背景技术
市面上的伞具中,以一种可以通过伸缩而缩小长度体积,进而容易收纳且便于携带的折叠伞(例如:置放于随身携带的包包中),因其便利性而成为最受到一般群众所广泛使用的伞具。
现有技术的折叠伞中,依照技术及使用上可分为自动折叠伞结构及手动折叠伞结构两种,手动折叠伞完全通过双手来拉伸及收缩,以进行开伞收伞的动作;而自动折叠伞通过一连动开关以及伞件内的伸缩拉线及弹簧等结构,以达到可自动张开或收起伞具等动作的目的。
而市面上的自动折叠伞因为具有极佳的便利性,因此备受青睐,但其在使用上却因为伞具的中轴棒的长度过长,导致挂载的弹簧长度也较长,因此在反向要收缩伞具中轴棒的时候需要耗费相当大的力气,导致一般女性、儿童及老年人在使用上十分吃力,甚至无法驾驭,为一种应用上的缺陷。
此外熟知技术的折叠伞在结构上,因为握把是属于无法伸缩的部位,故为了强调收缩后体积与长度的精短,且同时确保伞具本身的长度充足,因此在设计上多半会尽可能的令握把占整体长度的比例达到最小,而这样的设计虽可有效的达到确保收缩后长度足够精短的目的,但却相对地造成可握的部位受限,在使用上实际上会让使用者握持之时感到十分不舒服,若想要双手同时握持以对抗强风更是不可能做到,也是现有技术中折叠伞具的缺陷。
再者,伞具最主要的功能为雨天时可以用以挡雨,但挡雨后因为伞布面必然会沾湿,因此挡雨使用后即使可以收纳缩减长度与体积,但因为沾满了雨水,对于使用者而言如烫手山芋一般,无法立即地像平时一般收入随身携带的包包中,仅能以手持的方式携带,这对于出外办理事务的用户而言,为最难以排解的困扰;且当进入干净的室内空间时,沾湿的伞具往往会被迫离身摆放于特定或不特定的地方,不能够随身携带,也因此造成伞具容易碰到 遗落或者是遭窃等等问题。
市面上或有提供可以暂时盛装的防水袋体,但因为多为分离的构件,除了要分开携带之外,事后还要分开来晾干,徒增困扰,故大多数用户排斥这样的产品。
折叠雨伞在人类文明中存在已有数百年的历史,但即便到今日,各式各样的伞具不断推陈出新,却仍未见有可以同时克服上述问题的伞具存在,足以见得上述问题为伞具技术领域中几乎不可能被克服的瓶颈。
发明内容
有鉴于前述的现有技术的不足点,本发明设计一种具备新颖性、创造性及实用性等专利要件的可收入握柄中的伞结构,以期克服现有技术的难点。
为达到上述目的,本发明所采用的技术手段为设计一种可收入握柄中的伞结构,其包含:一收纳握部,其为一中空管状件,其具有一封闭端及一开口端;一手动折叠伞本体,其包含一滑移底座、一手动伞伸缩中棒及一折叠伞面;其中该滑移底座设于该收纳握部内,且可于该收纳握部内的该封闭端及该开口端之间滑移,且可被一固定结构选择性固定于该开口端的位置;其中该手动伞伸缩中棒的底端固定于该滑移底座,而该手动伞伸缩中棒收缩后可收纳于该收纳握部内;其中该折叠伞面设于该手动伞伸缩中棒的顶端,于收合后可穿入该收纳握部内部;及一端盖,其设于该手动伞伸缩中棒的顶端且位于该折叠伞面的外侧,其可于该手动折叠伞本体收入该收纳握部内时,封闭该收纳握部的该开口端。

且伞体本身于雨天使用后,可通过简单的收伞动作即将湿濡的伞体收入到握持柄内部,并连动地同时通过封盖等防水构件将其封闭于内,因此便能够立即收入随身携带的包包等对象中,而不会有如熟知技术因为怕沾湿其他对象,而一定得要手持携带的高度不便利性问题存在。本技术解决了折叠伞数百年来未能被解决的问题,为现有技术中未见者,故可见其增益性所在,为熟知技术中所未能见。

以下将配合附图详细叙述例示实施例。然而,这些实施例可以包含于不同的形式中,且不应被解释为用以限制本发明的申请专利范围。这些实施例的提供使得本发明的揭露完整与明暸,熟知此技术的人将能经由该些实施例了解本发明的范畴。
请配合参看图1至图4所示,本发明提出一种可收入握柄中的伞结构,其于一较佳的实施方式可包含:一收纳握部10、一手动折叠伞本体20及一端盖30。
前述的收纳握部10为一长型中空管状件,其具有一封闭端11及一开口端12,该收纳握部10或可呈椭圆形断面,以利使用者手部握持;而其中该封闭端11或可为一可自该收纳握部10拆下的防水底盖,以利拆卸进行清洗内部等等功用。
前述的手动折叠伞本体20包含一滑移底座21、一手动伞伸缩中棒22及一折叠伞面23。
前述的滑移底座21或可呈杯状的构造,其设于该收纳握部10内,且可于该收纳握部10内的该封闭端11及该开口端12之间滑移,且可被一固定结构选择性固定于一开伞定位点,该开伞定位点较佳为该开口端12的位置;然而若手动伞伸缩中棒22的长度较长者,或可仅选择性固定于靠近该开口端12的位置。
而其中该固定结构或可为于该滑移底座21设有至少一具弹性的突块,而于该开口端12的壁面设有对应该突块的凹槽或穿孔,而后当该滑移底座21移至该开口端12的位置即会因该突块进入该凹槽或穿孔,而达到固定的目的。此外且于该滑移底座21与该收纳握部10间,为了增加滑移的稳定性,以及防止该滑移底座21滑出该收纳握部10,因此可在彼此之间设置有可对应配合的滑轨与滑块结构,或更进一步设有适当的滑移限位止挡件。然而诸如此类的细节功能结构具有多种可能性,且非技术主轴所在,故便不一一多加赘述。
前述的手动伞伸缩中棒22的底端固定于该滑移底座21,进而可随该滑移底座21穿入或伸出该收纳握部10,而其中该手动伞伸缩中棒22收缩后的长度短于该收纳握部10内部自该封闭端11至该开口端12的长度,进而可完全收纳于该收纳握部10内。
其中该折叠伞面23设于该手动伞伸缩中棒22的顶端,可选择性张开或收合,并于收合后可穿入该收纳握部10内部;而该手动伞伸缩中棒22及该折叠伞面23间的结构关系与现有技术的手动折叠伞相同,为本技术领域中具有通常知识者可以轻易理解或予以技术替换,故不于说明书中多加赘述。
前述的端盖30用以封闭该收纳握部10的该开口端12,较佳设于该手动 伞伸缩中棒22的顶端且位于该折叠伞面23的外侧,其恰可于该手动折叠伞本体20穿入该收纳握部10内之时,封闭该收纳握部10的该开口端12;且该端盖30与该收纳握部10的该开口端12两者的壁面间或可进一步通过设有防水构件而达到完整防水的功能,例如防水垫片或防水胶条等等。
请进一步配合参看图5及图6所示,本发明提出一种可收入握柄中的伞结构1A,其于另一较佳的实施方式可包含:一收纳握部10A、一自动折叠伞本体20A及一端盖30A。
前述的收纳握部10A为一长型中空管状件,其具有一封闭端11A及一开口端12A,该收纳握部10A或可呈椭圆形断面,以利使用者手部握持。
前述的自动折叠伞本体20A包含一滑移底座21A、一自动伞伸缩中棒22A及一折叠伞面23A,或可应用在伞面正向收合的伞结构或者是反向收合的伞结构。
前述的滑移底座21A设于该收纳握部10A内,且可于该收纳握部10A内的该封闭端11A及该开口端12A之间滑移,且可被一固定结构选择性固定于一开伞定位点,该开伞定位点较佳为该开口端12A的位置。而其中该固定结构或可为于该滑移底座21A设有至少一具弹性的突块,而于该开口端12A的壁面设有对应该突块的凹槽或穿孔,而后当该滑移底座21A移至该开口端12A的位置即会因该突块进入该凹槽或穿孔,而达到固定的目的。
前述的自动伞伸缩中棒22A的底端固定于该滑移底座21A,进而可随该滑移底座21A穿入或伸出该收纳握部10A,而其中该自动伞伸缩中棒22A收缩后的长度短于该收纳握部10A内部自该封闭端11A至该开口端12A的长度,进而可与该滑移底座21A完全收纳于该收纳握部10A内。
其中该折叠伞面23A设于该自动伞伸缩中棒22A的顶端,可选择性张开或收合,并于收合后可穿入该收纳握部10A内部;而其中该滑移底座21A上进一步设有一自动伞开关211A,其可通过按压令该自动伞伸缩中棒22A及该折叠伞面23A连动,以进行自动开伞动作与自动收伞动作中的至少一种动作。
而其中该自动伞开关211A、该自动伞伸缩中棒22A及该折叠伞面23A间的结构关系与现有技术的自动折叠伞相同,为本技术领域中具有通常知识者可以轻易理解或予以技术替换,故不于说明书中多加赘述。
前述的端盖30A较佳设于该自动伞伸缩中棒22A的顶端且位于该折叠伞 面23A的外侧,其恰可于该自动折叠伞本体20A穿入该收纳握部10A内之时,封闭该收纳握部10A的该开口端12A;且该端盖30A与该收纳握部10A的该开口端12A两者的壁面间或可进一步通过设有防水构件而达到完整防水的功能,例如防水垫片或防水胶条等等。
请进一步配合参看图7所示,通过本发明的可收入握柄中的伞结构1A于设计上的巧思变化,相较于熟知的自动折叠伞具9,其因为握柄具有充足的长度,进而可缩短自动折叠伞的中轴棒的长度,因此内部所挂载的弹簧长度可大幅缩短,进而在徒手收缩伞具中轴棒的时候施力将轻便许多,令老弱妇孺也可以轻易操作此伞具;此外,握把的长度以及尺寸得到一定程度的改进,达到提高了握持的质量,且同时却又不会影响伞体收缩的尺寸,可以改善熟知技术这类型的伞具经常会有的握柄长度受限,供使用者握持上不舒适的问题。
且伞体本身于雨天使用后,可通过简单的收伞动作即将湿濡的伞体收入到握持柄内部,并连动地同时通过封盖等防水组件将其封闭于内,因此便能够立即收入随身携带的包包等对象中,而不会有如熟知技术因为怕沾湿其他对象,而一定得要手持携带的高度不便利性问题存在,且因为可以随时随身收纳,故也不再会有容易遗落或者是遭窃的问题发生。本技术确实地克服了伞具存在数百年来所未能被解决的数个使用不便利问题,故可见其增益性所在。
以上所述的实施例仅为说明本发明的技术思想及特点,其目的在使熟习此项技艺的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,当不能以之限定本发明的专利范围,即大凡依本发明所揭示的精神所作的均等变化或修饰,仍应涵盖在本发明的专利范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可收入握柄中的伞结构,其特征在于,包括:
    一收纳握部,其为一中空管状件,其具有一封闭端及一开口端;
    一手动折叠伞本体,其包含一滑移底座、一手动伞伸缩中棒及一折叠伞面;其中该滑移底座设于该收纳握部内,且可于该收纳握部内的该封闭端及该开口端之间滑移,且可选择性固定于一开伞定位点;其中该手动伞伸缩中棒固定于该滑移底座,而该手动伞伸缩中棒收缩后可与该滑移底座收纳于该收纳握部内;其中该折叠伞面设于该手动伞伸缩中棒的顶端,于收合后可穿入该收纳握部内部;及
    一端盖,其可于该手动折叠伞本体收入该收纳握部内时,封闭该收纳握部的该开口端。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可收入握柄中的伞结构,其特征在于,其中该端盖与该收纳握部的该开口端两者之间进一步设有防水构件。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的可收入握柄中的伞结构,其特征在于,其中该滑移底座呈杯状构造。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的可收入握柄中的伞结构,其特征在于,其中该端盖设于该手动伞伸缩中棒的顶端且位于该折叠伞面的外侧。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的可收入握柄中的伞结构,其特征在于,其中该开伞定位点为该开口端的位置,且通过一固定结构进行固定。
  6. 一种可收入握柄中的伞结构,其特征在于,包括:
    一收纳握部,其为一中空管状件,其具有一封闭端及一开口端;
    一自动折叠伞本体,其包含一滑移底座、一自动伞伸缩中棒及一折叠伞面;其中该滑移底座设于该收纳握部内,可于该收纳握部内的该封闭端及该开口端之间滑移,且可选择性固定于一开伞定位点;其中该自动伞伸缩中棒固定于该滑移底座,而该自动伞伸缩中棒收缩后可与该滑移底座收纳于该收纳握部内;其中该折叠伞面设于该自动伞伸缩中棒的顶端,于收合后可穿入该收纳握部内部;及
    一端盖,其可于该自动折叠伞本体穿入该收纳握部内时,封闭该收纳握部的该开口端。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的可收入握柄中的伞结构,其特征在于,其中进一步设有一自动伞开关,其连动该自动伞伸缩中棒及该折叠伞面,可通过按压 而进行自动开伞动作与自动收伞动作中的至少一动作。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的可收入握柄中的伞结构,其特征在于,其中该自动伞开关设于该滑移底座上。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的可收入握柄中的伞结构,其特征在于,其中该端盖设于该自动伞伸缩中棒的顶端且位于该折叠伞面的外侧,该端盖与该收纳握部的该开口端两者间进一步设有防水构件。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的可收入握柄中的伞结构,其特征在于,其中该开伞定位点为该开口端的位置,且通过一固定结构进行固定。
