在一实施例中,当网络的语音能力和运营商的本地策略发生变化,PCF识别出受影响的用户,通知AMF更新UE的语音策略。
其中,UE的语音能力信息,包括UE使用设置(UE′s usage setting),可以包括语音中心(voice center),数据中心(data center)和语音优先策略(Voice domain preference)语音优先策略包括以下四种之一:仅提供CS语音业务,仅提供IMS语音业务,CS语音业务作为首选IMS语音业务作为第二选择,以及IMS语音业务作为首选CS语音业务作为第二选择。
UE目前的接入位置信息可为UE目前接入的跟踪区(Tracking Area,TA),无线基站标识,或其组合。
PCF为UE决策的语音策略,可以为语音优先策略(Voice domain preference),例如仅提供CS语音业务,仅提供IMS语音业务,CS语音业务作为首选IMS语音业务作为第二选择,IMS语音业务作为首选CS语音业务作为第二选择。
当然,PCF为了决策UE的语音策略,可能会从UDM中获取用户的部分签 约数据作为参考。
本申请实施例用户注册到网络时,网络侧根据UE的语音能力,网络的语音能力,以及运营商的本地策略等,确定了为UE提供语音的方式,并且可以方便地适配网络的语音能力的变化、运营商的本地策略的变化,从而简化网络管理。
实施例二
如图2所示,本申请实施例用于初始注册过程中确定UE语音策略,包括步骤201至步骤211。
在步骤201中,UE发起注册过程,发送注册请求消息,请求消息中携带UE′s usage setting和Voice domain preference等信息。
在步骤202中,RAN转发注册请求消息给AMF,消息中携带用户目前接入位置信息当前追踪区(Current TA)。
在步骤203中,AMF收到UE通过RAN发送的注册请求消息后,正常处理。
在步骤204中,AMF获取用户的签约信息等后,向PCF发送获取语音策略请求消息,消息中携带UE′s usage setting、Voice domain preference、Current TA等信息。
在步骤205中,PCF向UDR发送查询用户签约数据请求消息。
在步骤206中,UDR向PCF返回查询用户签约数据响应消息,携带用户的签约信息。
在步骤207中,PCF根据UE的UE′s usage setting、Voice domain preference、Current TA,网络的语音能力,和运营商本地策略,以及UE的签约信息,决策UE的语音策略。
在步骤208中,PCF向AMF返回获取接入和移动管理功能实体策略响应消息,携带决策的UE的语音策略等信息。
在步骤209中,AMF继续处理注册请求过程。
在步骤210中,AMF向UE发送注册接受消息,携带PCF决策的UE的语音策略等信息。
在步骤211中,AMF继续处理注册请求过程。
实施例三
如图3所示,本申请实施例用于位置更新发起的注册过程中确定UE语音策略,包括步骤301至步骤313。
在步骤301中,UE注册到网络。
在步骤302中,由于移动,需要发起位置更新触发的注册过程。
在步骤303中,UE发送注册请求消息,请求消息中携带UE′s usage setting和Voice domain preference等信息。
在步骤304中,RAN转发注册请求消息给AMF,消息中携带用户目前接入位置信息Current TA。
在步骤305中,AMF收到UE通过RAN发送的注册请求消息后,正常处理。
在步骤306中,AMF确定用户位置改变后,向PCF发送获取接入和移动管理策略请求消息,消息中携带UE′s usage setting、Voice domain preference、Current TA等信息。
在步骤307中,PCF向UDR发送查询用户签约数据请求消息。
在步骤308中,UDR向PCF返回查询用户签约数据响应消息,携带用户的签约信息。
在步骤309中,PCF根据UE的UE′s usage setting、Voice domain preference、Current TA,网络的语音能力,和运营商本地策略,以及UE的签约信息,决策UE的语音策略。
在步骤310中,PCF向AMF返回获取接入和移动管理策略响应消息,携带决策的UE的语音策略等信息。
在步骤311中,AMF继续处理注册请求过程。
在步骤312中,AMF向UE发送注册接受消息,携带PCF决策的UE的语音策略等信息。
在步骤313中,AMF继续处理注册请求过程。
实施例四
如图4所示,本申请实施例用于运营商本地策略发生变化过程中确定UE语音策略,包括步骤401至步骤408。
在步骤401中,UE注册到网络。
在步骤402中,由于网络状态发生改变等,运营商本地策略发生改变,PCF上运营商本地策略数据发生了改变。
在步骤403中,PCF扫描用户,对于被运营商本地策略改变受到影响的UE,PCF根据新的运营商本地策略,重新决策UE的语音策略。
在步骤404中,PCF为了通知AMF受影响UE的重新决策的UE语音策略,发送用户策略改变通知消息,消息中携带重新决策的UE语音策略。
在步骤405中,AMF向PCF返回用户策略改变通知确认消息。
在步骤406中,AMF发送用户信息更新通知消息给UE,携带重新决策的UE语音策略。
在步骤407中,UE向AMF返回用户信息更新确认消息。
在步骤408中,UE根据重新决策的UE语音策略,可能会触发新的流程。
实施例五
如图5所示,本申请实施例提供一种策略控制功能实体设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括存储器和处理器;所述存储器存储有确定UE语音策略的计算机程序,所述处理器设置为执行所述计算机程序,以实现如实施例一至实施例四中任意一项所述方法。
在一实施例中,所述方法包括:获取用户终端的语音决策参数信息、网络的语音能力信息和运营商的本地策略信息;根据所述用户终端的语音决策参数信息、所述网络的语音能力信息和所述运营商的本地策略信息,确定为所述用户终端提供的语音策略。
在一实施例中,所述获取用户终端的语音决策参数信息,包括:接收接入和移动管理功能实体的语音策略请求;从所述语音策略请求中获取所述用户终端的语音决策参数信息。
在一实施例中,所述用户终端的语音决策参数信息包括用户终端的语音能力信息和用户终端的接入位置信息。
其中,所述用户终端的语音能力信息包括用户终端的使用设置和语音优先策略。
所述用户终端的接入位置信息包括以下至少之一:用户终端接入跟踪区和无线基站标识。
在一实施例中,所述根据所述用户终端的语音决策参数信息、所述网络的语音能力信息和所述运营商的本地策略信息,确定为所述用户终端提供的语音策略,还包括:从统一数据管理功能实体获取用户终端的签约信息;根据所述签约信息、所述用户终端的语音决策参数信息、所述网络的语音能力信息和所述运营商的本地策略信息,确定为所述用户终端提供的语音策略。
在一实施例中,所述语音策略包括以下任一:仅提供电路交换语音业务;仅提供IP多媒体子系统语音业务;电路交换语音业务作为首选,IP多媒体子系统语音业务作为第二选择;IP多媒体子系统语音业务作为首选,电路交换语音业务作为第二选择。
在一实施例中,所述方法还包括:在用户终端的语音决策参数信息、网络的语音能力信息和运营商的本地策略信息中一种或一种以上信息发生变化时,则更新所述语音策略。
在一实施例中,所述方法还包括:向接入和移动管理功能实体发送消息,所述消息携带所述语音策略的信息;所述消息包括策略响应消息和策略改变通知消息。
实施例六
本申请实施例提供一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述存储介质存储有确定UE语音策略的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被至少一个处理器执行时,以实现如实施例一至实施例四中任意一项所述方法的步骤。
本申请实施例中计算机可读存储介质可以是所及存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、闪存、只读存储器(Read Only Memory,ROM)、带电可编程只读存储器(Electrically Programmable Read-Only Memory,EPROM)、带电可擦可编程只读存储器(Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory,EEPROM)、寄存器、硬盘、移动硬盘、只读光盘(Compact Disc Read-Only Memory,CD-ROM)或者本领域已知的任何其他形式的存储介质。可以将一种存储介质藕接至处理器,从而使处理器能够从该存储介质读取信息,且可向该存储介质写入信息;或者该存储介质可以是处理器的组成部分。处理器和存储介质可以位于专用集成电路中。
实施例五和实施例六可以参阅实施例一至实施例四。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种确定用户终端UE语音策略的方法,所述方法用于策略控制功能实体,包括:
    获取用户终端的语音决策参数信息、网络的语音能力信息和运营商的本地策略信息;
    根据所述用户终端的语音决策参数信息、所述网络的语音能力信息和所述运营商的本地策略信息,确定为所述用户终端提供的语音策略。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述获取用户终端的语音决策参数信息,包括:
    接收接入和移动管理功能实体的语音策略请求;
    从所述语音策略请求中获取所述用户终端的语音决策参数信息。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述用户终端的语音决策参数信息包括用户终端的语音能力信息和用户终端的接入位置信息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的方法,其中,所述用户终端的语音能力信息包括用户终端的使用设置信息和语音优先策略信息;
    所述用户终端的接入位置信息包括以下至少之一:用户终端接入跟踪区,以及无线基站标识。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述用户终端的语音决策参数信息、所述网络的语音能力信息和所述运营商的本地策略信息,确定为所述用户终端提供的语音策略,还包括:
    从统一数据管理功能实体获取用户终端的签约信息;
    根据所述签约信息、所述用户终端的语音决策参数信息、所述网络的语音能力信息和所述运营商的本地策略信息,确定为所述用户终端提供的语音策略。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述语音策略包括以下之一:
    仅提供电路交换语音业务;
    仅提供IP多媒体子系统语音业务;
    电路交换语音业务作为首选,IP多媒体子系统语音业务作为第二选择;以及
    IP多媒体子系统语音业务作为首选,电路交换语音业务作为第二选择。
  7. 如权利要求1-6中任意一项所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    在用户终端的语音决策参数信息、网络的语音能力信息和运营商的本地策 略信息中至少一种发生变化时,更新所述语音策略。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的方法,所述方法还包括:
    向接入和移动管理功能实体发送消息,所述消息携带所述语音策略的信息;所述消息包括策略响应消息和策略改变通知消息。
  9. 一种策略控制功能实体设备,所述设备包括存储器和处理器;所述存储器存储有确定用户终端UE语音策略的计算机程序,所述处理器设置为执行所述计算机程序,以实现如权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述存储介质存储有确定用户终端UE语音策略的计算机程序,所述计算机程序在被至少一个处理器执行时,实现如权利要求1-8中任意一项所述的方法。
