本发明涉及电子烟领域,尤其是涉及一种单向吸嘴、带有该单向吸嘴的雾化器及其电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟又名虚拟香烟、电子雾化器。电子烟作为替代香烟用品而渐渐被人们所接受。电子烟具有与香烟相似的外观和味道,但一般不含香烟中的焦油、悬浮微粒等其它有害成分,电子烟一般还包括供使用者吮吸的烟嘴。
目前市场上的电子烟越来越受欢迎,但是电子烟容易被儿童误拿当作玩具进行吸食,从而影响儿童的健康,存在安全隐患,因此,一些国家或地区越来越强调电子烟需要增加儿童防护功能。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种具有儿童防护功能的单向吸嘴、带有该单向吸嘴的雾化器及其电子烟。
一种单向吸嘴,包括第一阀体、第二阀体、挡板和弹性件,所述第一阀体和所述第二阀体固定连接,所述第一阀体和所述第二阀体都具有气道,且所述第一阀体和所述第二阀体连接端对应位置均设置有凹槽,所述凹槽连通形成内部活动空间,所述挡板和所述弹性件设置在该活动空间内,所述挡板设置于所述第一阀体底端的凹槽内,所述弹性件一端抵接于所述挡板,另一端延伸至所述第二阀体的凹槽内部,所述挡板上还设置有连通所述第一阀体气道和所述第二阀体气道的挡板气道,所述挡板设置为可以沿活动空间轴向往复运动。
在其中一实施例中,所述单向吸嘴还包括一个吸嘴套,该吸嘴套安装于所述第一阀体或第二阀体上。
在其中一实施例中,所述挡板还包括带有挡板气道的导柱,所述第一 阀体气道、第二阀体气道及挡板气道相互导通。
在其中一实施例中,所述单向吸嘴还包括密封圈,所述密封圈设置于所述第一阀体或第二阀体与所述吸嘴套或雾化器连接的部分。
在其中一实施例中,所述第一阀体和第二阀体通过微波焊接、热熔、螺纹或者卡扣连接方式的任一种或者组合进行连接。
在其中一实施例中,所述第一阀体和/或第二阀体上还设置有标记,用于进行区分所述第一阀体和第二阀体。
一种雾化器,包括雾化器主体和吸嘴,所述吸嘴设置在所述雾化器主体上,其特征在于,所述吸嘴上述任一种单向吸嘴。
一种电子烟,包括如前所述的雾化器。
一种单向吸嘴,包括第一阀体、挡板、单向膜、固定件及第二阀体,所述第一阀体和所述第二阀体固定连接,所述第一阀体在和所述第二阀体连接的一端设置有凹槽,所述挡板抵接于所述第一阀体的凹槽内,所述固定件将单向膜部分固定在挡板上,所述第二阀体内设置有供单向膜的可活动部朝向第二阀体活动的活动空间,所述第一阀体上开设有第一阀体气道,所述挡板上开设有挡板气道,所述第二阀体上开设有第二阀体气道,当所述单向膜的可活动部朝向第二阀体活动时,所述第一阀体气道、挡板气道以及第二阀体气道相互导通。
在其中一实施例中,所述固定件是设置在一固定板中心的一凸部,所述凸部将单向膜的中心抵持在挡板上固定,所述第二阀体在与第一阀体连接的一端设置有凹槽,所述固定板设置在第二阀体的凹槽内,所述固定板上开设有固定板气道,当所述单向膜的可活动部朝向第二阀体活动时,所述第一阀体气道、挡板气道、固定板气道及第二阀体气道相互导通。
在其中一实施例中,所述固定件是一磁性件,所述挡板至少部分具有磁性,当所述固定件与挡板磁性吸合时,所述单向膜位于固定件和挡板之间的部分被固定。
在其中一实施例中,所述固定件包括第一固定部和抵持部,所述第一固定部嵌入挡板内,使得固定件固定在挡板上,所述抵持部将单向膜部分抵持固定在挡板上。
在其中一实施例中,所述固定件是设置在所述挡板和/或单向膜上的 粘性部,所述单向膜通过该粘性部部分粘贴固定在所述挡板上。
在其中一实施例中,所述单向吸嘴还包括一个吸嘴套,该吸嘴套安装于所述第一阀体或第二阀体上,该吸嘴套上设置有吸嘴套气道。
在其中一实施例中,所述单向吸嘴还包括密封圈,所述密封圈设置于所述第一阀体或第二阀体与所述吸嘴套或雾化器连接的部分。
在其中一实施例中,所述第一阀体和第二阀体通过微波焊接、热熔、螺纹或者卡扣连接方式的任一种或者组合进行连接。
在其中一实施例中,所述第一阀体和/或第二阀体上还设置有标记,用于进行区分所述第一阀体和第二阀体。
一种单向吸嘴,包括第一阀体、单向膜及第二阀体,所述第二阀体内壁上设置有第二固定部,用于将单向膜部分固定在第一阀体和第二阀体的连接处,所述第一阀体内壁上相对所述第二固定部设置有抵挡部,用于抵挡单向膜的可活动部朝向第一阀体活动,所述第二阀体内设置有供单向膜的可活动部朝向第二阀体活动的活动空间,所述第一阀体上开设有第一阀体气道,所述第二阀体上开设有第二阀体气道,当所述单向膜的可活动部朝向第二阀体活动时,所述第一阀体气道以及第二阀体气道相互导通。
一种雾化器,包括雾化器主体和吸嘴,所述吸嘴设置在所述雾化器主体上,所述吸嘴是上述任一种单向吸嘴。
一种电子烟,包括如前所述雾化器。
本发明的单向吸嘴,由于其中设置了挡板,只有从特定方向吸气,气流才能流通,从另一个方向吸气时,气流被挡板阻挡,无法流通,也就无法吸食到雾化器中烟雾。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,以使本领域的技术人员可以更好地理解本发明并能予以实施,但所举实施例不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例一:
如图1-图3所示,本发明的实施例一提供一种用于电子烟的单向吸嘴10,单向吸嘴10包括第一阀体1、第二阀体2、弹性件3及挡板4,第一阀体1和第二阀体2固定连接,第二阀体2和第一阀体1可通过微波焊接、热熔、螺纹或者卡扣连接方式的任一种进行连接。第一阀体1上开设有第一阀体气道1-1,第二阀体2开设有第二阀体气道2-1,所述第一阀体1和所述第二阀体2连接端对应位置均设置有凹槽,所述两个凹槽连通形成内部活动空间7,挡板4和弹性件3设置在该活动空间7内,挡板4抵接于第一阀体1底端,弹性件3抵接于挡板4和第二阀体2之间,所述挡板4上还设置有挡板气道4-1,挡板4设置为可以沿活动空间内壁做轴向运动,第当所述单向吸嘴10的装配方向正确时,第一阀体气道1-1、第二阀体气道2-1及挡板气道4-1相互导通,可供用户进行吸食。
本实施例中,所述弹性件3为弹簧,可以理解的,所述弹性件3还可为弹性塑胶件等。
本实施例的单向吸嘴10还包括一个吸嘴套6,该吸嘴套6安装于所述第一阀体1或第二阀体2上。吸嘴套6可以提高电子烟的通用性,不同的人抽吸电子烟,只需更换吸嘴套即可。优选的,吸嘴套6为亚克力材质或者硅胶制成,可以起到一定的防烫伤作用。
所述挡板4还包括一段导柱4-2,挡板气道4-1设置在该导柱4-2上,导柱4-2延伸入所述第一阀体1内部。
本实施例的单向吸嘴10还包括密封圈5。安装时第一阀体1装上挡板4后压住弹性件3再装在第二阀体2内,密封圈5套在第二阀体2和第一阀体1相应的槽内,当吸嘴套6安装于第二阀体2或者第一阀体1上时,密封圈5起到密封作用。当吸嘴套6安装在单向吸嘴10中的任何一端后,未安装吸嘴套6的那端就安装于雾化器主体20上。由于单向吸嘴10的两端都设置有密封圈5,所以插入在雾化器主体20那段的阀体上的密封圈5对雾化器主体20也起到密封作用。
使用时,当吸嘴套6安装在第二阀体2上时,此时第一阀体1安装于雾化器主体20上,此时用户对吸嘴套6吸气,则气流带动挡板4沿着上第一阀体之间的活动空间内壁轴向运动,压迫弹性件3,此时气流可以通过第一阀体气道1-1依次经挡板气道4-1、第二阀体气道2-1及吸嘴套气道6-1,最终进入使用者口中。当吸嘴套6安装在第一阀体1上时,第二阀体2与雾化器主体20连接上,此时对吸嘴套6吸气,则气流与弹性件3共同对挡板4施加压力,使得第一阀体气道1-1产生气压负差,则挡板4挡住气流,使得气流无法进入吸嘴套6,也就无法吸食到雾化器主体20中烟雾。作为成人而言,当插入一端无法吸食时,可以很容易想到插入另一端试试,而对婴幼儿而言,则很难想到这一点。
在其中一个实施方式中,也可以在第一阀体1和第二阀体2上做标记,以方便从外部识别正确的方向,当不使用时,将单向吸嘴10反向安装,从而达到避免电子烟被儿童误拿当作玩具进行吸食,影响儿童的健康的隐患。
参见图4-5,本发明还提供了一种雾化器100,该雾化器100还包括 雾化器主体20及安装于雾化器主体20上的单向吸嘴10。
参见图6,本发明还提供了一种电子烟200,该电子烟200还包括雾化器主体20、安装于雾化器主体20上的单向吸嘴10及用于向雾化器主体20供电的电池装置30,电池装置30安装于雾化器主体20远离单向吸嘴10的一端。
实施例二:
如图7至图10所示,本发明的第一实施例提供了一种用于电子烟的单向吸嘴10,单向吸嘴10包括第一阀体1、挡板2、单向膜3’、固定件4’及第二阀体5。第一阀体1和第二阀体5固定连接,第二阀体5和第一阀体1可通过微波焊接、热熔、螺纹或者卡扣连接方式的任一种或者组合进行连接。第一阀体1在与第二阀体5连接的一端设置有凹槽,挡板2抵接于所述第一阀体1的凹槽内,固定件4’将单向膜3’部分固定在挡板2上,第二阀体5内设置有供单向膜3’的可活动部朝向第二阀体5活动的活动空间7。第一阀体1上开设有第一阀体气道1-1,挡板2上开设有挡板气道2-1,第二阀体5上开设有第二阀体气道5-1,当单向膜3’的可活动部朝向第二阀体5活动时,第一阀体气道1-1、挡板气道2-1以及第二阀体气道5-1相互导通,可供用户进行吸食。
本实施例中,固定件4’是设置在一固定板9中心的一凸部,所述凸部将单向膜3’的中心抵持在挡板2上固定。第二阀体5在与第一阀体1连接的一端设置有凹槽,固定板9设置在第二阀体5的凹槽内。固定板9上开设有固定板气道9-1。当单向膜3’的可活动部朝向第二阀体5活动时,第一阀体气道1-1、挡板气道2-1、固定板气道9-1及第二阀体气道5-1相互导通,可供用户进行吸食。
本实施例的单向吸嘴10还包括一个吸嘴套6,该吸嘴套6安装于所述第一阀体1或第二阀体5上。吸嘴套6上设置有吸嘴套气道6-1。吸嘴套6可以提高电子烟的通用性,不同的人抽吸电子烟,只需更换吸嘴套6即可。优选的,吸嘴套6为亚克力材质或者硅胶制成,可以起到一定的防烫伤作用。
本实施例的单向吸嘴10还包括密封圈8。安装时,第一阀体1装上挡板2后将单向膜3’置于挡板2上,固定件4’抵持在单向膜3’的中心, 再安装第二阀体5,密封圈8套在第二阀体5和第一阀体1相应的槽内,当吸嘴套6安装于第二阀体5或者第一阀体1上时,密封圈8起到密封作用。请进一步参见图10,当吸嘴套6安装在单向吸嘴10中的任何一端后,未安装吸嘴套6的那端就安装于雾化器主体20上。由于单向吸嘴10的两端都设置有密封圈8,所以插入在雾化器主体20那端的阀体上的密封圈8对雾化器主体20也起到密封作用。
使用时,当吸嘴套6安装在第二阀体5上时,此时第一阀体1安装于雾化器主体20上,此时用户对吸嘴套6吸气,单向模3的可活动部在气流的作用下卷起,此时气流以可通过第一阀体气道1-1依次经挡板气道2-1、固定板气道9-1、第二阀体气道5-1及吸嘴套气道6-1,最终进入使用者口中。当吸嘴套6安装在第一阀体1上时,用户吸气,由于单向膜3’与挡板2之间不存在活动空间7,单向膜3’无法卷起进而打开挡板气道2-1,则单向膜3’挡住气流,使得气流无法进入吸嘴套6,也就无法吸食到雾化器主体20中的烟雾。作为成人而言,当插入一端无法吸食时,可以很容易想到插入另一端试试,而对婴幼儿而言,则很难想到这一点。

实施例三:
如图11所示,本发明的实施例三提供了一种用于电子烟的单向吸嘴20,单向吸嘴20包括第一阀体1、挡板22、单向膜3’、固定件24及第二阀体5。与第一实施例的不同之处在于:固定件24是一磁性件,挡板22至少部分具有磁性,当固定件24与挡板22磁性吸合时,单向膜3’位于固定件24和挡板22之间的部分被固定。
实施例四:
如图12所示,本发明的实施例四提供了一种用于电子烟的单向吸嘴30,单向吸嘴30包括第一阀体1、挡板2、单向膜3’、固定件34及第二阀体5。与第一实施例的不同之处在于:固定件34包括第一固定部4-1’和抵持部4-2’,第一固定部4-1’嵌入挡板2内,使得固定件34固定在挡板2上,抵持部4-2’将单向膜3’部分抵持固定在挡板2上。
实施例五:
如图7和图8所示,本发明的实施例五提供了一种用于电子烟的单向吸嘴40,单向吸嘴40包括第一阀体1、挡板2、单向膜3’、固定件4’4及第二阀体5。与第一实施例的不同之处在于:所述固定件4’4是设置在挡板2和/或单向膜3’上的粘性部,使得单向膜3’部分粘贴固定在挡板2上。本实施例中,所述粘性部设置在单向膜3’上。
实施例六:
如图9所示,本发明的实施例六提供了一种用于电子烟的单向吸嘴50,单向吸嘴50包括第一阀体51、单向膜3’及第二阀体55。与第一实施例的不同之处在于:单向吸嘴50不包括挡板2及固定件4’,第二阀体55内壁上设置有第二固定部5-2,用于将单向膜3’部分固定在第一阀体51和第二阀体55的连接处,第一阀体1内壁上相对第二固定部5-2设置有抵挡部1-2,用于抵挡单向膜3’的可活动部朝向第一阀体51活动,第二阀体55内设置有供单向膜3’的可活动部朝向第二阀体55活动的活动空间57。第一阀体51上开设有第一阀体气道51-1,第二阀体55上开设有第二阀体气道55-1,当单向膜3’的可活动部朝向第二阀体55活动时,第一阀体气道51-1以及第二阀体气道55-1相互导通,可供用户进行吸食。
实施例七:
如图16所示,本发明的实施例七提供了一种雾化器100,该雾化器100包括雾化器主体110及安装于雾化器主体110上的单向吸嘴。
本发明的实施例七还提供了一种电子烟200,该电子烟200包括雾化器主体110、安装于雾化器主体110上的单向吸嘴及用于向雾化器主体110供电的电池装置130,电池装置130安装于雾化器主体110远离单向吸嘴的一端。
其中,所述单向吸嘴是实施例二至实施例六中的单向吸嘴(10、20、30、40、50)中的任一种。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种单向吸嘴,其特征在于,包括第一阀体、第二阀体、挡板和弹性件,所述第一阀体和所述第二阀体固定连接,所述第一阀体和所述第二阀体都具有气道,且所述第一阀体和所述第二阀体连接端对应位置均设置有凹槽,所述凹槽连通形成内部活动空间,所述挡板和所述弹性件设置在该活动空间内,所述挡板设置于所述第一阀体底端的凹槽内,所述弹性件一端抵接于所述挡板,另一端延伸至所述第二阀体的凹槽内部,所述挡板上还设置有连通所述第一阀体气道和所述第二阀体气道的挡板气道,所述挡板设置为可以沿活动空间轴向往复运动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的单向吸嘴,其特征在于,所述单向吸嘴还包括一个吸嘴套,该吸嘴套安装于所述第一阀体或第二阀体上。
  3. 如权利要求1或2任一项所述的单向吸嘴,其特征在于,所述挡板还包括带有挡板气道的导柱,所述第一阀体气道、第二阀体气道及挡板气道相互导通。
  4. 如权利要求1或2任一项所述的单向吸嘴,其特征在于,所述单向吸嘴还包括密封圈,所述密封圈设置于所述第一阀体或第二阀体与所述吸嘴套或雾化器连接的部分。
  5. 如权利要求1或2任一项所述的单向吸嘴,其特征在于,所述第一阀体和第二阀体通过微波焊接、热熔、螺纹或者卡扣连接方式的任一种或者组合进行连接。
  6. 如权利要求1或2任一项所述的单向吸嘴,其特征在于,所述第一阀体和/或第二阀体上还设置有标记,用于进行区分所述第一阀体和第二阀体。
  7. 一种雾化器,包括雾化器主体和吸嘴,所述吸嘴设置在所述雾化器主体上,其特征在于,所述吸嘴为权利要求1-6任一项所述的单向吸嘴。
  8. 一种电子烟,包括雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器为权利要求7所述的雾化器。
  9. 一种单向吸嘴,其特征在于,包括第一阀体、挡板、单向膜、固定件及第二阀体,所述第一阀体和所述第二阀体固定连接,所述第一阀体在和所述第二阀体连接的一端设置有凹槽,所述挡板抵接于所述第一阀体 的凹槽内,所述固定件将单向膜部分固定在挡板上,所述第二阀体内设置有供单向膜的可活动部朝向第二阀体活动的活动空间,所述第一阀体上开设有第一阀体气道,所述挡板上开设有挡板气道,所述第二阀体上开设有第二阀体气道,当所述单向膜的可活动部朝向第二阀体活动时,所述第一阀体气道、挡板气道以及第二阀体气道相互导通。

  15. 如权利要求9-13任一项所述的单向吸嘴,其特征在于,所述单向吸嘴还包括密封圈,所述密封圈设置于所述第一阀体或第二阀体与所述吸嘴套或雾化器连接的部分。
  16. 如权利要求9-13任一项所述的单向吸嘴,其特征在于,所述第一阀体和第二阀体通过微波焊接、热熔、螺纹或者卡扣连接方式的任一种或者组合进行连接。
  17. 如权利要求9-13任一项所述的单向吸嘴,其特征在于,所述第 一阀体和/或第二阀体上还设置有标记,用于进行区分所述第一阀体和第二阀体。
  18. 一种单向吸嘴,其特征在于,包括第一阀体、单向膜及第二阀体,所述第二阀体内壁上设置有第二固定部,用于将单向膜部分固定在第一阀体和第二阀体的连接处,所述第一阀体内壁上相对所述第二固定部设置有抵挡部,用于抵挡单向膜的可活动部朝向第一阀体活动,所述第二阀体内设置有供单向膜的可活动部朝向第二阀体活动的活动空间,所述第一阀体上开设有第一阀体气道,所述第二阀体上开设有第二阀体气道,当所述单向膜的可活动部朝向第二阀体活动时,所述第一阀体气道以及第二阀体气道相互导通。
  19. 一种雾化器,包括雾化器主体和吸嘴,所述吸嘴设置在所述雾化器主体上,其特征在于,所述吸嘴为权利要求9-18任一项所述的单向吸嘴。
  20. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,该电子烟包括如权利要求19所述的雾化器。
