下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例一:
如图1至图4所示,本发明提供的一种轨道车辆,包括司机室68、紧邻司机室68的头车车厢69、以及与头车车厢69联挂的多节中间车厢(图中未示出),中间车厢中包括商务车厢、一等座车厢和二等座车厢等,以满足不同层次的乘客需求。
头车车厢69上设置有观光区域,其观光区域由高出司机室68的部分形成。头车车厢69可以采用单层车厢的结构,在本实施例中,头车车厢69则优选为具有上、下两层的双层车厢结构,其中,上层的车厢为具有观光功能的观光车厢48。具有观光区域的观光车厢48也可以不紧邻司机室68设置,而是设置在其它中间车厢的位置,只要至少一节车厢具有高出相邻的中间车厢的部分即可。还可以将其中一节或多节车厢,无论是头车车厢还是中间车厢,将车厢的一部分向上凸起形成高出相邻车体的部分,利用该高出的部分作为观光区域。
观光车厢48具有高出司机室68的部分,观光车厢48在高度上可以整体都高出司机室68,但为了尽可能的降低车辆重心,并减少车体在运行过程中的空气阻力,优选仅将观光车厢48的上半部分高出司机室68,即在满足观光功能的前提下,降低车辆的高度。
为了减少车体在运行过程中的空气阻力,司机室68的外壳与观光车厢48的高出部分的外壳之间可以通过斜面、或是弧面实现流线形过渡,也可以如图1所示的,以台阶状的结构过渡,在司机室68与观光车厢48的台阶状的连接处,以弧面圆滑过渡,且观光车厢48的高出部分的外壳的前端部在水平方向上也采用弧面结构。另外,在司机室前窗玻璃下方的车头的部分沿车头的前端部及两侧部还具有一U形的凹陷部分(图中未示出),凹陷部分由前端部向两侧连续延伸设置,在尾端与相邻的头车车厢69的车体平滑过渡,凹陷部分的主要作用是引导气流。通过对车头整体型状的合理设计,在满足车身高度增加、车窗玻璃区域增加的前提下,又能保证车头的强度及保证高速运行时减少空气阻力,使其具有良好的空气动力学性能。车头前端部的排障器还可以采用顺着车头的弧线向前方凸出的结构,更有利于排除大型异物,保证行车安全。
在观光车厢48的高出司机室68部分的车体上开有观光车窗67,观光车窗67可以是玻璃,也可以是其它透明材料,本实施例中,观光车窗67优选采用中空的双层玻璃结构,即可以提高较好的视觉效果,又可以保证整个车体的结构强度。
如图1和图4所示,观光车厢48的高出司机室部分的车体前端部及两侧部上均开有观光车窗67,更优选,观光车窗67由观光车厢48车体的前端部至两侧呈连续的环形结构,乘客坐在观光车厢48里时,可以透过三个面上的环形观光车窗67观赏车外的景观,得到全视野的观景体验,大幅提高了车辆的功能性和舒适性。对于观光车厢48独立地高出相邻车体的情况,也可以在高出部分的四周的车体上均开有用于观光的车窗,车窗形成一个闭环的结构,视野更为广阔。
本实施例中,观光车窗67的高度优选从高出司机室68的位置开始一直向上延伸至车顶板4的位置,对于整个车厢来说,观光车窗67安装在车体侧墙与车顶连接的侧顶位置,观光车窗67的高度方向上与车体的形状相配合呈弧形,这样在高出司机室68部分的车体侧墙和前端墙上全部是观光车窗67,既可以增加观光车窗67的高度,增加观光车窗67的面积,保证乘客的观景效果,又可以提高整个车辆的整体外观效果。观光车厢48的高出司机室部分的车体也可以做成全透明结构,高出部分的车体整体作为观光车窗67。
在观光车厢48的高出司机室68部分的前端部及两侧部的车体上开有多个用于安装观光车窗67的开口,车窗玻璃通过胶粘结固定开口处的窗框上,窗框通过螺栓固 定在车体骨架上。本实施例中,优选在车体的前端部开有一个开口,每侧的侧部上开有两个或三个开口,这样可以增加观光车窗67在水平方向上的宽度,增加观光车窗67的面积,既可以保证乘客的观景效果,又可以保证整个车体的结构强度。
为了进一步提高车辆的整体外观效果,在观光车厢48的高出司机室68部分的前端部及两侧部的车体外表面上,即在观光车窗67的外表面上再安装一层透明材料(图中未示出),这样从外观上看,高出司机室68部分的车体两侧部和前端部上全部是外观效果好的透明材料。
在观光车窗67的上边缘、下边缘等处可以安装有装饰灯(图中未示出),装饰灯可采用条状的LED灯,不但起到照明的作用,也起到装饰的作用,提高观光车厢48的整体美观度。
在观光车厢48高出司机室68部分与车体的衔接处,即观光车窗67的下边缘处,观光车窗67与车体之间具有向下凹陷的结构,该向下凹陷的结构沿观光车窗67的下边缘呈环形设置,其主要作用是引导气流,用以进一步降低车辆运行时的空气阻力,使车辆具有良好的空气动力学性能,保证车辆运行速度和运行的稳定性。
由于观光车窗67呈环形设置,为了提高观景效果及观景时乘坐的舒适度,在观光车厢48内沿环形观光车窗67设置有呈环形设置的观光座椅57。观光座椅57沿着观光车窗67设置,环形的观光座椅57围成的中间部为即为观光车厢48的车厢过道58,这样,乘客坐在观光座椅57上可以获得全视野的观景体验,以极佳的视野和乘坐空间观赏沿途的风景,进而可以观赏到更完美的车外景观。
如图1、2和图4所示,环形的观光座椅57包括靠背59、座垫60、底座61,靠背59和座垫60由中间的海绵及外层的装饰布组成,座垫60安装在底座61上。靠背59、座垫60及底座61均沿观光车厢48的前端端部及车厢两侧部呈环形设置。
本实施例中,底座61为阶梯式结构,以提高观光座椅57的高度,底座61的台阶数和整体高度要保证一般人体坐在观光座椅57上后视线高于观光的观光车窗67,因此,优选底座61为两级阶梯结构,座垫60安装在上层的第二级台阶上,下层的第一级台阶向外凸出作为搁脚台65,不但整体结构简单,而且大幅提高了乘客乘坐的舒适性。该观光座椅57不但结构简单,整体美观大方,而且充分利用了观光车厢48内有限的空间。
底座61的每级台阶均由垂向的支撑板63及水平的面板64组成,且在每级台阶的 面板64的边缘安装有装饰灯(图中未示出),装饰灯可采用条状的LED灯,不但起到照明的作用,也起到装饰的作用,提高观光车厢48的整体美观度。
在观光座椅57上包括至少一个用于放置物品的搁置台65,为了使用方便,在两侧的观光座椅57上对称设置有两个搁置台65,搁置台65由靠背59一体向前凸出的部分形成,使得观光座椅57整体呈两侧向内凹陷的形状,搁置台65的上表面上设置一层具有金属质感的装饰板,用于放置酒杯、水杯等,不但使用方便,而且提高了观光车厢48的整体美观度。
本实施例中,在观光车厢48的车顶板上还开有一个用于观光的天窗66,乘客坐在观光座椅57上除了可以通过四周的观光车窗67观赏车外景色,也可以通过车顶的天窗66观看天空的景色。在车体的车顶板上上开有一个用于安装天窗66的开口,天窗玻璃通过胶粘结固定开口处的窗框上,窗框通过螺栓固定在车体骨架上。
下层的车厢可以做为供乘客休闲娱乐的吧台车厢49,在吧台车厢49内安装有吧台桌50、吧台椅51及酒柜52,吧台桌50在吧台车厢49的中心设置一排,多个吧台椅51分设在吧台桌50的两侧,酒柜52则设置在吧台车厢49的一个角落里,吧台车厢49的两侧侧墙上也开有侧窗53,乘客可以在吧台车厢49内娱乐和休闲。
上层的观光车厢48和下层的吧台车厢49之间设置有通行的圆形楼梯54,在头车车厢69的端部具有与头车车门55连通的通过台38,乘客从头车车门55上车后或从相邻的另一节中间车厢进入后,经过通过台38沿楼梯54向上进入观光车厢48,沿楼梯54向下进入吧台车厢49。
在楼梯54处安装有用于显示列车信息的显示器,在观光车厢48的楼梯54的入口处设置有一隔断56,在隔断56上设置有一个内嵌式的置物架,用于放置报刊杂志等,方便乘客使用。
通过台38是乘客由头车车门55上车后或、下车前及在两节车厢之间经过时的临时停留的过渡区域,本实施例中,通过台38整体设计为圆形,在圆形的通过台38的一侧即为楼梯54,圆形通过台38的另一侧通过过道40连接相邻的另一节车厢。将两个车厢之间连接处的通过台38设计为圆形结构,在增加美感的同时,相对增加了该处通过台38的面积,扩大了人员在此处的通过空间,进一步提高了乘客乘坐的舒适度。
在过道40的一侧设置有卫生间42,卫生间42内设置有便器、洗手台等,方便乘 客使用。在卫生间42的一侧分隔出一个空间作为头车车厢69的配电柜44,在卫生间42的间壁上设置有标志灯。在与卫生间42相对的过道40的另一侧区域,作为供乘客临时休闲时使用的休闲区43,在该休闲区43内安放有休闲沙发等休闲设备,在休闲沙发的旁边还可以安放一个简易的茶几供乘客使用。将卫生间42、休闲区43、配电柜44等设施围绕圆形的通过台38设计,使整个通过台38的空间结构非常紧凑,通过对通过台38内各设施的合理布局,极大地提高了车厢端部的空间利用率,不但方便乘客使用,也为乘客提供了更多的功能,而且相应地增大了乘客可活动的区域面积,进一步提高了列车的功能性和乘客乘坐的舒适度,以为乘客提供更为优良的服务,特别适合长途运营的列车。
实施例二:
如图5所示,与头车车厢69联挂的中间车厢也同样分为上、下两层,其上层为供乘客乘坐的客区车厢1,下层为用于放置货物的货区车厢2,上层的客区车厢1和下层的货区车厢2之间通过客区车厢1的地板分隔,客区车厢1和货区车厢2分别设置供乘客上下车和装卸货物的客区车门3和货区车门4。上层的客区车厢1包括商务包间车厢、一等座车厢及二等座车厢等,以满足不同层次乘客的乘坐需求。货区车厢2包括两个部分,一部分是位于转向架上方的设备舱2a,一部分是位于两个转向架中间的货舱2b,整个列车的货区车厢2是贯通的,中间用隔断等结构分隔出设备舱2a和货舱2b。如图11所示,对应客区车厢1和货区车厢2设置有上、下两层站台,上层为客运站台5,下层为货运站台6。
如图11所示,在货运站台6上安装有货运通道,货运通道包括设置在列车一侧的上货通道7、设置在列车另一侧的卸货通道8、用于将货物从列车一侧推入并从列车另一侧推出的装卸设备9。上货通道7包括与列车地板平齐、贯通列车长度方向设置的上货传送带,上货传送带包括多段沿着列车长度方向传送的横向上货传送带和多段设置在列车舱门处、自由方向传送的自由上货传送带。卸货通道8包括多段倾斜设置、沿着列车宽度方向传送的纵向卸货传送带,在纵向卸货传送带远离列车的一端设置有一贯通列车长度方向设置的横向卸货传送带。装卸设备9为机器人。
需要运输的货物分别放置在集装箱10内,乘客的大件行李也可以放置在集装箱10内,集装箱10上安装有用于货物自动识别的芯片等,芯片中保存有集装箱10内的货物名称、上下车地点、放置的位置信息、货主信息等,由机器人自动实现装卸货 物。
在客运站台5上设置有连接通道11,连接通道11的一端与侯车区47连接,另一端与客区车厢1的客区车门3连接,乘客可以直接通过该专用的连接通道11实现上下车,不再需要现有的列车站台,乘客不再需要先由候车区47进入站台,再由站台上车的过程,缩短了乘客上下车的时间,提高了上下车的安全性,也提高了乘客上下车时的舒适度,满足乘客更加人性化的需求。连接通道11采用可以伸缩的结构,在车辆进站时将其伸出,使其端部与客区车门3密贴,将候车区47与客区车门3连接,在乘客上下车结束后,即可将其缩回,不会影响站台的其它功能。
本实施例,实现了客运和货运的同时运输,使轨道车辆的功能不再单一,也大幅降低了运输成本和维护成本。同时,上层的客区车厢和下层的货区车厢分别对应两层站台,乘客和货物分别从不同的站台上下车,实现人、货分离,互不影响,不但可以大大缩短每一站所需停靠的时间,而且还可以保证乘客上下车的安全,乘客提供了更为舒适的乘坐环境,特别适合长途运营。
如图6至图8所示,中间车厢中的一等座车厢的客区车厢1,包括沿车体长度方向设置的两列座椅单元12,两列座椅单元12之间为车厢过道13,前后两个座椅单元12在车体长度方向上交错叠置安装,用以减少每个座椅单元所占用的空间,在保证乘客舒适性的前提下,大幅提高车厢的乘员数量,进而最大限度地提高车厢空间利用率。
每个座椅单元12由座椅间壁14隔开,座椅间壁14采用半高间壁,既可保证乘坐的舒适性,又使每个座椅单元12具有极好的私密性。座椅间壁14的材料由外层复合木板、中间层的海绵及内层的麻布组成,复合木板的最外层(即座椅间壁14的外表面)具有一层装饰板,如具有木纹表面的装饰板,装饰板也可以采用玻璃板,既可以保证座椅间壁14的整体结构强度,也可以提高座椅间壁14的整体美观度。
座椅间壁14为由横向间壁14a和纵向间壁14b组成的L形结构,其中横向间壁14a为S形状,横向间壁14a的内侧(即紧邻车体侧墙15的一侧)向本座椅单元12的内部凹陷,横向间壁14a的外侧(即紧邻车厢过道13的一侧)向本座椅单元12的外部凹陷。横向间壁14a和纵向间壁14b之间通过连接件进行固定连接,横向间壁14a和纵向间壁14b的底部与车厢地板固定连接,横向间壁14a的一侧边与车体侧墙15固定连接。
每个座椅单元12中包括座椅16、搁脚台17、桌18和功能椅19。其中,每个座椅 16均向该侧的车体侧墙15方向倾斜设置,即与车辆运动方向倾斜布置,并优选倾斜的角度为45度,座椅16在本座椅单元12的横向间壁14a的外侧的向外凹的空间与前方座椅单元12的横向间壁14a的内侧的向内凹的空间内延伸,以最大限制地节约每个座椅单元12所占用的空间,提高车厢内空间的利用率。
座椅16由靠背、座垫及运动机构组成,靠背和座垫均由骨架、海绵垫及最外层的装饰布组成,靠背和座垫之间铰接,运动机构带动靠背和座垫在座位和卧位之间转换,乘客通过操作开关即可实现座椅16在坐位、卧位及任意斜靠位之间的转换,满足乘客的不同需求。
搁脚台17固定在前方座椅单元12的横向间壁14a内侧的下方。搁脚台17与座垫一样由骨架、海绵垫和最外层的装饰布组成,搁脚台17的骨架通过螺栓固定在横向间壁14a上。如图8所示,在座椅16处于卧位时,座椅16会一直向前延伸至搁脚台17处,搁脚台17与座椅16的座垫和靠背共同形成水平的卧铺,不但可以节约空间,还可以保证乘客在卧铺上休息时更加舒适。
在座椅16的另一侧与车体侧墙15之间设置桌18。本实施例中,桌18由横向间壁14a的下半部分向前方凹陷后形成的平面形成,桌18侧部紧靠在车体侧墙15上,桌18与横向间壁14a为一体的结构,不但使座椅单元12的结构更加简单,利于座椅单元12的模块化组装,也保证了横向间壁14a的整体美观度。为了保证桌18表面的平整度,在桌18的上表面上不设置座椅间壁14中的海绵层和麻布层,直接在复合木板上粘贴一层装饰板,桌18的装饰板上设置有杯托等部件供乘客使用,由于桌面面积较大,还可以放置书、杂志等物品。在桌18上方的横向间壁14a上还安装有一个壁灯20,乘客可以根据需要自行控制,方便乘客使用。后方座椅单元12内的搁脚台17安装在横向间壁14a向前方凹陷的空间内,即安装在前方座椅单元12的桌18的下方,用以充分利用桌18下方凹陷的的空间,而且在搁脚台17的下方还有空间可以方便乘客放置鞋等物品。
在桌18的前方还设置有一个活动的独立安装的功能椅19,功能椅19位于车体侧墙15上的客室车窗21的窗台的下方位置,功能椅19整体为三角体的结构,将桌18与车体侧墙15之间的空间平滑过渡,合理利用了该处的空间。本实施例中,功能椅19直接放置在车厢地板上,乘客可以根据需要搬动功能椅19至所需的位置和角度,方便作用。功能椅19可供临时来该座椅单元12座客的乘客坐在上面,方便与该座椅单 元12内的乘客聊天。
功能椅19的椅面的下方为储物空间,储物空间可以做成储物柜或储物抽屉的形式,乘客可以将随身携带的小件物品和贵重物品放置在储物柜或储物抽屉内。在储物柜或储物抽屉上可以设置密码锁,保证乘客物品的安全。
为提高乘坐的舒适度,在每个座椅单元12内还安装有一台电视机22,电视机22安装在前方座椅单元12的横向间壁14a上。
对应每个座椅单元12在车体侧墙15上设置一个客室车窗21,各个座椅单元12的车窗之间是相互独立的,座椅单元12内的乘客的活动不会通过车窗玻璃的反光影射至相邻的另一个座椅单元12的客室车窗21上,进而可以更加提高每个座椅单元12的私密性。
本实施例中,每个客室车窗21由侧墙一直向上连续延伸至车顶板的位置,包括侧墙的部分和侧顶(指的是车体侧墙15与车顶板连接过渡的位置)的部分,客室车窗21开在桌18与前方座椅单元12的横向间壁14a之间,整体呈细长和上部带有弧面的形状,与车体的形状相同。该结构的客室车窗21增加了每个座椅单元12所对应的客室车窗21面积及客室车窗21的整体高度,进而大幅地增加了车窗视野,改善了视觉效果,为乘客提供最好的视线和用户体验。乘客坐在向客室车窗21方向倾斜的座椅16上,通过由车体侧墙15一直向上延伸至侧顶的客室车窗21,可以观赏到更完美的车外景观,而且还可以在一定程度上减少乘客的晕车感觉。
在前后两个座椅单元12的纵向间壁14b之间设置有间壁门23,用于封闭相邻两个座椅单元12之间的通过间隙,以进一步提高每个座椅单元12的私密性。本实施例中,间壁门23采有推拉门,纵向间壁14b采用中空的结构,间壁门23在打开的状态时隐藏在纵向间壁14b内,与纵向间壁14b融为一体,以节约间壁门23所占用的空间,间壁门23在关闭的状态时,从纵向间壁14b的内部伸出。
在每个纵向间壁14b的外侧表面上设置有装饰灯及号码灯(图中未示出),在间壁门23的外表面上也可以设置装饰灯及号码灯。其中,号码灯方便乘客尽快找到自己的座椅单元12。在车厢过道13两侧的座椅间壁14上设置多个装饰灯,不但可以起到照明的作用,同时可以增加车厢内饰的整体美观度。
装饰灯可以是由多条平行的灯条组成的灯带,灯条可以采用水平的灯条、垂直的灯条、斜置的灯条、弧线的灯条等,装饰灯也可以采有由多条灯条组成的特殊图 形或图案等。本实施例中,则优选在纵向间壁14b的外表面上设置多条平行且斜置的灯条,多条灯条组成一条斜置的灯带,简洁美观大方。
在装饰灯及号码灯的位置,在座椅间壁14的复合木板上根据设计的图形和图案相应设置有槽,槽与灯条的形状相同,在槽的内部安装有LED光源板,LED光源板通过螺钉固定在纵向间壁14b上,在LED光源板的上方覆盖一层透光材料,透光材料优选采用亚克力,透光材料用胶固定在纵向间壁14b上,透光材料与纵向间壁14b的表面平齐,使纵向间壁14b的整个表面平整,保证纵向间壁14b的整体美观度。LED灯亮时,LED光源板发射的灯光从透光材料中透出,在照明的同时显示出不同形状的灯带或其它特殊的图形和图案。
装饰灯及号码灯也可以采用另一种结构,即在装饰灯及号码灯的位置,在纵向间壁14b的复合木板上设置一个面积可以覆盖完整的图形和图案的槽,在槽的内部安装有多个LED光源板,LED光源板通过螺钉固定在纵向间壁14b上,在LED光源板的上方覆盖一层透光材料,在透光材料的表面上再覆盖一层遮光片,遮光片用在胶固定在透光材料上,遮光片上根据设计的图形和图案开有开口,从开口中透过的光即可形成所需的图形和图案。
在一等座车厢内,车厢过道13两侧的每个座椅间壁14都上设置灯带,在每个座椅单元12内还设置有壁灯20,本实施例中,在车厢顶板的中央区域设置一条沿车厢长度方向设置的车顶灯带(图中未示出),在车顶灯带的两侧还设置有若干个筒形的车顶灯,减化了车厢顶板的结构,同时也增加了车厢内饰的整体美观度。
本实施例中的座椅单元12可以实现模块化组装,上车前可以将座椅16、搁脚台17、桌18、功能椅19,壁灯20、座椅间壁14、间壁门23、电视机22、装饰灯、号码灯等全部预组装完成,上车后只要与地板及侧墙固定连接即可,大幅提高了现车组装效率,降低劳动强度。
如图9和图10所示,中间车厢中的商务车厢的客区车厢1,包括由包间间壁24分隔的多个包间25,商务车厢内共设置六个包间25,在包间间壁24上设置有包间门26,在每个包间25内具有休息区27和卫生间28,在休息区27内安装有座卧两用装置,卫生间28用隔板29隔开,在隔板29上安装有卫生间门。隔板29由包间门26的一侧开始向对面的侧墙方向延伸设置,隔板29整体呈弧形设计,合理划分卫生间28和休息区27的空间,也为从包间门26进入包间25内的乘客提供了一条弧形的通道进入休息区 27。
每个包间25由包间间壁24分隔开相对完全独立的空间,可以满足乘客对私密性的较高要求,且每个包间25内均设置有休息用的座卧两用装置和卫生间,可为乘客提供全方位的服务,通过合理的空间布局,不但充分利用了有限的空间,使包间内各设备的布局合理紧凑,而且乘客使用也更加方便,可满足VIP等高端消费群体对私密性和舒适性的更高要求。
包间25沿车体长度方向设置在车厢的一侧,包间25与另一侧的车体侧墙15之间为车厢过道13。包间25由包间间壁24分隔而成,包间间壁24为从车厢地板至车厢顶板的全封闭结构。
紧邻车厢过道13的包间间壁24为由多个弧形间壁组成的波浪形的结构,每个弧形包间间壁24的两端波谷之间包括一个或两个包间25,本实施例中,优选采用两个包间的设计。包间间壁24采用弧形的设计,在两个弧形的连接处具有向内凹陷的空间,在不影响包间25内可使用空间的前提下,相对地扩大了人员在车厢过道13内的通过空间,可以有效避免多个人在车厢过道13内交错通行时的拥挤状态,提高了乘客乘坐的舒适度。
在休息区27内安装有座卧两用装置,休息区27白天可为乘客提供座和活动的空间,晚上可以做为床铺休息。座卧两用装置包括一组双人沙发30和两个沙发凳31,包间门26入口处的一侧紧贴包间间壁24放置双人沙发30,双人沙发30的对面(即靠近车体侧墙的位置)放置两个沙发凳31。
双人沙发30由靠背、座垫及传动机构组成,靠背和座垫通过传动机构实现座、卧转换。两个沙发凳31是可以移动的,乘客可以根据需要移动至需要的位置,两个沙发凳31拼接后的宽度正好与双人沙发30的宽度相匹配。白天时,双人沙发30的靠背垂直且座垫收回呈座位状态,双人沙发30与两个沙发凳31之间留有供乘客活动的区域,充分利用休息区27有限的空间。晚上,双人沙发30的座垫在传动机构的带动下向前移动,靠背随之向下至水平状态,移动两个沙发凳31的位置,使双人沙发30和两个沙发凳31共同组合成水平的床铺,供乘客夜间休息。每个包间25可供两个成人及一个或两个小孩使用,完全可以满足一个家庭的需要。根据休息区27的空间,也可以只设置一组双人沙发30,双人沙发30平放后即为沙发床。
双人沙发30与沙发凳31之间设置一搁物台32,搁物台32固定在包间间壁24上, 用于放置乘客随时使用的小件物品等。
在卫生间28内设置有洗手台33、便器34和沐浴设备,洗手台33上方安装有搁物架和镜子,沐浴设备包括浴缸35和淋浴喷头等,满足乘客不同的使用要求。浴缸35紧贴车体侧墙15横向设置,洗手台33靠近包间25侧部的包间间壁24安装,洗手台33安装在浴缸35和便器34的中间,便器34安装在包间门26入门处的隔板29与侧部的包间间壁24之间,整个卫生间28空间布局合理紧凑,可以达到100%的空间利用率。
每个包间25内安装两个车窗,与休息区27对应的车体侧墙15上开设第一观光车窗36,与卫生间28对应的车体侧墙15上开设第二观光车窗37,第二观光车窗37开设在浴缸35的上方。乘客无论是在休息区27内还是在使用卫生间28时,都可以透过第一观光车窗36和第二观光车窗37观赏到车窗外的景色,提高了乘坐的舒适性。为了保证乘客对私密性的要求,第一观光车窗36和第二观光车窗37均采用镀膜玻璃,以使车窗外的人员看不见车窗内乘客的活动,又不影响乘客观赏车外景色。
本实施例中,第一观光车窗36和第二观光车窗37从车体侧墙15一直向上连续延伸至车体顶板的位置,包括侧墙的部分和侧顶(指的是车体侧墙11与车顶板连接过渡的位置)部分,第一观光车窗36和第二观光车窗37的上部带有弧面的形状,与车体侧墙和侧顶位置的形状相同。第一观光车窗36的面积较大,宽度相当于休息区27在车体侧墙15处的宽度,第二观光车窗37的面积则相对较小整体呈细长条的形状。第一观光车窗36和第二观光车窗37的结构在保证整体车体侧墙15的强度和刚度的前提下,增加了每个包间所对应的车窗面积及车窗的整体高度,不但可以保证包间25的采光效果,也大幅地增加了车窗视野,改善了视觉效果,为乘客提供最好的视线和用户体验。
为了满足VIP乘客的更高需求,在休息区27内还安装有投影设备,投影设备中的投影幕布安装在第一观光车窗36的位置,乘客坐在双人沙发30上即可观看投影。不使用时,通过隐藏在第一观光车窗36上方的窗框内,使用时,遮盖在第一观光车窗36的前方,即可以当投影幕布使用,也可以做为窗帘使用。
在包间25的包间间壁24外侧表面上安装有装饰灯和房间号码灯,装饰灯和房间号码灯也可以安装在包间门26上,房间号码灯方便乘客上车后确认包间25号码是否正确。装饰灯和号码灯的结构如上所述。
如图6和图9所示,在中间车厢的端部均具有一与客区车门3正对的区域通过 台38,通过台38是乘客由客区车门3上车后或下车前的临时停留的过渡区域,通过台38整体设计为圆形,在圆形的通过台38的一侧设有车厢端门39,在圆形通过台38的另一侧通过过道40连接相邻的另一节车厢。将两个车厢之间连接处的通过台38设计为圆形结构,在增加美感的同时,相对增加了该处通过台38的面积,增加了该通过台38可容纳人员的数量,进而扩大了人员在此处的通过空间,增加了乘客可活动区域的面积,可以有效改善在上下车人员较多时的拥堵状态,进一步提高乘客乘坐的舒适度。
圆形通过台38的四周设置有圆弧形间壁,间壁将通过台38与车厢隔开,也利用间壁将通过台38内的各个功能区进行分隔。间壁采用复合木板的结构,在复合木板的最外层为一层装饰板,装饰板采用木纹的图案,提高间壁整体的美观效果。为了方便乘客上下车,在客区车门3入门处的至少一侧间壁上安装有扶手,优选在两侧的间壁上各安装有一个扶手,方便乘客上下车使用,同时保证乘客上下车时的安全。
为了方便乘客上下车,本实施例中,在客区车门3的入门处的至少一侧间壁上设置有号码灯和装饰灯,号码灯方便乘客上车后确认车厢是否正确,装饰灯不但可以起到照明的作用,同时也起到装饰的作用,提升该通过台38的整体美观效果,装饰灯和号码灯的结构与上述相同。在通过台38的顶部还可以再安装一个顶灯(图中未示出),进一步起到照明和装饰的效果。
本实施例中,在围绕圆形的通过台38区域内安装有洗手盆41、卫生间42、休闲区43、配电柜44等设施。洗手盆41安装在其中一个客区车门3的入门处的一侧,即将洗手盆41安装在客区车门3与本节车厢的车厢端门39之间的空间内,相当于省略了现有列中的单独设置的盥洗室,充分利用了客区车门3入口处与侧方的间壁之间的空间死角。洗手盆41包括一个洗手盆和水龙头,其它下水管等设备隐藏在洗手盆41下方的由间壁包围的柜体内,洗手盆41的上方固定安装一个搁物架,用于乘客放置毛巾等物品。在搁物架的上方间壁上还安装有镜子及一个或两个射灯,方便乘客使用。对于头车车厢和商务车厢也可以根据空间的限制不设置洗手盆。
在过道40的一侧设置有卫生间42,对于中间车厢端部的卫生间42与洗手盆41相对,分设在该客区车门3的两侧。卫生间42内设置有便器、洗手台等。在卫生间42的间壁上设置有标志灯。
本实施例中,在另一个客区车门3的一侧,即与卫生间42相对的过道40的另一侧 区域,作为供乘客临时休闲时使用的休闲区43,在该休闲区43内安放有休闲沙发等休闲设备,在休闲沙发的旁边还可以安放一个简易的茶几供乘客使用。
与客区车门3的另一侧与休闲区43相对的区域,安装有配电柜44,对于中间车厢,配电柜44与洗手盆41分设在车厢端门39的两侧,与洗手盆41相同,配电柜也充分利用了客区车门3入口处与侧方的间壁之间的空间死角。
本实施例中,将洗手盆41、卫生间42、休闲区43、配电柜44等设施围绕圆形的通过台38设计,使整个通过台38的空间结构非常紧凑,通过对通过台38内各设施的合理布局,极大地提高了车厢端部的空间利用率,不但方便乘客使用,也为乘客提供了更多的功能,而且相应地增大了乘客可活动的区域面积,进一步提高了列车的功能性和乘客乘坐的舒适度,以为乘客提供更为优良的服务,特别适合长途运营的列车。
本实施例中,在货区车厢2的地板上设置有若干个用于集装箱10在货区车厢2内移动和定位的移动定位机构。移动定位机构包括安装在地板上的若干个滚珠及定位装置,若干个滚珠滚珠方便集装箱10在地板上移动,定位装置采用可升降的定位装置,定位装置的截面形状为“凸”形,定位装置与货运集装箱10的底部相配合。当集装箱10装载到位后,定位装置升起将集装箱10固定,防止其在货车运行中晃动,损坏车体结构以及内部货物。
如图5所示,在货区车厢2的货舱内每隔一定距离设置一垂向的支撑结构45。支撑结构45优选采用金属的框架结构,保证支撑结构45的整体结构强度,支撑结构45沿车体宽度方向设置,在起到支撑上层的客区车厢1的作用外,还可以将货区车厢2的货舱分隔成多个不同的功能区间,以利于分隔放置不同类型的货物,利于货物的识别和装卸。
货区车门4在车体宽度方向上的两侧各设置有一个,均采用折叠门,折叠门包括上页和下页,上页和下页之间铰接,上页的顶部与车体骨架铰接,折叠门与支撑结构45之间安装有用于支撑折叠门的门支撑机构46,门支撑机构46优选采用气缸支撑机构。
到站需要装卸货物时,将折叠门向上打开,机器人自动识别需要卸车的集装箱10,机器人将货区车厢2内的集装箱10沿着列车宽度方向推出车厢,集装箱10被推入卸货通道8,集装箱10由卸货通道8传送出站台,完成货物卸载;或者机器人在推入 集装箱10的同时,通过集装箱10进入列车货区车厢2将原来车厢内的集装箱10挤出货区车厢2至卸货通道8,货物由卸货通道8传送出站台,完成货物卸载。实现了自动化装卸,而且装货、卸货可同时进行,提高了装卸效率,并且推入推出的装卸方式效率高、占用空间小。
如上所述,结合附图所给出的方案内容,可以衍生出类似的技术方案。但凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:具有高出相邻车体的部分,所述高出的部分为观光区域。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:至少一节车厢具有高出相邻车厢的部分。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:所述相邻车体为司机室,所述高出的部分紧邻司机室设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:在高出部分的车体上开有用于观光的观光车窗。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:至少在高出部分的车体的前端部及两侧部上开有所述观光车窗。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:在高出部分的四周的车体上均开有所述观光车窗,所述观光车窗形成一个闭环的结构。
  7. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:具有所述高出部分的车厢的端部具有通过台,所述通过台的空间整体为圆形。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:围绕所述通过台区域设置休闲区、卫生间、配电柜、洗手台中的一个或多个设备。
  9. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:在具有所述高出部分的车厢的下方还具有一层下层车厢。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:具有所述高出部分的车厢及下层车厢的至少一端部连接有双层的中间车厢,所述双层的中间车厢中一层为供乘客乘坐的客区车厢,另一层为用于放置货物的货区车厢。
  11. 根据权利要求1或2所述的一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:在具有所述高出部分的观光区域中安装有观光座椅,所述观光座椅在车厢内整体呈环形设置。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:所述观光座椅包括靠背、座垫及底座,所述座垫安装在底座上,所述底座为阶梯式结构,下层的第一级台阶向外凸出作为搁脚台。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:所述高出部分的车体与相邻的车体之间通过流线形过渡或以台阶的结构过渡。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:所述高出的部分与车体的衔接处具有沿高出部分下边缘呈环形设置的向下凹陷的结构。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:在司机室前窗玻璃下方的车头的部分沿车头的前端部及两侧部具有整体呈U形的凹陷部分,凹陷部分由前端部向两侧连续延伸设置,在尾端与相邻车厢的车体平滑过渡。
