本发明属于厨房电器技术领域,涉及一种清洁设备,特别是一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板。
背景技术
厨房餐具清洗是时下家庭的一个较为关注的问题,用餐后的餐具沾满油脂,人工清洗困难,家用洗碗机的出现解决了大量带有油污的餐具无需沾手就能轻松清洗的问题,做到了自动洗碗的目的,给人们的生活带来很大的便利。
然而现有的家用洗碗机均为一独立厨房电器,占用厨房空间较大。为解决现有家用洗碗机占用厨房空间大的问题,出现一种水槽式清洗机,其将洗碗机功能与家用水槽功能集合于一体,使得现有的水槽兼具洗碗或清洁果蔬的功能,从而彻底解决现有家用洗碗机占用空间大的问题。
然而,如何在有限的水槽空间内获得较好的洗涤效果,以及如何在水槽的安装环境下集成洗涤功能则成为亟待解决的问题。
现有的家用洗碗机,为防止水流溢出、降低噪音,通常也包括一门板,例如公开号为CN102300494A的中国专利,公开了一种洗碗机,洗碗机包括用于使声音衰减的一个或多个层叠结构。层叠结构可以包括一层声学带,该层声学带具有构造为使由洗碗机产生的声音改变方向和转换成热使得能够在洗碗机外部感知的声音降低的多个双向纤维、双向聚合纤维。层叠结构还可以包括用于吸收声音的一个或多个泡沫层和用于将声音转换成热的一个或多个乙烯基树脂层。层叠结构的板可以设置为位于洗碗机的挡板组件、门组件、基部和桶、以及所述洗碗机的框架元件中、设置在 其周围、以及沿着其设置。
但是上述洗碗机门板结构应用于常规的洗碗机中,不能直接转用到水槽式清洗机中。水槽式清洗机由于空间有限,门板结构不仅仅需要起到常规的隔音作用,还需实现额外的电路控制等功能;并且由于水槽式清洗机与水槽集合,其门板结构需要经常开合,对其安装稳定性和操作便利性均提出了较高的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种消音隔热效果好、开门时阻尼效果好的用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板,其特征在于,包括:
面板,所述面板包括框架和扣设安装在框架上的门面板,所述框架和门面板之间形成密封的安装腔;
门体密封圈,所述门体密封圈套设在框架上并贴紧;
消音隔热组件,所述消音隔热组件安装在安装腔内,所述消音隔热组件包括石棉垫、隔音毡和隔音橡胶垫,所述隔音橡胶垫铺设在框架上,所述隔音毡贴合在隔音橡胶垫上,所述石棉垫贴紧在隔音毡上,所述石棉垫与门面板之间设有隔音毡。
在上述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板中,所述门体密封圈包括本体部和垂直于本体部的水平部,在水平部一侧的本体部上设置有倒钩部,水平部另一侧的本体部插设安装在框架上。
在上述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板中,所述水平部上设置有圆弧形的凸起面,所述凸起面朝向倒钩部一侧。
在上述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板中,所述框架包括边框部和向外凸出形成的凸台部,在凸台部和边框部的 相交处设置有外导槽,所述门体密封圈插设安装在外导槽内。
在上述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板中,所述面板的一端安装有门体轴套,所述门体轴套中空且在两端安装有门轴封盖,所述门体轴套内安装有固定轴和阻尼组件,所述阻尼组件固定安装在固定轴上,所述面板的另一端安装有门体把手。
在上述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板中,所述门体把手由金属材料制成。
在上述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板中,所述阻尼组件包括连接轴、滑设在连接轴上的固定片、套设在连接轴上的连接片和转片,连接轴的一端安装在固定轴上,连接轴的另一端固连有紧固件,所述转片限定在门体轴套内,在固定片与紧固件之间安装有若干个蝶形弹簧,所述固定片抵紧在连接片上,所述连接片抵紧在转片上,所述转片抵靠在连接轴上。
在上述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板中,所述连接轴呈台阶轴状,包括连接部和导向部,所述连接部的直径大于导向部的直径,所述导向部开设有平行于连接轴轴线的限位面,所述固定片上开设有与限位面相对应的导向面,所述固定片滑设在连接轴上。
在上述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板中,所述转片上开设有斜槽,所述连接片上凸出设置有凸块,所述凸块卡设在斜槽内。
在上述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板中,所述连接片上向外突出有凸环,所述凸环与凸块设置在连接片的两侧,所述凸环上沿轴向开设有定位槽,所述固定片上设有凸台,所述凸台上设置凹陷槽,连接轴转动,所述凸台卡设在定位槽内或抵靠在凸环上。
在上述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板中,所述定位槽的侧壁设置成斜坡面,所述斜坡面与定位槽和凸环的相交 处设置成圆弧形。
在上述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板中,在固定轴的两端均开设有卡槽,所述连接轴的一端开设连接面,所述连接轴插入卡槽内并使连接面平行于卡槽的内壁,所述固定轴与连接轴固定连接。
在上述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板中,在面板和门体轴套上开设有共线的穿线孔,所述穿线孔连通门体轴套的内部空腔,所述门轴封盖封堵在门体轴套上且在门轴封盖上开设有过线孔,所述过线孔连通至门体轴套的内部空腔。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下几个优点:
1、门体密封圈设置安装在面板上,当面板扣合在水槽上时,门体密封圈密封水槽口,有效的降低清洁设备工作时传递到外部的噪音,同时,在面板内设置消音隔热组件,进一步吸收和消化噪音,削弱噪音传递到外部的分贝量,工作环境优良,石棉垫能有效的隔绝热量,使面板表面的温度低,不会烫伤皮肤。
2、门体密封圈设置倒钩部和凸起面,倒钩部能紧贴在水槽的内侧壁,凸起面能紧贴在水槽的上表面,倒钩部和凸起面呈90度包裹水槽的边缘,密封效果好,开启面板方便。
3、面板的另一端安装有门体把手,门体把手由金属材料制成,门体把手的重量大能有效的压紧面板,使面板紧贴在水槽上。
4、在固定轴上设置阻尼组件,当面板转动时带动转片转动,转片带动连接片转动,由于蝶形弹簧推抵固定片在连接片上,两者之间存在摩擦,产生一个阻力,使面板打开和闭合过程均设有一个阻力,避免面板与水槽的冲击,使用方便。
5、转片和连接片通过凸块限定在一起转动,固定片在连接轴上直线滑动,当面板转动时,连接片转动带动固定片移动时凸环抵靠在凸台上,阻尼力达到最大,当面板关闭复位时,凸台卡设在定位槽内,阻尼力最小。
6、连接轴插设在门轴封盖内,固定轴和连接轴卡接并通过紧固件连接,能方便安装和固定,结构紧凑,安装方便。

具体实施方式
以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
如图1、图2、图5和图6所示,本用于水槽式清洁设备的消 音隔热门板,包括:面板1、门体密封圈8和消音隔热组件13。
面板1包括框架11和扣设安装在框架11上的门面板12,在框架11和门面板12之间形成密封的安装腔,门体密封圈8套设在框架11上并贴紧,门体密封圈8位于面板1与水槽5的接触位置,面板1扣设到水槽5上时,门体密封圈8密封水槽5,消音隔热组件13安装在安装腔内,消音隔热组件13包括石棉垫132、隔音毡133和隔音橡胶垫131,隔音橡胶垫131铺设在框架11的底部,隔音毡133贴合在隔音橡胶垫131上,石棉垫132贴紧在隔音毡133上,石棉垫132与门面板12之间设有另一块隔音毡133。
在面板1上安装门体密封圈8能在门板扣设到水槽5内时,面板1与水槽5密封连接,使水槽5内处于一个封闭的空间,清洗设备在清洗过程中产生的噪音主要从面板1穿出,在面板1内设置石棉垫132、两层隔音毡133和隔音橡胶垫131,能有效的隔绝噪音的传出,降低噪音,在面板1内设置石棉垫132能隔绝清洗设备内的热量外传,同时框架11采用导热率低的材料,能进一步降低热量的外流,确保清洗设备内的温度。
如图6所示,门体密封圈8包括本体部81和垂直于本体部81的水平部82,门体密封圈8由弹性材料制成如橡胶类,在水平部82一侧的本体部81上设置有倒钩部811,倒钩部811呈“J”字形,倒钩部811朝向外侧,倒钩部811的末端受到水槽5侧壁的挤压能压缩变形,在水平部82另一侧的本体部81插设安装在框架11上,在水平部82上垂直凸出有若干行平行于水平部82的加强部812,加强部812抵紧安装在框架11上,在水平部82的端部设置有圆弧形的凸起面821,凸起面821朝向倒钩部811一侧。面板1扣设在水槽5内时,凸起面821压紧在水槽5的上表面,倒钩部811抵紧在水槽5的侧壁上,倒钩部811受到压力挤压变形,凸起面821呈圆弧形受压变形后,压力面逐渐增大, 能完全密封贴紧水槽5,密封效果好。
框架11包括边框部111和向外凸出形成的凸台部112,在凸台部112和边框部111的相交处设置有外导槽113,边框部111的截面呈旋转九十度的“己”字形,外导槽113向内凹陷设置在边框部111上,在边框部111的内侧设置内导槽114,内导槽114环绕设置在框架11的内部,在内导槽114内可以安排电源线,门体密封圈8插设安装在外导槽113内,即门体密封圈8上设置有加强部812的本体部81插设至外导槽113直至水平部82抵靠在框架11上。设置外导槽113便于安装门体密封圈8且外导槽113能定位和支撑门体密封圈8,确保门体密封圈8的位置准确,重复性好。
如图3至图5所示,在面板1的一端安装有门体轴套2,门体轴套2中空且在两端安装有门轴封盖6,在门体轴套2内安装有固定轴3和阻尼组件4,阻尼组件4固定安装在固定轴3上,固定轴3固定安装在水槽5上,面板1转动带动阻尼组件4转动,阻尼组件4能给面板1提供阻尼力,使面板1的开启和关闭缓慢,避免了面板1对水槽5的冲击,在面板1的另一端安装有门体把手7,作为优选,门体把手7由金属材料制成。面板1的一端铰接安装在水槽5上,并在面板1上设置阻尼组件4,有效的减缓面板1盖合在水槽5上时对水槽5的冲击,保护了面板1上部件的稳定性,减小冲击的噪音,结构巧妙,在面板1的另一端设置金属材料支撑的门体把手7,既方便打开时手的捏拿,又能通过重力使面板1扣合在水槽5上时提供一个压紧力,使面板1紧贴在水槽5上,结构巧妙。
进一步的,面板1呈矩形,门体轴套2呈中空长条状且在一侧设置有圆柱面32,在门体轴套2上开设有长槽21,长槽21开设在圆柱面32的下侧,固定轴3位于长槽21内,固定轴3的长度小于或等于长槽21的宽度,阻尼组件4位于在门体轴套2内且 连接安装在固定轴3的两端,固定轴3固定连接至水槽5,阻尼组件4包括连接轴41、滑设在连接轴41上的固定片44、套设在连接轴41上的连接片43和转片42,连接轴41的一端安装在固定轴3上,连接轴41的另一端固连有紧固件46,转片42限定在门体轴套2内,在固定片44与紧固件46之间安装有若干个蝶形弹簧45,蝶形弹簧45推动固定片44抵紧在连接片43上,进而使连接片43抵紧在转片42上,转片42抵靠在连接轴41上。
门体轴套2呈薄壁长条状安装在面板1上,固定轴3安装到门体轴套2上,能方便安装,在固定轴3的两端安装阻尼组件4,在面板1转动过程中,门体轴套2带动转片42转动,转片42带动连接片43转动,连接片43与固定片44之间通过蝶形弹簧45相互挤压产生摩擦力,形成一个阻力,阻尼效果好,面板1打开和关闭受到的阻尼效果明显,使用方便。
如图4和图7所示,连接轴41呈台阶轴状,包括连接部411和导向部412,连接部411的直径大于导向部412的直径,导向部412开设有平行于连接轴41轴线的限位面413,作为优选,限位面413设置有两个且相互平行,固定片44上开设有与限位面413相对应的导向面,固定片44滑设在连接轴41上,转片42和连接片43开设通孔,因此,固定片44沿导向部412滑动,转片42和连接片43沿导向部412转动,进一步的在转片42和连接片43之间安装有垫片47,垫片47既可以增加阻尼力有可以调节连接片43和转片42之间的间距。通过设置台阶轴状的连接轴41,增加了连接轴41的强度,在导向部412的两侧设置限位面413,控制固定片44只能沿连接轴41的轴线方向移动,防止偏转效果好,为阻尼组件4提供稳定的阻力。
转片42上开设有斜槽421,斜槽421与转片42的轴线方向倾斜,连接片43上凸出设置有凸块431,凸块431卡设在斜槽421内。连接片43通过凸块431卡设在转片42的斜槽421上,连接 片43和转片42同时转动,转片42受到的作用力传递至转片42进而传递至门体轴套2,将转动的扭矩力传递至面板1上,连接片43和固定片44之间只有摩擦的阻尼力,阻尼效果好。
连接片43上向外突出有凸环432,凸环432呈圆管状套设在连接轴41上加长了导向的距离,凸环432与凸块431设置在连接片43的两侧,凸环432上沿轴向开设有定位槽433,固定片44上设有凸台441,凸台441呈圆管状套设在连接轴41上加长了导向的距离,在凸台441上设置凹陷槽442,当连接轴41转动时,凸台441卡设在定位槽433内或抵靠在凸环432上,定位槽433的侧壁设置成斜坡面434,斜坡面434与定位槽433和凸环432的相交处设置成圆弧形。当凸台441卡设在定位槽433内时,连接片43转动带动凸环432挤压定位槽433的斜坡面434,固定片44沿连接轴41的轴线方向滑动压紧蝶形弹簧45,直至凸台441的端部抵靠在凸环432的端部,阻尼力大到最大,凹陷槽442设置有两个且对称分布在凸台441上,进一步增加了连接片43转动过程中的阻尼力,使面板1的打开和关闭更加平稳。
在固定轴3的两端均开设有卡槽35,即固定轴3的端部设置成“U”字形,在连接轴41的一端开设连接面414,即连接轴41上的连接部411设置成削面轴状,作为优选,连接面414设置有两个且对称设置,连接轴41插入卡槽35内并使连接面414平行于卡槽35的内壁,固定轴3与连接轴41固定连接。在固定轴3上开设有螺纹孔37,在连接轴41上开设有转接孔415,紧固件46贯穿转接孔415将连接轴41固定连接在螺纹孔37上。通过连接面414与卡槽35的相互匹配,在连接轴41上安装好阻尼组件4,在将连接轴41安装至固定轴3,整体的安装方便。
如图3所示,在面板1和门体轴套2上开设有共线的穿线孔22,门体轴套2为薄壁空心管,穿线孔22连通门体轴套2的内部空腔23,门轴封盖6封堵在门体轴套2上且在门轴封盖6上开设 有过线孔61,门轴封盖6上设置有转动轴62,过线孔61沿转动轴62的轴线开设,过线孔61连通至门体轴套2的内部空腔23。电源线可以沿过线孔61进入到内部空腔23中进而沿穿线孔22进入到面板1的内部,电源线的安装方便,在内部没有挤压和压迫的部分,电源线的使用寿命长,可靠性高。
如图4所示,固定轴3包括安装面31、连接至安装面31的垂直面33、连接至安装面31的圆柱面32和连接圆柱面32与垂直面33的顶面34,卡槽35垂直开设在顶面34上,安装面31上开设有若干个安装孔36,圆柱面32与长槽21相匹配,垂直面33平形于面板1与门体轴套2的连接面414。在面板1转动时,长槽21沿圆柱面32的表面转动,转动灵活,抖动小,在安装面31上开设安装孔36能使固定轴3方便的固定到水槽5上,在安装面31与水槽5之间增设橡胶垫,能增加连接的紧密性和缓冲性。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板,其特征在于,包括:
    面板,所述面板包括框架和扣设安装在框架上的门面板,所述框架和门面板之间形成密封的安装腔;
    门体密封圈,所述门体密封圈套设在框架上并贴紧;
    消音隔热组件,所述消音隔热组件安装在安装腔内,所述消音隔热组件包括石棉垫、隔音毡和隔音橡胶垫,所述隔音橡胶垫铺设在框架上,所述隔音毡贴合在隔音橡胶垫上,所述石棉垫贴紧在隔音毡上,所述石棉垫与门面板之间设有隔音毡。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板,其特征在于,所述门体密封圈包括本体部和垂直于本体部的水平部,在水平部一侧的本体部上设置有倒钩部,水平部另一侧的本体部插设安装在框架上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板,其特征在于,所述水平部上设置有圆弧形的凸起面,所述凸起面朝向倒钩部一侧。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板,其特征在于,所述框架包括边框部和向外凸出形成的凸台部,在凸台部和边框部的相交处设置有外导槽,所述门体密封圈插设安装在外导槽内。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板,其特征在于,所述面板的一端安装有门体轴套,所述门体轴套中空且在两端安装有门轴封盖,所述门体轴套内安装有固定轴和阻尼组件,所述阻尼组件固定安装在固定轴上。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板,其特征在于,所述阻尼组件包括连接轴、滑设在连接轴上的固定片、套设在连接轴上的连接片和转片,连接轴的一端安装在固定轴上,连接轴的另一端固连有紧固件,所述转片限定在 门体轴套内,在固定片与紧固件之间安装有若干个蝶形弹簧,所述固定片抵紧在连接片上,所述连接片抵紧在转片上,所述转片抵靠在连接轴上。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板,其特征在于,所述连接轴呈台阶轴状,包括连接部和导向部,所述连接部的直径大于导向部的直径,所述导向部开设有平行于连接轴轴线的限位面,所述固定片上开设有与限位面相对应的导向面,所述固定片滑设在连接轴上。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板,其特征在于,所述转片上开设有斜槽,所述连接片上凸出设置有凸块,所述凸块卡设在斜槽内。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板,其特征在于,所述连接片上向外突出有凸环,所述凸环与凸块设置在连接片的两侧,所述凸环上沿轴向开设有定位槽,所述固定片上设有凸台,所述凸台上设置凹陷槽,连接轴转动,所述凸台卡设在定位槽内或抵靠在凸环上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板,其特征在于,所述定位槽的侧壁设置成斜坡面,所述斜坡面与定位槽和凸环的相交处设置成圆弧形。
  11. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板,其特征在于,所述面板的另一端安装有门体把手。
  12. 一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板,其特征在于,包括:
    面板,所述面板包括框架和扣设安装在框架上的门面板,所述框架和门面板之间形成密封的安装腔;
    门体密封圈,所述门体密封圈套设在框架上并贴紧;
    所述面板的一端安装有门体轴套,所述门体轴套中空且在两端安装有门轴封盖,所述门体轴套内安装有固定轴和阻尼组件, 所述阻尼组件固定安装在固定轴上。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的一种用于水槽式清洁设备的消音隔热门板,其特征在于,所述阻尼组件包括连接轴、滑设在连接轴上的固定片、套设在连接轴上的连接片和转片,连接轴的一端安装在固定轴上,连接轴的另一端固连有紧固件,所述转片限定在门体轴套内,在固定片与紧固件之间安装有若干个蝶形弹簧,所述固定片抵紧在连接片上,所述连接片抵紧在转片上,所述转片抵靠在连接轴上。
