Abstract

본 발명은 원심분리기에 장착되는 원심분리용 용기에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 혈액이나 골수와 같은 생리학적 복합 유체에 원심력을 가하여 성분별 비중의 차이에 의해 원심분리시킴에 있어서 원심분리되는 침전물질과 부유물질의 경계층을 구분짓는 밸브체가 원심분리 과정에서 왕복이동은 가능하되 회전은 방지되도록 구성함과 아울러 부유물질이 침전물질로부터 분리되어 이동하는 통로를 넓게 확보함으로써 얻고자 하는 성분층을 신속하게 분리 및 회수할 수 있도록 하는 원심분리용 용기에 관한 것으로서, 원심분리 대상 물질이 수용되는 제1챔버(110)와, 상기 제1챔버(110) 내의 물질로부터 원심분리된 부유물질이 상기 제1챔버(110)로부터 디캔팅되어 수용되며, 상기 제1챔버(110)의 일측에 위치하는 제2챔버(120)와, 상기 제1챔버(110)와 제2챔버(120)의 상단 외측을 감싸는 형태로 형성되는 체결부(130)를 포함하는 본체(100); 상기 본체(100)의 상부를 덮으며, 상기 제1챔버(110)와 제2챔버(120) 사이에 상기 디캔팅되는 부유물질의 유체소통 통로(P)를 형성하는 덮개(200);를 포함하여 이루어지는 원심분리 용기에 있어서, 상기 제1챔버(110)의 내부에는, 상기 원심분리되는 물질 간의 경계층에 위치하도록 상기 제1챔버(110)의 길이방향을 따라 직선 왕복 이동 가능하게 배치되며, 바닥면에는 원심분리 대상 물질이 분리되어 이동되는 통공(145, 145', 145", 145"')이 형성된 밸브체(140, 140', 140", 140"')가 구비되고, 상기 덮개(200)에는, 상기 덮개(200)의 가장자리를 형성하며, 상기 가장자리에서 상기 체결부(130)와 결합할 수 있도록 형성되는 링부(230);와, 상기 링부(230)의 내측에 연결되어 함몰된 형태로 형성되는 함몰부(220);와, 상기 함몰부(220)의 내측에 연결되고 돌출된 형태로 형성되어 상기 부유물질이 상기 제1챔버(110)에서 상기 제2챔버(120)로 배출되도록 유체소통 통로(P)를 형성하게 되는 돌출부(210);가 구비되며, 상기 돌출부(210)에는, 상기 제1챔버(110)로 원심분리 대상 물질을 주입하기 위한 유입포트(212)가 돌출형성되고, 상기 함몰부(220)에는, 상기 제1챔버(110)에 원심분리 대상 물질이 주입됨에 따라 내부의 공기를 배출시키기 위한 에어벤트와, 상기 제2챔버(120)에 유입된 부유물질을 배출하기 위한 배출포트가 형성되며, 상기 링부(230)는, 외측링부(231)와, 상기 외측링부(231)와 연결되는 평면링부(232)와, 상기 평면링부(232)와 연결되며 단턱이 형성되는 내측링부(233)으로 구성되고, 상기 외측링부(231)의 내주면에는 링후크(231-1)가 형성되며, 상기 체결부(130)의 외측 단부는 상부로 연장되어 상기 내측링부(231)의 링후크(231-1)와 결합하도록 외주면에 대응되는 형태의 체결후크(131)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 원심분리용 용기를 제공한다.
