为更好的理解本发明实施例,首先结合图1所示对本发明所提供的能够对电子烟的真伪进行认证的电子烟产品认证系统的硬件结构进行说明。
如图1所示,本发明实施例所提供的电子烟产品认证系统包括电子烟产品110、计算设备120以及服务器130。
本实施例对所述计算设备120不做限定,只要所述计算设备具备计算能力,且能够实现所述电子烟产品110和所述服务器130之间的通信即可。
例如,所述计算设备120可为智能手机121、计算机122、平板电脑123等。
本实施例所示的电子烟产品110可为电子烟、电池杆组件或电池杆组件,所述雾化器组件和所述电池杆组件用于组合以形成所述电子烟。
具体的,本实施例所示的电子烟产品110具有功能芯片,通过所述功能芯片能够实现本实施例所示的电子烟产品认证方法。
本实施例所示的功能芯片可设置在所述电子烟上、或用于组成电子烟的电 池杆组件上,或用于组成电子烟的雾化器组件上。
具体的,所述电子烟产品110和所述计算设备120之间可通过有线或无线的方式进行连接。
例如,所述电子烟产品110可通过USB(中文名称:通用串行总线,英文全称:Universal Serial Bus)线与所述计算设备120连接。
还例如,所述电子烟产品110可通过WIFI(中文名称:无线保真,英文全称:WIreless-FIdelity)或者NFC(英文全称:Near Field Communication,中文名称:近距离无线通信技术)等无线方式与所述计算设备120连接。
具体的,所述计算设备120通过网络与所述服务器130连接。
本实施例所示的服务器130为能够为所述电子烟产品110提供服务的设备。
基于图1所示的电子烟产品认证系统,以下结合图2所示对本发明所提供的电子烟产品认证方法进行说明:

本实施例对触发执行步骤201的过程不做限定,例如,当所述电子烟产品与所述计算设备建立了连接,则电子烟产品自动将所述认证请求信息发送给计算设备,还例如,当所述电子烟产品与所述计算设备建立了连接,则所述计算设备或电子烟产品可生成提示窗口,该提示窗口可用于询问用户是否需要对电子烟产品的真伪进行判断,若是,则电子烟产品将所述认证请求信息发送给计算设备。
具体的,制造商在成产电子烟产品时,即可确定与电子烟产品唯一对应的所述认证请求信息。
制造商即可将所述认证请求信息存储至所述服务器。
由图1所示的实施例可知,所述电子烟产品能够将所述认证请求信息通过有线或者无线的方式发送给所述计算设备。

若用户希望认证电子烟产品(所述雾化器组件和所述电池杆组件)的真伪,如,用户已验证过电池杆组件的真伪,则设置有所述功能芯片的雾化器组件可根据用户的操作将需要进行验证的雾化器组件设备号发送给所述计算设备,或者用户已验证过雾化器组件的真伪,则设置有所述功能芯片的电池杆组件可根据用户的操作将需要进行验证的电池杆组件设备号发送给所述计算设备。

而且用户还能够获取电子烟产品的各种种类信息,从而使得用户可确定电子烟产品的生产日期,避免因烟油过期对用户身体健康带来的影响,还可通过电子烟种类参数信息确定电子烟所雾化的烟雾的口味,便于用户购买同种口味的烟油,避免因烟油口味不一致而降低用户抽吸烟雾口感的情况的出现,还可通过电子烟种类参数信息确定电热丝的阻值、电子烟雾化功率范围等参数,从而使得用户在更换电池杆组件时,能够参照电热丝的阻值电子烟雾化功率范围等参数进行更换,避免因电池杆组件与雾化器组件不匹配,从而使得雾化器组件无法正常雾化,或者所雾化的烟雾的浓度过低的情况的出现。
以下结合图4所示的实施例说明如何有效的保障电子烟产品、计算设备和服务器之间信息传输过程的安全的认证方法进行详细说明:

可见,通过上述执行过程,可有效的增加电子烟产品认证过程中的安全。

在所述服务器确定所述电子烟产品合法的情况下,所述服务器能够向所述计算设备开放目标权限。
具体的,所述目标权限为所述计算设备能够从所述服务器上下载目标数据。
更具体的,所述目标数据为能够在所述电子烟产品上运行的应用程序,和/或,所述目标数据为推送信息;
其中,所述推送信息为广告推送信息、软文推送信息、游戏推送信息或应用推送信息等。
需明确的是,本实施例对所述推送信息的说明为可选的示例,不做限定,在具体应用过程中,制造商或者运营商可推送其他推送信息。
本实施例中,所述服务器能够向经过认证的电子烟产品提供各种特定的服务,例如,电子烟产品能够下载应用程序,或者所述电子烟产品能够接收所述服务器发送的各种推送信息。
服务器通过向电子烟产品发送各种推送信息从而提升了制造商向用户提供多种服务,以提升用户使用电子烟产品过程中的体验。
步骤417、所述服务器生成第一指示信息。
步骤418、所述服务器将第一指示信息发送给所述计算设备。
步骤419、所述计算设备接收所述第一指示信息。
步骤420、所述计算设备显示所述第一指示信息。

本实施例中,所述计算设备在确定所述电子烟产品合法的情况下,即可将在步骤409中缓存的所述电子烟种类参数信息进行读取,并显示所述电子烟种类参数信息。
本实施例中所述计算设备如何显示所述电子烟种类参数信息的具体说明请详见图3所示的实施例,具体在本实施例中不做赘述。

步骤423、所述服务器生成第二指示信息。

本实施例中的步骤422至步骤426的具体执行过程,请详见图3所示的步骤315至步骤318所示,具体在本实施例中不做赘述。
本实施例中,在所述计算设备确定所述电子烟产品不合法的情况下,所述 计算设备能够释放缓存中的在步骤409中缓存的所述电子烟种类参数信息。
本实施例所示的电子烟产品认证方法中,电子烟产品能够将认证请求信息进行加密以发送至所述服务器,所述服务器能够将认证请求信息和电子烟种类参数信息通过加密的方式发送给所述电子烟产品,以使电子烟产品解密后将认证请求信息发送给服务器,服务器判断通过电子烟产品解密后的认证请求信息与预置认证请求信息是否一致,若一致,则确定所述电子烟产品合法。可见,采用本实施例所示的电子烟产品认证方法能够便于用户认证当前使用的电子烟产品是否是正品,从而有效的避免了用户使用仿冒的电子烟产品,而且认证过程简单,无需复杂的操作,而且有效的提升了服务器和电子烟产品之间信息传输过程的安全,避免了恶意的第三方获取信息,从而对用户的信息安全带来危害的情况的出现。而且服务器能够对安全且经过认证的电子烟产品开放目标权限,避免了服务器的功能应用至仿冒的电子烟产品上,避免了制造商的损失。
基于图1所示,对本实施例所示的电子烟产品认证系统进行进一步的详细说明:
所述电子烟产品认证系统的具体硬件结构请详见上述所示,具体在本实施例中不做赘述。
所述电子烟产品110为电子烟、雾化器组件或电池杆组件,所述雾化器组件和所述电池杆组件用于组合以形成所述电子烟;
本实施例中,所述电子烟产品110用于将认证请求信息发送给计算设备120,所述认证请求信息用于请求确认所述电子烟产品110是否合法;
所述计算设备120用于将所述认证请求信息发送给服务器130;
所述服务器130用于判断所述认证请求信息与预置认证请求信息是否一致,其中,所述预置认证请求信息预先存储至所述服务器130,若所述认证请求信息与所述预置认证请求信息一致,则所述服务器130还用于将第一指示信息发送给所述计算设备120,其中,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述电子烟产品110合法,若所述认证请求信息与所述预置认证请求信息不一致,则所述服务器130还用于将第二指示信息发送给所述计算设备120,其中,所述第二指示信息用于指示所述电子烟产品110不合法;
所述计算设备120还用于显示所述第一指示信息或所述第二指示信息

可选的,所述认证请求信息为与所述电子烟产品110唯一对应的标识符。
所述认证请求信息为以下所示的一项或多项:
电子烟的产品序列号、电池杆组件设备号、雾化器组件设备号。
所述电子烟产品110还用于将预置列表发送给所述计算设备120,其中,所述预置列表包括所述认证请求信息、电子烟种类参数信息以及所述认证请求信息和所述电子烟种类参数信息的对应关系;
所述计算设备120还用于根据所述第一指示信息确认所述电子烟产品110合法,所述计算设备120还用于根据所述预置列表确定与所述认证请求信息对应的所述电子烟产品种类参数信息,所述计算设备120还用于显示所述电子烟产品种类参数信息。
若所述认证请求信息为所述电子烟产品110的产品序列号,则所述电子烟产品种类参数信息为以下所示一项或多项:
电子烟的名称、电子烟的产地、电子烟的生产日期、电池杆组件的电池容量、电子烟雾化功率范围、电子烟雾化温度范围、所述电子烟所雾化的烟雾的口味、所述电子烟的电热丝的阻值;
或者,
若所述认证请求信息为所述电池杆组件设备号,则所述电子烟产品种类参数信息为以下所示一项或多项:
电池杆组件的名称、电池杆组件的产地、电池杆组件的生产日期、电池杆组件的电池容量、电池杆组件雾化功率范围;
或者,
若所述认证请求信息为所述雾化器组件设备号,则所述电子烟产品种类参数信息为以下所示一项或多项:
雾化器组件的名称、雾化器组件的产地、雾化器组件的生产日期、雾化器组件雾化温度范围、所述雾化器组件所雾化的烟雾的口味、所述雾化器组件的电热丝的阻值。
具体实现过程请详见图3所示的实施例,具体在本实施例中不做赘述。
可选的,所述服务器130还用于根据服务器130的私钥对所述认证请求信息和电子烟产品种类参数信息进行加密以生成第一加密信息,所述服务器130还用于将所述第一加密信息和服务器130的公钥发送给所述计算设备120,所述计算设备120还用于将所述第一加密信息和所述服务器130的公钥发送给所述电子烟产品110;
所述电子烟产品110还用于通过所述服务器130的公钥对所述第一加密信息进行解密以生成所述认证请求信息和电子烟产品种类参数信息,所述电子烟产品110还用于通过所述计算设备120将解密后的所述认证请求信息发送给所述服务器130;
所述服务器130还用于判断解密后的所述认证请求信息与预置认证请求信息是否一致,若解密后的所述认证请求信息与预置认证请求信息一致,则所述服务器130还用于生成所述第一指示信息,若解密后的所述认证请求信息与预置认证请求信息不一致,则所述服务器130还用于生成所述第二指示信息。
所述计算设备120还用于通过所述服务器130的公钥对所述第一加密信息进行解密以生成所述认证请求信息和电子烟产品种类参数信息,所述计算设备120还用于根据所述第一指示信息确认所述电子烟产品110合法,所述计算设备120还用于显示所述电子烟产品种类参数信息。
所述电子烟产品110还用于根据电子烟产品110的私钥对所述认证请求信息进行加密以生成第二加密信息,所述电子烟产品110还用于将电子烟产品110的公钥和所述第二加密信息发送给所述计算设备120,所述计算设备120还用于将所述认证请求信息发送给服务器130包括,所述计算设备120还用于将电子烟产品110的公钥和所述第二加密信息发送给所述服务器130;
所述服务器130还用于根据所述电子烟产品110的公钥对所述第二加密信息进行解密以生成所述认证请求信息。
所述服务器130还用于向所述计算设备120开放目标权限,所述目标权限为所述计算设备120能够从所述服务器130上下载目标数据,其中,所述目标数据为能够在所述电子烟产品110上运行的应用程序,和/或,所述目标数据为推送信息;
其中,所述推送信息为广告推送信息、软文推送信息、游戏推送信息或应 用推送信息。
具体实现过程请详见图4所示的实施例,具体在本实施例中不做赘述。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种电子烟产品认证方法,其特征在于,包括:
    电子烟产品将认证请求信息发送给计算设备,所述认证请求信息用于请求确认所述电子烟产品是否合法,所述电子烟产品为电子烟、雾化器组件或电池杆组件,所述雾化器组件和所述电池杆组件用于组合以形成所述电子烟;
    所述计算设备将所述认证请求信息发送给服务器;
    所述服务器判断所述认证请求信息与预置认证请求信息是否一致,其中,所述预置认证请求信息预先存储至所述服务器;
    若所述认证请求信息与所述预置认证请求信息一致,则所述服务器将第一指示信息发送给所述计算设备,其中,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述电子烟产品合法;
    若所述认证请求信息与所述预置认证请求信息不一致,则所述服务器将第二指示信息发送给所述计算设备,其中,所述第二指示信息用于指示所述电子烟产品不合法;
    所述计算设备显示所述第一指示信息或所述第二指示信息。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述认证请求信息为与所述电子烟产品唯一对应的标识符。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述认证请求信息为以下所示的一项或多项:
    电子烟的产品序列号、电池杆组件设备号、雾化器组件设备号。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述计算设备将所述认证请求信息发送给服务器之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述电子烟产品将预置列表发送给所述计算设备,其中,所述预置列表包括所述认证请求信息、电子烟种类参数信息以及所述认证请求信息和所述电子烟种类参数信息的对应关系;
    所述服务器将第一指示信息发送给所述计算设备之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述计算设备根据所述第一指示信息确认所述电子烟产品合法;
    所述计算设备根据所述预置列表确定与所述认证请求信息对应的所述电子烟种类参数信息;
    所述计算设备显示所述电子烟种类参数信息。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述计算设备将所述认证请求信息发送给服务器之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述服务器根据服务器的私钥对所述认证请求信息和电子烟种类参数信息进行加密以生成第一加密信息;
    所述服务器将所述第一加密信息和服务器的公钥发送给所述计算设备;
    所述计算设备将所述第一加密信息和所述服务器的公钥发送给所述电子烟产品;
    所述电子烟产品通过所述服务器的公钥对所述第一加密信息进行解密以生成所述认证请求信息和电子烟种类参数信息;
    所述电子烟产品通过所述计算设备将解密后的所述认证请求信息发送给所述服务器;
    所述服务器判断所述认证请求信息与预置认证请求信息是否一致包括:
    所述服务器判断解密后的所述认证请求信息与预置认证请求信息是否一致;
    若解密后的所述认证请求信息与预置认证请求信息一致,则所述服务器生成所述第一指示信息;
    若解密后的所述认证请求信息与预置认证请求信息不一致,则所述服务器生成所述第二指示信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器将所述第一加密信息和服务器的公钥发送给所述计算设备之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述计算设备通过所述服务器的公钥对所述第一加密信息进行解密以生成所述认证请求信息和电子烟种类参数信息;
    所述服务器将第一指示信息发送给所述计算设备之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述计算设备根据所述第一指示信息确认所述电子烟产品合法;
    所述计算设备显示所述电子烟种类参数信息。
  7. 根据权利要求4至6任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述认证请求信息为所述电子烟的产品序列号,则所述电子烟种类参数信息为以下所示一项或多项:
    电子烟的名称、电子烟的产地、电子烟的生产日期、电池杆组件的电池容量、电子烟雾化功率范围、电子烟雾化温度范围、所述电子烟所雾化的烟雾的口味、所述电子烟的电热丝的阻值;
    或者,
    若所述认证请求信息为所述电池杆组件设备号,则所述电子烟种类参数信息为以下所示一项或多项:
    电池杆组件的名称、电池杆组件的产地、电池杆组件的生产日期、电池杆组件的电池容量、电池杆组件雾化功率范围;
    或者,
    若所述认证请求信息为所述雾化器组件设备号,则所述电子烟种类参数信息为以下所示一项或多项:
    雾化器组件的名称、雾化器组件的产地、雾化器组件的生产日期、雾化器组件雾化温度范围、所述雾化器组件所雾化的烟雾的口味、所述雾化器组件的电热丝的阻值。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子烟产品将认证请求信息发送给计算设备包括:
    所述电子烟产品根据电子烟产品的私钥对所述认证请求信息进行加密以生成第二加密信息;
    所述电子烟产品将电子烟产品的公钥和所述第二加密信息发送给所述计算设备;
    所述计算设备将所述认证请求信息发送给服务器包括:
    所述计算设备将电子烟产品的公钥和所述第二加密信息发送给所述服务器;
    所述服务器判断所述认证请求信息与预置认证请求信息是否一致之前,所述方法还包括:
    所述服务器根据所述电子烟产品的公钥对所述第二加密信息进行解密以生成所述认证请求信息。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述服务器将第一指示信息发送给所述计算设备之后,所述方法还包括:
    所述服务器向所述计算设备开放目标权限,所述目标权限为所述计算设备能够从所述服务器上下载目标数据,其中,所述目标数据为能够在所述电子烟产品上运行的应用程序,和/或,所述目标数据为推送信息;
    其中,所述推送信息为广告推送信息、软文推送信息、游戏推送信息或应用推送信息。
  10. 一种电子烟产品认证系统,其特征在于,包括电子烟产品,计算设备以及服务器,所述电子烟产品为电子烟、雾化器组件或电池杆组件,所述雾化器组件和所述电池杆组件用于组合以形成所述电子烟;
    所述电子烟产品用于将认证请求信息发送给计算设备,所述认证请求信息用于请求确认所述电子烟产品是否合法;
    所述计算设备用于将所述认证请求信息发送给服务器;
    所述服务器用于判断所述认证请求信息与预置认证请求信息是否一致,其中,所述预置认证请求信息预先存储至所述服务器,若所述认证请求信息与所述预置认证请求信息一致,则所述服务器还用于将第一指示信息发送给所述计算设备,其中,所述第一指示信息用于指示所述电子烟产品合法,若所述认证请求信息与所述预置认证请求信息不一致,则所述服务器还用于将第二指示信息发送给所述计算设备,其中,所述第二指示信息用于指示所述电子烟产品不合法;
    所述计算设备还用于显示所述第一指示信息或所述第二指示信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟产品认证系统,其特征在于,所述认证请求信息为与所述电子烟产品唯一对应的标识符。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟产品认证系统,其特征在于,所述认证请求信息为以下所示的一项或多项:
    电子烟的产品序列号、电池杆组件设备号、雾化器组件设备号。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟产品认证系统,其特征在于,
    所述电子烟产品还用于将预置列表发送给所述计算设备,其中,所述预置列表包括所述认证请求信息、电子烟种类参数信息以及所述认证请求信息和所述电子烟种类参数信息的对应关系;
    所述计算设备还用于根据所述第一指示信息确认所述电子烟产品合法,所 述计算设备还用于根据所述预置列表确定与所述认证请求信息对应的所述电子烟种类参数信息,所述计算设备还用于显示所述电子烟种类参数信息。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟产品认证系统,其特征在于,
    所述服务器还用于根据服务器的私钥对所述认证请求信息和电子烟种类参数信息进行加密以生成第一加密信息,所述服务器还用于将所述第一加密信息和服务器的公钥发送给所述计算设备,所述计算设备还用于将所述第一加密信息和所述服务器的公钥发送给所述电子烟产品;
    所述电子烟产品还用于通过所述服务器的公钥对所述第一加密信息进行解密以生成所述认证请求信息和电子烟种类参数信息,所述电子烟产品还用于通过所述计算设备将解密后的所述认证请求信息发送给所述服务器;
    所述服务器还用于判断解密后的所述认证请求信息与预置认证请求信息是否一致,若解密后的所述认证请求信息与预置认证请求信息一致,则所述服务器还用于生成所述第一指示信息,若解密后的所述认证请求信息与预置认证请求信息不一致,则所述服务器还用于生成所述第二指示信息。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟产品认证系统,其特征在于,
    所述计算设备还用于通过所述服务器的公钥对所述第一加密信息进行解密以生成所述认证请求信息和电子烟种类参数信息,所述计算设备还用于根据所述第一指示信息确认所述电子烟产品合法,所述计算设备还用于显示所述电子烟种类参数信息。
  16. 根据权利要求13至15任一项所述的电子烟产品认证系统,其特征在于,若所述认证请求信息为所述电子烟的产品序列号,则所述电子烟种类参数信息为以下所示一项或多项:
    电子烟的名称、电子烟的产地、电子烟的生产日期、电池杆组件的电池容量、电子烟雾化功率范围、电子烟雾化温度范围、所述电子烟所雾化的烟雾的口味、所述电子烟的电热丝的阻值;
    或者,
    若所述认证请求信息为所述电池杆组件设备号,则所述电子烟种类参数信息为以下所示一项或多项:
    电池杆组件的名称、电池杆组件的产地、电池杆组件的生产日期、电池杆 组件的电池容量、电池杆组件雾化功率范围;
    或者,
    若所述认证请求信息为所述雾化器组件设备号,则所述电子烟种类参数信息为以下所示一项或多项:
    雾化器组件的名称、雾化器组件的产地、雾化器组件的生产日期、雾化器组件雾化温度范围、所述雾化器组件所雾化的烟雾的口味、所述雾化器组件的电热丝的阻值。
  17. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟产品认证系统,其特征在于,
    所述电子烟产品还用于根据电子烟产品的私钥对所述认证请求信息进行加密以生成第二加密信息,所述电子烟产品还用于将电子烟产品的公钥和所述第二加密信息发送给所述计算设备,所述计算设备还用于将所述认证请求信息发送给服务器包括,所述计算设备还用于将电子烟产品的公钥和所述第二加密信息发送给所述服务器;
    所述服务器还用于根据所述电子烟产品的公钥对所述第二加密信息进行解密以生成所述认证请求信息。
  18. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟产品认证系统,其特征在于,
    所述服务器还用于向所述计算设备开放目标权限,所述目标权限为所述计算设备能够从所述服务器上下载目标数据,其中,所述目标数据为能够在所述电子烟产品上运行的应用程序,和/或,所述目标数据为推送信息;
    其中,所述推送信息为广告推送信息、软文推送信息、游戏推送信息或应用推送信息。
