一种抗炎乳液,以乳液总重量计,包含1.25%-3.0%的乳化剂,0.8%-1.0%的增稠剂,11.0%-20.0.0%的保湿成分,8.6-13.0%的具有抗菌、抗炎效果的植物提取物,所述植物提取物为:苦豆草提取物、紫松果菊提取物、鼠尾草提取物、艾叶提取物以及积雪草提取物。

Description

一种抗炎乳液 技术领域
本发明属于日化领域,具体涉及一种抗炎乳液。
背景技术
皮肤是机体和外界环境接触的主要屏障,机体皮肤屏障功能下降可产生多种炎症性皮肤病,如痤疮、脂溢性皮炎等。炎症的产生使皮肤粗糙、发红发痒、皮肤破损加重,使其更容易受到外界细菌、真菌和病毒的感染,加重炎症。通过药物治疗是有效的手段之一,另外,通过使用具有抗菌、抗炎的化妆品,也能达到一定的效果。
目前,已有多种抗炎原料用于化妆品中,其中,来源于植物的抗菌抗炎原料由于相对较温和而备受青睐。
本发明复合使用多种具有一定抗菌、抗炎效果的植物提取物:苦豆草提取物(所含苦豆碱具有抗菌、抗炎及抗肿瘤作用)、紫松果菊提取物(所含酚类、多糖及植物甾醇,能抗细菌、抗病毒、抗真菌和消炎)、鼠尾草提取物(所含植物酚类物质能够抵抗细菌和真菌的感染)、积雪草提取物(抗菌、消炎、促进成纤维细胞和胶原蛋白的合成)和艾叶提取物,并另外添加同样具有抗炎效果的尿囊素制成乳液,加强抗炎效果。
苦豆草提取物(或苦豆子提取物)是从宁夏药用植物苦豆子中提取,苦豆子具有清热解毒、抗菌消炎、止痛杀虫的作用,而苦豆碱则是该药用植物具有 抗菌抗炎功效的活性物质,有研究表明苦豆碱能够减少促炎性因子TNF-α以及增加抗炎细胞IL-10的产生,对炎症有缓解、抵抗作用。目前,关于该药用植物提取物的研究较多集中于其止痛功效,以及在药物领域的应用;以作者有限的知识,该提取物在化妆品抗炎乳液中的应用还少见报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗炎乳液。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种抗炎乳液,除含有乳液可接受的一般成份外,还含有:
占乳液重量1.25%-3.0%的乳化剂,该乳化剂为占乳液重量0.25%-0.5%的山梨坦倍半油酸酯和占乳液重量1.0%-2.5%的吐温-80的组合;
占乳液重量0.2%-0.5%的尿囊素;
占乳液重量0.8%-1.0%的增稠剂,该增稠剂为占乳液重量0.3%-0.5%的黄原胶和占乳液重量0.5%的羟乙基纤维素的组合;
占乳液重量11.0%-20.0%的保湿成份,该保湿成份为占乳液重量3.0%-5.0%的乳木果油、占乳液重量3.0%-5.0%的肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯、占乳液重量3.0%-6.0%的角鲨烷、占乳液重量2.0%-4.0%的碳酸二辛酯的组合;
占乳液重量8.6%-13.0%的具有抗炎性能的植物提取物,该提取物为占乳液重量0.1%-1.0%的苦豆草提取物、占乳液重量3.0%-5.0%的紫松果菊提取物、占乳液重量2.5%-3.0%的鼠尾草提取物、占乳液重量0.5%-1.0%的积雪草提取物以及占乳液重量2.0%-3.0%的艾叶提取物的组合。

本发明的有益效果
本发明在配方中添加了多种具有抗菌、抗炎效果的植物提取物,包含苦豆草提取物,另外还添加了尿囊素以及多种保湿、润肤剂,使乳液在保湿的同时,具备一定的抗炎效果,适合有轻微炎症的皮肤不适者使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
先对本发明组份选取的特点、注意事项作详细介绍、说明。
本发明注重选取组份的抗菌、抗炎性能,同时关注乳液的保湿效果。选用简单的润肤剂,搭配多种具有抗菌抗炎功效的植物提取物原料,如鼠尾草提取物、紫松果菊提取物、积雪草提取物以及艾叶提取物;另外,还特别添加了苦豆草提取物,该药用植物提取物所含苦豆碱具有较好的抗菌抗炎功效,据报道能够减少促炎因子TNF-α和增加抗炎细胞IL-10的产生,而且目前少见将其用于化妆品的抗炎乳液中。除了抗菌抗炎植物提取物外,该组合物还添加了尿囊素,加强样品的抗菌抗炎效果。
所用植物提取物均为提取液。
实施例I-V

以实施例I为例,其制作步骤如下:
1、把0.5gEDTA-2Na、0.3g柠檬酸、60.0g甘油、20.0g1,3-丙二醇、3.0g黄原胶、5.0g羟乙基纤维素、4.0g尿囊素加入到636.9g去离子水中,加热到80℃,搅拌至溶解、分散充分。
2、把2.0g羟苯甲酯、1.0g羟苯丙酯、2.5g山梨坦倍半油酸酯、10.0g吐温-80、30.0g肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯、40.0g乳木果油、30.0g角鲨烷、40.0g碳酸二辛酯、加到油相锅中,加热到80℃,并搅拌至溶解、分散充分。
3、把油相锅中的物料加入到水相锅中,开动均质机,速度为8000rpm/min,乳化均质10min后降温。
4、降温到50℃后依次加入4g苦豆草提取物、50g紫松果菊提取物、25.0g鼠尾草提取物、5.0g积雪草提取物和30.0g艾叶提取物。
5、降温到45℃,加入0.5g香精,搅拌均匀、降至室温后真空脱气。
本发明使用效果测试
招募15名脸部皮肤有轻微炎症(轻微红肿、瘙痒)的志愿者,将其分成三组(C0、G1和G2),每组5人;C0为对照组,不使用抗炎乳液;G1和G2分别使用抗炎乳液I和抗炎乳液V。对志愿者进行培训,包括使用时间点、周期、抗炎乳液使用量、涂抹和按摩方法。
G1和G2组志愿者自收到抗炎乳液样品开始,每天晚上23:00涂抹,按摩1min,持续涂抹两个星期;C0组不涂抹任何样品,以作对照。涂抹前和涂抹两个星期后分别由功效评价工程师进行评分,评价抗炎乳液功效(涂抹前分数为0分)。按照改善程度进行评分:0分、2分、4分、6分、8分、10分;0分没有改善,10分完全改善。
从图1可看出,没有使用抗炎乳液的C0组,两周后改善程度较低,而使用了抗炎乳液的G1组和G2组则改善较为明显。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种抗炎乳液,除含有乳液可接受的一般成份外,还含有:
    占乳液重量1.25%-3.0%的乳化剂,该乳化剂为占乳液重量0.25%-0.5%的山梨坦倍半油酸酯和占乳液重量1.0%-2.5%的吐温-80的组合;
    占乳液重量0.2%-0.5%的尿囊素;
    占乳液重量0.8%-1.0%的增稠剂,该增稠剂为占乳液重量0.3-0.5%的黄原胶和占乳液重量0.5%的羟乙基纤维素的组合;
    占乳液重量11.0%-20.0%的保湿成份,该保湿成份为占乳液重量3.0%-5.0%的乳木果油、占乳液重量3.0%-5.0%的肉豆蔻醇肉豆蔻酸酯、占乳液重量3.0%-6.0%的角鲨烷、占乳液重量2.0%-4.0%的碳酸二辛酯的组合。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的抗炎乳液,还包含有占乳液重量8.6%-13.0%的抗炎植物提取物,该提取物为占乳液重量0.1%-1.0%的苦豆草提取物、占乳液重量3.0%-5.0%的紫松果菊提取物、占乳液重量2.5%-3.0%的鼠尾草提取物、占乳液重量0.5%-1.0%的积雪草提取物以及占乳液重量2.0%-3.0%的艾叶提取物的组合。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的抗炎乳液,其特征在于其组份及其含量重量百分比分别为:
