Claims (3)
- 繊維強化プラスチックを用いてプレス成形品を成形するFRPシートプレス成形方法であって、
加熱した前記繊維強化プラスチックを、成形型を閉じてキャビティー内でプレス成形するプレス工程と、
前記成形型の閉じた状態を前記プレス工程から維持したまま、前記繊維強化プラスチックの一方の面に形成された注入部から、前記繊維強化プラスチックの内部へ樹脂を加圧注入する補充工程と、を備え、
前記繊維強化プラスチックの層同士の間に前記樹脂の層を配置した前記プレス成形品を成形するFRPシートプレス成形方法。 - 成形型を用いて、繊維強化プラスチックでプレス成形品を成形するFRPシートプレス成形装置であって、
前記成形型は、キャビティーに繋がるスプルーを備え、
加熱した前記繊維強化プラスチックを、前記成形型を閉じて前記キャビティー内でプレス成形してから、
前記成形型の閉じた状態を維持したまま、前記繊維強化プラスチックの一方の面に形成された注入部から、前記繊維強化プラスチックの内部へ前記スプルーを介して樹脂を加圧注入し、
前記繊維強化プラスチックの層同士の間に前記樹脂の層を配置した前記プレス成形品を成形するように用いるFRPシートプレス成形装置。 - 成形型のキャビティー内でプレス成形された繊維強化プラスチックと、
前記繊維強化プラスチックの一方の面に形成された注入部から、前記繊維強化プラスチックの内部へ加圧注入された樹脂と、を備え、
前記繊維強化プラスチックの層同士の間に前記樹脂の層を配置したFRP成形品。
