上述无论是设置独立气流通道的吹、吸管,还是设置单一气流通道的吹吸管,在长度设计上都必须满足一定的安全规定,即吹、吸管的设置要达到一定的长度标准,尤其是对于吹、吸风管都是直线管道的吹吸机,其吹吸管的长度往往相对主机壳体而言,显得比例失调,影响整体外观,并且在吹吸工作时携带长长的吹吸管很不轻松,重心不容易掌握,操作显得很不方便。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种操作轻巧、结构紧凑、装配方便、性能安全,可执行单手柄操作的吹吸机。
本发明是这样实现的:一种吹吸机,包括主机壳体,设置于壳体内的马达,由马达驱动旋转的风扇,控制马达旋转的开关,以及连接于主机壳体上的吹风管、吸风管,所述吸风管设有一沿纵长轴线延伸的主体部,且在吸风管的主体部延伸末端设置有与纵长轴心线呈角度设置的弯折部;所述吸风管的主体部与弯折部角度设立为钝角。
一种吹吸机,包括主机壳体,设置于壳体内的马达,由马达驱动旋转的风扇,控制马达旋转的开关,以及设置于主机壳体吹风管、吸风管,所述吸风管是弯管,所述的吹风管设置于吸风管的外侧下方,其管壁紧靠吸风管的外壁。
一种吹吸机,包括主机壳体,设置于壳体内的马达,由马达驱动旋转的风扇,控制马达旋转的开关,以及连接于主机壳体吹吸风管,所述吹吸风管设有一沿纵长轴线延伸的主体部,以及与吸风管延伸轴线呈角度设置的弯折部。
所述吸风管与吹风管固定连接,吸风管位于吹风管的上方;所述吸风管与吹风管的延伸方向一致,所述吹风管的延伸未端与吸风管的弯折位置平齐;所述吸风管与吹风管与主机壳体可桥卸式连接;所这吸风管与主机壳体之间设置安全互锁机构,当吸风管连接于主机壳体时,开关才能被触发,只有当开关断开时,吸风管才能从主机壳体上拆卸。
所述的吹风管设有开口,靠近所述开口位置的吹风管外壁上设有风量调节装置;所述的吸风管与吹风管之间设有出风导向装置,用于引导从开口选出的气流方向;所述主机壳体上设置操作手柄的第一连接部,所述吸风管上设置有操作手柄的第二连接部。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:由于操作手柄的第一连接部连接于主机壳体上,其延伸方向与吹吸管的延伸方向一致,并且该连接部具有一定的延伸长度,使得使用者在执行吹、吸不同工作模式进行单手操作时,可选择不同的握持位置,对于不同身高的使用者而言,也可以通过选择不同的握持位置掌握吹吸机的重心,从而使操作更省力;吹吸附件与主机壳体可拆卸式连接,吹吸附件上又设置了提供安装或拆卸时握持的第二连接部,使得安装或拆卸更为轻松、方便,同时当吹吸机处于非工作状态时,吹吸附件与主机壳体的拆卸有利于吹吸机的收藏及储放;安全互锁机构的设置使得操作性能支安全,吸风管的弯折设置使得接机重量更轻巧,操作更方便,吸尘效果更突出。
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。

以下结合实施例对本发明进行详细说明,但本发明的范围并不限于以下实施例。
本发明公开揭示了一种执行单手操作的便携式吹吸机,该吹吸机能在吹气及吸气两种不同的工作模式间转换,操作者只需要通过简单、快速地调节便能快速实现吹吸转换,也可以方便地对风扇及涡壳进行清理及维护,并能够保证吹吸机在吹、吸工作模式下都能在安全状态下进行工作,并且装配极为方便,结构轻巧,操作简单。
参见图1、图2所示,吹吸机1设有主机壳体2,其包括容纳马达3的马达壳体2a以及容纳风扇4的涡壳2b,风扇4的叶轮在高速旋转下对树叶具有粉碎的功能,马达壳体2a与
涡壳2b固定连接,马达壳体2a的后端连接有为马达3提供电源的导线6,涡壳6的下端连接了一出尘管15,风扇4能在马达3的驱动作用下高速旋转并在涡壳2b内产生吹吸气流;吹吸附件10通过一安全互锁机构20与主机壳体2可拆卸连接,吹吸附件10包括吸风管11以及吹风管12,其中吸风管11设置有进风口11a,吹风管12设置有出风口12a;主机壳体2上连接了操作手柄5的第一连接部5a,吹吸附件10上连接设置了操作手柄5的第二连接部5b,第一连接部5a位于主机壳体2的上方,第二连接部5b位于吹吸附件10的上方,当吹吸附件10连接于主机壳体2时,两个连接部组合成完整的操作手柄5。
主体机壳2上靠近于出尘管15的位置处设置的吹吸转换机构17,其包括设置在主机壳体2外部的控制钮17a,以及位于主机壳体2内部的调节翻板17b,操作者只要按照标出的指示方向进行调节控制17a,便可以使吹吸机在吹与吸不同的工作模式间进行转换。旋转调节翻板17b至图2所示的实线位置,吹吸机l处于吹气工作模式,在风扇4的高速旋转下,产生如图2中箭头所示的吸气气流出吸风管11的进风口11a进入吸风管11,吸入的气流经风扇4后被送入吹风管12,最后于出风口12a吹出;为了体现吹气模式下的从出风口12a吹出的气流速度,通常出风口12a的横截面设置远远小于进风口11a的横截面,并且吹风管11的横截面沿其延伸方向有一个逐渐递减的过程;旋转调节翻板17b至图2所示的虚线位置,吹吸机l处于吸气模式,枝叶、灰尘连同进气气流一同于进风口被吸入吸风管11,后经风扇4的叶轮粉碎后被送入集尘管15。
本发明的优选实施例中,吸风管11与吹风管12固定连接,且吹风管12位于吸风11的外侧下方;当吹吸机处于工作状态时,吹吸附件10连接于主机壳体2,吸风管11与吹风管12向机身一侧延伸,且其延伸方向大致平行,而出尘管15的延伸方向与吸风管11及吹风管12的延伸方向大致垂直;吸风管11是一弯管,其设有一沿纵长轴心线Z1延伸的主体部14a,且在吸风管的主体部延伸末端设置有与纵长轴心线呈角度β设置的弯折部14b,且主体部14a轴心线Z1与弯折部14b轴心线Z2的角度β的设置以90至180度之间的钝角为宜,且弯折部l4b的延伸长度的设置范围为5mm至1m之间;吹风管12的延伸末端与吸风管11的弯折位置大致平齐,弯折部14b的设置使得吸风管11在满足安全长度的条件下,吸风管11的整体延伸长度减小了,整机的重量也因此减轻;相对于吸风管为直管的吹吸机而言,该吹吸机的重心位置落得较低,使用者于直立状态下执行单手吸尘操作时手臂可以自由伸直,操作也更显轻松;此时吸风管11弯折部14b的进风口11a靠近地面,并且其弯折部14b的进风口11a与吹风管12的出风口12a基本保持于同一水平面,参照图6A,在吸气模式下,吸风管11与吹风管12在竖直方向上的投影高度h大致相同;对于一些如坐椅底下等特殊部位需要吸尘的地方,使用者不需弯腰就可以轻松完成操作,且吹尘效果进一步提高。当然,本领域的技术人
员可以设想将吸风管11设置成直径较大的圆弧形弯管,吹风管12位于吸风管11的外侧下方,其管壁紧靠吸风管11的外壁,吹风管12也可以设置成相应的弧度,使得在吸气模气下吸风管11的进风口11a与吹风管12的出风口12a基本保持于同一水平面,即在吸尘操作模式下吸风管11与吹风管12在竖直启向上的投影高度h大致相同。
吹风管12的上部设有管壁开口8,在靠近管壁开口8位置的吹风管12上设置有一风速调节装置16,用于在吹风模式下调节从出风口12a的吹出的风速,吸风管与吹风管12之间还设置了一出风导向装置9,用于引导从管壁开口8逸出的气流的流动方向,以免逸出气流将尘屑吹向使用者使其视线模糊或者被吸入体内。
参见图2、图5所示,第一连接部5a的轴心线Xl与第二连接部5b的轴心线X2及马达轴心线Y位于同一平面,同时操作手柄5的延伸方向又与吹吸附件10的延伸方向一致,第一连接部切的长度设置相对第二连接部5b较长,第一连接部5a长度这样的设置是方便使用者无论在吹、或吸工作模式下都可以执行单手操作,对于不同身高的使用者而言,可从第一连接部5a上选择适合自己的握持位置,从而掌握吹吸机的重心,使得操作变得更为轻松,而第二连接部5b主要用于将吹吸附件10从主机体壳2上拆卸或安装连接于主机体壳2时握持的。
参照图3A、图3B所示,该风速调节装置16为一设有格栅开口13的环状体,该环状体可旋转地支撑于吹风管12的外壁上,当需要调节吹风管的吹风风速时,按照图1中示意的风量调节指示标记旋转环状体使其格栅开口13与管壁开口8全部交迭或部分交迭,部分气流会通过管壁开口8从格栅开口13逸出,从而调节从吹风口12a吹出的出风速度大小;导向装置9包括设置于吸风管11下管壁的导向面9a,位于管壁开口8正上方且分布于导向面9a两侧的侧档板9b,以及图2中示出的位于风量导向装置9后侧的横档板9c,从格栅开口13逸出的气流受到横档板9c以及两侧档板9b的阻挡,沿着导向面9a向吹风管12延伸方向流动,从而使其流动方向与吹风管出风方向一致,避免风流将尘屑吹向使用者,同时也加强了吹风效果。当不需要进行吹风风量调节时,只需要通过旋转风速调节装置16,使其格栅开口13与管壁开口8错位,此时管壁开口8被风速调节装置16的环状体有效地进行了封闭。
参照图4、图5所示,主机壳体内设置有用于控制电机的开关7,以及安全互锁机构20,其包括相对手柄5滑动设置的触发装置21,该触发装置21的顶端突出于手柄第一连接部5a壳体的上表面,方便使用者如图4中箭头所示方向从虚线所示的第一位置向实线所示的第二位置滑动控制触发装置21,该触发装置21包括用于触发开关7的触点21a以及止档部21bc以及止档部21c,以及一锁定机构24,该锁定机构24设有突出于手柄壳体的按压部24a,以及用于与吹吸附件10啮合的挂勾24b,锁定机构24的下端设置了一弹簧25,该弹簧25能在
按压部24a施力作用下使锁定机构24于主机壳体内上下移动,以及一滑块22,滑块22的上端设置一止档部22b,中部设置一凸肩部22a,滑块22的下端同样设置了一弹簧23;吹吸附件10的股风管11与主机壳体2相连接的部位设置一外伸压块18,外伸压块18的内侧设置一用于与挂勾24b连接的啮合部19。
参照图4A所示,当吹吸附件10与主体机壳2相分离时,滑块22在弹簧23的支撑作用下处于初始状态下,此时的滑块22止档部22b侧面与触发装置21的止档部21b相抵,阻止了触发装置21的滑动:此时可通过自下施力于锁定机构24按压部24a以克服弹簧25弹性力,使锁定机构24于主机壳体内向下移动,当锁定机构24处于下移的位置时,锁定机构24的挂勾24b能方便地与吹吸附件10的啮合部19相啮合连接。
结合参照图4及图4B所示,当吹吸附件10安装连接于主机壳体2时,吹吸附件10的外伸压块18伸入主机壳体2内,正好与滑块22的凸肩部22a相互作用,凸肩部22a受外伸压块18的驱动,促使滑块22克服弹簧23的弹性力向下滑动,此时滑块22的止档部22b与触发装置21的止档部21b相互脱开,进而允许触发装置21由第一位置按图中箭头所示的方向滑动,从而促动开关7启动电机3,只有当吹吸附件连接于主机壳体时,触发装置21才能触动开关;参照图4C所示,当触发装置21移动至第二位置时,此时触发装置21的触点21a促动开关7,触发装置21的止档部21c位于锁定机构24按压部24a的正下方,阻止了锁定机构24向下移动,此时锁定机构24的挂勾24b与吹吸附件10的啮合部19处于啮合锁定状态,并且,只要当开关7处于触发状态,吹吸附件10就无法从主机壳体2上拆卸,避免因吹吸附件于工作状态时从主机壳体2上掉落,而使高速旋转的风扇4伤害到使用者,这样就保证了吹吸机l在电机3启动工作的状态下的安全。其中,滑块22的止档部22b的上端面设置成斜面,是考虑到操作者万一执行误操作,即不是按照正常的拆卸方式,先将触发装置移动至非触发状态的第一位置,然后再按下锁定装置24,取下吹吸附件10,而是使用蛮力直接将吹吸附件10从主机壳体2上拆卸,此时滑块22会在弹簧23的作用下向上抬起,滑块22的止档部22b斜面将推动触发机构21的止档部21b向非触发状态的第一位置移动,从而有效地切断了电机的工作保持了安全。
当需要将吹吸附件10从主机壳体2上拆卸时,只要滑动触发装置21至非触发开关的第一位置,此时锁定机构24的按压部24a与触发装置21的止档部21c脱开,按压部24a可以被按压而向下移动,位于锁定机构24的挂勾24b与啮合部19脱开啮合,此时只要通过操作手柄5的第二握持5b便可以轻松地移走吹吸附件10,当然,吹吸附件10从主机壳体2上可以被拆卸,也有利在涡壳2b被枝叶尘屑等杂物堵塞的情况下对涡壳2b进行清理,方便对风扇4的维护及保养。
当然,如果需要,本发明实施例中的涡壳2b与马达壳体2a均可以做成活动连接,驱动风扇4的动力装置也可以用汽动机、内燃机或者电池包进行替代;吹风管12与吸风管11也可以独立设置,分别与主机壳体相连接,也可以将吹风管12与吸风管11合并设置成单一气流通道的吹吸风管,并且于该吹吸风管上设置有沿纵向延伸的主体部及与主体部呈角度设置的弯折部;上述的吹吸风管、或吸风管12的弯折部管体可设置成扁平状、图柱形、锥形、梯形或者任何一种适合的弯折的管体。
进一步参照图6A所示,操作者单手握持吹吸机手柄进行吸尘工作,由于吹吸机的重心位置落得相对较低,操作握持操作手柄5的手臂基本保持垂直,位于吸尘管11弯折部的进风口11a靠近地面,外部的尘屑随进气气流进入吸尘管,最后被风扇送入集尘袋,操作过程极为轻松,吸尘效果也得到提高;参照图6B所示,操作者单手握持吹吸机手柄进行吹尘工作,操作者在操作手柄5上的握持位置相对吸尘状态要前一点,吹吸机的重心位置被抬高,此时操作者的手臂仍然基本保持垂直,吹气气流从吹风管12的出风口12a吹出,用于将尘屑吹拢聚堆,操作显得轻松自如。
Claims (8)
- 一种便携式吹吸机,包括主机壳体(2),设置于壳体内的马达(3),由马达驱动旋转的风扇(4),控制马达旋转的开关(7),以及设置于主机壳体上的吸风管(11)、吹风管(12),其特征在于:所述吸风管设有沿纵长轴心线(Zl)延伸的主体部(14a),所述吸风管与吹风管的延伸方向一致,且所述吸风管(11)位于吹风管(12)的上方,所述吸风管的主体部延伸末端设置有与纵长轴心线呈角度(β)设置的弯折部(14a),所述弯折部具有弯折部轴心线(Z2),所述弯折部由弯折位置起沿弯折部轴心线延伸,所述吹风管的延伸末端与吸风管的弯折位置平齐,在吸气模式下,所述吸风管的进风门(11a)靠近地面,且所述进风口与吹风管的出风口(11b)基本保持于同一水平面。
- 根据权利要求1所述的吹吸机,其特征在于:所述弯折部轴心线(Z2)与主体部轴心线(Zl)呈钝角设置。
- 根据权利要求l所述的吹吸机,其特征在于:所述吸风管弯折部(14b)的长度设置范围在5mm至1m之间。
- 根据权利要求3所述的吹吸机,其特征在于:所述吸风管(11)及吹风管(12)固定连接,所述吸风管及吹风管与主机壳体之间可拆卸式连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的吹吸机,其特征在于:所述吸风管(11)与主机壳体(2)之间设置安全互锁机构(20),当吸风管连接于主机壳体时,开关才能被触发,只有当开关断开时,吸风管才能从主机壳体上拆卸。
- 根据权利要求5所述的吹吸机,其特征在于:所述的吹风管(12)设有开口(8),靠近所述开口位置的吹风管外壁上设有风量调节装置(16)。
- 根据权利要求6所述的吹吸机,其特征在于:所述的吸风管(11)与吹风管(12)之间设有出风导向装置(9),用于引导从开口逸出的气流方向。
- 根据权利要求7所述的吹吸机,其特征在于:所述主机壳体上设置操作手柄(5)的第一连接部(5a),所述吸风管上设置有操作手柄(5)的第二连接部(5b)。
