指示信息发送至所述投后管理终端,执行对所述托管户余额划款指示信息的复核操作。
在本申请实施例中,所述托管户划款指示信息还会发送给投后管理岗,由投后管理岗进行第二次审批操作。同样的,所述审批结果包括核对通过和退回。投后管理岗可以在所述投 后管理终端上审核所述托管户余额划款指示信息。若认可所述托管户余额划款操作时,投后管理岗可以触发核对通过功能标识输入核对通过指令,后台服务器根据所述核对通过指令保存所述托管户余额划款指示信息,并进入步骤S315。若不认可所述托管户余额划款操作时,投后管理岗可以触发退回功能标识输入退回指令,后台服务器根据所述退回指令获取并保存具体的不同意意见,执行退回操作,返回步骤S312。
步骤S315,在完成复核操作后,将所述托管户余额划款指示信息发送至基金会计终端。
在这里,在投后管理岗完成第二次审批操作后,所述托管户划款指示信息发送给基金会计非标清算岗,由基金会计非标清算岗执行最后的确认及提交。若接收到基金会计非标清算岗输入的提交指令时,跳转至步骤S316,若接收到基金会计非标清算岗输入的退回指令时,跳转至步骤S311,向基金会计终端发送重录入指示信息,以提示基金会计非标清算岗重新录入托管户信息。
步骤S316,当获取到所述基金会计终端发送的所述托管户余额划款指示信息的提交指令时,将托管户余额划转至余额归属人。
在接收到提交指令后,后台服务器从所述托管户余额划款指示信息中获取的托管户账户余额和余额归属人,将托管户余额划转至所述余额归属人,完成托管户余额清零,并更新托管户余额值为0。
步骤S317,获取销户凭证,根据所述销户凭证执行销户与清算操作。
在这里,若托管户余额为0时,后台服务器向账户组终端发送销户指令,以指示账户组根据所述销户指令上传所有账户的销户凭证。可选地,所述账户包括但不限于银行账户、股东代码卡账户、基金直纳账户、银行间账户、证券资金账户、期货计算账户、期货账户。后台服务器获取所述销户凭证,并对所述销户凭证对应的账户执行销户操作,结束产品清算过程,从而完成在线的二次清算过程。
综上所述,本申请实施例通过后台服务器联接业务终端、投后管理终端、基金会计终端,按照预定的销户流程向业务经理、投后管理岗、基金会计非标清算岗发送操作指示信息,使得业务经理、投后管理岗、基金会计非标清算岗按照所述指示信息执行操作即可完成销户,实现了线上的二次清算方式,规范了产品清算流程,提高了产品清算的自动化程度及效率。

上面结合图1至图3详细说明了根据本申请实施例的产品清算的方法,下面结合图4说明根据本申请一个实施例的产品清算的装置。

    向业务终端发送待清算的产品清单,获取所述业务终端根据所述产品清单返回的待清算产品的付款通知书;
    向投后管理终端发送所述付款通知书,基于所述付款通知书完成所述待清算产品是否正常清算的确认操作;
    当获取到所述投后管理终端发送的所述待清算产品为正常清算的确认指令时,根据所述确认指令向基金会计终端发送托管户划款指示信息的制作消息;
    获取所述基金会计终端根据所述制作消息返回的清算资料,根据所述清算资料批量导出托管户划款指示信息,将所述托管户划款指示信息发送至所述基金会计终端执行提交操作;
    当获取到所述基金会计终端发送的所述托管户划款指示信息的提交指令时,将所述托管户划款指示信息提交至托管行以完成支付,并获取所述基金会计终端发送的产品清算报告。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在将所述托管户划款指示信息发送至基金会计终端执行提交操作之前,所述方法还包括:
    将所述托管户划款指示信息发送至所述业务终端,执行对所述托管户划款指示信息的核对操作;
    在完成核对操作后,将所述托管户划款指示信息发送至所述投后管理终端,执行对所述托管户划款指示信息的复核操作。

    接收所述业务终端发送的销户申请;
    将所述销户申请发送至账户组终端,获取所述账户组终端根据所述销户申请返回的委贷户余额;
    若所述委贷户余额为0时,向基金会计终端发送托管户余额划款指示信息的制作消息,并获取所述基金会计终端根据所述制作消息返回的托管户信息;
    若所述托管户信息中的托管户余额为0时,获取销户凭证,根据所述销户凭证执行销户与清算操作。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    若所述委贷户余额不为0时,向业务终端发送委贷户余额划款指示信息的制作消息,并获取所述业务终端根据所述制作消息返回的委贷户信息;
    根据所述委贷户信息生成委贷户余额划款指示信息,并将所述委贷户余额划款指示信息发送至基金会计终端;
    当获取到所述基金会计终端发送的所述委贷户余额划款指示信息的提交指令时,将委贷户余额划转到托管户。
  6. 如权利要求4所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述托管户信息中的托管户余额不为0时,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述托管户信息生成托管户余额划款指示信息;
    将所述委贷户余额划款指示信息发送至所述业务终端,执行对所述托管户余额划款指示信息的核对操作;
    在完成核对操作后,将所述委贷户余额划款指示信息发送至所述投后管理终端,执行对所述托管户余额划款指示信息的复核操作;
    在完成复核操作后,将所述托管户余额划款指示信息发送至基金会计终端;
    当获取到所述基金会计终端发送的所述托管户余额划款指示信息的提交指令时,将托管户余额划转至余额归属人。
  7. 一种产品清算的装置,其特征在于,所述装置包括:
    清算启动模块,用于向业务终端发送待清算的产品清单,获取所述业务终端根据所述产品清单返回的待清算产品的付款通知书;
    清算确认模块,用于向投后管理终端发送所述付款通知书,基于所述付款通知书完成所述待清算产品是否正常清算的确认操作;
    第一制作指示模块,用于当获取到所述投后管理终端发送的所述待清算产品为正常清算的确认指令时,根据所述确认指令向基金会计终端发送托管户划款指示信息的制作消息;
    导出模块,用于获取所述基金会计终端根据所述制作消息返回的清算资料,根据所述清算资料批量导出托管户划款指示信息,将所述托管户划款指示信息发送至所述基金会计终端执行提交操作;
    第一清算模块,用于当获取到所述基金会计终端发送的所述托管户划款指示信息的提交指令时,将所述托管户划款指示信息提交至托管行以完成支付,并获取所述基金会计终端发送的产品清算报告。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于,所述装置还包括:
    接收模块,用于接收所述业务终端发送的销户申请;
    获取模块,用于将所述销户申请发送至账户组终端,获取所述账户组终端根据所述销户申请返回的委贷户余额;
    第二制作指示模块,用于若所述委贷户余额为0时,向基金会计终端发送托管户余额划款指示信息的制作消息,并获取所述基金会计终端根据所述制作消息返回的托管户信息;
    第二清算模块,用于若所述托管户信息中的托管户余额为0时,获取销户凭证,根据所述销户凭证执行销户与清算操作。
  9. 一个或多个存储有计算机可读指令的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器执行如下步骤:
    向业务终端发送待清算的产品清单,获取所述业务终端根据所述产品清单返回的待清算产品的付款通知书;
    向投后管理终端发送所述付款通知书,基于所述付款通知书完成所述待清算产品是否正常清算的确认操作;
    当获取到所述投后管理终端发送的所述待清算产品为正常清算的确认指令时,根据所述确认指令向基金会计终端发送托管户划款指示信息的制作消息;
    获取所述基金会计终端根据所述制作消息返回的清算资料,根据所述清算资料批量导出托管户划款指示信息,将所述托管户划款指示信息发送至所述基金会计终端执行提交操作;
    当获取到所述基金会计终端发送的所述托管户划款指示信息的提交指令时,将所述托管户划款指示信息提交至托管行以完成支付,并获取所述基金会计终端发送的产品清算报 告。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,在将所述托管户划款指示信息发送至基金会计终端执行提交操作之前,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器还执行如下步骤:
    将所述托管户划款指示信息发送至所述业务终端,执行对所述托管户划款指示信息的核对操作;
    在完成核对操作后,将所述托管户划款指示信息发送至所述投后管理终端,执行对所述托管户划款指示信息的复核操作。
  11. 如权利要求9所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述托管户划款指示信息包括下列信息中的至少一种:
    产品全称、资产代码、编号、托管银行、到账时间、收款人、收款开户行、账号、支付系统号、付款人、付款开户行、付款账号、划款金额、资金用途、备注。
  12. 如权利要求9至11任一项所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器还执行如下步骤:
    接收所述业务终端发送的销户申请;
    将所述销户申请发送至账户组终端,获取所述账户组终端根据所述销户申请返回的委贷户余额;
    若所述委贷户余额为0时,向基金会计终端发送托管户余额划款指示信息的制作消息,并获取所述基金会计终端根据所述制作消息返回的托管户信息;
    若所述托管户信息中的托管户余额为0时,获取销户凭证,根据所述销户凭证执行销户与清算操作。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器还执行如下步骤:
    若所述委贷户余额不为0时,向业务终端发送委贷户余额划款指示信息的制作消息,并获取所述业务终端根据所述制作消息返回的委贷户信息;
    根据所述委贷户信息生成委贷户余额划款指示信息,并将所述委贷户余额划款指示信息发送至基金会计终端;
    当获取到所述基金会计终端发送的所述委贷户余额划款指示信息的提交指令时,将委贷户余额划转到托管户。
  14. 如权利要求12所述的非易失性可读存储介质,其特征在于,若所述托管户信息中的托管户余额不为0时,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得所述一个或多个处理器还执行如下步骤:
    根据所述托管户信息生成托管户余额划款指示信息;
    将所述委贷户余额划款指示信息发送至所述业务终端,执行对所述托管户余额划款指示信息的核对操作;
    在完成核对操作后,将所述委贷户余额划款指示信息发送至所述投后管理终端,执行对所述托管户余额划款指示信息的复核操作;
    在完成复核操作后,将所述托管户余额划款指示信息发送至基金会计终端;
    当获取到所述基金会计终端发送的所述托管户余额划款指示信息的提交指令时,将托管户余额划转至余额归属人。
  15. 一种终端,所述终端包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并能在处理器上运行的计算机可读指令,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时实现如下步骤:
    向业务终端发送待清算的产品清单,获取所述业务终端根据所述产品清单返回的待清算产品的付款通知书;
    向投后管理终端发送所述付款通知书,基于所述付款通知书完成所述待清算产品是否正常清算的确认操作;
    当获取到所述投后管理终端发送的所述待清算产品为正常清算的确认指令时,根据所述确认指令向基金会计终端发送托管户划款指示信息的制作消息;
    获取所述基金会计终端根据所述制作消息返回的清算资料,根据所述清算资料批量导出托管户划款指示信息,将所述托管户划款指示信息发送至所述基金会计终端执行提交操作;
    当获取到所述基金会计终端发送的所述托管户划款指示信息的提交指令时,将所述托管户划款指示信息提交至托管行以完成支付,并获取所述基金会计终端发送的产品清算报告。
  16. 如权利要求15所述的终端,其特征在于,在将所述托管户划款指示信息发送至基金会计终端执行提交操作之前,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还实现如下步骤:
    将所述托管户划款指示信息发送至所述业务终端,执行对所述托管户划款指示信息的核对操作;
    在完成核对操作后,将所述托管户划款指示信息发送至所述投后管理终端,执行对所述托管户划款指示信息的复核操作。
  17. 如权利要求15所述的终端,其特征在于,所述托管户划款指示信息包括下列信息中的至少一种:
    产品全称、资产代码、编号、托管银行、到账时间、收款人、收款开户行、账号、支付系统号、付款人、付款开户行、付款账号、划款金额、资金用途、备注。
  18. 如权利要求15至17任一项所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还实现如下步骤:
    接收所述业务终端发送的销户申请;
    将所述销户申请发送至账户组终端,获取所述账户组终端根据所述销户申请返回的委贷户余额;
    若所述委贷户余额为0时,向基金会计终端发送托管户余额划款指示信息的制作消息,并获取所述基金会计终端根据所述制作消息返回的托管户信息;
    若所述托管户信息中的托管户余额为0时,获取销户凭证,根据所述销户凭证执行销户与清算操作。
  19. 如权利要求18所述的终端,其特征在于,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还实现如下步骤:
    若所述委贷户余额不为0时,向业务终端发送委贷户余额划款指示信息的制作消息,并获取所述业务终端根据所述制作消息返回的委贷户信息;
    根据所述委贷户信息生成委贷户余额划款指示信息,并将所述委贷户余额划款指示信息发送至基金会计终端;
    当获取到所述基金会计终端发送的所述委贷户余额划款指示信息的提交指令时,将委贷户余额划转到托管户。
  20. 如权利要求18所述的终端,其特征在于,若所述托管户信息中的托管户余额不为0时,所述处理器执行所述计算机可读指令时还实现如下步骤:
    根据所述托管户信息生成托管户余额划款指示信息;
    将所述委贷户余额划款指示信息发送至所述业务终端,执行对所述托管户余额划款指示信息的核对操作;
    在完成核对操作后,将所述委贷户余额划款指示信息发送至所述投后管理终端,执行对所述托管户余额划款指示信息的复核操作;
    在完成复核操作后,将所述托管户余额划款指示信息发送至基金会计终端;
    当获取到所述基金会计终端发送的所述托管户余额划款指示信息的提交指令时,将托管户余额划转至余额归属人。
