一种溶剂型脱漆剂及其用于工件脱漆方法,所述的溶剂型脱漆剂包括按照重量份数配比的下列成分:60-100份丙二醇丁醚,10-30份冰醋酸,10-20份苯甲醇,5-20份甲酚,1-4份烷基苯磺酸钠;所述的脱漆方法包括,配制所述的溶剂型脱漆剂;将脱漆剂倒入脱漆槽中;将带漆工件浸入槽液中,漆膜较厚的工件可先用小刀将漆膜划开再浸入脱漆槽中。待工件表面的涂层起泡或起皱后,取出,将工件放入清水中冲洗或漂洗,涂层脱离工件表面。所述的溶剂型脱漆剂没有采用强腐蚀性的浓硫酸,对基材无腐蚀性,通过渗透膨胀作用,使漆膜呈片状剥落,剥漆速度快且使用寿命长。

背景技术
[0002] 为提高产品表面性能或者外观, 通常对工件表面处理技术。 例如, 铝、 铁及其 合金的表面处理工艺深入各行各业中。 而且, 大多数工作在进行表面处理前还 需要经过预处理, 例如, 进行清洗, 除污除油, 对于一些特定工件还需要进行 脱漆处理。 例如, 对于一些涂装不良涂层, 需要重新涂装涂层, 需要先退除旧 涂层, 再重新进行涂装。

[0012] 本实施例提供一种溶剂型脱漆剂, 其包括按照重量份数配比的下列成分: 60-1 00份丙二醇丁醚, 10-30份冰醋酸, 10-20份苯甲醇, 5-20份甲酚, 1-4份烷基苯磺 酸钠。
[0013] 具体地, 丙二醇丁醚的重量份数优选为 70-90。 冰醋酸的重量份数优选为 15-25 。 苯甲醇的重量份数优选为 12-18。 甲酚的重量份数优选为 10-15。 烷基苯磺酸钠 的重量份数优选为 2-3。
[0014] 本实施例的脱漆剂脱漆机理为: 以丙二醇丁醚作为溶剂, 其分子量低的, 它能 够在脱漆吋迅速渗透到涂层中去, 使漆膜软化膨胀, 尽快脱落, 溶解力居中, 能使被剥离的涂层在脱漆剂中不被融化, 有助于脱漆剂的使用寿命。 苯甲醇作 为助溶剂, 增进脱漆效果, 冰醋酸、 甲酚作为活化剂加速涂层与基材分离, 烷 基苯磺酸钠作为阻挥剂, 在溶液表面形成一层薄膜, 封闭表面, 使脱漆剂中的 溶剂难以挥发, 提高脱漆效果。
[0015] 上述溶剂型脱漆剂主要用于金属工件的表面涂层或塑层的脱除。 金属工件可以 是铝材, 铁件, 锌合金等, 涂层可以是各类电泳漆、 烤漆等, 还可以是喷塑涂 层。 以应用于铝材工件为例, 具体脱漆方法包括以下步骤: 将剥漆液倒入脱漆 槽中, 然后将带漆工件浸入本品中, 较厚的漆膜可先划破至金属基体再浸入工 作液中。 待工件表面的涂层起泡或起皱后, 取出, 将工件放入清水中冲洗或漂 洗, 涂层便会干净彻底地脱离工件。 视涂层种类、 厚度及工件状况, 浸渍吋间 为 1-10分钟。
[0016] 上述溶剂型脱漆剂采用上述配方成分的组合, 没有采用强腐蚀性的浓硫酸, 对 基材腐蚀性小, 安全环保, 而且上述溶剂型脱漆剂采用的有机剥漆剂是高效膨 胀剥离型脱漆剂, 通过渗透膨胀作用, 使漆膜呈片状剥落, 剥漆速度快且使用 寿命长。
[0017] 以下通过多个实施例来举例说明上述脱漆剂的组成范围、 配制方法以及使用效 果等方面。
