Abstract

一种烟具分开进气装置,包括咪头(2),咪头座(3),透明导光座(4),滤嘴夹持座(5),绝缘固定套(6)和充电底座(7)。该烟具分开进气装置使启动咪头(2)工作的空气进气通道与卷烟烟气通道分开,避免咪头(2)上的启动气孔被卷烟烟气的焦油附着导致失效,增加了烟具的使用寿命。

Description

一种烟具分开进气装置 技术领域
本发明属于电子烟领域,具体涉及一种烟具分开进气装置。
背景技术
现有的电子烟烟具中的传统烟草和咪头共用进气通道,卷烟烟雾通过咪头上的气孔,因烟雾中有焦油成份,焦油会附着在气孔上,随着抽吸卷烟的增加,焦油会堆积把气孔完全堵死使咪头失效。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,在现有气道共用结构的基础上,本发明提供一种烟具分开进气装置,即启动咪头工作的空气进气通道与卷烟烟气通道分开,避免咪头上的启动气孔被传统卷烟的焦油附着导致失效,增加了烟具电子烟功能的使用寿命。本发明的一种烟具分开进气装置,包括:
咪头2,为两端导通的圆筒状气流传感器;
咪头座3,大致为两端导通的圆筒状,内圆筒为与所述咪头2外壁紧密相贴合的咪头孔301,垂直所述咪头座3一端的壁开有连通筒内外的U型咪头进气道302、且该端壁开有壁外侧凹槽305,沿圆筒外壁侧轴向开有两个凹槽,分别为第一夹持导向槽303和卷烟进气道304;
透明导光座4,大致呈中端封闭的圆筒状,沿圆筒外壁内侧轴向开有第二夹持导向槽401,垂直所述透明导光座4一端的壁开有连通筒内外的U型咪头进气槽403;且该端有突出的与所述壁外侧凹槽305紧密贴合的咪头配合凸壁404,圆筒中端封闭中心部为咪头孔堵头402,所述咪头孔堵头402与筒壁之间开有与所述卷烟进气道304相连通的第一卷烟进气孔405;
滤嘴夹持座5,大致为一端封闭的呈圆筒状,封闭端有若干小孔为第二卷烟进气孔502,沿封闭端轴向伸出一个夹持导向柱501与所述第一夹持导向槽303和所述第二夹持导向槽401过盈配合;所述滤嘴夹持座5与透明导光座4另一端密封且间隙配合,所述咪头座3与所述透明导光座4过盈配合;
所述第二卷烟进气孔502通过所述滤嘴夹持座5与透明导光座4之间的间隙和所述第一卷烟进气孔405与所述咪头座3上的所述卷烟进气道304相连通;
绝缘固定套6,大致呈圆筒状,过盈套在所述滤嘴夹持座5外围;
充电底座7,大致呈圆筒状,上部过盈套在所述绝缘固定套6外围,下部套在吸嘴管1内侧,中部有若干与所述咪头进气槽403和所述咪头进气道302相连通的导气孔71;
空气从所述导气孔71进入到所述咪头进气槽403和所述咪头进气道302,再进入所述咪头2,从而启动电子烟工作;
而烟气从所述第二卷烟进气孔502进入所述滤嘴夹持座5与透明导光座4之间的间隙进入所述第一卷烟进气孔405,再进入所述卷烟进气道304,然后进入吸嘴管1。
优选地,所述充电底座7下部过盈套在所述吸嘴管1内侧。
优选地,所述卷烟进气道304与所述吸嘴管1相连通。
本发明的烟具分开进气装置工作原理如下:
将咪头2装入咪头座3,再将咪头座3与透明导光座4过盈配合,咪头进气槽403和咪头进气道302连通;透明导光座4与滤嘴夹持座5间隙配合,使第二卷烟进气孔502与所述滤嘴夹持座5与透明导光座4之间的间隙和所述第一卷烟进气孔405以及所述卷烟进气道304相连通;夹持导向柱501与所述第一夹持导向槽303和所述第二夹持导向槽401过盈配合;绝缘固定套6过盈套在所述滤嘴夹持座5外围;充电底座7过盈套在绝缘固定套6外围,充电底座7另一端外侧与吸嘴管1内侧过盈配合,使导气孔71与咪头进气槽403和咪头进气道302连通。
空气从所述导气孔71进入到所述咪头进气槽403和所述咪头进气道302,再进入所述咪头2,从而启动电子烟工作;
而卷烟烟气从所述第二卷烟进气孔502进入所述滤嘴夹持座5与透明导光座4之间的间隙进入所述第一卷烟进气孔405,再进入所述卷烟进气道304,然后进入吸嘴管1,供抽吸者抽吸。
本发明的有益效果:
在现有气道共用结构的基础上,本发明提供一种烟具分开进气装置,即启动 咪头工作的空气进气通道与卷烟烟气通道分开,避免咪头上的启动气孔被卷烟烟气的焦油附着导致失效,增加了烟具的使用寿命。

将咪头2装入咪头座3,再将咪头座3与透明导光座4过盈配合,咪头进气槽403和咪头进气道302连通;透明导光座4与滤嘴夹持座5间隙配合,使第二卷烟进气孔502与所述滤嘴夹持座5与透明导光座4之间的间隙和所述第一卷烟进气孔405以及所述卷烟进气道304相连通;夹持导向柱501与所述第一夹持导向槽303和所述第二夹持导向槽401过盈配合;绝缘固定套6过盈套在所述滤嘴夹持座5外围;充电底座7过盈套在绝缘固定套6外围,充电底座7另一端外侧与吸嘴管1内侧过盈配合,使导气孔71与咪头进气槽403和咪头进气道302相连通。
空气从所述导气孔71进入到所述咪头进气槽403和所述咪头进气道302,再进入所述咪头2,从而启动电子烟工作;
而卷烟烟气从所述第二卷烟进气孔502进入所述滤嘴夹持座5与透明导光座4之间的间隙,再进入所述第一卷烟进气孔405,然后进入所述卷烟进气道304,最后进入吸嘴管1,供抽吸者抽吸。

Claims (3)

  1. 一种烟具分开进气装置,其特征在于,包括:
    咪头(2),为两端导通的圆筒状气流传感器;
    咪头座(3),大致为两端导通的圆筒状,内圆筒为与所述咪头(2)外壁紧密相贴合的咪头孔(301),垂直所述咪头座(3)一端的壁开有连通筒内外的U型咪头进气道(302)、且该端壁开有壁外侧凹槽(305),沿圆筒外壁侧轴向开有两个凹槽,分别为第一夹持导向槽(303)和卷烟进气道(304);
    透明导光座(4),大致呈中端封闭的圆筒状,沿圆筒外壁内侧轴向开有第二夹持导向槽(401),垂直所述透明导光座(4)一端的壁开有连通筒内外的U型咪头进气槽(403);且该端有突出的与所述壁外侧凹槽(305)紧密贴合的咪头配合凸壁(404),圆筒中端封闭中心部为咪头孔堵头(402),所述咪头孔堵头(402)与筒壁之间开有与所述卷烟进气道(304)相连通的第一卷烟进气孔(405);
    滤嘴夹持座(5),大致为一端封闭的呈圆筒状,封闭端有若干小孔为第二卷烟进气孔(502),沿封闭端轴向伸出一个夹持导向柱(501)与所述第一夹持导向槽(303)和所述第二夹持导向槽(401)过盈配合;所述滤嘴夹持座(5)与透明导光座(4)另一端密封且间隙配合,所述咪头座(3)与所述透明导光座(4)过盈配合;
    所述第二卷烟进气孔(502)通过所述滤嘴夹持座(5)与透明导光座(4)之间的间隙和所述第一卷烟进气孔(405)与所述咪头座(3)上的所述卷烟进气道(304)相连通;
    绝缘固定套(6),大致呈圆筒状,过盈套在所述滤嘴夹持座(5)外围;
    充电底座(7),大致呈圆筒状,上部过盈套在所述绝缘固定套(6)外围,下部套在吸嘴管(1)内侧,中部有若干与所述咪头进气槽(403)和所述咪头进气道(302)相连通的导气孔(71);
    空气从所述导气孔(71)进入到所述咪头进气槽(403)和所述咪头进气道(302),再进入所述咪头(2),从而启动电子烟工作;
    而烟气从所述第二卷烟进气孔(502)进入所述滤嘴夹持座(5)与透明导光座(4)之间的间隙进入所述第一卷烟进气孔(405),再进入所述卷烟进气道(304),然后进入吸嘴管(1)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的烟具分开进气装置,其特征在于,所述充电底座 (7)下部过盈套在所述吸嘴管(1)内侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的烟具分开进气装置,其特征在于,所述卷烟进气道(304)与所述吸嘴管(1)相连通。
