이러한 화장품은 그 기능에 따라 기초 화장품, 메이크업 화장품, 기능성 화장품, 모발용 화장품 등으로 구분될 수 있으며, 그 상태에 따라 분말, 액상, 겔상, 고형 화장품으로 구분되어 각 상태에 알맞은 용기에 보관, 사용된다.
그러나, 화장품에는 수분이나 알코올과 같은 휘발성분이 다량 함유되어 있어서 이러한 수분이나 휘발성분으로 인하여 화장품 용기를 완전히 밀폐하지 않으면 수분이 증발하고 휘발성분이 휘발되어 화장품 양이 감량되며, 수분의 증발이나 휘발성분의 휘발로 인하여 화장품 성분 간의 배합비가 변하면서 화장품의 성능이 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.
더욱이, 화장품은 수분이 증발되거나 휘발성분이 휘발되어 버리면 건조해지게 되고 화장품 본래의 기능을 상실해 버리기 때문에 항상 화장품의 본래 성분이 유지되도록 보관하는 것이 매우 중요하다.
*이에, 종래 화장품 용기에는 수분의 증발과 휘발성분의 휘발을 방지하기 위하여 기밀성을 유지시키는 밀폐뚜껑을 설치하고, 화장품이 담겨져 있는 화장품 용기의 기밀성이 유지되도록 탄성체인 패킹을 설치하여 기밀성을 확보하였다.
상기와 같은 종래 기술로 도 1에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국 등록실용신안 제20-0476640호로 화장용 콤팩트 용기가 개시되었는데, 상기 종래 기술은 내측본체와 상기 내측본체에 힌지 결합된 내측덮개로 이루어진 내측용기 및 상기 내측용기에 마련된 밀폐수단을 포함하되, 상기 밀폐수단을 내측본체의 가장자리에 형성된 삽입홈과, 상기 삽입홈에 끼워지는 패킹 및 상기 삽입홈에 진입하는 돌출부로 구성하여 내측용기의 밀폐력을 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하고 있다.
하지만, 상기 종래기술은 패킹이 내측용기의 삽입홈 내에 결합되어 있으나, 시간이 흐름에 따라 상기 패킹이 시효변화를 일으키면서 밀폐력이 떨어지게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 도 2에서 보는 바와 같이 대한민국 등록특허 제10-1505789호로 화장품용기가 개시되었는데, 상기 종래 기술은 하부케이스와 케이스뚜껑을 구비하고, 상기 하부케이스 내부에 삽입되어 고정되고 케이스뚜껑과 힌지핀으로 연결되는 중간마감부재 및 상기 중간마감부재 내부에 삽입되어 고정되고 내부케이스 뚜껑과 힌지핀으로 연결되는 내부케이스를 포함하되, 상기 내부케이스의 상단 외주연부에 기밀부재가 이중 사출되어 일체로 구비되도록 하여 상기 기밀부재에 중앙케이스 뚜껑이 밀착되면서 밀폐가 이루어지도록 한 구조이다.
하지만, 상기 종래 기술의 생산 과정을 살펴보면 먼저 내부케이스와 내부케이스 뚜껑을 각각 별도로 사출 성형하고, 상기 내부케이스에 기밀부재를 이중 사출한 후, 다시 상기 내부케이스에 힌지핀으로 내부케이스 뚜껑을 조립해야 하므로, 조립 공정이 복잡하고, 이로 인해 생산성이 떨어지는 문제점이 있었다.
또한, 상기 종래 기술은 내부케이스 뚜껑이 내부케이스로부터 탄력적으로 개폐되지 않아 사용감이 떨어지고, 이에 사용감을 개선하기 위해서는 별도의 탄력 개방 구조를 설치해야 하기 때문에 제조원가가 상승되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 안출된 것으로, 내용기에 밀폐링을 이중 사출을 통해 일체로 형성하고, 내용기뚜껑의 하부에 밀폐돌륜을 형성함으로써, 상기 내용기뚜껑이 닫혔을 때 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐돌륜이 밀폐링의 내주연에 타이트하게 밀착되도록 하여 내용기의 밀폐력이 향상되는 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 내용기와 내용기뚜껑을 일체로 사출 성형하여 하나의 부품으로 형성하고, 이와 같이 하나의 부품으로 사출 성형된 내용기에 연질의 밀폐링을 이중 사출하여 일체로 형성함으로써, 상기 내용기와 내용기뚜껑 및 밀폐링의 생산 공정이 간소화되어 제조원가를 절감할 수 있고, 이에 따라 생산성이 향상되는 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
또한, 일체로 사출 성형된 내용기와 내용기뚜껑에 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재를 이중 사출하되, 상기 밀폐링이 내용기의 외벽 내측에 이중 사출되고, 이와 동시에 상기 탄성연결부재의 일측이 밀폐링의 상단에 이중 사출되고, 타측이 내용기뚜껑의 외주연에 이중 사출되도록 하여 상기 내용기와 내용기뚜껑이 탄성연결부재로 연결되도록 함으로써, 상기 내용기뚜껑이 개폐될 때 탄성연결부재가 내용기뚜껑을 탄력적으로 개폐할 수 있도록 하여 사용감을 증대시킨 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다.
본 발명은 화장료가 수용되는 내용기와, 상기 내용기를 개폐하는 내용기뚜껑으로 이루어진 화장품 용기에 있어서,
상기 내용기와 내용기뚜껑은 힌지부에 의해 연결되어 일체로 사출 성형되고, 상기 내용기에는 연질의 밀폐링이 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출되는 동시에, 연질의 탄성연결부재의 일측이 밀폐링에 일체로 연결되도록 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출되고, 상기 탄성연결부재의 타측이 내용기뚜껑에 일체로 연결되도록 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기를 제공한다.
또한, 상기 내용기와 내용기뚜껑은 외용기의 내측에 결합되고, 상기 외용기의 일측에는 외용기뚜껑이 힌지 결합되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 내용기에는 내벽과 상기 내벽 외측으로 일정간격 이격된 외벽이 형성되되, 상기 외벽의 상부 내주연에 밀폐링이 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 내용기뚜껑의 하부에는 밀폐돌륜이 형성되어 내용기뚜껑이 닫혔을 때, 상기 밀폐돌륜이 밀폐링의 내주연에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 내용기뚜껑의 외측에는 누름턱이 형성되고, 밀폐링의 상부에는 밀폐턱이 외측으로 연장 형성되어 상기 누름턱이 밀폐턱에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 탄성연결부재는 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 힌지부 양측에 형성되어 내용기뚜껑이 탄력적으로 개폐되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
또한, 상기 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재는 내용기와 내용기뚜껑에 일체로 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기는 내용기에 밀폐링을 이중 사출을 통해 일체로 형성하고, 내용기뚜껑의 하부에 밀폐돌륜을 형성함으로써, 상기 내용기뚜껑이 닫혔을 때 내용기뚜껑의 밀폐돌륜이 밀폐링의 내주연에 타이트하게 밀착되도록 하여 내용기의 밀폐력이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기는 내용기와 내용기뚜껑을 일체로 사출 성형하여 하나의 부품으로 형성하고, 이와 같이 하나의 부품으로 사출 성형된 내용기에 연질의 밀폐링을 이중 사출하여 일체로 형성함으로써, 상기 내용기와 내용기뚜껑 및 밀폐링의 생산 공정이 간소화되어 제조원가를 절감할 수 있고, 이에 따라 생산성이 향상되는 효과가 있다.
또한, 본 발명에 따른 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기는 일체로 사출 성형된 내용기와 내용기뚜껑에 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재를 이중 사출하되, 상기 밀폐링이 내용기의 외벽 내측에 이중 사출되고, 이와 동시에 상기 탄성연결부재의 일측이 밀폐링의 상단에 이중 사출되고, 타측이 내용기뚜껑의 외주연에 이중 사출되도록 하여 상기 내용기와 내용기뚜껑이 탄성연결부재로 연결되도록 함으로써, 상기 내용기뚜껑이 개폐될 때 탄성연결부재가 내용기뚜껑을 탄력적으로 개폐할 수 있도록 하여 사용감을 증대시키는 효과가 있다.

본 발명과 본 발명의 실시에 의해 달성되는 기술적 과제는 다음에서 설명하는 바람직한 실시예들에 의해 명확해 질 것이다. 이하, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세히 살펴보면 다음과 같다.

본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기는 화장료가 수용되는 내용기(10)와, 상기 내용기(10)를 개폐하는 내용기뚜껑(20)으로 이루어진 화장품 용기에 있어서, 상기 내용기(10)와 내용기뚜껑(20)은 힌지부(12)에 의해 연결되어 일체로 사출 성형되고, 상기 내용기(10)에는 연질의 밀폐링(30)이 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출되는 동시에, 연질의 탄성연결부재(40)의 일측이 밀폐링(30)에 일체로 연결되도록 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출되고, 상기 탄성연결부재(40)의 타측이 내용기뚜껑(20)에 일체로 연결되도록 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 내용기(10)의 내부에는 화장료가 충전되거나 또는 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(80)가 내장된다.
상기 내용기(10)는 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 바닥면(11)과 상기 바닥면(11)으로부터 상부로 연장 형성된 내벽(13) 및 상기 내벽(13) 외측으로 일정간격 이격되어 상부로 연장 형성된 외벽(15)으로 이루어진다.
상기 내용기(10)의 내벽(13)에는 고정구(70)가 결합되고, 외벽(15)의 상부 내주연에는 밀폐링(30)이 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출된다.
상기 고정구(70)는 내벽(13)의 외주연에 결합되는 결합부(72)와 상기 결합부(72) 내측으로 연장 형성되어 내용기(10)에 내장된 함침부재(80)가 외부로 이탈되는 것을 방지하는 이탈방지부(74)로 구성된다.
상기 내용기뚜껑(20)은 내용기(10) 일측에 형성되어 상기 내용기(10)를 개폐한다.
상기 내용기뚜껑(20)의 상부에는 퍼프와 같은 화장도구를 보관할 수 있는 화장도구 수용홈(21)이 형성되고, 내용기뚜껑(20)의 일측에는 사용자가 용이하게 내용기뚜껑(20)을 개폐할 수 있도록 뚜껑손잡이(23)가 외측으로 돌출 형성된다.
상기 내용기뚜껑(20)의 하부에는 밀폐돌륜(22)이 하측으로 연장 형성되는데, 상기 밀폐돌륜(22)은 내용기뚜껑(20)을 닫았을 때, 밀폐링(30)의 내주연에 밀착되면서 상기 내용기(10)를 밀폐시키게 된다.
도 8의 부분 확대 도면에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 내용기뚜껑(20)의 밀폐돌륜(22) 외측에는 누름턱(24)이 형성되어 내용기뚜껑(20)을 닫았을 때, 밀폐링(30)의 상부면을 압박하게 된다.
상기 내용기(10)와 내용기뚜껑(20)은 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 힌지부(12)에 의해 연결되어 일체로 성형되는데, 상기 내용기(10)와 내용기뚜껑(20)은 단일의 금형에서 일체로 사출 성형되어 하나의 부품으로 생산된다.
상기 힌지부(12)에는 내용기뚜껑(20)이 용이하게 접히면서 닫힐 수 있도록 도 7의 부분 확대 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 접힘홈(122)이 형성된다.
상기 내용기(10)와 내용기뚜껑(20)은 합성수지 재질로 형성되는 것이 바람직하며, 특히 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene) 재질로 형성되는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 내용기(10)와 내용기뚜껑(20)은 도 4에서 보는 바와 같이 외용기(50)의 내측에 결합된다.
상기 외용기(50)는 상부와 하부가 개방된 형태이며, 내주연에 내용기(10)가 안착되는 내용기안착부(52)가 형성된다.
상기 외용기(50)의 일측에는 외용기뚜껑(60)이 힌지 결합되되, 외용기(50)를 개폐한다.
상기 외용기뚜껑(60)의 내측에는 사용자가 용이하게 화장을 할 수 있도록 거울(62)이 구비될 수 있다.
도 6에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 외용기(50)의 내부 일측에는 용기자석(54)이 형성되고, 상기 외용기뚜껑(60)의 내부 일측에는 뚜껑자성체(64)가 형성되는데, 상기 용기자석(54)과 뚜껑자성체(64)가 탈, 부착되면서 외용기뚜껑(60)이 외용기(50)을 개방 또는 폐쇄하게 된다.
상기 밀폐링(30)은 내용기(10)의 외벽(15) 상부 내주연에 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출된다.
상기 밀폐링(30)은 내용기(10)를 밀폐시키는 역할을 하게 되는데, 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 내용기뚜껑(20)이 닫혔을 때 상기 내용기뚜껑(20)의 밀폐돌륜(22)의 외주연이 밀폐링(30)의 내주연에 타이트하게 밀착되면서 내용기(10)의 내부를 밀폐시키게 된다. 또한, 상기 밀폐링(30)은 오랜 기간 사용된 내용기(10)가 수축되면서 형태가 변형되는 것을 방지하는 역할도 하게 된다.
상기 밀폐링(30)의 상부에는 도 5의 부분 확대 도면에서 보는 바와 같이 밀폐턱(34)이 외측으로 연장 형성되어 내용기(10)의 외벽(15) 상단을 덮게 되는데, 상기 밀폐턱(34)은 내용기뚜껑(20)이 닫혔을 때, 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 상기 내용기뚜껑(20)의 누름턱(24)에 의해 강하게 눌려지면서 상기 누름턱(24)과 밀착된다.
상기 밀폐링(30)은 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene) 재질로 형성된 내용기(10)와 내용기뚜껑(20) 보다 상대적으로 연질의 재질로 형성된다.
상기 밀폐링(30)은 우레탄 고무(urethane rubber), 천연고무(natural rubber), 엘라스토머(elastomer), NBR(nitrile-butadiene rubber), 실리콘(silicone) 중 하나 이상의 재질 또는 탄성을 갖는 폴리프로필렌(polypropylene), 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene), ABS(Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) 재질로 형성되는 것이 바람직하며, 특히, 말랑말랑하고 내구성이 우수한 고무와 플라스틱 중간 형태의 재질인 TPE(Thermo Plastic Elastomer) 재질로 형성되는 것이 가장 바람직하다.
상술한 바와 같이, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 용기는 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 내용기(10)와 내용기뚜껑(20)을 일체로 사출 성형하여 하나의 부품으로 형성하고, 이와 같이 하나의 부품으로 사출 성형된 내용기(10)에 연질의 밀폐링(30)과 탄성연결부재(40)를 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출하여 일체로 형성함으로써, 내용기뚜껑(20)이 닫혔을 때 내용기뚜껑(20)의 밀폐돌륜(22)이 밀폐링(30)의 내주연에 타이트하게 밀착되도록 하여 내용기(10)의 밀폐력이 안정적으로 유지됨은 물론, 상기 내용기(10)와 내용기뚜껑(20)과 밀폐링(30) 및 탄성연결부재(40)의 생산 공정이 간소화되어 제조원가를 절감할 수 있고, 이에 따라 제품의 생산성이 향상되는 것이다.
상기 탄성연결부재(40)는 연질의 재질로 형성되어 밀폐링(30)과 내용기뚜껑(20)을 탄력적으로 연결한다.
도 7의 부분 확대 도면에서 보는 바와 같이, 상기 탄성연결부재(40)의 일측은 밀폐링(30)의 상단에 일체로 연결되도록 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출되고, 이와 동시에 타측은 내용기뚜껑(20)의 외주연에 일체로 연결되도록 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출된다.
상기 탄성연결부재(40)는 내용기(10)와 내용기뚜껑(20)의 힌지부(12) 양측에 형성되어 내용기뚜껑(20)이 탄력적으로 개폐되도록 한다.
이와 같이, 상기 탄성연결부(40)에 의해 내용기(10)와 내용기뚜껑(20)이 탄력적으로 개폐되도록 하여 사용감을 증대시킬 수 있게 된다.
상기 밀폐링(30)과 탄성연결부재(40)는 내용기(10)와 내용기뚜껑(20)에 일체로 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출된다.
상기와 같이 구성된 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기의 조립 방법 및 사용 방법을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기를 조립하기 위해 먼저 도 4와 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 내용기(10)의 내측에 화장료가 함침된 함침부재(80)를 삽입하거나 직접 화장료를 충전하고, 상기 내용기(10)의 내벽(13)에 고정구(70)를 결합한다.
이때, 상기 내용기(10)와 내용기뚜껑(20)은 일체로 사출 성형되어 하나의 부품으로 생산되며, 상기 내용기(10)의 외벽(15) 상부 내주연에는 연질의 밀폐링(30)이 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출되어 일체로 형성되고, 이와 동시에 연질의 탄성연결부재(40)의 일측이 밀폐링(30)에 일체로 연결되도록 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출되며, 타측이 내용기뚜껑(20)에 일체로 연결되도록 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출된 상태이다.
상기 내용기(10)와 내용기뚜껑(20)과 밀폐링(30) 및 탄성연결부재(40)의 생상과정을 보다 자세히 살펴보면, 주형공간이 구비된 금형에 용융 수지를 주입하여 내용기(10)와 내용기뚜껑(20)을 일체로 사출 성형한 후, 상기 내용기(10)와 내용기뚜껑(20)의 상부에 밀폐링(30)과 탄성연결부재(40)를 동시에 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출하여 도 7에서 보는 바와 같이 하나의 부품으로 된 화장품 용기를 생산하게 되는 것이다.
이후, 상기와 같이 일체로 형성된 내용기(10)와 내용기뚜껑(20)을 일측에 외용기뚜껑(60)이 힌지 결합된 외용기(50)의 내측에 결합한다.
마지막으로, 상기 내용기뚜껑(20)과 외용기뚜껑(60)을 닫아 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기의 조립을 완료한다.
상기와 같이 조립된 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기를 사용하기 위해 우선 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 외용기(50)로부터 외용기뚜껑(60)을 개방한다.
다음으로, 내용기뚜껑(20)의 화장도구 수용홈(21)에 수용된 화장도구를 잡고, 도 5에서 보는 바와 같이 내용기(10)로부터 내용기뚜껑(20)을 개방한다.
다음으로, 상기 퍼프를 이용하여 화장을 한 후, 다시 내용기뚜껑(20)을 닫는다. 이때, 상기 내용기(10)와 내용기뚜껑(20)은 연질의 탄성연결부재(40)에 의해 연결되어 있는 상태이기 때문에, 내용기뚜껑(20)이 탄력적으로 열리거나 닫히게 된다.
상기 내용기뚜껑(20)이 닫히게 되면, 도 8에서 보는 바와 같이 내용기뚜껑(20)의 밀폐돌륜(22)의 외주연이 밀폐링(30)의 내주연에 타이트하게 밀착되는 동시에, 상기 내용기뚜껑(20)의 누름턱(24)이 밀폐링(30)의 밀폐턱(34) 상단을 압박하여 내용기(10)를 안정적으로 밀폐시키게 된다.
마지막으로, 상기 외용기뚜껑(60)을 닫아 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기의 사용을 완료한다.
이상, 본 발명에서 설명한 것은 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기를 실시하기 위한 하나의 실시예에 불과한 것으로, 본 발명은 상기 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니다. 첨부된 청구범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 발명의 범위에 속하는 것으로 간주 되어야 할 것이다.

    상기 내용기와 내용기뚜껑은 힌지부에 의해 연결되어 일체로 사출 성형되고, 상기 내용기에는 연질의 밀폐링이 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출되는 동시에, 연질의 탄성연결부재의 일측이 밀폐링에 일체로 연결되도록 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출되고, 상기 탄성연결부재의 타측이 내용기뚜껑에 일체로 연결되도록 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기와 내용기뚜껑은 외용기의 내측에 결합되고, 상기 외용기의 일측에는 외용기뚜껑이 힌지 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기에는 내벽과 상기 내벽 외측으로 일정간격 이격된 외벽이 형성되되, 상기 외벽의 상부 내주연에 밀폐링이 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기.
  4. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기뚜껑의 하부에는 밀폐돌륜이 형성되어 내용기뚜껑이 닫혔을 때, 상기 밀폐돌륜이 밀폐링의 내주연에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 내용기뚜껑의 외측에는 누름턱이 형성되고, 밀폐링의 상부에는 밀폐턱이 외측으로 연장 형성되어 상기 누름턱이 밀폐턱에 밀착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 탄성연결부재는 내용기와 내용기뚜껑의 힌지부 양측에 형성되어 내용기뚜껑이 탄력적으로 개폐되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재는 내용기와 내용기뚜껑에 일체로 이중 사출 또는 인서트 사출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 밀폐링과 탄성연결부재가 구비된 일체형 화장품 용기.
