在其中一个实施例中,响应用户感应请求,判断预设功能范围内是否存在已知用户的步骤包括:响应用户感应请求,采集环境声音;对采集到的环境声音进行声纹识别,根据声纹识别结果,判断是否存在已知用户。
在本实施例中,采用声纹识别方式来判断是否存在已知用户。假定第二终端为平板电脑,平板电脑在接收到第一终端(手机)的用户感情请求时,响应用户感应请求,采集周围环境声音,将采集到的声音数据与预存的已知用户人声纹数据进行比较,判断是否存在已知用户。
如图3所示,在其中一个实施例中,步骤S230的步骤之后还包括:
S232:识别预设功能范围内感应到未知用户的个数。
在本实施例中,不但感应已知用户,而且还针对环境存在的未知用户进行检测,识别预设功能范围内感应到未知用户的个数。感应到未知用户的个数可以推送至用户,以提示用户注意当前通信的私密性;另一方面,还可以推送至第一终端,以便第一终端在有多个第二终端感应到已知用户时,选择通信私密性更佳的终端进行呼叫转移。例如,当有手机和电视机(均为第二终端)都感应到已知用户时,识别此时预设功能范围内感应到未知用户的个数为5个,手机与电视机一方面提示用户注意当前通话的私密性,另一方面第一终端会从手机和电视机中选择通信私密性更佳的设备接听呼叫请求,即会选择手机作为本次呼叫转移的接听终端。
为更进一步详细解释本发明呼叫转移方法的技术方案,下面将采用真实应用场景详细说明上述技术方案。假定应用场景为用户A从与多个朋友一起回到家中,用户A拥有智能电视机X、智能手机Y以及平板电脑Z三种终端设备,第一终端为智能手机Y,智能电视机X与平板电脑Z分别为第二终端。
1、智能手机Y感应用户A家中携带相同登录信息(A账户信息)的终端集, 在终端集中包括电视机X与平板电脑Z。
2、当智能手机Y接收到外部网络呼叫请求,智能终端Y通过WIFI或蓝牙方式发送感应已知用户请求至智能电视机X与平板电脑Z。
3、智能电视机X接收到感应已知用户请求时,采用人脸识别技术判断电视机可视角度范围是否存在已知用户,当存在时,发送感应到已知用户消息至智能手机;平板电脑Z接收到感应已知用户请求时,采用声纹识别技术判断周围是否存在已知用户,当存在时,发送感应到已知用户消息至智能手机。另外,智能电视机X或平板电脑还识别周围存在未知用户的个数,一方面将未知用户的个数发送至智能手机Y,另一方面等待提示用户注意通话私密性。
4、智能手机Y在接收到感应到已知用户消息时,发送呼叫转移请求至感应到已知用户的终端,假定智能电视机X人脸识别感应到用户当前正在看电视,则智能手机Y发送呼叫转移请求至智能电视机X。若智能电视机X与平板电脑Z均感应到已知用户存在时,智能手机Y根据预设通信私密等级,选择通信私密度更高的平板电脑作为接听呼叫终端,发送呼叫转移请求至平板电脑Z。
5、智能电视机X或平板电脑Z采用声音和/或显示方式推送呼叫请求至用户,并提示用户注意通话私密性。当用户点头表示愿意接听时,建立外部网络、智能手机Y以及智能电视机X或平板电脑Z之间通信,即智能手机Y作为中继设备,实现智能电视机X或平板电脑Z与外部网络之间通信。
如图4所示,一种呼叫转移系统,应用于第一终端,包括:
感应模块110,用于感应预设范围内存在的与自身携带相同登录信息的终端集。
感应请求发送模块120,用于当接收到外部网络的呼叫请求时,发送用户感应请求至终端集。
呼叫转移发送模块130,用于当接收到终端集中任意终端反馈的感应到已知用户的应答时,发送呼叫转移请求至感应到已知用户的终端;
通信模块140,用于当接收到允许呼叫转移应答消息时,分别与外部网络以及感应到已知用户的终端建立通信。
如图5所示,一种呼叫转移系统,应用于第二终端,包括:
接收模块210,用于接收第一终端发送的用户感应请求,第一终端与第二终端携带相同登录信息。
已知用户判断模块220,用于响应用户感应请求,判断预设功能范围内是否存在已知用户。
应答模块230,用户当在预设功能范围内存在已知用户时,发送存在已知用户应答消息至第一终端。
推送模块240,用于当接收到第一终端发送的呼叫转移请求时,生成并推送呼叫请求。
通信建立模块250,用于当同意接听时,通过第一终端建立与外部网络的通信。
本发明呼叫转移系统,第一终端与第二终端为携带相同登录信息的终端,当第一终端接听到外部网络的呼叫请求时,第一终端感应已知用户请求至第二终端,第二终端感应其预设功能范围内是否存在已知用户,当存在时,反馈存在已知用户应答至第一终端,第一终端发送呼叫转移请求至第二终端,第二终端推送呼叫请求至用户,当用户同意接听时,第一终端分别与外部网络以及第二终端建立通信,即用户通过第二终端以及第一终端与外部网络通信,从而实现不同终端之间呼叫转移。
在其中一个实施例中,已知用户判断模块220包括:
人脸识别单元,用于响应用户感应请求,对预设功能范围内进行人脸识别。
第一判断单元,用于根据人脸识别结果,判断是否存在已知用户。
在其中一个实施例中,已知用户判断模块220包括:
声音采集单元,用于响应用户感应请求,采集环境声音。
声纹识别单元,用于对采集到的环境声音进行声纹识别。
第二判断单元,用于根据声纹识别结果,判断是否存在已知用户。
在其中一个实施例中,呼叫转移系统还包括:
用户个数识别模块,用于识别预设功能范围内感应到未知用户的个数。
以上实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普 通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种呼叫转移方法,应用于第一终端,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    感应预设范围内存在的与自身携带相同登录信息的终端集;
    当接收到外部网络的呼叫请求时,发送用户感应请求至所述终端集;
    当接收到所述终端集中任意终端反馈的感应到已知用户的应答时,发送呼叫转移请求至感应到已知用户的终端;
    当接收到允许呼叫转移应答消息时,分别与外部网络以及所述感应到已知用户的终端建立通信。
  2. 一种呼叫转移方法,应用于第二终端,其特征在于,包括步骤:
    接收第一终端发送的用户感应请求,所述第一终端与所述第二终端携带相同登录信息;
    响应所述用户感应请求,判断预设功能范围内是否存在已知用户;
    当在所述预设功能范围内存在已知用户时,发送存在已知用户应答消息至所述第一终端;
    当接收到所述第一终端发送的呼叫转移请求时,生成并推送呼叫请求;
    当同意接听时,通过所述第一终端建立与外部网络的通信。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的呼叫转移方法,其特征在于,所述响应所述用户感应请求,判断预设功能范围内是否存在已知用户的步骤包括:
    响应所述用户感应请求,对预设功能范围内进行人脸识别;
    根据人脸识别结果,判断是否存在已知用户。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的呼叫转移方法,其特征在于,所述响应所述用户感应请求,判断预设功能范围内是否存在已知用户的步骤包括:
    响应所述用户感应请求,采集环境声音;
    对采集到的环境声音进行声纹识别;
    根据声纹识别结果,判断是否存在已知用户。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的呼叫转移方法,其特征在于,所述当在所述预设功能范围内存在已知用户时,发送存在已知用户应答消息至所述第一终端的步 骤之后还包括:
    识别预设功能范围内感应到未知用户的个数。
  6. 一种呼叫转移系统,应用于第一终端,其特征在于,包括:
    感应模块,用于感应预设范围内存在的与自身携带相同登录信息的终端集;
    感应请求发送模块,用于当接收到外部网络的呼叫请求时,发送用户感应请求至所述终端集;
    呼叫转移发送模块,用于当接收到所述终端集中任意终端反馈的感应到已知用户的应答时,发送呼叫转移请求至感应到已知用户的终端;
    通信模块,用于当接收到允许呼叫转移应答消息时,分别与外部网络以及所述感应到已知用户的终端建立通信。
  7. 一种呼叫转移系统,应用于第二终端,其特征在于,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收第一终端发送的用户感应请求,所述第一终端与所述第二终端携带相同登录信息;
    已知用户判断模块,用于响应所述用户感应请求,判断预设功能范围内是否存在已知用户;
    应答模块,用户当在所述预设功能范围内存在已知用户时,发送存在已知用户应答消息至所述第一终端;
    推送模块,用于当接收到所述第一终端发送的呼叫转移请求时,生成并推送呼叫请求;
    通信建立模块,用于当同意接听时,通过所述第一终端建立与外部网络的通信。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的呼叫转移系统,其特征在于,所述已知用户判断模块包括:
    人脸识别单元,用于响应所述用户感应请求,对预设功能范围内进行人脸识别;
    第一判断单元,用于根据人脸识别结果,判断是否存在已知用户。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的呼叫转移系统,其特征在于,所述已知用户判断模块包括:
    声音采集单元,用于响应所述用户感应请求,采集环境声音;
    声纹识别单元,用于对采集到的环境声音进行声纹识别;
    第二判断单元,用于根据声纹识别结果,判断是否存在已知用户。
  10. 根据权利要求7所述的呼叫转移系统,其特征在于,还包括:
    用户个数识别模块,用于识别预设功能范围内感应到未知用户的个数。
