本发明涉及立式显示设备的安装领域,尤其涉及一种支架套件。
背景技术
在将立式智能显示设备(如电视)以挂墙或者坐台的方式进行安装固定时,使用的往往是两套相对独立的支架套件,且套件的固定原理和结构形式也有较为明显的区别。针对于此,目前消费者购买电视的基本思路为:首先确定所要购入的电视,之后参考客厅的装修风格结合自身的喜好选择坐台或者挂墙的电视安装方案,商家根据消费者的选择提供不同类型的支架套件。
此外,出于对成本和销售策略两方面因素的考虑,商家提供支架套件的情形包括二者均免费配套、仅免费配套一种以及二者均付费单买三种;其中:
第一种情形显然增加了商家的成本负担,而且用户体验也不见得会提升;
第二种情形的主要缺点为:当顾客新买的电视确定了摆放安装方式后,如果后期想更改,则需要另外购置支架。
后两种情形显然会使得消费者产生一定的成本增加;不仅如此,这两种付费方案还存在以下顾虑:如果不能保证新购买的支架是原装配件,其使用可靠性和用户体验均会受到影响。

有鉴于此,本发明要解决的技术问题是,如何改善支架套件的兼容性,使得同一支架套件可以同时满足挂墙和坐台两种安装需求。

有益效果
本发明实施例通过对支撑单元的支撑件和卡扣件的安装端进行颠倒调整,使其既可以当作坐台时的底座,也可以当作挂墙时的挂墙架,消费者在购买如电视等需要安装的立式智能显示设备时,只需购入一套支架套件就可 以满足挂墙和坐台两种安装需求,电视主体上的挂墙螺钉孔不需要按照VESA的标准预留,放宽了电视内部的排布空间。

以下将参考附图详细说明本发明的各示例性实施例、特征和方面。附图中相同的附图标记表示功能相同或相似的元件。尽管在附图中示出了实施例的各种方面,但是除非特别指出,不必按比例绘制附图。
在这里专用的词“示例性”意为“用作例子、实施例或说明性”。这里作为“示例”所说明的任何实施例不必解释为优于或者好于其它实施例。
另外,为了更好地说明本发明,在下文的具体实施方式中给出了众多的具体细节。本领域技术人员应当理解,没有某些具体细节,本发明同样可以实施。在一些实例中,对于本领域技术人员熟知的方法和手段未作详细描述,以便于凸显本发明的主旨。
本发明提供一种用于安装立式智能显示设备(以液晶电视为例)的支架套件,如图1和图3所示,该套件主要包括支撑单元100以及对称设于支撑单元100上的两个安装单元200。
进一步参照图5,支撑单元100包括连接板11以及对称设于连接板11两侧的基座12,在坐台安装状态下,支架套件通过基座12支撑于水平安装基面(如桌面),在挂墙安装状态下,支架套件通过连接板11固定于竖直安装基面(如墙面)。
当然,两个对称的基座12只是一个具体的实施方式,事实上,只要能将坐台安装时的液晶电视300支撑于水平安装基面(如桌面),任何其他合理的结构,均可替代双基座的结构。例如,可以用一环状体(例如,椭圆形或矩形)来代替两个基座12。
安装单元200包括安装架20以及设于安装架20两端的支撑件21和卡扣件22,安装单元200通过卡扣件22固定于支撑单元100的连接板11。
作为待安装设备的液晶电视300的背部固定于安装架20的背部相应的安装孔内,之后通过基座12(参照图2)支撑于水平安装基面,或者通过连接板11(参照图4)固定于竖直安装基面。
进一步参照图6,支撑件21由板材弯折而成并具有大致U形的横截面,以提高强度。
换言之,支撑件21主要包括槽底部以及从槽底部的两侧分别延伸出的挡 沿,两侧的挡沿上分别设有安装孔,作为固定件的铆销211贯穿挡沿上的安装孔以及设于安装架20的第一端的与安装孔位置相匹配的孔,即将支撑件21可枢转地安装于安装架20的第一端。
作为一种优选,铆销211与安装孔为间隙配合,以保证在两种安装状态下,支撑件21均可以实现其相应的功能。
进一步参照图7,卡扣件22为主要由第一安装板221和第二安装板222构成的弯折(如L型折板)结构。
第一安装板221固定于安装架20。第一安装板221上分布有若干个安装定位孔223,以三个安装定位孔233为例,每种安装状态下,选择三个安装定位孔223中的中间或者两侧的两个作为有效定位孔,有效定位孔通过螺钉固定于安装架20的相应端的端面孔中,从而实现支撑单元100与安装单元200之间的连接。
第二安装板222上设有卡槽224和可扭动的安装脚225。
卡槽224设于第二安装板222的一端,用于在挂墙安装时,将卡槽224与支撑单元100的连接板11匹配扣合(参见图10)。
第二安装板222的中部设有脚孔,安装脚225设于脚孔的边缘,安装脚225插设于安装架20的第二端的长孔201中,通过扭动安装脚225强制其变形,即可实现卡扣件22与安装架20的连接,该连接形式保证了一旦卡扣件22和安装架20组装在一起,二者就不会轻易地分离,从而提高了可组装性。
在安装架20的第二端的设有卡边槽202,用于与卡槽224相配合,通过将卡边槽202卡扣于连接板11上的卡边111,实现了挂墙安装状态下,挂有液晶电视300的安装架20相对于连接板11的安装。
需要说明的是,尽管以液晶电视300作为示例介绍了其在挂墙以及坐台状态下的连接方式,但本领域技术人员能够理解,本发明应不限于此。事实上,生产厂商可以根据消费者的喜好需求和/或实际应用场景灵活设定支撑单 元中基座12的结构形式,以及包括安装架20在内的其他相关部件的具体结构,只要保证安装过程不发生干涉,以及处于安装状态下的功能可以正常实现,各个部件在形状和规格上可以进行合理的变化和调整。
实施例1
当液晶电视300处于坐台安装的状态时,支架套件中各个部件的位置以及连接关系可以参照图1、图2和图8,支撑单元100的基座12的下表面支撑于水平安装基面(如桌面),液晶电视300安装于与连接板11相连的竖直方向的安装架20上。此时支撑件21在上方位置,而卡扣件22在下方位置。
对于支撑件21而言,由于其重心在铆销211之外,加之铆销211与支撑件21的安装孔之间为间隙配合,这样一来,在支撑件21的自身重力作用下,自然旋转至竖直向下的位置,可以收回至安装架20内,避免了该安装状态下由于支撑件21的伸出对整体安装效果造成影响。
对于卡扣件22而言,其将连接板11与安装架20得以固定的方式具体为:
首先,将卡扣件22上的安装脚225插入安装架20的长孔201中,之后扭动安装脚223强制其变形,使卡扣件22与安装架20连接在一起;
然后,将卡扣件22移到最后端,即将安装定位孔223中的两个作为该状态下的有效定位孔,螺钉依次穿过设于连接板11上的孔、设于卡扣件22的有效定位孔以及设于安装架20的端面孔,即实现固定连接。这是因为:
在坐台安装状态下,主要是通过螺钉将连接板11、卡扣件22和安装架20紧固的方式来实现安装单元200相对于连接板11的固定的,因此由安装产生的力与力矩基本通过第一安装板221与安装架20及其连接关系来承受,因此该状态下的有效定位孔选取的是两侧的两个安装定位孔233,两个安装定位孔的选取方案一方面便于分担力矩,另一方面也利于提高安装的稳定性。
实施例2
当液晶电视300处于挂墙安装的状态时,支架套件中各个部件的位置以及连接关系可以参照图3、图4和图9-11,支撑单元100的连接板11固定于竖直安装基面(如墙面),液晶电视300安装于安装单元200的竖直方向的安装架20上,此时卡扣件22在上方位置,而支撑件21在下方位置。
对于支撑件21而言,仍然由于其重心在铆销211之外,加之铆销211与支撑件21的安装孔之间为间隙配合,这样一来,在支撑件21的自身重力作用下,支撑件21自然旋转至水平的位置,可以伸出安装架20外,其外端部顶至墙面,起到了辅助支撑的作用,使液晶电视300与墙面保持设定的角度,有效防止了该安装状态下液晶电视300可能发生的倾斜。
对于卡扣件22而言,其将连接板11与安装架20得以固定的方式具体包括:
1)卡扣连接:
首先,通过卡扣件22的安装脚225和安装架20的长孔201将卡扣件22安装于安装架20,将卡扣件22移动到后端(靠近液晶电视300的一端),然后将安装架20的卡边槽202勾挂到连接板11的向上延伸的卡边111上,这样,安装架20在向下及前后方向上被限制于连接板11;
然后,使卡扣件22向前移动(远离液晶电视300移动),此时,卡扣件22的卡槽224的边至少从下方与连接板11大致接触,优选地,卡扣件22的卡槽224的边从后方、下方和上方与连接板11大致接触。
2)拧紧连接:
此状态的卡扣件22处于移到最前端的位置,将三个安装定位孔223中位于中间的一个作为该状态下的有效定位孔,螺钉依次穿过设于卡扣件22的有效定位孔和设于安装架20的端面孔),从而将卡扣件22固定于安装架20。这样,在上、下、前、后四个方向上防止了安装架20以及安装于安装架20的液 晶电视300相对于连接板11移动。这是因为:
在挂墙安装状态下,主要是通过卡槽224与卡边槽202匹配卡扣的方式实现安装单元200相对于连接板11的固定,而第一安装板221与安装架20之间的受力较小,因此该状态下仅选取中间的一个安装定位孔233作为有效定位孔即可。
为了保证挂墙和坐台两种安装状态均能够实现,卡扣件22在长孔201的孔长方向上是可以移动的,要保证孔长与不同状态下的安装定位孔223与安装架20端面孔之间的连接定位关系之间相匹配;即:
在第二安装板222的三个安装定位孔223中选择安装定位孔时,两侧和中间两种选择方案恰好对应的分别是坐台和挂墙两种安装状态,此时,安装脚225优选恰好顶至长孔201的两端。
另外,参照图2和图4可知,在挂墙和坐台两种安装状态下,只需要使安装架20上下颠倒,就可以将安装架20安装到液晶电视300的同一组安装孔中。这样可以简化液晶电视300上的安装孔的布局和/或数量,优化电视内部结构。
这样,通过主要由支撑单元100和两个安装单元200组成的支架套件,根据本发明上述实施例的支撑件21和卡扣件22的结构与连接,能够兼容液晶电视300的坐台与挂墙两种安装方式,降低了成本,优化了支架套件对液晶电视300的适应性,具有广阔的市场前景。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所附权利要求的保护范围为准。
实用性
本发明实施例通过对支撑单元的支撑件和卡扣件的安装端进行颠倒调整,使其既可以当作坐台时的底座,也可以当作挂墙时的挂墙架,消费者在 购买如电视等需要安装的立式智能显示设备时,只需购入一套支架套件就可以满足挂墙和坐台两种安装需求,电视主体上的挂墙螺钉孔不需要按照VESA的标准预留,放宽了电视内部的排布空间。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种支架套件,其特征在于,该支架套件包括支撑单元以及安装单元;其中:
    待安装的部件固定于所述安装单元;
    所述支撑单元包括连接板以及与所述连接板相连的支撑座;其中:
    所述安装单元固定于所述连接板;
    所述支撑单元通过所述支撑座支撑于水平安装基面;或者
    所述支撑单元通过所述连接板固定于竖直安装基面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的支架套件,其特征在于,所述安装单元包括安装架和卡扣件;其中:
    所述卡扣件设于所述安装架的一端;
    所述安装架通过所述卡扣件固定于所述连接板。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的支架套件,其特征在于,所述卡扣件为包括第一安装板和第二安装板的弯折结构;其中:
    所述第一安装板上设有安装定位孔,用于:在所述支撑座支撑于水平安装基面的情形下,通过螺钉使所述连接板、所述第一安装板与所述安装架依次相连;或者,在所述连接板固定于竖直安装基面的情形下,通过螺钉使所述第一安装板与所述安装架相连接。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的支架套件,其特征在于,所述安装架的一端设有卡边槽,在所述连接板固定于竖直安装基面的情形下,将所述卡边槽勾挂于所述连接板的卡边;
    所述第二安装板的一端设有卡槽,用于在所述连接板固定于竖直安装基面的状态下,至少在所述连接板的卡边所在侧的相反侧与所述连接板匹配扣合,通过所述卡边槽和所述卡槽将所述连接板和所述安装单元相对固定。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的支架套件,其特征在于,所述第二安装板设有安装脚,用于匹配插入设于所述安装架的一端的长孔中。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的支架套件,其特征在于,所述安装脚为可扭动的结构,将所述安装脚插入所述长孔中之后,扭动所述安装脚强制其变形,实现所述卡扣件与所述安装架的连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的支架套件,其特征在于,所述安装架为长杆状件。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的支架套件,其特征在于,所述安装单元还包括支撑件,所述支撑件设于所述安装架的另一端,且所述支撑件为能够绕所述安装架旋转的结构。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的支架套件,其特征在于,所述支撑件通过铆销与所述安装架的另一端相连接,且所述铆销与所述支撑件上的安装孔为间隙配合。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的支架套件,其特征在于,所述待安装的部件为显示设备;其中:
    在所述支撑座支撑于水平安装基面的状态下,所述显示设备处于座台安装状态;
    在所述连接板固定于竖直安装基面的状态下,所述显示设备处于挂墙安装状态。
