Abstract
一种智能导光电池盖及移动终端,所述智能导光电池盖设置在移动终端的电池之上,其包括:与电池电连接的多个LED灯,设置在所述LED灯之上具有透光功能的电池后盖(2),及设置在所述电池后盖(2)之上用于实现导光效果的导光膜(3)。首次将导光膜(3)应用在智能电池盖上,实现了电池盖的导光效果,满足了用户的个性化需求。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及电池盖技术领域,尤其涉及一种智能导光电池盖及移动终端。
【背景技术】
尽管导光膜已经可设计应用在多个场合,比如智能手机的触摸屏图标灯上、功能手机的功能机按键上,智能手环,平板电脑上等等。但是到目前为止,还没有出现过任何将导光膜应用在智能电池盖上的设计,因此不能满足用户实现电池盖导光的个性化需求。
因此,现有技术还有待于改进和发展。
【发明内容】
鉴于上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种智能导光电池盖及移动终端,从而解决现有技术中缺少将导光膜应用在智能电池盖上的设计,不能满足用户实现电池盖导光的个性化需求的问题。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种智能导光电池盖,设置在移动终端的电池之上,其中,所述智能导光电池盖包括:与电池电连接的多个LED灯,设置在所述LED灯之上具有透光功能的电池后盖;所述电池后盖包括一后盖本体,及设置在所述后盖本体上的透光结构;设置在所述电池后盖之上用于实现导光效果的导光膜;设置在所述导光膜之上的透明盖。
一种智能导光电池盖,设置在移动终端的电池之上,其中,所述智能导光电池盖包括:与电池电连接的多个LED灯,设置在所述LED灯之上具有透光功能的电池后盖,及设置在所述电池后盖之上用于实现导光效果的导光膜。
一种移动终端,其包括如以上任一项所述的智能导光电池盖。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供了一种智能导光电池盖及移动终端,所述智能导光电池盖包括:与电池电连接的多个LED灯,设置在所述LED灯之上具有透光功能的电池后盖,及设置在所述电池后盖之上用于实现导光效果的导光膜。本发明首次将导光膜应用在智能电池盖上,实现了电池盖的导光效果,满足了用户的个性化需求。

【具体实施方式】
本发明提供一种智能导光电池盖及移动终端,为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,以下参照附图并举实施例对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明智能导光电池盖设置在移动终端的电池之上,所述移动终端包括但不限于手机、平板电脑等。
本发明实施例中,所述移动终端以手机为例,如图1、图6、图8所示,所述智能导光电池盖包括:与电池9电连接的多个LED灯1,设置在所述LED灯1之上具有透光功能的电池后盖2,及设置在所述电池后盖2之上用于实现导光效果的导光膜3。在本发明实施例中,所述电池后盖2也即是手机后盖。
本发明所述导光膜(Light Guide
Film)优选为超薄导光膜,其厚度可以设置为0.125mm;相比导光板,其占用空间较小,节省LED灯、节省功耗,且物理稳定性好,耐磨损,使用寿命长。
进一步的,如图1所示,本发明实施例中,所述电池后盖2包括一后盖本体21,及设置在所述后盖本体21上的透光结构。其中,所述透光结构为设置在所述后盖本体21上的多个透光孔22。所述LED灯1对应设置在所述后盖本体21上的透光孔22的下部。
进一步的,如图1、图2、图3、图4所示,本发明实施例中,所述导光膜3上设置有多个遮光膜32,所述遮光膜32对应设置在所述透光孔22的上部。由于LED灯距离导光膜3较近,LED灯1被两侧的电池后盖2挡住,LED灯1的发射光源直射入导光膜3,在LED灯1的直射位置增加遮光膜32,让一部分光源在遮光膜32处折射到导光膜3里面,能够使近距离的光源均匀扩散。
进一步的,本发明实施例中,所述智能导光电池盖还包括设置在所述LED灯1下部用于将所述LED灯1与电池9电连接的导电结构(未标出)。
具体的,如图1、图5、图6、图7所示,本发明实施例中,所述导电结构包括:用于固定所述LED灯1的PCB板4,及设置在所述PCB板4下部用于将PCB板4与电池9电连接的Pogo
pin组件5。
更具体的,如图6所示,本发明实施例中,所述Pogo pin组件5包括:设置在所述PCB板4下部的Pogo
pin支架51,及设置在所述Pogo pin支架51上的多个Pogo pin 52。所述Pogo pin也即是POGO
PIN,是一种应用于手机等电子产品中的精密连接器,广泛应用于半导体设备中,起连接作用,其是现有技术,此处不再赘述。
进一步的,如图1、图6、图9所示,本发明实施例中,所述智能导光电池盖还包括设置在所述PCB板4和所述电池后盖2之间的泡棉6。泡棉6起到电池缓冲、PCB固定、防震等作用,保护电池和PCB板。
进一步的,如图1、图6、图8所示,本发明实施例中,所述智能导光电池盖还包括设置在所述导光膜3之上的透明盖7。
优选的,本发明实施例中,所述透明盖7优选为IML黑色透明后盖。IML(In Molding
Label)即模内镶件注塑,其工艺非常显著的特点是:表面是一层硬化的透明薄膜,中间是印刷图案层,背面是塑胶层,由于油墨夹在中间,可使产品防止表面被刮花和耐摩擦,并可长期保持颜色的鲜明不易退色。本发明采用IML黑色透明后盖可以使导光效果更加炫目多彩,更好的满足用户对灯光色彩多样化的个性化需求。
进一步的,如图1所示,本发明实施例中,所述智能导光电池盖还包括装配在电池后盖2上的侧键8(即手机侧键),及用于将Pogo
pin支架51安装固定在PCB板4之上的螺钉41。
本发明实施例的智能导光电池盖主要由PCB板、LED灯、导光膜、Pogo Pin、Pogo
Pin支架、电池后盖、IML黑色透明后盖、泡棉等部件组成。导光膜贴在电池后盖上,LED灯发出的光折射到导光膜上,经过导光膜的均匀扩散,再透过IML黑色透明后盖,把光发散出来,从而实现照明的功能。
本发明通过导光膜直接贴在电池后盖上,并且由于有PCB板、LED灯、Pogo
pin等部件连接,保持电路连通,能够使电池盖实现导光效果。
本发明创造性的将导光膜设计应用在智能电池盖上,实现了电池盖的导光效果,满足了客户个性化需求,为行业内首创。
本发明实施例还提供了一种移动终端,其包括以上所述的智能导光电池盖。其中,所述移动终端包括但不限于手机、平板电脑等。
综上所述,本发明提供了一种智能导光电池盖及移动终端,所述智能导光电池盖包括:与电池电连接的多个LED灯,设置在所述LED灯之上具有透光功能的电池后盖,及设置在所述电池后盖之上用于实现导光效果的导光膜。本发明首次将导光膜应用在智能电池盖上,实现了电池盖的导光效果,满足了用户的个性化需求。
应当理解的是,本发明的应用不限于上述的举例,对本领域普通技术人员来说,可以根据上述说明加以改进或变换,所有这些改进和变换都应属于本发明所附权利要求的保护范围。

- 一种智能导光电池盖,设置在移动终端的电池之上,其中,所述智能导光电池盖包括:与电池电连接的多个LED灯,设置在所述LED灯之上具有透光功能的电池后盖;所述电池后盖包括一后盖本体,及设置在所述后盖本体上的透光结构;设置在所述电池后盖之上用于实现导光效果的导光膜;设置在所述导光膜之上的透明盖。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能导光电池盖,其中,所述透光结构为设置在所述后盖本体上的多个透光孔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的智能导光电池盖,其中,所述LED灯对应设置在所述后盖本体上的透光孔的下部。
- 根据权利要求3所述的智能导光电池盖,其中,所述导光膜上设置有多个遮光膜,所述遮光膜对应设置在所述透光孔的上部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的智能导光电池盖,其中,所述智能导光电池盖还包括设置在所述LED灯下部用于将所述LED灯与电池电连接的导电结构。
- 根据权利要求5所述的智能导光电池盖,其中,所述导电结构包括:用于固定所述LED灯的PCB板,及设置在所述PCB板下部用于将PCB板与电池电连接的Pogo pin组件。
- 一种智能导光电池盖,设置在移动终端的电池之上,其中,所述智能导光电池盖包括:与电池电连接的多个LED灯,设置在所述LED灯之上具有透光功能的电池后盖,及设置在所述电池后盖之上用于实现导光效果的导光膜。
- 根据权利要求7所述的智能导光电池盖,其中,所述电池后盖包括一后盖本体,及设置在所述后盖本体上的透光结构。
- 根据权利要求8所述的智能导光电池盖,其中,所述透光结构为设置在所述后盖本体上的多个透光孔。
- 根据权利要求9所述的智能导光电池盖,其中,所述LED灯对应设置在所述后盖本体上的透光孔的下部。
