具体的,如图7和8所示,所述外刀片51围绕外刀5中心轴圆周排列有两圈,外圈的外刀片51为梯形,内圈的外刀片51为方形,内刀片41嵌合在两圈外刀片51之间,内刀片41与内外两圈的外刀片51之间的配合面为锯齿形,便于高速旋转的内刀片41、外刀片51粉碎食物,另外,所述外刀5下方设有圆盘52,圆盘52底部设有圆周排列的研磨条53,研磨条53与磨料凸起61相互配合研磨食物颗粒。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种食物粉碎方法,其特征在于:按以下步聚操作,
    ①放料,将待粉碎食物放入粉碎容器中;
    ②吸合粉碎料,启动电机,同轴旋转的内、外刀片产生相反方向的旋流搅动食物原料,食物原料从螺旋切料叶片之间的空隙被吸进内、外刀中,旋转的内、外刀刃相互对吸进的食物原料撕切粉碎成颗粒状;
    ③取料,把食物饮料从粉碎容器中倒出。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种食物粉碎方法,其特征在于:在步聚①和步聚②之间还有预切料步聚,高速旋转的多块螺旋切料叶片对食物进行初步剪切成小块状的固液混合食物原料。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种食物粉碎方法,其特征在于:在步聚②和步聚③之间还有磨料步聚,颗粒状食物进入磨盘与外刀之间,磨盘与外刀产生相对转动,磨料凸起进一步对颗粒状食物研磨细化粉碎成所需营养饮料。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种食物粉碎方法,其特征在于:预切料、吸合粉碎料、磨料可同时进行。
  5. 一种用于实现权利要求1~4任一所述食物粉碎方法的破壁料理机,其特征在于:包括电机安装座(1)、电机(2)、粉碎容器(3)、内刀(4)、外刀(5)和下磨盘(6),电机(2)安装于电机安装座(1)内部,电机输出轴伸入粉碎容器(3)内连接内刀(4)、外刀(5),电机(2)为双轴双转速电机,电机(2)驱动内刀(4)、外刀(5)相对转动,内刀(4)盖合在外刀(5)上方,外刀(5)下方安装下磨盘(6),下磨盘(6)安装在粉碎容器(3)底部,内刀(4)设有螺旋切料叶片(41)和内刀片(42),相邻螺旋切料叶片(41)之间镂空,螺旋切料叶片(41)位于内刀片(42)上方,外刀(5)设有圆周排列的外刀片(51),内刀片(42)嵌合外刀片(51),下磨盘(6)表面设有研磨食物颗粒的磨料凸起(61)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的破壁料理机,其特征在于:电机安装座(1)位于粉碎容器(3)下方,电机输出轴为同轴心的第一转轴(21)和第二转轴(22),第二转轴(22)中部为空心结构,第一转轴(21)穿过第二转轴(22)转动连接内刀(4),第二转轴(22)转动连接外刀(5),第一转轴(21)与第二转轴(22)的转向相反。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的破壁料理机,其特征在于:电机安装座(1)位于粉碎容器(3)上方,电机输出轴为同轴心的第一转轴(21)和第二转轴(22),第二转轴(22)中部为空心结构,第一转轴(21)穿过第二转轴(22)转动连接外刀(5),第二转轴(22)转动连接内刀(4),第一转轴(21)与第二转轴(22)的转向相反。
  8. 根据权利要求5所述的破壁料理机,其特征在于:所述外刀(5)下方设有圆盘(52), 圆盘(52)底部设有圆周排列的研磨条(53),研磨条(53)与磨料凸起(61)相互配合研磨食物颗粒。
  9. 根据权利要求5所述的破壁料理机,其特征在于:所述外刀片(51)表面设有粉碎食物的粉碎凸起。
  10. 根据权利要求5所述的破壁料理机,其特征在于:所述外刀片(51)围绕外刀(5)中心轴圆周排列有两圈,外圈的外刀片(51)为梯形,内圈的外刀片(51)为方形,内刀片(42)嵌合在两圈外刀片(51)之间。
