Abstract

内部量子効率が高く、高透過率の焼結蛍光体を提供する。窒化物蛍光体及びフッ化物無機バインダを含む焼結蛍光体であって、焼結蛍光体内の断面観察において、断面積0.046mm2の面積範囲に含まれる1μm以下のボイドの個数が700個以下である部分、又は、断面積0.046mm2の面積範囲におけるボイドの面積分率が3%以下である部分を少なくとも含むことで、課題を解決する。
