一种空气净化消毒剂及制备方法,该空气净化消毒剂由以质量份数表示的如下各组分组成:植物精油0.2~1份;苦参碱0.02~3份;百里香酚0.01~0.1份;蛇床子素0.02~3份;与植物精油相对应搭配使用的植物纯露15~50份,食品级乙醇10~20份,纯净水适量,pH调节剂适量(适量的pH调节剂使制备得到的消毒剂溶液的pH值保持在6.0‑7.0之间)。空气净化消毒剂的各组分配伍稳定、互相促进,特别是加入植物纯露能促进各种植物源组分相互作用,最大程度的发挥消毒、杀菌等净化室内空气的功效,同时解决这些杀菌成分在相互配伍时的均一性和稳定性。

技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化杀毒技术,尤其是涉及一种空气净化消毒剂及制备方法。
背景技术
室内空气与人体健康息息相关。比如,因装修或添置新家具,或通风不畅都可能污染空气,使空气中含有毒物质,危害我们的健康。又如,医院是一个人口流动量大、人员密集、传染源密度相对较高的地方,而医院的手术室、监护室、烧伤病房、新生儿病房、实验室等场所对空气质量有非常高的要求,就需要对医院室内的空气净化消毒。
空气清洁消毒法又分为静态消毒法和动态消毒法。静态消毒法是封闭的室内空间中,喷雾法喷洒一定浓度的空气净化消毒剂,消毒2-4小时,测量室内消毒前后的菌落数,计算平均灭菌率;动态消毒法是将空气净化消毒剂放置在封闭的室内空间中,不影响室内工作,现场检测放置/未放置空气净化消毒剂的空间中的菌落数,计算平均灭菌率。
目前一般市面上的空气净化消毒剂,虽标榜其杀菌效果,但往往只能散发出短暂的香味,充其量只能称为空气芳香剂,因此,如何不影响人体健康的前提下有效灭菌的空气杀菌剂成为难题;
另外,上述静态消毒法和动态消毒法施加空气消毒杀菌剂时,如何尽最大能力增大空气杀菌剂的杀菌效果,也成为业内难题。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术使用植物源成分的空气净化消毒剂多为乳剂,杀毒净化效果不佳或者含有大量化工成分做助剂而不适用于室内空气消毒杀菌,本发明 提出一种空气净化消毒剂及制备方法,各组分配伍稳定、互相促进,特别是加入植物纯露能促进各种植物源组分相互作用,最大程度的发挥消毒、杀菌等净化室内空气的功效,同时解决这些杀菌成分在相互配伍时的均一性和稳定性。
一种空气净化消毒剂,由以质量份数表示的如下各组分组成:植物精油0.2~1份,苦参碱0.02~3份,百里香酚0.01~0.1份,蛇床子素0.02~3份,与植物精油相对应搭配使用的植物纯露15~50份,食品级乙醇10~20份,适量pH调节剂,适量纯净水;
其中,植物精油为茉莉精油、青竹精油、薰衣草精油、茶树精油、洋甘菊精油或迷迭香精油,对应的,植物纯露分别为茉莉纯露、薰衣草纯露、茶树纯露、洋甘菊纯露或迷迭香纯露。
在一个实施例中,所述空气净化消毒剂由以质量份数表示的如下各组分组成:植物精油0.2份;苦参碱0.02份;百里香酚0.01份;蛇床子素0.02份;与植物精油相对应搭配使用的植物纯露15份,食品级乙醇10份,纯净水适量,pH调节剂适量。
在一个实施例中,所述空气净化消毒剂由以质量份数表示的如下各组分组成:植物精油1份;苦参碱3份;百里香酚0.1份;蛇床子素3份;与植物精油相对应搭配使用的植物纯露50份。食品级乙醇20份,纯净水适量,pH调节剂适量。
在一个实施例中,所述空气净化消毒剂由以质量份数表示的如下各组分组成:植物精油0.5份;苦参碱2份;百里香酚0.05份;蛇床子素2份;与植物精油相对应搭配使用的植物纯露45份。食品级乙醇15份,纯净水适量,pH调节剂适量。
其中,所述空气净化消毒剂还包括适量的芦荟胶。
一种空气净化消毒剂的制备方法,其包括步骤:取植物精油0.2~1份,苦 参碱0.02~3份,百里香酚0.01~0.1份,蛇床子素0.02~3份,与植物精油相对应搭配使用的植物纯露15~50份,食品级乙醇10~20份;将苦参碱0.02~3份和蛇床子素0.02~3份溶于2-6份的食品级乙醇溶液,得到第一混合溶液;将百里香酚0.01~0.1份溶于2-4份的食品级乙醇溶液中,不停搅拌直至溶解得到第二混合溶液;取植物精油0.2~1份溶于剩余的食品级乙醇溶液中,不停搅拌直至完全溶解得到第三混合溶液;将上述第一、第二和第三混合溶液分别静置12-36小时后再将三者混合均匀,然后加入与植物精油对应搭配使用的植物提取纯露15~50份,加入适量纯净水配平,并加入适量pH调节剂使得最终的混合溶液的pH值保持在6.0-7.0之间,将最终的混合溶液静置10-15天直到完全融合成为均一透明的液体即可。
本发明通过如下技术实质解决了“不影响人体健康的前提下有效灭菌的空气杀菌剂的问题,增大空气杀菌剂的杀菌效果”的技术难题:
①抑菌剂:植物纯露+相应植物精油,发明人发现,纯露配合精油,对单纯使用精油或单纯使用植物纯露的抑菌效果有增效作用,纯露配合精油的抑菌活性高于预期活性的10%。
②杀菌剂:苦参碱+蛇床子素+百里香酚,在抑菌的环境中杀菌,二者会产生协同增效作用,抑菌剂+杀菌剂组合的空气杀菌消毒活性高于预期活性16%以上,取得了预料不到的技术效果。
③超微粉悬浮制剂,所述消毒水剂与载体按2-3:1比例混合制成超微粉悬浮制剂,无论是喷洒在空气中还是放置在敞口容器中,相比水剂,大大增加了与空气接触的比表面积,有载体的超微粉悬浮制剂的空气杀菌消毒活性高于预期活性的20%以上,杀菌效果更加彰显。
本申请通过以上抑菌剂+杀菌剂,进一步加超微粉悬浮的技术手段,使空气净化消毒剂在抑菌的基础上杀菌,消毒净化目的着点于空气中的细菌、病毒及病原微生物,以及危害人体健康的甲醛、苯、臭氧等有机污染物,减少 醇类溶剂的使用量,在确保产品消杀功效的基础上,提高了产品的使用安全性和稳定性,可随时随地安全使用,并最大程度的发挥消毒、杀菌等净化室内空气的功效,取得了预料不到的净化消毒效果。
具体实施方式
本申请提出一种空气净化消毒剂,主要采用植物源杀菌消毒复合配方,安全无毒,无副作用,无残留,随时使用,可以快速高效的对室内空气进行消毒、杀菌来净化室内空气,能够有效地抑杀空气中的细菌、病毒,经检测其杀菌率达到99.7%。
一种空气净化消毒剂,包括消毒水剂,所述消毒水剂由以质量份数表示的如下各组分组成:植物精油0.2~1份;苦参碱0.02~3份;百里香酚0.01~0.1份;蛇床子素0.02~3份;与植物精油相对应搭配使用的植物纯露15~50份,食品级乙醇10-20份,纯净水适量,pH调节剂适量(适量的pH调节剂使制备得到的消毒剂溶液的pH值保持在6.0-7.0之间)。
其中,植物精油为茉莉精油、青竹精油、薰衣草精油、茶树精油、洋甘菊精油或迷迭香精油,植物纯露为茉莉纯露、薰衣草纯露、茶树纯露、洋甘菊纯露或迷迭香纯露。并且,其中一种植物精油与其中一种植物纯露之间以不影响精油气味为原则进行搭配使用,比如,薰衣草精油与薰衣草纯露搭配使用、洋甘菊精油与洋甘菊纯露搭配使用等。
更为优选的是,所述空气净化消毒剂,还包括载体,所述载体为滑石粉、淀粉或珍珠粉,所述载体含水量小于7%。所述载体采用流能磨磨成超微粉剂,粒径D90均小于5微米,粒径明显小于常规的可湿性粉剂,其直观表现在悬浮率上。所述超微粉剂在水中呈云雾状扩散,具有良好的分散性和悬浮性,悬浮率高达高达98%以上。
所述消毒水剂与载体按2-3:1比例混合制成超微粉悬浮制剂。所述超微粉悬浮制剂的工作原理是:载体悬浮于消毒水剂中,载体吸收了消毒水剂,而 将其喷洒在空气中时,吸收饱满的超微粉悬浮于空气中,通过载体大大增加了消毒水剂与空气分子的接触面积,单位质量的消毒水剂在空气中的覆盖面广,远远领先于其他常规剂型,使消毒水剂的杀菌活性得到最大程度的发挥,杀菌效果显著。所述载体是不与消毒水剂的组分发生作用的惰性物质,只起到吸收药剂,在空气中快速扩散药剂的作用。
所述空气净化消毒剂的制备方法包括步骤如下:(1)取植物精油0.2~1份,苦参碱0.02~3份,百里香酚0.01~0.1份,蛇床子素0.02~3份,与植物精油相对应搭配使用的植物纯露15~50份,食品级乙醇10~20份;(2)取苦参碱0.02~3份和蛇床子素0.02~3份溶于2-6份的食品级乙醇,得到第一混合溶液;(3)取百里香酚0.01~0.1份溶于2-4份的食品级乙醇溶液中,不停搅拌直至溶解得到第二混合溶液;(4)取植物精油0.2~1份溶于剩余的食品级乙醇溶液中,不停搅拌直至完全溶解得到第三混合溶液;(5)将上述第一、第二和第三混合溶液分别静置12-36小时后再将三者混合均匀,再加入与植物精油对应搭配使用的植物提取纯露15~50份,加入适量纯净水配平,并加入适量pH调节剂使得最终的混合溶液的pH值保持在6.0-7.0之间,将最终的混合溶液静置10-15天直到完全融合成为均一透明的液体,即制备得到本发明的空气净化消毒剂的消毒水剂。
更为优选的是,所述制备方法还包括:将所述消毒水剂与载体按2-3:1比例混合并搅拌均匀制成超微粉悬浮制剂。
本申请的消毒剂的各组分配伍稳定、互相促进。将植物纯露与植物精油搭配使用,植物纯露可以促使植物源的组分相互作用,最大程度的发挥消毒、杀菌等净化室内空气的功效;植物纯露与植物精油不仅有杀菌效果,而且含有多种护肤成分,使用安全;并且,植物精油还在本申请的消毒剂中提供画龙点睛的效果,植物精油除了能提供持续的舒缓疗效外,还能使人体更加自信及保持内心的平静。苦参碱和蛇床子素互相配伍,相互促进有很好的杀菌 效果。百里香酚是不仅是天然的抗菌、抗感及消毒剂,还是纯天然的防腐剂。
并且,各种植物纯露均含多种相似结构的倍半萜成分,可以使百里香酚更好的溶解、融合,使得提高产品的稳定性,从而发挥更大的杀菌效果。因为蛇床子素、百里香酚在水中的溶解效果不溶或不佳,而国内国际上对于室内消毒产品VOC(Volatile Organic Compounds首字母的缩写为VOC,指挥发性有机化合物)的量不能超过20%,而乙醇虽是很好的溶剂,但是鉴于安全规定,其含量不得超过20%,而本产品又要采用完全纯天然安全的消毒成分,同时为了保持产品pH值的稳定使产品呈弱酸性状态,不得采用碱性溶液溶解这两种成分。若将蛇床子素、百里香酚这2个组分混合在水剂中部出现,则容易出现浑浊、发白和感官不良的结果,为了避免这种情况,本申请采用了植物纯露来最大程度的使得蛇床子素和百里香酚得到很好的溶解,使得最终的产品为透明、清晰、稳定、感观舒适且气味柔和,适用于室内空气的喷洒。
实施例1
一种空气净化消毒剂,由以质量份数表示的如下各组分组成:植物精油0.2份,苦参碱0.02份,百里香酚0.01份,蛇床子素0.02份,与植物精油相对应搭配使用的植物纯露15份,食品级乙醇10份,适量pH调节剂,适量纯净水。
实施例2
一种空气净化消毒剂,由以质量份数表示的如下各组分组成:植物精油1份,苦参碱3份,百里香酚0.1份,蛇床子素3份,与植物精油相对应搭配使用的植物纯露50份,食品级乙醇20份,适量pH调节剂,适量纯净水。
实施例3
一种空气净化消毒剂,由以质量份数表示的如下各组分组成:植物精油0.5份,苦参碱2份,百里香酚0.05份,蛇床子素2份,与植物精油相对应搭配使用的植物纯露45份,食品级乙醇15份,适量pH调节剂,适量纯净水。
上述实施例1-3中,植物精油为茉莉精油、青竹精油、薰衣草精油、茶树精油、洋甘菊精油或迷迭香精油,对应的,植物纯露分别为茉莉纯露、薰衣草纯露、茶树纯露、洋甘菊纯露或迷迭香纯露。
以实施例3制备得到的消毒剂的保质期为24个月,以每10ml一罐进行灌装包装成样品,取100个样品经过24个月的保管后,每个样品仍是均一透明的液体。再经过12个月后的保管,只有其中2个样品少了白色浑浊,其余98个样品仍然是均一透明的液体,随机选取5瓶样品打开后,喷出的液体气味合适。由此可以看出,本申请制备的消毒剂的均一性和稳定性非常好!
以实施例3依据《消毒技术规范》(2012年版)分别在各自的检测条件下对本发明空气消毒剂的抑菌性能进行检测,具体检测结果如下:
1)将实施例3制备的空气净化消毒剂对浓度为2.6×104cfu/mL的金黄色葡萄球菌试验用菌悬液作用2min,抑菌率>99.9%,产品对于金黄色葡萄球菌有抑菌作用。
2)将实施例3制备的没有罐装的空气净化消毒剂对浓度为2.9×104cfu/mL的大肠杆菌菌试验用菌悬液作用2min,抑菌率>99.3%,产品对于大肠杆菌有抑菌作用。
3)对空气细菌含量的控制:选择三间20平米的密闭房间,在室内无人情况下进行消毒效果观察。消毒前,用六级筛孔空气撞击式采样器进行空气中自然菌采样,作为消毒前样本。取实施例3制备的空气净化消毒剂,分别对3间密闭房间进行消毒,喷雾量均为2ml/m3。作用20min后,分别采样,作为消毒后样本。将采样平板直接放入37℃培养箱中培养48小时,计数生长菌落数。消毒效率=(消毒前样本菌数-消毒后样本菌数)/消毒前样本菌数×100%。试验结果:消毒前样本菌数为26028cfu/m3,消毒后的样本菌数为66cfu/m3,消毒率为99.75%,结果表明,本发明制备的空气消毒剂具有良好的除菌效果。
所述空气消毒剂的作用机理说明:
1、发明人意外发现,纯露配合精油,对单纯使用精油或单纯使用植物纯露的抑菌效果有增效作用,纯露配合精油的抑菌活性高于预期活性10%;杀菌剂苦参碱+蛇床子素+百里香酚的加入,与纯露+精油产生协同增效作用,抑菌剂+杀菌剂组合的空气杀菌消毒活性高于预期活性16%以上。
以下提供实验及实验验证数据如下:
制备无菌的营养琼脂和沙氏琼脂平板,加上0.2ml指示菌原液,涂布均匀,制成带菌琼脂平板;另用打孔器打出大小均一的直径5mm滤纸片,灭菌后将5mm滤纸片浸泡在不同的被测消毒水剂中,对照浸泡于无菌生理盐水中;在带菌琼脂平板的四周贴上4片泡过被测消毒水剂的滤纸片,中间贴上泡过生理盐水的滤纸片作对照。细菌于37℃培养24h,真菌于30℃培养48h,记录抑菌圈的大小,培养更长时间,通过肉眼观察后续生长情况。
菌悬液:大肠杆菌8099和金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538接种在营养琼脂上于37℃培养18~24h,刮取菌苔至生理盐水中制成5.0×107~5.0×108CFU/ml的原液;枯草芽孢杆菌黑色变种ATC9372芽孢在营养琼脂上于37℃培养5~7d,在生理盐水中制备成5.0×107~5.0×108CFU/ml的原液;;白色念珠菌ATCC10231和黑曲霉ATCC16404接种在沙氏琼脂上,30℃培养2~5d,刮取菌苔或黑曲霉孢子至生理盐水中制成5.0×106~5.0×107CFU/ml的原液。

2、杀菌剂在抑菌剂的环境中会产生协同增效作用,抑菌剂+杀菌剂组合的空气杀菌消毒活性高于预期活性的16%以上,有载体的超微粉悬浮制剂的空气杀菌消毒活性高于预期活性的20%以上。
经进一步研究发现,在配方中加入苦参碱0.02~3份;蛇床子素0.02~3份,百里香酚0.01~0.1份对空气抑菌的基础上增加杀菌效果。
采用动态灭菌试验:医务人员正常工作时,将消毒水剂置于诊室内,室内消毒水剂挥发后浓度为4mg/m3,现场检测两诊室空气细菌的波动范围,每两小时检测一次,连续10天,共检测60次。诊室1被侧消毒水剂D的空气细菌菌落数在70~300CFU/m3范围。诊室2空气细菌菌落数在40~150CFU/m3范围。诊室1的平均人流量多于诊室2。其动态灭菌效果见附表。

从上述实验数据看出,单独施苦参碱、蛇床子素,合并施加苦参碱、蛇床子素,其杀菌的增效作用明显增强。而进一步配合百里香酚,则会与苦参碱、蛇床子素配合进一步增强杀菌效果。
杀菌剂苦参碱+蛇床子素+百里香酚的加入,与抑菌剂纯露+精油产生协同增效作用,抑菌剂+杀菌剂组合的空气杀菌消毒活性高于预期活性的16%以上。而有载体的超微粉悬浮制剂的空气杀菌消毒活性高于预期活性的20%以上,而 前6小时杀菌效果明显强于超过6小时的杀菌效果,这充分说明超微粉悬浮制剂在空气中挥发效果更加明显,但是持续期在6小时内,超过6小时则效果递减。

  1. 一种空气净化消毒剂,其特征在于,由以质量份数表示的如下各组分组成:植物精油0.2~1份,苦参碱0.02~3份,百里香酚0.01~0.1份,蛇床子素0.02~3份,与植物精油相对应搭配使用的植物纯露15~50份,食品级乙醇10~20份,纯净水适量,pH调节剂适量;
    其中,植物精油为茉莉精油、青竹精油、薰衣草精油、茶树精油、洋甘菊精油或迷迭香精油,对应的,植物纯露分别为茉莉纯露、薰衣草纯露、茶树纯露、洋甘菊纯露或迷迭香纯露。

    取植物精油0.2~1份,苦参碱0.02~3份,百里香酚0.01~0.1份,蛇床子素0.02~3份,与植物精油相对应搭配使用的植物纯露15~50份,食品级乙醇10~20份;
    将苦参碱0.02~3份和蛇床子素0.02~3份溶于2-6份的食品级乙醇,得到 第一混合溶液;
    将百里香酚0.01~0.1份溶于2-4份的食品级乙醇中,不停搅拌直至溶解得到第二混合溶液;
    取植物精油0.2~1份溶于剩余的食品级乙醇中,不停搅拌直至完全溶解得到第三混合溶液;
    将上述第一、第二和第三混合溶液分别静置12-36小时后再将三者混合均匀,然后加入与植物精油对应搭配使用的植物提取纯露15~50份,加入适量纯净水配平,并加入适量pH调节剂使得最终的混合溶液的pH值保持在6.0-7.0之间,将最终的混合溶液静置10-15天直到完全融合成为均一透明的液体即可;
    其中,植物精油为茉莉精油、青竹精油、薰衣草精油、茶树精油、洋甘菊精油或迷迭香精油,对应的,植物纯露分别为茉莉纯露、薰衣草纯露、茶树纯露、洋甘菊纯露或迷迭香纯露。
