如图1所示,该第一实施例的带尾置棘轮的快换螺丝批包括内部装有多个批头1的批头套2、一把手3、设于所述把手3内的推杆4及棘轮5。所述批头套2内设有6档定位槽,所述批头1对应设于所述定位槽内。所述把手3套设于所述批头套2的末端,该把手3沿着所述批头套2的末端可移位锁定,即把手3可以沿着批头套向前推动并固定在所述把手3的前端;把手3也可以向后拉动后固定在所述把手3的尾端。所述棘轮5为三档位棘轮,即所述棘轮5可用于锁定所述把手3或与所述把手3之间形成向左或向右的单向运动。棘轮5设于所述把手3的内部尾端。所述推杆4的末端固定于所述棘轮5上,所述推杆4随着所述把手3的运动而向前运动并选择、推出选定的批头或向后拉动收回所述选定的批头。该带尾置棘轮的螺丝批集合了快换和棘轮结构,结构简单,可以实现选取批头的多种方式。
所述棘轮5包括驱动架51、棘爪架52、两片棘爪53、选向钮54等结构。详细请参见图7所示的棘轮的结构示意图。
驱动架51上表面中间设有凸起的固定孔,且所述驱动架51的下表面与所述推杆4连接。驱动架的作用在于驱动推杆的运动。
棘爪架52的中间设有穿孔,所述穿孔穿过所述固定孔,将所述棘爪架固定在所述驱动架上表面。所述棘爪架52的侧边设有两个对应的锥形孔521和522。所述棘爪架52的上表面
设有三个第一定位孔523。
两片棘爪53分别通过一弹簧55连接固定于所述锥形孔中,且所述棘爪53在所述弹簧55的作用下紧贴着所述把手3内的对应位置的齿圈的齿槽内。
如图8所示,选向钮54其下表面设有两处凸台541和542,且其中一凸台541上设有第二定位孔5411。所述选向钮54通过一螺钉56与所述固定孔结合而与所述驱动架51、棘爪架52固定。所述第二定位孔5411内设有弹簧57及钢珠58,所述弹弹簧57及钢珠58形成一定位机构。
所述选向钮54在起始位置时,所述定位机构位于其中一所述第一定位孔523中,所述凸台541、542不接触所述棘爪,所述选向钮54将所述驱动架51与所述把手3固定;当所述选向钮54转动时,所述定位机构移动到其中一所述锥形孔中,且对应处的所述凸台推动对应处的棘爪,使其脱离所述把手上的齿圈的齿槽,形成单向运动。单向运动可以是向左侧或者右侧进行。
所述批头套2包括一批头架21、一顶杆22以及转动主体23。其中:
参见图5所示,所述批头架21的前端设有供一选定批头被顶出去的固定孔211,所述批头架21内侧壁上均匀布设有6档定位槽212,该6档定位槽的中间通道与所述推杆4所在位置一致,即推杆能够从中间通道通过。所述批头架21的末端侧边上设有尾槽213,所述尾槽213用于外拉所述把手时定位所述把手。
所述顶杆22为一强磁钢棒,该顶杆22的顶端磁性连接批头,所述顶杆22的末端磁性连接所述推杆4。
所述转动主体23如图6所示。转动主体23的中间设有第一穿孔以供所述推杆4和所述顶杆22穿过。所述转动主体23中部中空,其侧壁上设有倾斜的滑道232。所述转动主体23内设有滑道架24,所述滑道架24内通过拉簧连接一滑块25,且一挡块26固定于所述转动主体上。所述滑块25上设有第二穿孔,且所述第二穿孔与所述第一穿孔的中心重合,所述推杆和顶杆可在所述第二穿孔内移动。当把手向外拉出时,推杆4脱离所述第二穿孔,所述滑块25在所述拉簧的作用下随着所述滑道架和转动主体的滑道向侧边移动,当移动到所述侧边时,
所述顶杆将所述批头和所述挡块26吸合,所述批头处于可更换的位置,如图3所示。
如图6所示,所述转动主体23的下端设有转动定位孔231。所述转动定位孔231内设有弹簧232连接的定位件233,所述转动定位孔与所述定位件的结合可自动寻找所述批头套内的定位槽,继而找到所述批头。
所述批头套2与所述把手之间设有一挡圈6,以防止在向外拉出所述把手时所述把手脱位。
本申请的应用状况如下所示:
结合图2来看,图2为本实用新型的第一实施例的应用状态的起始状态图。产品初始状态下:顶杆22将批头1和推杆4紧紧吸合在一起。由于选定的批头1突出批头套,位于批头架的固定孔内,施力于把手上,通过尾部棘轮的作用,驱动批头套2,使之成为待用的螺丝批。
更换螺丝批:
结合图3所示,拉开把手,推杆随之后退,由于在顶杆22的磁性作用下,选定的批头1随着顶杆22一起向后移动;当推杆4脱离了滑块上的第二穿孔时,滑块25在拉簧的作用下,随滑道架24和转动主体23上的滑道232向侧边移动,至侧边后,由于顶杆22的磁性作用,将批头1与顶杆22以及固定在所述转动主体上的挡块吸合在一起。同时,批头位于可更换的位置。
把手3拉至最外端的时候,如图4所示,把手的固定在尾槽中。所述批头套2与所述把手3之间设有一挡圈6,以防止在向外拉出所述把手时所述把手脱位。
转动把手,更换批头。当把手3拉至最外端时,批头架21与转动主体23已经摆脱了6档定位槽的约束,可以随意转动批头架21和把手3。如图6所示,所述转动主体23的下端设有转动定位孔231。所述转动定位孔231内设有弹簧连接的定位件,所述转动定位孔与所述定位件的结合可自动寻找所述批头套内的定位槽,继而找到所述批头,更换相应的批头。
还原把手,退出批头。将把手3向批头套放心推。推杆4随之同向运行,同时推动滑块,使其在滑道的作用下向中间滑动;当推杆4和顶杆22重合时,推杆将推着所述顶杆22及批头1一起向前走,直至批头露出所述批头架上的固定孔。批头架上的尾槽与所述把手上的闭合,
整个工具处于待使用状态。
第二实施例:
该第二实施例与第一实施例的区别在于批头套的不同。结合图9和图10所示。所述批头套7包括一批头架71以及一选件72。
所述批头架71的前端设有供一选定批头被顶出去的固定孔711,所述批头架71内均匀布设有多档定位槽712。该多档定位槽712的中间通道与所述推杆4所在位置一致,所述批头架71的末端侧边上设有一尾槽。
所述选件72通过一固定螺栓73固定于所述批头套内。该选件72包括一扭簧721和一摆片722,所述摆片722的一端固定在所述扭簧721上。所述摆片722的另一端设于所述中间通道,所述摆片722的另一端在扭簧721的作用下可在所述中间通道内移动以推动与所述推杆连接的批头,所述推杆4为强磁钢棒,因而在磁性作用下吸合的推杆和批头是可以被摆片推动的。摆片722推动、移开所述批头,完成解除推杆上连接的批头。
第三实施例:
该第三实施例与第一实施例的区别在于批头套的不同。结合图11至图13所示。
所述批头套8包括一批头架81以及一批头夹82。所述批头架81的前端设有供一选定批头被顶出去的固定孔811。所述批头架81的末端侧边上设有一尾槽,所述批头架81的侧壁上开设有一选择孔。所述批头夹82通过一转轴821设于所述选择孔内,所述批头夹82在所述选择孔内可转动,所述批头夹内设有多档定位槽,所述批头对应设于所述定位槽内,且当所述批头夹旋转到位后,所述批头夹上选定的批头位于与所述推杆以及固定孔一致的位置上。
综上所示,本申请的目的在于集成棘轮和快速更换批头的功能为一体,简化了螺丝批的结构,适用于多种场合。
上述实施例均为本申请的一示范,并不限制本申请的范围。本申请所要保护的权利范围以权利要求书公开的为准。
Claims (8)
- 带尾置棘轮的快换螺丝批,其包括内部装有多个批头的批头套、一把手、设于所述把手内的推杆及棘轮,其特征在于:所述批头套内设有多档定位槽,所述批头对应设于所述定位槽内;所述把手套设于所述批头套的末端,该把手沿着所述批头套的末端可移位锁定;所述棘轮为三档位棘轮,其设于所述把手的内部尾端,所述棘轮用于锁定所述把手或与所述把手之间形成向左或向右的单向运动;所述推杆的末端固定于所述棘轮上,所述推杆随着所述把手的运动而向前运动并选择、推出选定的批头或向后拉动收回所述选定的批头。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带尾置棘轮的快换螺丝批,其特征在于,所述棘轮包括:驱动架,其上表面中间设有凸起的固定孔,且所述驱动架的下表面与所述推杆连接;棘爪架,其中间设有穿孔,所述穿孔穿过所述固定孔,将所述棘爪架固定在所述驱动架上表面;所述棘爪架的侧边设有两个对应的锥形孔;所述棘爪架的上表面设有三个第一定位孔;两片棘爪,其分别通过一弹簧连接固定于所述锥形孔中,且所述棘爪在所述弹簧的作用下紧贴着所述把手内的对应位置的齿圈的齿槽内;选向钮,其下表面设有两处凸台,且其中一凸台上设有第二定位孔,所述选向钮通过一螺钉与所述固定孔结合而与所述驱动架、棘爪架固定,所述第二定位孔内设有弹簧及钢珠,所述弹簧和钢珠形成一定位机构,所述选向钮在起始位置时,所述定位机构位于其中一所述第一定位孔中,所述凸台不接触所述棘爪,所述选向钮将所述驱动架与所述把手固定;当所述选向钮转动时,所述定位机构移动到其中一所述锥形孔中,且对应处的所述凸台推动对应处的棘爪,使其脱离所述把手上的齿圈的齿槽,形成单向运动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带尾置棘轮的快换螺丝批,其特征在于:所述批头套包括一批头架、一顶杆以及转动主体,其中:所述批头架,其前端设有供一选定批头被顶出去的固定孔,所述批头架内侧壁上均匀布 设有多档定位槽,该多档定位槽的中间通道与所述推杆所在位置一致,所述批头架的末端侧边上设有尾槽,所述尾槽用于外拉所述把手时定位所述把手;所述顶杆,其为一强磁钢棒,该顶杆的顶端磁性连接批头,所述顶杆的末端磁性连接所述推杆;所述转动主体,其中间设有第一穿孔以供所述推杆和所述顶杆穿过;所述转动主体中部中空,其侧壁上设有倾斜的滑道;所述转动主体内设有滑道架,所述滑道架内通过拉簧连接一滑块,且一挡块固定于所述转动主体上;所述滑块上设有第二穿孔,且所述第二穿孔与所述第一穿孔的中心重合,所述推杆和顶杆可在所述第二穿孔内移动;当把手向外拉出时,推杆脱离所述第二穿孔,所述滑块在所述拉簧的作用下随着所述滑道架和转动主体的滑道向侧边移动,当移动到所述侧边时,所述顶杆将所述批头和所述挡块吸合,所述批头处于可更换的位置。
- 根据权利要求3所述的带尾置棘轮的快换螺丝批,其特征在于:所述转动主体的下端设有转动定位孔,所述转动定位孔内设有弹簧连接的定位件,所述转动定位孔与所述定位件的结合可自动寻找所述批头套内的定位槽,继而找到所述批头。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带尾置棘轮的快换螺丝批,其特征在于:所述批头套与所述把手之间设有一挡圈,以防止在向外拉出所述把手时所述把手脱位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带尾置棘轮的快换螺丝批,其特征在于:所述批头套包括一批头架以及一选件,所述批头架的前端设有供一选定批头被顶出去的固定孔,所述批头架内均匀布设有多档定位槽,该多档定位槽的中间通道与所述推杆所在位置一致,所述批头架的末端侧边上设有一尾槽;所述选件通过一固定螺栓固定于所述批头套内,该选件包括一扭簧和一摆片,所述摆片的一端固定在所述扭簧上,所述摆片的另一端设于所述中间通道,所述摆片的另一端在扭簧的作用下可在所述中间通道内移动以推动与所述推杆连接的批头。
- 根据权利要求6所述的带尾置棘轮的快换螺丝批,其特征在于:所述推杆为强磁钢棒。
- 根据权利要求1所述的带尾置棘轮的快换螺丝批,其特征在于:所述批头套包括一批头架以及一批头夹,所述批头架的前端设有供一选定批头被顶出去的固定孔,所述批头架的 末端侧边上设有一尾槽,所述批头架的侧壁上开设有一选择孔;所述批头夹通过一转轴设于所述选择孔内,所述批头夹在所述选择孔内可转动,所述批头夹内设有多档定位槽,所述批头对应设于所述定位槽内,且当所述批头夹旋转到位后,所述批头夹上选定的批头位于与所述推杆以及固定孔一致的位置上。
