本实用新型涉及分离技术领域,具体是指一种液体导流机构。
背景技术
分离设备主要用于化工、制药、石油、染料、生化、食品等工业生产过程中的化学反应和物料分离、加热冷却,液体萃取,气体吸收等化学、物理变化过程。现有的液体的分布器的液量较大,适用的范围小,一些领域中无法准确操作分液量。
实用新型内容
本实用新型需要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足,而提供一种结构设计合理、操作方便、加工效率高且质量稳定的一种液体导流机构。
为解决上述技术问题,本实用新型采用的技术方案是:一种液体导流机构,包括箱体,所述箱体一侧设有导流机构一,另一侧设有导流机构二,所述箱体底部设有导流机构三;
所述导流机构一包括导流管一,导流管一底部设有若干个分流片一;所述导流机构二包括导流管二,导流管二底部设有若干个分流片二;
所述导流机构三包括导流管三,所述导流管三与箱体的底部相通,导流管三底部设有若干个分流片三,所述分流片三之间设有限流板.
作为优选的,所述限流板为圆形。
有益效果:本实用新型提供的一种液体导流机构,结构设计合理,操作方便,灵活性好,能够将液体从容器中导出,效率高,适用范围广。

所述导流机构三4包括导流管三41,所述导流管三41与箱体1的底部相通,导流管三41底部设有若干个分流片三42,所述分流片三42之间设有限流板43,所述限流板43为圆形。
在实际运用中,上述导流机构的分流片可以根据实际需要制作成不同宽度以及形状,此处不做特别限定。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种液体导流机构,其特征在于:所述限流板为圆形。
