一种套、伞一体的伞及其操作方法 技术领域
本发明属于日用品领域,尤其涉及一种套、伞一体的伞及其操作方法。
背景技术
现有技术中的伞通常都配有伞套,伞与伞套为分体结构,在日常生活使用中,额外携带伞套经常会发生丢失或弃之不用的情况,另外,作为一种单一功能的收纳套,其材料本身并不防水或材料本身有防水能力而套子收口没有做密封处理,从而不具备防止伞面上的残余雨水滴落到地面或弄湿其他物品的功能,通过查阅相关专利文献,有一些相应的解决方案,目前最相近的技术为申请号201710406524.4,其伞套与与伞执手为一体件,伞撑开后伞套兼作手柄用,好像举着一个棒子,和人们平时的使用的习惯不同,使用感受不佳,本发明的主要解决在伞套和伞一体的情况下伞套位置问题,使之更接近使人们平时的持伞习惯,进一步解决防水滴落问题。

收伞时,向下拉伞套202使之下移,当其上口离开伞龙骨102末端或其最远端时,收拢伞面101,向上推动伞套202,把伞面101包裹在伞套202内。
在某些实施方式中,对于一些可密封的伞套,开伞时,首先打开伞套202两端的密封连接,收伞时最后密封伞套202两端。

本实施实例伞本体部分为折叠伞,龙骨102可折叠,伞杆104可伸缩。
所述伞套定位机构201为“锚”状,包括伞套定位部20104、自身定位部20102和中间连接部20103,轴向高度固定。
自身定位部20102为有断口的“C”型弹性钢丝圆环,固定于滑动环槽口10302处,用于其自身定位,伞杆104从“C”型钢丝圆环中心穿过并可沿其相对滑动。
所述伞套202滑动腔20205上部有内凸的套台肩20204,所述伞套定位机构201的伞套定位部20104置于伞套202的滑动腔20205内,伞套定位部20104为“钩”状弹性钢丝,“钩”端向外,圆周均布4处,外接轮廓形状与套台肩20204内口对应,其外接轮廓尺寸大于套台肩20204内口,作用于套台肩20204处定位伞套202。
所述伞套202柱状中空,上部开口,下部有底,由两节叠加套件构造组成。
所述伞套202的套上口部20201与套盖203插接封闭。
所述伞套202的套上口部20201与套盖203有柔性连接件20207。
所述伞套202包括套底孔20208,所述套底孔20208包括内侧套底孔立边20209,形成底部集水槽。
所述套底孔20208包括外侧套底孔立边20206。
所述套底孔20208孔径大于伞杆104外径,伞套202被伞杆104从孔心穿过并可沿其相对滑动;
开伞时,伞套定位机构201的伞套定位部20103作用于套台肩20204处牵引伞套202。
所述伞套202可整体上移,远离伞柄执手105,通过伞套定位机构201的作用停留在伞杆104中上部,靠近伞龙骨102处。
所述伞柄执手105竖向外壁10502有内螺纹,套底孔立边20206外侧对应有螺纹。
在收伞状态所述外侧套底孔立边20206与竖向外壁10502螺旋方式封闭。
本实施例伞套完全封闭后,可防止伞上残余雨水渗出。
操作方法(见图34):
开伞时:步骤一,打开伞套202两端的密封连接并拉出伞杆;步骤二,向下拉伞套202直至其上口离开伞龙骨102折叠处最远端;步骤三,撑开伞面101,伞套202沿伞杆104上移并定位于伞杆104中上部靠近伞龙骨102下方处。
收伞时,步骤四;向下拉伞套202使之下移,当其上口离开伞龙骨102折叠处最远端时,收拢伞面101;步骤五,向上推动伞套202,把伞面101包裹在伞套202内,步骤六,收缩伞杆,封闭伞套202两端。
实施例四,如图6、图15及图17至图20所示,包括:伞面101,龙骨102,伞龙骨滑动环103,伞杆104,伞柄执手105,伞套定位机构201,伞套202。
本实施实例伞本体部分为折叠伞,龙骨102可折叠,伞杆104可伸缩。
所述伞套定位机构201中间连接部20104为可伸缩构造,所述可伸缩构造包括三节叠加套件构造。
自身定位部20102有轴向通腔20101,腔最小腔最小孔径大于伞杆104外径,伞套定位机构201被伞杆104从孔心穿过并可沿其相对滑动,自身定位部20102与伞龙骨滑动环103下部滑动环螺纹10301螺旋方式固定连接,用于其自身定位。
所述伞套定位机构201的伞套定位部20104置于滑动腔20205内,,与套底部20203固定连接,牵引并定位伞套202。
所述伞套202柱状中空,上部开口,下部有底,伞套202为三节叠加套件构造。
所述伞套202的套上口部20201与套盖203插接封闭。
所述套上口部20201为分体件,与套身部20202固定连接。
所述伞套202的套上口部20201与套盖203有柔性连接件20207。
所述伞套202包括套底孔20208,所述套底孔20208包括内侧套底孔立边20209,形成底部集水槽。
所述套底孔20208包括外侧套底孔立边20206。
所述套底孔20208孔径大于伞杆104外径,伞套202被伞杆104从孔心穿过并可沿其相对滑动;
开伞时,伞套定位机构201的伞套定位部20103作用于套台肩20204处牵引伞套202。
所述伞套202可整体上移,远离伞柄执手105,通过伞套定位机构201的作用停留在伞杆104中上部,靠近伞龙骨102处。
所述伞柄执手105竖向外壁10502有内螺纹,套底孔立边20206外侧对应有螺纹。
在收伞状态所述外侧套底孔立边20206与竖向外壁10502螺旋方式封闭。
操作方法(见图35):
开伞时:步骤一,打开伞套202两端的密封连接并拉出伞杆;步骤二,向下拉伞套202直至其上口离开伞龙骨102折叠处最远端;步骤三,撑开伞面101,伞套202沿伞杆104上移并定位于伞杆104中上部靠近伞龙骨102下方处。
收伞时,步骤四;向下拉伞套202使之下移,当其上口离开伞龙骨102折叠处最远端时,收拢伞面101;步骤五,向上推动伞套202,把伞面101包裹在伞套202内,步骤六,收缩伞杆,封闭伞套202两端。
实施例五,如图16、图21至图24所示,包括:伞面101,龙骨102,伞龙骨滑动环103,伞杆104,伞柄执手105,伞套定位机构201,伞套202。

所述伞套202的套上口部20201抽绳式封闭。
所述套底部20203为硬质分体件,与套身部20202固定连接。
所述套底部20203包括套底孔20208,孔径大于伞杆104外径,伞套202被伞杆104从孔心穿过并可沿其相对滑动;
所述伞套202可整体上移,脱离伞柄执手105,通过伞套定位机构201的作用停留在伞杆104中上部,靠近伞龙骨102处,柔性伞套202为自由堆叠状态。
所述伞柄执手105有柱状密封塞1051,外侧光滑,与套底孔20208外侧套底孔立边20206内径对应,在收伞状态可与之插接封闭。
操作方法(见图36):
开伞时:步骤一,打开伞套202上端的密封并拉出伞杆;步骤二,向下拉伞套202直至其上口离开伞龙骨102折叠处最远端;步骤三,撑开伞面101,伞套202沿伞杆104上移并定位于伞杆104中上部靠近伞龙骨102下方处。
收伞时,步骤四;向下拉伞套202使之下移,当其上口离开伞龙骨102折叠处最远端时,收拢伞面101;步骤五,向上拉动伞套202,把伞面101包裹在伞套202内,步骤六,收缩伞杆,封闭伞套202两端。
实施例六,如图16、图24及图25至图27所示,包括:伞面101,龙骨102,伞龙骨滑动环103,伞杆104,伞柄执手105,伞套定位机构201,伞套202。
本实施实例伞本体部分为直柄伞。
所述伞套定位机构201为“圆锥”状螺旋弹簧,弹簧上部首圈簧丝即为所述自身定位部20102,固定于滑动环槽口10302处,用于其自身定位,伞杆104从弹簧孔心穿过并可沿其相对滑动。

实施例七,如图15及图28至图31所示,包括:伞面101,龙骨102,伞龙骨滑动环103,伞杆104,伞柄执手105,伞套定位机构201,伞套202。
本实施实例伞本体部分为折叠伞,龙骨102可折叠,伞杆104可伸缩。
所述伞套定位机构201包括轴向通腔20101,孔径大于伞杆104外径,附属机构201被伞杆104从中心穿过并可相对滑动。
所述轴向通腔20101其内壁包括伞杆夹紧装置20105,夹持伞杆104用于其自身定位及伞套202定位。
所述导向定位机构201的伞套定位部20104与套底部20203为一体件,牵引并定位伞套202。
所述伞套202柱状中空,上部开口,下部有底,套身部20202纵向可“风琴”状折叠。
所述套上口部20201和套底部20203均为硬质分体件,与套身部20202固定连接。
所述伞套202的套上口部20201与套盖203螺旋式封闭。
所述套盖203位于伞面101的上部。
所述套底部20203包括套底孔20208,所述套底孔20208孔径大于伞杆104外径,伞套202被伞杆104从孔心穿过并可沿其相对滑动;
所述伞套202可整体上移,脱离伞柄执手105,通过伞套定位机构201的作用停留在伞杆104中上部,靠近伞龙骨102处,柔性伞套202为堆叠状态。
所述伞柄执手105竖向外壁10502有内螺纹,套底孔立边20206外侧对应有螺纹。
在收伞状态所述外侧套底孔立边20206与竖向外壁10502螺旋方式封闭。
操作方法(见图38):
开伞时:步骤一,打开伞套202两端的密封连接并拉出伞杆;步骤二,向下拉伞套202直至其上口离开伞龙骨102折叠处最远端;步骤三,撑开伞面101,推动伞套202沿伞杆104上移并定位于伞杆104中上部靠近伞龙骨102下方处。
收伞时,步骤四;向下拉伞套202使之下移,当其上口离开伞龙骨102折叠处最远端时,收拢伞面101;步骤五,向上拉动伞套202,把伞面101包裹在伞套202内,步骤六,收缩伞杆,封闭伞套202两端。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种套、伞一体的伞,包括:伞面(101),伞龙骨(102),伞龙骨滑动环(103),伞杆(104),伞柄执手(105),套体(202),所述套体(202)柱状中空,上部开口,下部有底,其特征在于:
    包括伞套定位机构(201),所述伞套定位机构(201)包括轴向通腔(20101),腔孔最小处大于伞杆(104)外径,伞套定位机构(201)被伞杆(104)从孔心穿过并可沿其相对滑动,伞套定位机构(201)包括自身定位构造;
    所述套体(202)包括套底孔(20208),孔径大于伞杆(104)外径,套体(202)被伞杆(104)从孔心穿过并可沿其相对滑动;
    所述伞套定位机构(201)的伞套定位部(20104)置于滑动腔(20205)内,与套体(202)关联;
    开伞时,套体(202)可整体上移,脱离伞柄执手(105),通过伞套定位机构(201)的作用停留在伞杆(104)中上部。
  2. 按照权利要求1所述一种套、伞一体的伞,其特征在于:所述伞套定位机构(201)其自身定位部(20102)与伞龙骨滑动环(103)下部连接,用于其定位。
  3. 按照权利要求1所述一种套、伞一体的伞,其特征在于:所述伞套定位机构(201)轴向通腔(20101)内壁有伞杆夹紧装置(20105),用于其定位。
  4. 按照权利要求1所述一种套、伞一体的伞,其特征在于:所述伞套定位机构(201)中间连接部(20103)为可伸缩构造。
  5. 按照权利要求1所述一种套、伞一体的伞,其特征在于:所述套体(202)的滑动腔(20205)包含内凸的套台肩(20204),开伞时,伞套定位机构(201)的伞套定位部(20104)作用于套台肩(20204)处牵引套体(202)。
  6. 按照权利要求1所述一种套、伞一体的伞,其特征在于:所述伞套定位机构(201)底部与套底部(20203)连接,开伞时,伞套定位机构(201)的伞套定位部(20104)作用于套底部(20203)牵引套体(202)。
  7. 按照权利要求1所述一种套、伞一体的伞,其特征在于:所述套底孔(20208)包括向内侧的套底立边(20209),形成底部集水槽。
  8. 按照权利要求1所述一种套、伞一体的伞,其特征在于:所述套底孔(20208)包括向外侧的套底立边(20206),在收伞状态所述套底立边(20206)与伞柄执手(105)可封闭。
  9. 按照权利要求1所述一种套、伞一体的伞,其特征在于:所述套体(202)的套上口部(20201)与套盖(203)可封闭。
  10. 一种套、伞一体的伞操作方法,其特征在于:
    开伞时,向下拉套体(202)直至其上口离开伞龙骨(102)末端或其最远端,撑开伞面(101),套体(202)沿伞杆(104)上移并定位于伞杆(104)中上部靠近伞龙骨(102)下方处。
    收伞时,套体(202)下移,当其上口离开伞龙骨(102)末端或其最远端时,收拢伞面(101),向上推动套体(202),把伞面(101)包裹在套体(202)内。
  11. 按照权利要求10所述一种套、伞一体的伞操作方法,其特征在于:对于一些可密封的伞套,开伞时,首先打开套体(202)两端的密封连接,收伞时最后密封套体(202)两端。
