Description
HALF CABIN APPLICATION IN THE RECOVERY UNITS
SPECIFICATIONS
Technical Field The invention relates to ram machines used in areas where there is application of textile finishing.
This invention particularly relates to increasing the heat recovery with half ram application designed to be used in the ram machines which have recovery units.
Prior Art
The textile products are subjected to a number of wet processing such as dyeing and require drying in the manufacturing process.
Ram machines are among the most widely used dryer machines in the textile industry for drying the product and not damaging its structure. This fabric is dried by spraying the heated air onto the fabric in the machine and the said warm air is discharged through chimneys.
The air needed in ram machines is heated in two ways; the air in contact with the battery as a result of passing through the hot oil heating batteries is heated in the first method, or the air is heated by natural gas burning in natural gas burners.
Ram machines are the dryers where the fabric is secured by pins transversely in the machine, the movement of the fabric is provided with a chain and in the meantime the hot air is sprayed.
There are about 3 meters long divisions (cabins), the number of which can be determined depending on the product type in ram machines. The fabric is being moved anywhere in the divisions by just holding the edges without touching anywhere and compressed hot air is sprayed on the fabric surface from the nozzles. After being sprayed on the fabric, the air begins to contain a high proportion of water vapor and a portion of it is discharged from the drying section through the chimneys. Thus, the moisture content of the fabric is reduced at the outlet of the ram machine.
After being heated with high heating costs, the air is emitted relatively warm after drying and causes a very high loss of cost.
The chimney gas heat recovery system is a unit used with the aim to heat the ambient air needed in the cabins and to save energy by utilizing the temperature of the air ejected from the exhaust chimneys in the ram machines working at high temperatures.
The patent number 2007/06478 mentions the invention that "relates to the chimney waste gas heat recovery plant for fabric drying and ram machines used in the textile industry. The chimney waste gas heat recovery plant for fabric drying and ram machines subject to the invention saves a lot by the heat energy recovery of the waste gas of dyeing companies in the textile industry. Obtained by recycling, this energy will be used in the available system as used in the other parts of the companies and enables the increase of capacity without any additional energy requirement". The 2010/01097 numbered patent relates to "a chimney gas heat recovery system basically including a heat transfer exchanger, a filter equipment cleaning the waste air coming to the said exchanger, a clean air chimney input, cooled waste air chimney output to evacuate the waste air from the exchanger and a clean hot air feeding pipe connecting the heated clean air from the exchanger to at least one
machine or drying-heating parts that save energy thanks to recovering the chimney waste hot air temperature evacuated by the textile dyeing ram (stretching and drying) machines, steam and hot water boilers, ceramic and vitrified furnaces, metals drying and heat treatment furnaces, transfer of this heat to the fresh air to be used, and also the use of the clean hot air obtained from ceramic and vitrified furnaces in the foundry".
The available inventions above do not mention any half-cabin unit and include the input cabin only.
While designing the drying process, the economics as well as not deteriorating the properties of the material to be dried should be considered. When the fabric is manufactured, the drying and finishing operations are contemplated according to the desired color, touch and test values. The temperature and heat are adjusted by the machine operator in the stenter to have the desired properties, while the flow of air circulating inside is adjusted by the blower and the chimney gas engine. The systems adjusting the air flow are automatically adjusted by the machine.
Therefore, this heat waste must be used in the most efficient way by improving heat recovery methods, using a variety of systems and equipment and taking capital and the raw materials and labor into account.
As a result, all the problems mentioned above made it necessary to make an innovation in the related art.

The main object of the invention is to save energy, reduce fuel consumption and reduce the production time by allowing the use of waste heat energy effectively thanks to the half cabin added before the input cabin in the textile finishing enterprises. Another object of the invention is to ensure application of the pre-drying on the fabric entering the drying process.
Another object of the invention is to provide heated air directly onto the fabrics just as in the normal cabins.
Another object of the invention is to provide the control of fan speed. Another object of the invention is the formation of the heat curtains in order to utilize the cabin temperature efficiently.
Another object of the invention is to ensure that the orders are delivered within the determined preparation period by reducing the manufacturing time.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the heat recovery unit removes away many of the toxic chemicals passed on to the air from the fabric during drying and thus the damage caused by these toxic chemicals on the environment is eliminated. The elimination of the impurities such as textile fibers which are thrown in the chimney gas ensures more fresh air to the atmosphere.
This invention is a half cabin machine that can be used in the ram machines in textile finishing processes, and provides the partial drying of the wet fabric entering into the machine from the half cabin in the absence of any heating system by the heated air coming from the recovery unit.
