证件照片,即各种证件上用来证明身份的照片。基于证件的类型不同,相对应的证件照片的拍摄要求也不同,例如:尺寸大小、像素、背景颜色、肩部位置、表情等。基于证件照片的重要性及要求复杂性,人们一般倾向于通过照相馆拍摄。但,特地去照相馆拍摄证件照片不仅耽误时间,而且由于拍摄时一次成像往往拍出的效果不尽如意。
为此,需要提供一种基于智能终端的证件照片生成方法及证件照片生成系统,既能满足用户通过智能终端拍摄证件照片的需求,同时又能确保拍出的证件照片满足各类证件照的复杂规定。

本发明提供了一种基于智能终端的证件照片生成方法,所述证件照片生成方法包括如下步骤:
启动所述智能终端的照相模块,显示一设有人像框的参照图像;
采集一人像图像;
提取所述人像图像中的预览人像,并获取所述预览人像的人像轮廓;
匹配所述人像轮廓及人像框,将所述预览人像叠合至所述人像框内,生成一证件照片。
优选地,所述参照图像还包括证件照片类型、尺寸、背景颜色、像素中的一种或多种。
优选地,于提取所述人像图像中的预览人像,并获取所述预览人像的人像轮廓的步骤中,所述证件照片生成方法进一步包含识别所述预览人像中的人像部位;所述人像部位包含头部、脸部、颈部、肩部中的一种或多种。
优选地,匹配所述人像轮廓及人像框的步骤包括:
根据所述人像框的尺寸调节所述人像轮廓的大小;
获取所述人像轮廓与所述人像框的重合度;
当所述重合度大于等于90%时,所述人像轮廓与所述人像框匹配。
优选地,当所述重合度小于90%时,所述人像轮廓与所述人像框不匹配,匹配所述人像轮廓及人像框的步骤进一步包括根据所述人像框微调所述人像轮廓;所述微调包括平移、缩放、填充、剪裁中的一种或多种。

所述照相模块,与所述处理模块通讯连接,用于显示设有人像框的参照图像,并发送所述参照图像至所述处理模块;
所述采集模块,与所述识别模块通讯连接,用于采集一人像图像,并发送所述人像图像至所述识别模块;
所述识别模块,与所述采集模块、所述处理模块通讯连接,提取所述人像图像中的预览人像,并获取所述预览人像的人像轮廓,发送所述人像轮廓至所述处理模块;
所述处理模块,与所述照相模块、所述识别模块通讯连接,匹配所述人像轮廓及所述人像框,将所述预览人像叠合至所述人像框内,生成一证件照片。
优选地,所述参照图像还包括证件照片类型、尺寸、背景颜色、像素中的一种或多种。
优选地,所述识别模块进一步包含识别所述预览人像中的人像部位;所述人像部位包含头部、脸部、颈部、肩部中的一种或多种。

启动所述智能终端的照相模块,显示一设有人像框的参照图像;
打开智能终端,在智能终端的操作界面上找到拍摄应用程序的图标,点击该图标,打开拍摄应用程序,启动智能终端中的照相模块,启动后,智能终端的操作界面上会显示一设有人像框的参照图像。

采集一人像图像;
当智能终端显示出一设有人像框的参照图像后,用户可以开始采集一人像图像。该采集过程既可以由智能终端的前置摄像头完成,也可以由智能终端的后置摄像头完成。基于证件照片的拍摄要求,该人像图像一般为半身像,被拍摄人的免冠(不戴帽子)正面照。
提取所述人像图像中的预览人像,并获取所述预览人像的人像轮廓;
当智能终端采集到被拍摄人的人像图像后,提取该人像图像的预览人像,即可以在智能终端中的参照图像上看到动态的被拍摄人的人像时,进一步地,智能终端可以获取到该预览人像的人像轮廓。
匹配所述人像轮廓及人像框,将所述预览人像叠合至所述人像框内,生成一证件照片。
待智能终端获取到预览人像的人像轮廓后,可以对该人像轮廓与参照图像中提供的人像框进行比较。判断被拍摄人的人像轮廓是否与参照图像中提供的人像框重合,即被拍摄人是否处于参照图像中显示出的人像框中,该人像框为符合参照图像对应的证件照片拍摄要求的位置。该人像框不仅能够为用户提供参考位置,更能提高证件照片的合格率。例如,在某些国家签证办理时会对签证照片中人像的头部位置和肩部位置进行进一步地限定,对于这种要求,本发明实施例中的人像框就能起到很好的参照作用,避免产生用户拍摄的证件照片不满足某些证件照片要求的问题。
当智能终端判断被拍摄人的人像轮廓与参照图像中设定的人像框重合时,即被拍摄人的人像轮廓符合该类证件照片中人像所在位置时,用户按下快门,智能终端即可自行将人像轮廓所对应的预览人像叠合至参照图像的人像框内,此时,智能终端的界面上显示一叠合而成的证件照片。

如图2所示,为符合本发明实施例中的一种基于智能终端的证件照片生成方法的流程示意图。所述证件照片生成方法包括如下步骤:
启动所述智能终端的照相模块,显示一设有人像框的参照图像;
打开智能终端,在智能终端的操作界面上找到拍摄应用程序的图标,点击该图标,打开拍摄应用程序,启动智能终端中的照相模块,启动后,智能终端的操作界面上会显示一设有人像框的参照图像。

优选地,在上述匹配人像轮廓与人像框的过程中,本发明实施例中的证件照片生成方法进一步包括根据人像框的尺寸调节人像轮廓的大小。与参照图像的人像框相比,当人像轮廓过大时,用户可以选择增加被拍摄人与智能终端摄像头的距离,使得智能终端 获取到的人像轮廓尺寸变小。当人像轮廓过大时,用户可以选择减少被拍摄人与智能终端摄像头的距离,使得智能终端获取到的人像轮廓尺寸变大。待完成调整人像轮廓的尺寸后,智能终端进一步获取人像轮廓与人像框的重合度,当获取到的重合度大于等于90%时,智能终端判定人像轮廓与人像框匹配。
优选地,当所述重合度小于90%时,所述人像轮廓与所述人像框不匹配,匹配所述人像轮廓及人像框的步骤进一步包括根据所述人像框微调所述人像轮廓;所述微调包括平移、缩放、填充、剪裁中的一种或多种。
待完成调整人像轮廓的尺寸后,智能终端进一步获取人像轮廓与人像框的重合度,当获取到的重合度小于90%时,智能终端判定人像轮廓与人像框不匹配。此时智能终端对人像轮廓会进行自动微调。该微调能够增加人像轮廓与人像框的重合度到90%以上,例如:平移、缩放、填充、剪裁等等。如:将人像轮廓向与人像框重合的方向平移;通过缩小或放大人像轮廓提高其与人像框的重合度;采用背景颜色填充人像轮廓与人像框的中空部分;剪裁不必要的多余部分等。
实施例三
如图3所示,为符合本发明实施例中的一种基于智能终端的证件照片生成系统,所述证件照片生成系统包括照相模块、采集模块、识别模块及处理模块;
所述照相模块,与所述处理模块通讯连接,用于显示设有人像框的参照图像,并发送所述参照图像至所述处理模块;
用户启动照相模块,启动后,照相模块在智能终端操作界面显示一参照图像。该参照图像上设有一人像框,该人像框为一人像上半身轮廓的参考框架,为用户的证件照拍摄提供参考。照相模块显示设有人像框的参照图像后,会通过通讯连接将该证件照片模板发送到处理模块中。

用户启动照相模块,启动后,照相模块在智能终端操作界面显示一参照图像。该参照图像上设有一人像框,该人像框为一人像上半身轮廓的参考框架,为用户的证件照拍摄提供参考。照相模块显示设有人像框的参照图像后,会通过通讯连接将该证件照片模板发送到处理模块中。

优选地,当所述重合度小于90%时,所述处理模块判断所述人像轮廓与所述人像框不匹配,所述处理模块进一步包括根据所述人像框微调所述人像轮廓;所述微调包括平移、缩放、填充、剪裁中的一种或多种。
待完成调整人像轮廓的尺寸后,处理模块进一步获取人像轮廓与人像框的重合度,当获取到的重合度小于90%时,处理模块判定人像轮廓与人像框不匹配。此时处理模块对人像轮廓会进行自动微调。该微调能够增加人像轮廓与人像框的重合度到90%以上,例如:平移、缩放、填充、剪裁等等。如:将人像轮廓向与人像框重合的方向平移;通过缩小或放大人像轮廓提高其与人像框的重合度;采用背景颜色填充人像轮廓与人像框的中空部分;剪裁不必要的多余部分等。
应当注意的是,本发明的实施例有较佳的实施性,且并非对本发明作任何形式的限制,任何熟悉该领域的技术人员可能利用上述揭示的技术内容变更或修饰为等同的有效实施例,但凡未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何修改或等同变化及修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种基于智能终端的证件照片生成方法,其特征在于,所述证件照片生成方法包括如下步骤:
    启动所述智能终端的照相模块,显示一设有人像框的参照图像;
    采集一人像图像;
    提取所述人像图像中的预览人像,并获取所述预览人像的人像轮廓;
    匹配所述人像轮廓及人像框,将所述预览人像叠合至所述人像框内,生成一证件照片。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的证件照片生成方法,其特征在于,所述参照图像还包括证件照片类型、尺寸、背景颜色、像素中的一种或多种。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的证件照片生成方法,其特征在于,于提取所述人像图像中的预览人像,并获取所述预览人像的人像轮廓的步骤中,所述证件照片生成方法进一步包含识别所述预览人像中的人像部位;所述人像部位包含头部、脸部、颈部、肩部中的一种或多种。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的证件照片生成方法,其特征在于,匹配所述人像轮廓及人像框的步骤包括:
    根据所述人像框的尺寸调节所述人像轮廓的大小;
    获取所述人像轮廓与所述人像框的重合度;
    当所述重合度大于等于90%时,所述人像轮廓与所述人像框匹配。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的证件照片生成方法,其特征在于,当所述重合度小于90%时,所述人像轮廓与所述人像框不匹配,匹配所述人像轮廓及人像框的步骤进一步包括根据所述人像框微调所述人像轮廓;所述微调包括平移、缩放、填充、剪裁中的一种或多种。
  6. 一种基于智能终端的证件照片生成系统,其特征在于,所述证件照片生成系统包括照相模块、采集模块、识别模块及处理模块;
    所述照相模块,与所述处理模块通讯连接,用于显示设有人像框的参照图像,并发送所述参照图像至所述处理模块;
    所述采集模块,与所述识别模块通讯连接,用于采集一人像图像,并发送所述人像图像至所述识别模块;
    所述识别模块,与所述采集模块、所述处理模块通讯连接,提取所述人像图像中的预览人像,并获取所述预览人像的人像轮廓,发送所述人像轮廓至所述处理模块;
    所述处理模块,与所述照相模块、所述识别模块通讯连接,匹配所述人像轮廓及所述人像框,将所述预览人像叠合至所述人像框内,生成一证件照片。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的证件照片生成系统,其特征在于,所述参照图像还包括证件照片类型、尺寸、背景颜色、像素中的一种或多种。
  8. 如权利要求6所述的证件照片生成系统,其特征在于,所述识别模块进一步包含识别所述预览人像中的人像部位;所述人像部位包含头部、脸部、颈部、肩部中的一种或多种。
  9. 如权利要求6所述的证件照片生成系统,其特征在于,所述处理模块匹配所述人像轮廓及人像框的步骤中进一步包含:
    根据所述人像框的尺寸调节所述人像轮廓的大小;
    获取所述人像轮廓与所述人像框的重合度;
    当所述重合度大于等于90%时,所述处理模块判断所述人像轮廓与所述人像框匹配。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的证件照片生成系统,其特征在于,当所述重合度小于90%时,所述处理模块判断所述人像轮廓与所述人像框不匹配,所述处理模块进一步包括根据所述人像框微调所述人像轮廓;所述微调包括平移、缩放、填充、剪裁中的一种或多种。
