Abstract

一种高度可调铰链,包括:第一中柱(12)、第二中柱(22)和两个底座;其中两个底座中的第一底座(11)和第一中柱(12)可拆卸连接;两个底座中的第二底座(21)和第二中柱(22)可拆卸连接;第一中柱(12)和第二中柱(22)转动连接,第一中柱(12)包括第一曲面,第二中柱(22)包括第二曲面,第一曲面和第二曲面配合成使得随着第一中柱(12)和第二中柱(22)的相对转动第一底座(11)和第二底座(21)的相对高度发生变化。该铰链在铰链转动过程中可以调节门的高度,并且能够通过中柱与底座之间的可拆卸连接,组成适合于左右两扇门使用的两套铰链。

Description

高度可调铰链和淋浴房 技术领域
本发明属于卫浴配件领域,尤其涉及一种高度可调铰链。
背景技术
对于使用平开门的淋浴房,有一种铰链可以在开关门过程中调节门的高度。其能够在关门状态使门的高度降低,以实现门和地板之间密封;能够在开门状态使门的高度升高,以避免开门过程中门的密封与地板之间的摩擦。但现有的这种铰链不能在左右两侧门之间通用,例如,左侧门用的铰链,不可用于右侧门。因此,需要生产两套铰链分别用于左侧门和右侧门。
发明内容
基于上述问题,本发明旨在提出一种铰链,既能够实现高度调节,又可以在左右两侧的门上通用。
本发明提供一种高度可调铰链,其包括:第一中柱、第二中柱和两个底座;其中
所述两个底座中的第一底座和所述第一中柱可拆卸连接;
所述两个底座中的第二底座和所述第二中柱可拆卸连接;
所述第一中柱和所述第二中柱转动连接,所述第一中柱包括第一曲面,所述第二中柱包括第二曲面,所述第一曲面和所述第二曲面配合成使得随着所述第一中柱和所述第二中柱的相对转动使所述第一底座和所述第二底座的相对高度发生变化。
在至少一个实施方式中,所述第一底座和所述第二底座的结构相同,所述第一底座和所述第二底座均包括在高度方向上错开的第一安装部和第二 安装部;
所述第一中柱安装到所述第一底座的所述第一安装部,所述第二中柱安装到所述第二底座的所述第一安装部,或者
所述第一中柱安装到所述第一底座的所述第二安装部,所述第二中柱安装到所述第二底座的所述第二安装部。
在至少一个实施方式中,所述两个底座的侧面均设有用于安装所述第一中柱或所述第二中柱的第一螺纹孔和第二螺纹孔,所述第一螺纹孔和所述第二螺纹孔在高度方向上错开,所述第一中柱和所述第二中柱均安装到所述第一螺纹孔,或者所述第一中柱和所述第二中柱均安装到所述第二螺纹孔。
在至少一个实施方式中,所述第二曲面形成于升降块,所述升降块安装于所述第二中柱。
在至少一个实施方式中,所述第一中柱设有用于容纳所述升降块的配合部的第一孔,所述第一曲面形成于所述第一孔的底部。
在至少一个实施方式中,所述第一中柱还设有用于容纳轴的第二孔,所述第二中柱设有用于容纳所述升降块的安装部的第三孔。
在至少一个实施方式中,所述第三孔的横截面的图形至多有一条对称轴。
在至少一个实施方式中,所述第一曲面包括第一平面、第二平面和第一斜面,所述第一斜面连接所述第一平面和所述第二平面;
所述第二曲面包括第三平面、第四平面和第二斜面,所述第二斜面连接所述第三平面和所述第四平面。
在至少一个实施方式中,所述第一平面、所述第二平面、所述第三平面和所述第四平面相互平行。
本发明还提供一种淋浴房,包括本发明的高度可调铰链。
本发明提出的高度可调铰链在铰链转动过程中可以调节门的高度,并且能够通过中柱与底座之间的可拆卸连接,组成适合于左右两扇门使用的两套铰链。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,提供一种对开门淋浴房,其包括第一固定玻璃组件100、第一活动玻璃组件200、第二固定玻璃组件400和第二活动玻璃组件300。第一固定玻璃组件100和第二固定玻璃组件400通过贴墙型材500连接于墙体。第一固定玻璃组件100和第一活动玻璃组件200通过第一铰链组件1和第二铰链组件2转动连接,第二固定玻璃组件400和第二活动玻璃组件300通过第三铰链组件3和第四铰链组件4转动连接。在开门或关门过程中,第一活动玻璃组件200和第二活动玻璃组件300的转动方向相反。
第一固定玻璃组件100包括第一固定玻璃10和连接于第一固定玻璃10的第一铰链组件1。第一活动玻璃组件200包括第一活动玻璃20和连接于第一活动玻璃20的第二铰链组件2。第二活动玻璃组件300包括第二活动玻璃30和连接于第二活动玻璃30的第三铰链组件3。第二固定玻璃组件400包括第二固定玻璃40和连接于第二固定玻璃40的第四铰链组件4。
如图3、图4、图7所示,第一铰链组件1的轴13插入到第二铰链组件2的升降块23的通孔236中,能够组成一个铰链,第四铰链组件4的轴43插入到第三铰链组件3的升降块33的通孔中,能够组成另一个铰链。
如图3、图4、图5所示,第一铰链组件1包括底座11、第一中柱12和轴13,第一中柱12连接于(固定安装于)底座11的第一螺纹孔117,且轴13的露出部分朝向底座11的第二螺纹孔118所在侧。第二铰链组件2包括底座21、第二中柱22和升降块23,第二中柱22连接于(固定安装于)底座21的第一螺纹孔117,且升降块23的第二曲面朝向底座21的第二螺纹孔118所在侧。第三铰链组件3包括底座31、第二中柱32和升降块33。第二中柱32连接于(固定安装于)底座31的第二螺纹孔118,且升降块33的第二曲面朝向底座31的第一螺纹孔117所在侧。第四铰链组件4包括底座41、第一中柱42和轴43,第一中柱42连接于(固定安装于)底座41的第二螺纹孔118,且轴43的露出部分朝向底座41的第一螺纹孔117所在侧。
第一铰链组件1、第二铰链组件2、第三铰链组件3和第四铰链组件4中的底座11、底座21、底座31、底座41结构相同,下面仅以底座11为例进行说明。
如图5、图9所示,底座11包括主体111和后盖板114,主体111和后盖板114位于第一固定玻璃10的两面。为了防止第一固定玻璃10受到压力爆裂,在主体111与第一固定玻璃10、后盖板114与第一固定玻璃10之间均设有垫片112。为了防止第一固定玻璃10爆裂,玻璃孔内设有垫圈113。主体111上设有插入垫片112和垫圈113的孔中用于定位的环状凸起,后盖板114上设有插入到垫片112的孔中用于定位的环状凸起。螺栓115穿过后盖板114旋紧到主体111,将底座11与第一固定玻璃10固定。可以用安装到后盖板114的后盖饰板116遮盖住螺栓115。
主体111的侧面设有与第一中柱12、42或第二中柱22、32连接的第一螺纹孔117和第二螺纹孔118。第一螺纹孔117位于第一安装部,第二螺纹孔118位于第二安装部。第一螺纹孔117和第二螺纹孔118在淋浴房的高度方向(第一中柱12或第二中柱22的轴线方向)上错开设置。第一螺纹孔117和第二螺 纹孔118均可以设置两个,使第一中柱12、42或第二中柱22、32连接到主体111上的角度不会产生扭转。可以由装饰盖5遮盖住第一螺纹孔117或第二螺纹孔118。
第一中柱
第一中柱12和第一中柱42结构相同,仅与底座的连接位置不同,下面以第一中柱12为例进行说明。
如图6所示,第一中柱12包括第一连接部122和第一枢接部121,第一连接部122具有长方体形状,第一枢接部121具有圆柱形状。第一连接部122连接于第一枢接部121的侧壁,二者优选地一体地形成。第一连接部122设有与第一螺纹孔117或第二螺纹孔118对应的通孔。通过螺栓能够将第一中柱12从第一连接部122的通孔的不同方向穿入与底座11、41连接,从而组成第一铰链组件1或第四铰链组件4。具体的,螺栓从通孔的右侧穿入连接到第一螺纹孔117组成第一铰链组件1,螺栓从通孔的左侧穿入连接到第二螺纹孔118组成第四铰链组件4。可以用装饰盖5遮盖住安装到第一连接部122的螺栓。
在第一枢接部121的一端设有沿圆柱轴向延伸的第一孔123,第一孔123为能够容纳升降块23的圆形孔,其底部为第一曲面。在第一孔123的中心位置设有用于容纳轴13的第二孔124,轴13的一端插入第二孔124内,另一端(即轴13的露出部分)突出于第一曲面。
第一曲面为环状,其包括第一平面125、第二平面126和连接第一平面125与第二平面126的第一斜面127。第一平面125与第一斜面127、第二平面126与第一斜面127平滑过渡。
第二中柱
第二中柱22与第二中柱32的结构相同,区别仅在于与底座的连接位置不同,下面以第二中柱22为例进行说明。
如图3、图4所示,第二中柱22包括第二连接部222和第二枢接部221,第二连接部222具有长方体形状,第二枢接部221具有圆柱形状。第二连接部222连接于第二枢接部221的侧壁,二者优选地一体地形成。第二连接部222设有与第一螺纹孔117或第二螺纹孔118对应的通孔。通过螺栓能够将第二中柱22从第二连接部222的通孔的不同方向穿入与底座21、31连接,从而组成第二铰链组件2或第三铰链组件3。具体的,螺栓从通孔的左侧穿入连接到第一螺纹孔117组成第二铰链组件2,螺栓从通孔的右侧穿入连接到第二螺纹孔118组成第三铰链组件3。可以用装饰盖5遮盖住安装到第二连接部222的螺栓。
在第二枢接部221的一端设有沿圆柱轴向延伸的第三孔,第三孔用于部分地容纳升降块23,以对升降块23安装定位。形成第三孔的截面的图形由四条边围成,其中三条边为直线,一条边为曲线(参照图9中的升降块23)。第三孔的截面形状,不仅使升降块23在第三孔中无法转动,而且升降块23仅能以唯一角度插入第三孔内,从而使升降块23的第二曲面和第一中柱12第一曲面在唯一确定的角度能够贴合。
升降块
升降块23与升降块33的结构相同,区别仅在于安装于不同第二中柱,下面以升降块23为例进行说明。
如图7所示,升降块23包括能够插入第三孔内的安装部232和与第一孔123配合的配合部231。安装部232具有与第三孔相匹配的形状,以使安装部232能够进入第三孔且无法转动。配合部231为大致圆筒状,其一端与安装部232相连,另一端形成为能够与第一曲面贴合的第二曲面。升降块23中心设有能够被轴13穿过的通孔236。
第二曲面为环状,其包括第三平面233、第四平面234和连接第三平面233与第四平面234的第二斜面235。第三平面233与第二斜面235、第四平面234 与第二斜面235平滑过渡。第一平面125、第二平面126、第三平面233和第四平面234平行且面积相同。
如图6-图8所示,在第一固定玻璃10和第一活动玻璃20位于同一平面的状态时(即门关闭时),第一曲面与第二曲面贴合,第一平面125与第四平面234贴合、第二平面126与第三平面233贴合、第一斜面127与第二斜面235贴合。
如图6-图8以及图10所示,第一活动玻璃20转动(即门打开)的过程中,第一斜面127与第二斜面235相对滑动,使第一平面125与第三平面233趋于贴合、第二平面126与第四平面234分离、第一斜面127与第二斜面235趋于分离,因此第一活动玻璃20在门打开的过程中高度能够升高。
由第二活动玻璃30和第二固定玻璃40构成的门,具有相同结构,因此第二活动玻璃20也能够在门打开的过程中高度升高。
当然,本发明不限于上述实施方式,本领域技术人员在本发明的教导下可以对本发明的上述实施方式做出各种改变和变型,而不脱离本发明的范围。
(1)升降块23不仅可以通过第三孔安装于第二中柱22,还可以与第二中柱一体形成或通过其他方式连接。
(2)第三孔和升降块的安装部的截面的形状可以是梯形、三角形等其他至多有一条对称轴的图形。
(3)第一曲面和第二曲面还可以具有相互贴合的其他形状。
(4)本发明的高度可调铰链不仅用于对开门淋浴房还可以用于平开门的淋浴房或卫生间门等其他需要防水密封的场合。
下面说明本发明的高度可调铰链的优点:
在能够实现铰链的高度调节功能的前提下,还可以通过第一中柱和第二 中柱安装在不同位置组合出两套铰链。两套铰链具有相反的打开方向,能够用于左开门和/或右开门,特别是对开门。组合安装的铰链不仅可以通过第一中柱和第二中柱安装位置的变化实现互换,而且采用相同的零件安装还降低了生产成本。
可以将底座与第一中柱或第二中柱连接组成的铰链组件预先和玻璃连接,构成预安装的玻璃组件,再将玻璃组件连接成淋浴房。通过玻璃组件的预安装能够使淋浴房安装更容易,实现快速安装。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种高度可调铰链,其特征在于,其包括:第一中柱、第二中柱和两个底座;其中
    所述两个底座中的第一底座和所述第一中柱可拆卸连接;
    所述两个底座中的第二底座和所述第二中柱可拆卸连接;
    所述第一中柱和所述第二中柱转动连接,所述第一中柱包括第一曲面,所述第二中柱包括第二曲面,所述第一曲面和所述第二曲面配合成使得随着所述第一中柱和所述第二中柱的相对转动使所述第一底座和所述第二底座的相对高度发生变化。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高度可调铰链,其特征在于,所述第一底座和所述第二底座的结构相同,所述第一底座和所述第二底座均包括在高度方向上错开的第一安装部和第二安装部;
    所述第一中柱安装到所述第一底座的所述第一安装部,所述第二中柱安装到所述第二底座的所述第一安装部,或者
    所述第一中柱安装到所述第一底座的所述第二安装部,所述第二中柱安装到所述第二底座的所述第二安装部。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的高度可调铰链,其特征在于,所述两个底座的侧面均设有用于安装所述第一中柱或所述第二中柱的第一螺纹孔和第二螺纹孔,所述第一螺纹孔和所述第二螺纹孔在高度方向上错开,所述第一中柱和所述第二中柱均安装到所述第一螺纹孔,或者所述第一中柱和所述第二中柱均安装到所述第二螺纹孔。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的高度可调铰链,其特征在于,所述第二曲面形成于升降块,所述升降块安装于所述第二中柱。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的高度可调铰链,其特征在于,所述第一中柱设有用于容纳所述升降块的配合部的第一孔,所述第一曲面形成于所述第一孔 的底部。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的高度可调铰链,其特征在于,所述第一中柱还设有用于容纳轴的第二孔,所述第二中柱设有用于容纳所述升降块的安装部的第三孔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的高度可调铰链,其特征在于,所述第三孔的横截面的图形至多有一条对称轴。
  8. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的高度可调铰链,其特征在于,所述第一曲面包括第一平面、第二平面和第一斜面,所述第一斜面连接所述第一平面和所述第二平面;
    所述第二曲面包括第三平面、第四平面和第二斜面,所述第二斜面连接所述第三平面和所述第四平面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的高度可调铰链,其特征在于,所述第一平面、所述第二平面、所述第三平面和所述第四平面相互平行。
  10. 一种淋浴房,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的高度可调铰链。
