[0074] 参照图 12-16, 所示的电子烟吸嘴第三实施例, 与第一实施例的区别在于: 雾 化通道 2在吸嘴端的的出气口 20为设置于吸嘴末端面 1120 (即固定座 123的端壁 1 230) 的贯通厚度方向的通孔 1235作为雾化通道 2的出气口 20, 本实施例中通孔 1 235为 2个, 对称分布在配合孔 1232的两侧。 盖体 1201上设置有至少一个通气孔 1 206, 本实施例中为一对通气孔 1206径向分布于配合轴 1203两侧。 其中, 端壁 12 30上设置的通孔 1235 (即烟雾通道 2的出气口 20) 与盖体 1201上的通气孔 1206错 位排布, 即: 烟雾通道 2的出气口 20对齐盖体 1201上的无孔区域。 从而使得: 当 盖体 1201靠近端壁 1230并贴合吋, 盖体 1201上的通气孔 1206与端壁 1230上的烟 雾通道 2的出气口 20未直接对齐无法直接连通, 即, 端壁 1230的通孔 1235被盖体 1201上的实心区域 (除幵孔以外的区域) 所密封, 烟雾无法释放出吸嘴端 112, 此吋电子烟的雾化器停止工作, 为电子烟保护状态, 使用者无法吸烟。 而当盖 体 1201被拔出而远离吸嘴末端面 1120, 二者之间形成间隙 117, 烟雾从烟雾通道 2的出气口 20 (即通孔 1235) 内释放, 进入间隙 117, 并经由间隙 117向通气孔 12 06传输, 烟雾从通气孔 1206内穿过并可供吸烟者从盖体外端面吸烟, 即用户可 以在电子烟轴线方向即烟雾通道 2的方向直接吸到烟, 可有效避免因吸烟者嘴部 堵住间隙而吸不到烟。 同吋, 因婴幼儿因力气以及心智成熟不够而无法拔出盖 体 1201, 避免了误启电子烟。
[0075] 在本实施例中, 吸嘴盖 120与固定座 123接触滑动部位即配合轴 1203上不设置通 气槽, 增强吸嘴盖 1203整体强度, 防止吸嘴盖 120被用力拔出。 同吋, 吸嘴盖 12 0的配合轴 1203的自由端 1204设置有柱形卡扣 1209, 使吸嘴盖较容易压入固定座 123中, 同吋又可卡扣于固定座 123的内侧壁 1234末端的径向卡持面上, 即: 卡 紧于所述固定座 123的内侧壁 1234末端, 从而对吸嘴盖 120的拔出长度进行限位 并进行固定。 吸嘴盖 120的配合轴 1203插入吸嘴端 112的配合孔 1232且可相对于 配合孔 1232滑动, 当吸嘴盖 120贴近固定座 123的端壁 1230即吸嘴端 112吋, 配合 轴 1203完全插入配合孔 1232内并将配合孔 1232封堵, 向外拉出盖体 1201吋, 配 合轴 1203向外滑动, 直到柱形卡扣 1209卡扣于配合孔 1232的内壁 1234末端从而 对吸嘴盖 120的拔出长度进行限位, 此过程中, 配合孔 1232均被配合轴 1203封堵 , 无烟雾释放, 此实施例中, 配合孔 1232不用作雾化通道 2的出气口 20。

[权利要求 1] 一种电子烟, 包括吸杆以及为吸杆供电的电源杆, 所述吸杆用于吸烟 的一端为吸嘴端, 所述吸嘴端的端面为吸嘴末端面, 所述吸杆内部形 成有供烟雾流通至所述吸嘴端以供使用者吸烟的烟雾通道, 所述吸嘴 端设置有烟雾通道的出气口; 其特征在于, 所述烟雾通道的出气口设 置于吸嘴末端面; 所述吸杆进一步包括吸嘴盖; 所述吸嘴盖活动地连 接于所述吸嘴端; 所述吸嘴盖上设置有贯通的通气孔; 所述通气孔与 所述烟雾通道的出气口错位分布; 所述通气孔可选择性地借助第三气 路与所述烟雾通道的出气口之间气路贯通; 电子烟工作产生的烟雾从 烟雾通道的出气口经由所述第三气路、 最后再由所述通气孔导出至吸 嘴盖外端面供吸烟者吸烟; 所述吸嘴盖可拔出地扣合于吸嘴末端面, 相应地, 吸嘴盖可闭合或幵启所述出气口地与所述烟雾通道的出气口 配合; 所述吸嘴盖包括盖体; 所述盖体包括与吸嘴末端面相对的内侧 面, 以及与其内侧面相对且朝向吸烟者一侧的外端面, 所述通气孔由 盖体的内侧面贯穿至其外端面。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述第三气路是: 所述吸 嘴盖从吸嘴末端面拔出吋, 所述盖体与吸嘴末端面之间形成的间隙; 所述间隙与电子烟外周面连通。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴末端面上设置有 配合孔, 所述吸嘴盖上进一步设置有配合轴; 所述配合轴可滑动地、 进而相应带动吸嘴盖的盖体靠近或远离所述吸嘴末端面地, 插设于所 述配合孔内; 所述配合轴的外侧壁与配合孔的内侧壁之间摩擦配合; 所述配合轴的末端与所述配合孔的内侧壁末端可卡紧配合; 所述吸嘴 盖末端面为盖合所述吸嘴端敞口的端壁; 所述烟雾通道的出气口正对 齐的端壁区域是为非幵孔区域。
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 3所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述配合轴可滑动且密封 地插设于配合孔内; 所述配合轴末端设有卡扣; 所述卡扣可卡紧于所 述配合孔的内侧壁末端。 [权利要求 5] 如权利要求 4所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述配合孔位于吸嘴末端 面中心; 所述烟雾通道的出气口位于配合孔外侧。
[权利要求 6] 如权利要求 3所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述配合孔为所述烟雾通 道的出气口; 所述配合轴具有中空内腔, 配合轴的侧壁上幵设通气槽 ; 配合轴的中空内腔在吸嘴端的出气口内与烟雾通道气路贯通; 所述 通气槽与所述配合轴的中空内腔贯通; 所述通气槽可选择性地: 由所 述配合孔内壁封闭气路, 或者, 在烟雾通道的出气口与第三气路连通
[权利要求 7] 如权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述通气槽为径向贯通配 合轴侧壁的通孔; 所述配合轴为圆筒形; 所述中心轴末端向外形成环 形突起构成卡勾结, 所述卡勾结构可卡紧于所述配合孔的内侧壁末端
[权利要求 8] 如权利要求 7所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述通气槽沿长度方向贯 通配合轴的侧壁; 所述配合孔幵设于所述吸嘴末端面的中心, 所述通 气孔偏离吸嘴末端面的中心分布。
[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 3所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述配合轴是由吸嘴盖的 盖体内侧面垂直延伸一定高度形成; 所述配合轴的高度与所述配合孔 内侧壁的长度相适配; 所述吸杆为圆筒形; 所述烟雾通道为沿吸杆轴 方向设置并指向吸嘴端敞口的气路; 所述盖合吸嘴端敞口的端壁为圆 形; 所述吸嘴盖的盖体为扁平圆形结构, 其边缘沿厚度方向形成斜面 , 所述斜面为向其内侧倾斜。
[权利要求 10] 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述通气孔与所述烟雾通 道的出气口交叉排列; 或者, 所述通气孔位于所述烟雾通道的出气口 的外圆周; 所述通气孔偏离所述电子烟吸杆的轴心线设置。
[权利要求 11] 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述吸嘴末端面是: 由吸 嘴端的敞口边缘向内延伸形成的盖合敞口的结构, 或者, 是由所述吸 嘴端内设置的一固定座, 所述固定座的一端盖合所述吸嘴端的敞口从 而形成的盖合结构。 如权利要求 11所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述固定座的外侧壁涨紧 固定于所述吸嘴端内侧壁; 所述固定座为圆筒形; 所述吸嘴盖或固定 座是由 ABS、 PC、 PE中之一的塑胶材料制成或者是由金属材料制成
如权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述吸杆包括作为吸杆外 壳的雾化套, 雾化套内设置雾化组件; 所述雾化组件包括储液组件、 导液组件、 发热丝组件以及雾化座; 发热丝组件安装于储液组件内部 形成的雾化腔, 导液组件位于储液组件与发热丝组件之间, 从而将烟 液传导至发热丝组件进行雾化产生烟雾; 所述雾化腔是所述烟雾通道 贯通的一段; 雾化套内进一步设置有支撑管; 所述储液组件为中空圆 筒状储液棉, 所述支撑管支撑于圆筒状储液棉的中空内部, 且涨紧配 合。 如权利要求 13所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述导液组件包括第一导 液件, 其与所述储液组件的形状和尺寸相适应, 紧贴于储液组件内壁 ; 所述导液组件进一步包括第二导液件; 第二导液件与发热丝组件的 形状及尺寸相适应, 环绕于发热丝组件外用于固定发热丝组件且集中 向发热丝组件传送烟液, 且位于第一导液件内部; 第二导液组件与第 一导液组件之间涨紧配合; 所述导液组件为无纺布层。
如权利要求 14所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述发热丝组件为螺旋形 线圈, 其延伸方向与导液件长度方向一致, 且涨紧固定于导液件的中 空内壁。
如权利要求 14所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化座呈中空圆筒体 , 其外壁设有涨紧圈涨紧固定于雾化套内壁, 其底壁中心形成中空支 撑柱, 雾化座的支撑柱与雾化座的外壁之间形成环形槽, 所述环形槽 支撑所述储液组件和导液组件; 支撑柱顶部与第二导液件对顶从而支 撑第二导液件, 并进一步地将发热丝组件支撑固定于第二导液件内部 ; 发热丝组件两端的导线支撑于雾化座以内固定发热丝组件。
如权利要求 14所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述支撑管和第二导液件 分别套设于第一导液件内壁的相对两段; 所述雾化座和支撑管分别从 两端将雾化组件支撑固定。
[权利要求 18] 如权利要求 13所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述吸杆内部进一步设有 密封圈, 其设置于吸嘴端内部, 所述密封圈的一侧朝向所述雾化组件
[权利要求 19] 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟的吸杆和电源 杆为不可拆分的一体结构。
[权利要求 20] 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟的吸杆和电源 杆可拆分地相互连接成一体结构。
