Abstract
一种数控机床移动门,该移动门包括门本体(1)和与其配合的轨道(2),轨道为镀锌板轨道或不锈钢轨道。采用了镀锌板或不锈钢材质作为门的滚道,不会出现掉漆生锈等问题以及由此产生的后续问题。
Description
本发明涉及一种机床移动门。
现阶段数控机床移动门上横梁的结构,为了节约成本,一般为在门上装几颗带柄轴承,通过带柄轴承在滚道内滚动来实现门的移动。此种做法因制作方便且经济实惠得到了普遍的应用。因滚道采用喷漆或喷塑钣金折弯而成,长时间运行之后,就会出现油漆脱落,易生锈等问题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种经久耐用、不会掉漆或生锈的数控机床移动门。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为一种数控机床移动门,包括门本体和与其配合的轨道,所述轨道为镀锌板轨道或不锈钢轨道。
所述门本体上设有带柄轴承,带柄轴承安装在轨道内并可在轨道内往复移动。
有益效果:本发明因采用了镀锌板或不锈钢材质作为门的滚道,不会出现掉漆生锈等问题以及由此产生的后续问题。
图1为本发明结构示意图,图中4为固定螺钉。
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种数控机床移动门,包括门本体1、带柄轴承3和轨道2,轨道2为镀锌板轨道或不锈钢轨道,带柄轴承3设置在门本体1上并负责连接门本体1和轨道2。带柄轴承3安装在轨道2内并可在轨道2内往复移动。轨道2由固定螺钉4固定在机床上。
制作方法:
1、以门上轴承宽度确定轨道所需要的宽度。
2、通过门的行程及带柄轴承的跨距确定所需导轨的长度。
3、合理布局导轨安装孔螺钉以及螺钉头与带柄轴承的距离,避免发生干涉。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

- 一种数控机床移动门,其特征在于:包括门本体(1)和与其配合的轨道(2),所述轨道(2)为镀锌板轨道或不锈钢轨道。
- 根据权利要求1所述一种数控机床移动门,其特征在于:所述门本体(1)上设有带柄轴承(3),带柄轴承(3)安装在轨道(2)内并可在轨道(2)内往复移动。
