실시예 1에서 제조된 백굴채 (Chelidonium majus Linne), 검은재 나무 (Symplocos prunifolia), 측백 (Thuja orientalis), 수련 (Nymphaea tetragona),황백 (phellodendron bark), 목단피 (Paeonia suffruticosa Andrew roots) 추출물 및 발효물과 펩타이드와의 혼합물을 RCM(reinforced clostridial broth)에 알맞은 농도로 제균 여과하여 첨가하였으며, 역시 활성화시킨 여드름 균주 배양액을 각각 실험구에 1%씩 접종한 후, 시료를 각각의 농도로 넣어준 후, 37℃, CO2 조건 하에서 72시간 혐기 배양한 후, RCA(reinforced clostridial agar)에 100㎕씩 분주한 후 혐기 배양하여 여드름 균주의 성장 여부를 확인하였다. 이에 얻은 결과를 확인하기 위하여 위의 실험을 3번 반복 실험하였다. 그 결과를 하기 표 2에 기재하였다.Extracts and fermentation of Chelidonium majus Linne, Black ash tree (Symplocos prunifolia), Thuja orientalis, Nymphaea tetragona, Phellodendron bark, Paekonia suffruticosa Andrew roots prepared in Example 1 The mixture of water and the peptide was added by disinfection filtration to a concentration suitable for RCM (reinforced clostridial broth), inoculated 1% of each of the activated acne strain culture in the experimental zone, and then put the sample in each concentration. 상기 식물 추출물의 대부분이 여드름 항균효과가 우수함을 최소 저해 농도 실험을 통해 확인하였으며, 특히 황백, 목단피가 우수하였다. 그리고 식물 추출물 및 발효물과 청국장 펩타이드 중 1종 (알라닌-페닐알라닌-프롤린-글리신)을 0.1mg/ml을 혼합한 혼합물이 최소 저해 농도 실험에서도 상승효과가 있음을 확인하였다.It was confirmed through the minimum inhibitory concentration experiment that most of the plant extracts have excellent acne antimicrobial effect, in particular, baekbaek, it was superior to the bark skin.
