Description
本发明涉及模拟吸烟技术领域,特别地,涉及一种雾化器及电子烟。
现如今,电子香烟凭借其卫生环保、安全健康、使用方便以及多样化的体验口感等优点被越来越多的人所接受。电子烟是由提供供电功能的电池和提供烟液雾化功能的雾化器等两大部分组成,其中雾化器内设置有储液组件以及发热组件等,发热组件在通电的条件下,加热储液组件内的烟液使其雾化后形成烟雾供用户抽吸。但大多数雾化器的储液组件都是采用螺纹结构或简单的卡扣结构进行密封,当儿童拿到雾化器后,能很轻易的打开储液组件使烟液外露或误食,以致于可能会影起不良后果。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种具有儿童防护功能的雾化器及电子烟。
本发明的第一方面提供了一种雾化器,包括雾化头和可拆卸连接在所述雾化头一端的上盖组件,所述上盖组件包括连接件、以及可相对所述连接件旋转的上盖,所述连接件与所述雾化头可拆卸连接,所述连接件与所述上盖之间设置有弹性件,所述连接件上设置有紧固件,所述上盖上对应所述紧固件设置有定位槽,或者所述连接件上设置有定位槽,所述上盖上对应所述定位槽设置有紧固件,当按压并旋转所述上盖时,所述弹性件被压缩,所述紧固件卡合进所述定位槽内,从而可将所述上盖组件从所述雾化头上拆卸。
进一步地,所述上盖组件还包括通气件,所述上盖和所述连接件均套设于所述通气件上。
进一步地,所述通气件的上端设置有防止所述上盖与所述通气件脱离的限位部。
进一步地,所述连接件上设置有第一定位孔和第二定位孔,所述弹性件安装于所述第一定位孔内,所述紧固件设置于所述第二定位孔内。
进一步地,包括套设于所述雾化头外的套管,所述套管与所述雾化头之间形成用于储存烟液的储液腔。
进一步地,所述连接件至少部分收容于所述上盖内。

用户需打开整个上盖组件10进行注液或更换雾化芯时,按压并旋转上盖11,如图5所示,弹性件14被压缩,上盖11与连接件13的间距减小,紧固件16顶住上盖11的下表面,当上盖11旋转了一定角度时,如图6和图7所示,上盖11上的定位槽113对准紧固件16,此时紧固件16的上端卡合进定位槽113内,上盖11与连接件13的间距进一步达到最小,接着再继续旋转上盖11,上盖11将会带动连接件13转动,从而将上盖组件10从套管20和/或雾化头30上拆卸。如图5所示,当松手后压力停止,上盖11被弹性件14顶起,紧固件16与定位槽113脱离,此时旋转上盖11只会使上盖11空转而无法旋下整个上盖组件10。本实施方式中,紧固件16凸出设置在连接件13的上表面,当向下按压上盖11时,弹性件14被压缩,紧固件16顶部抵持在上盖11的下表面,保持按压进一步旋转上盖11,当紧固件16与定位槽113对位后,持续按压使得紧固件16卡合进定位槽113,上盖11与连接件13呈联动状态,此时旋转上盖11,使得上盖11带动上盖组件10相对套管20和/或雾化头30旋转,从而将上盖组件10从套管20和/或雾化头30上拆卸下来。
雾化头30包括外管31和设置在外管31内部的发热件(图未示)、导液件(图未示),外管31内部设置有雾化腔(图未示),外管31的上端与通气件12可拆卸连接,雾化腔与通气件12的内腔相连通。雾化器100在工作时,空气依次从第一进气孔111、第二进气孔131和通气孔121进入通气件12的内腔,雾化腔内雾化产生的烟雾与空气混合后从通气件12的上端流出,从而被用户吸食。
套管20套设于雾化头30外,套管20与外管31之间形成用于储存烟液的储液腔(未示出),套管20的上端与连接件13通过螺纹连接,储液腔的上端由连接件13封闭;套管20的下端与底座组件40连接,储液腔的下端由底座组件40封闭。
可以理解的,上盖组件10可以相对套管20与雾化头30被拆卸下,此时雾化头30与套管20相对固定,两者可以直接固定连接或者通过底座组件40间接固定连接;或者上盖组件10可以连同雾化头30一起相对套管20被拆卸,此时雾化头30与套管20不是相对固定,互不影响,上盖组件10与雾化头30相对固定连接,而上盖组件10与套管20采用螺纹连接等方式可拆卸连接;或者上盖组件10可以连同套管20一起相对雾化头30被拆卸,此时雾化头30与上盖组件10采用螺纹连接等方式可拆卸连接,而上盖组件10与套管相对固定连接。可以理解的,所述固定连接包括可拆卸地固定连接或者不可拆卸地固定连接。当上盖组件10可以相对套管20与雾化头30被拆卸下,或者上盖组件10连同雾化头30一起相对套管20被拆卸时,可以直接向储液腔注入烟液。当上盖组件10连同套管20一起相对雾化头30被拆卸时,可以很方便的更换雾化头。可以理解的,上盖组件10连同雾化头30一起相对套管20被拆卸时,既可以向储液腔内注入烟液,也可以更换雾化头30。
可以理解地,在其他未示出的实施方式中,第一进气孔111、第二进气孔131和通气孔121也可以省略,雾化器100采用下进气方式进气,进气孔设置在底座组件40上。
本发明在上盖11和连接件13之间设置弹性件14,使得连接件13上的紧固件16与上盖11脱离,使得旋转上盖11时,连接件13并不跟转。当用户需要打开雾化器100进行注液或更换雾化芯时要同时按压和旋转上盖11才能将上盖 组件10旋下,进行多个连贯动作才能实现,而一般儿童由于操作动作比较单一而无法完成,从而达到儿童防护的效果,更好的保护儿童安全。
以上述依据本发明的理想实施例为启示,通过上述的说明内容,相关的工作人员完全可以在不偏离本发明的范围内,进行多样的变更以及修改。本项发明的技术范围并不局限于说明书上的内容,必须要根据权利要求范围来确定其技术性范围。
Claims (19)
- 一种雾化器,其特征在于:包括雾化头和可拆卸连接在所述雾化头一端的上盖组件,所述上盖组件包括连接件、以及可相对所述连接件旋转的上盖,所述连接件与所述雾化头可拆卸连接,所述连接件与所述上盖之间设置有弹性件,所述连接件上设置有紧固件,所述上盖上对应所述紧固件设置有定位槽,或者所述连接件上设置有定位槽,所述上盖上对应所述定位槽设置有紧固件,当按压并旋转所述上盖时,所述弹性件被压缩,所述紧固件卡合进所述定位槽内,从而可将所述上盖组件从所述雾化头上拆卸。
- 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述上盖组件还包括通气件,所述上盖和所述连接件均套设于所述通气件上。
- 如权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述通气件的上端设置有防止所述上盖与所述通气件脱离的限位部。
- 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件上设置有第一定位孔和第二定位孔,所述弹性件安装于所述第一定位孔内,所述紧固件设置于所述第二定位孔内。
- 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:包括套设于所述雾化头外的套管,所述套管与所述雾化头之间形成用于储存烟液的储液腔。
- 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件至少部分收容于所述上盖内。
- 如权利要求6所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述上盖上开设有第一进气孔,所述连接件上对应所述第一进气孔开设有第二进气孔,所述通气件上开设有与所述第二进气孔相连通的通气孔。
- 如权利要求7所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件的内壁上设置有凹槽,所述凹槽与所述通气件构成连通所述第二进气孔和所述通气孔的空腔。
- 如权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件与所述雾化头螺纹连接。
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括权利要求1-9任一项所述的雾化器。
- 一种雾化器,其特征在于:包括套管和可拆卸连接在所述套管一端的上盖组件,所述上盖组件包括连接件、以及套设在所述连接件上并可相对所述连接件旋转的上盖,所述连接件与所述套管可拆卸连接,所述连接件与所述上盖之间设置有弹性件,所述连接件上设置有紧固件,所述上盖上对应所述紧固件设置有定位槽,或者所述连接件上设置有定位槽,所述上盖上对应所述定位槽设置有紧固件,当按压并旋转所述上盖时,所述弹性件被压缩,所述紧固件卡合进所述定位槽内,从而可将所述上盖组件从所述套管上拆卸。
- 如权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件上设置有第一定位孔和第二定位孔,所述弹性件安装于所述第一定位孔内,所述紧固件设置于所述第二定位孔内。
- 如权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:包括设置于所述套管内的雾化头,所述套管与所述雾化头之间形成用于储存烟液的储液腔。
- 如权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件至少部分收容于所述上盖内。
- 如权利要求13所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述连接件与所述雾化头螺纹连接。
- 如权利要求11所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述上盖的底端与所述套管的上端的间距不大于10毫米。
- 如权利要求13所述的雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化头包括外管和设 置在所述外管内部的发热件、导液件,所述外管内部设置有雾化腔。
- 如权利要求17所述的雾化器,其特征在于:还包括通气件,所述外管的上端与所述通气件可拆卸连接,所述雾化腔与所述通气件的内腔相连通。
- 一种电子烟,其特征在于:所述电子烟包括权利要求11-18任一项所述的雾化器。
