本公开的至少一实施例提供一种发声组件,包括发声元件、背板和至少一个弹性元件,其中,所述弹性元件包括第一卡接部和第二卡接部,所述发声元件包括第一安装部,所述背板包括第二安装部,所述第一安装部与所述第一卡接部卡接,所述第二安装部与所述第二卡接部卡接。由此将所述发声元件固定在所述背板之上。
本公开的至少一实施例提供一种显示装置,包括本公开实施例提供的任一发声组件。

对于提高音效来说,除了选用一款好的喇叭外,喇叭与整机(显示装置的背板)的安装结构/方式对于音效也有较大影响。如果喇叭与整机不能很好 的固定,即使选用的是一款好喇叭,但是整机发出的音效也会大打折扣。
如图1所示,通常喇叭01与背板02通过螺丝03的锁附固定,在背板02的安装部021上设置有橡胶圈03,通过螺丝04将橡胶圈03固定在背板02的安装部021上,喇叭的安装部011安装在橡胶圈03中,从而实现喇叭与整机的安装。当喇叭发声时,该种连接结构的喇叭会一起带动整机震动,从而发出“呲……呲……”的声音,影响喇叭的整体音效。而且该种连接结构需要使用螺丝锁附,工艺复杂,操作繁琐,不利于产能优化。
本公开至少一实施例提供一种发声组件,包括发声元件、背板和至少一个弹性元件。弹性元件包括第一卡接部和第二卡接部,发声元件包括第一安装部,背板包括第二安装部,第一安装部与第一卡接部和第二卡接部之一卡接,第二安装部与第一卡接部和第二卡接部中另一个卡接。由此将发声元件固定在背板之上。
本公开至少一实施例提供的发声组件,可以提高音效、节约成本,优化产能。
以下给出几个具体的实施例进行说明。
实施例1
如图2所示,本实施例提供一种发声组件,包括发声元件10、背板20和至少一个弹性元件30。弹性元件30包括第一卡接部301和第二卡接部302,发声元件10包括第一安装部101,背板20包括第二安装部201(如图5所示),第一安装部101与第一卡接部301和第二卡接部302之一卡接,第二安装部201与第一卡接部301和第二卡接部302中另一个卡接。由此将发声元件10固定在背板20之上。
本实施例提供的发声组件,改变了以往发声元件与整机之间的固定模式,通过发声元件、弹性元件与背板(整机)的卡附型安装结构,可以减轻发声元件发声时与整机的震动频率,提高了整体的音质效果。
与之前通常的安装方式相比,对于发声元件与整机接触部分,改为全弹性元件卡附型,可以减轻发声元件出声时与整机产生的震动,从而优化发声元件整体的发音效果,而且从生产的角度,从原先的好几道工序降低成一道工序,减少人力,节约原先锁附型用的螺丝,可以节约成本,优化产能。
如图2所示,一些示例中,发声组件包括两个弹性元件30,两个弹性元件30分别设置在发声元件10的两侧。图2中示出了两个发声元件10。如2 中左侧的弹性元件30为剖视结构,以利更好的示出发声元件10的第一安装部101与弹性元件30的匹配结构。
本公开的实施例中,发声元件10例如是指喇叭。例如,弹性元件30包括橡胶元件,但不限于此。

如图3a、3b、图4、图5所示,一些示例中,第一安装部101与第一卡接部301和第二卡接部302之一卡接的卡接长度大于主体300圆周周长的一半,第二安装部201与第一卡接部301和第二卡接部302中另一个卡接的卡接长度等于主体300圆周周长。从而,可以使得卡接更牢固。图5中示出了第二安装部201包括一通孔2011。通孔2011与背板10卡接的示意图可如图6b所示。
图6a示出了发声元件10和弹性元件30的安装示意图,图6b示出了背板20和弹性元件30的安装示意图。例如,安装时,可将发声元件10的第一安装部101与弹性元件30的第一卡接部301卡接,例如将第一安装部101的开口或通孔与位于第一凸出部311和第二凸出部312之间的主体300接触。设置第一凹槽331和第一凸起102的情况下,弹性元件30与发声元件10卡接时,第一凹槽331和第一凸起102亦相互匹配。再将弹性元件30的第二卡接部302与背板20卡接,例如将第三凸出部313穿过背板20的第二安装部201的通孔2011并将第二凸出部312和第三凸出部313之间的主体300放入通孔2011内。当然,也可以先安装弹性元件30和背板20,再安装弹性元件30和发声元件10,本实施例对此不作限定。例如,如图6a所示,发声元件10的第一安装部101与弹性元件30紧密接触。例如,第一安装部101的上表面与第一凸出部311的下表面紧密接触,第一安装部101的下表面与第二凸出部312的上表面紧密接触,第一安装部101的开口或通孔的边缘与位于第一凸出部311和第二凸出部312之间的主体300紧密接触。例如,如图6b所示,背板20的第二安装部201和弹性元件30亦紧密接触。例如,第二安装部201的上表面与第二凸出部312的下表面紧密接触,第二安装部201的下表面与第三凸出部313的上表面紧密接触,第一安装部201例如通孔的边缘与位于第二凸出部312和第三凸出部313之间的主体300紧密接触。本实 施例提供的弹性元件30,使得发声元件10和背板20的安装可操作性强,更方便快捷,可以提高生产线的效率,节约人力成本,也节省了通常的发声元件与背板之间的固定连接时所需要的螺丝,从而也节省了材料成本,符合现在市场的需求。
实施例2
如图7所示,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:发声组件包括三个弹性元件30,两个弹性元件30分别设置在发声元件10的两侧(第一侧1001和第二侧1002),另一个弹性元件30设置在发声元件10的第三侧1003。例如,发声组件还可以包括四个弹性元件30,第四个弹性元件可以在与第三侧相对的第四侧1004上。
需要说明的是,本公开的实施例中,对于为安装每个发声元件10设置的弹性元件30的个数不作限定。
其余可参照实施例1的描述,在此不再赘述。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种显示装置,包括本公开实施例所述的任一发声组件。
一些示例中,显示装置包括电视,但不限于此。
有以下几点需要说明:
(1)除非另作定义,本公开的实施例及附图中同一标号代表同一含义。
(2)本公开实施例附图中,只涉及到与本公开实施例涉及到的结构,其他结构可参考通常设计。
(3)为了清晰起见,在用于描述本公开的实施例的附图中,部件或区域的厚度可能被放大。
(4)在不冲突的情况下,本公开的不同实施例及同一实施例中的特征可以相互组合。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种发声组件,包括发声元件、背板和至少一个弹性元件,其中,所述弹性元件包括第一卡接部和第二卡接部,所述发声元件包括第一安装部,所述背板包括第二安装部,所述第一安装部与所述第一卡接部卡接,所述第二安装部与所述第二卡接部卡接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的发声组件,其中,所述弹性元件包括主体和凸出所述主体并在所述主体上顺次排布的第一凸出部、第二凸出部和第三凸出部,所述第一凸出部、所述第二凸出部和所述主体之间形成有所述第一卡接部,所述第二凸出部、所述第三凸出部和所述主体之间形成有所述第二卡接部。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的发声组件,其中,包括两个弹性元件,其中,所述两个弹性元件分别设置在所述发声元件的两侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的发声组件,其中,包括三个弹性元件,其中,两个弹性元件分别设置在所述发声元件的两侧,另一个弹性元件设置在所述发声元件的第三侧。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的发声组件,其中,所述第一安装部和所述第一卡接部的形状匹配,所述第二安装部和所述第二卡接部的形状匹配。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的发声组件,其中,所述主体包括圆柱体。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的发声组件,其中,所述第一凸出部、所述第二凸出部和所述第三凸出部在所述主体上沿其中心轴的方向顺次排布。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的发声组件,其中,所述第一凸出部、所述第二凸出部和所述第三凸出部分别沿垂直于所述主体中心轴的方向凸出于所述主体。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的发声组件,其中,所述第一凸出部、所述第二凸出部和所述第三凸出部围绕所述主体一周凸出于所述主体。
  10. 根据权利要求8所述的发声组件,其中,所述第一安装部与所述第一卡接部的卡接长度大于所述主体圆周周长的一半,所述第二安装部与所述第二卡接部的卡接长度等于所述主体圆周周长。
  11. 根据权利要求2-10任一项所述的发声组件,其中,所述弹性元件设有第一凹槽,所述第一安装部设有与所述第一凹槽匹配的第一凸起。
  12. 根据权利要求11任一项所述的发声单元,其中,所述第一安装部包括开口或通孔,所述第一凸起贯穿所述第一安装部的所述开口或通孔,或者位于所述第一安装部的所述开口或通孔的一侧,并且在垂直于所述第一安装部的方向上凸出于所述第一安装部。
  13. 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的发声单元,其中,所述第二安装部包括通孔。
  14. 根据权利要求1-12任一项所述的发声单元,其中,所述弹性元件的材质包括橡胶。
  15. 一种显示装置,其中,包括权利要求1-14任一项所述的发声组件。
