[0044] 在一些实施例中, 卡合件 1211包括与第一卡合孔 1221配合的定位柱 1213、 以及 与第二卡合孔 1111配合的卡台 1214。 连接装置 12的外侧面上设有与第一卡合孔 1 221连通的导向槽 1222, 导向槽 1222沿轴向延伸设置。 卡合件 1211还包括由导向 槽 1222侧向向外伸出的操作部 1215, 以通过拨动操作部 1215带动卡合件 1211轴 向移动。 在其他实施例中, 也可将操作部 1215取消, 在卡合件 1211上设置内凹 槽等, 通过其他工具插入内凹槽带动卡合件 1211轴向移动, 起到防止儿童误操 作的问题。
[0045] 结合图 6所示, 在一些实施例中, 卡台 1214的端面相对轴线呈锐角夹角倾斜设 置, 且朝向连接装置 12的旋紧方向, 卡扣机构 121在锁合状态吋, 卡台 1214伸入 第二卡合孔 1111的轴向长度小于卡台 1214的端面的轴向长度。 在旋紧过程中, 就算卡台 1214卡入了第二卡合孔 1111, 卡台 1214倾斜设置的端面也可在受力后 轴向移动远离壳体 111, 与第二卡合孔 1111脱离后继续随连接装置 12转动, 从而 不会影响连接装置 12转动方向的转动。 在卡台 1214未受到脱离第二卡合孔 1111 的轴向力吋, 就算连接装置 12受到向旋松方向的力, 卡台 1214与倾斜的端面相 背的侧面仍能保持与第二卡合孔 1111的卡合, 直到卡台 1214轴向受力完全脱离 第二卡合孔 1111, 提升了安全性。
[0046] 进一步地, 弹性件 1212包括弹簧, 弹簧套设在定位柱 1213与卡台 1214相背的一 端上, 并与操作部 1215相抵。 优选地, 操作部 1215位于卡合件 1211的轴向中部 位置, 让定位柱 1213能和第一卡合孔 1221有足够的定位长度, 防止轴向移动过
程中产生侧向倾斜或偏移。 在其他实施例中, 弹性件 1212也可包括弹片, 以能 与卡合件 1211相抵, 并提供保持卡合件 1211卡合到第二卡合孔 1111的弹性力即 可。
[0047] 再如图 2、 图 4及图 5所示, 在一些实施例中, 连接装置 12包括与壳体 111螺纹配 合的螺纹套 122、 以及夹设在螺纹套 122和壳体 111两相对的端面之间的套圈 123 , 第一卡合孔 1221和导向槽 1222形成于螺纹套 122上, 并贯穿至与壳体 111相对 的端面。 套圈 123对导向槽 1222的端面幵口位置进行封闭, 以防止操作部 1215轴 向脱离导向槽 1222, 套圈 123还可在连接装置 12与壳体 111拆除后, 保持卡合件 1 211和弹性件 1212组装在螺纹套 122上, 防止散件丢失。
[0048] 当然, 在其他实施例中, 也可将套圈 123取消, 将卡合件 1211和弹性件 1212直 接组装在螺纹套 122上, 通过其他定位方式对卡合件 1211和弹性件 1212定位。

Claims
[权利要求 1] 一种雾化装置, 其特征在于, 包括:
雾化本体 (11) , 所述雾化本体 (11) 包括壳体 (111) 和设置在所 述壳体 (111) 内的雾化芯 (112) ;
连接装置 (12) , 设置在所述壳体 (111) 的一端, 并与所述壳体 (1 11) 螺纹连接, 以将所述雾化芯 (112) 固定在所述壳体 (111) 内; 所述连接装置 (12) 与所述壳体 (111) 相对的端面上设有第一卡合 孔 (1221) , 所述壳体 (111) 与所述连接装置 (12) 相对的端面上 设有与所述第一卡合孔 (1221) 对应的第二卡合孔 (1111) ; 所述连接装置 (12) 与所述壳体 (111) 之间设有可在锁合状态和解 锁状态转换的卡扣机构 (121) , 所述卡扣机构 (121) 包括可轴向来 回移动的穿设在所述第一卡合孔 (1221) 和所述第二卡合孔 (1111) 内的卡合件 (1211) ;
所述卡扣机构 (121) 在所述锁合状态吋, 所述卡合件 (1211) 的两 端分别伸入到所述第一卡合孔 (1221) 和第二卡合孔 (1111) 内, 将 所述连接装置 (12) 和所述壳体 (111) 周向锁合定位;
所述卡扣机构 (121) 在所述解锁状态吋, 所述卡合件 (1211) 轴向 移动以使一端脱离所述第一卡合孔 (1221) 或所述第二卡合孔 (1111 ) , 将所述连接装置 (12) 和所述壳体 (111) 周向解锁。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于, 在所述壳体 (111
) 与所述连接装置 (12) 相对的端面沿周向间隔设置有多个第二卡合 孔 (1111) 。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的雾化装置 (1) , 其特征在于, 所述多个第二 卡合孔 (1111) 包括沿所述壳体 (111) 的端面周向等间隔排布的十 个第二卡合孔 (1111) 。
4.根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于, 所述卡合 件 (1211) 包括与所述第一卡合孔 (1221) 配合的定位柱 (1213) 、 以及与所述第二卡合孔 (1111) 配合的卡台 (1214) ;
所述连接装置 (12) 的外侧面上设有与所述第一卡合孔 (1221) 连通 的导向槽 (1222) , 所述导向槽 (1222) 沿轴向延伸设置; 所述卡合件 (1211) 还包括由所述导向槽 (1222) 侧向向外伸出的操 作部 (1215) , 以通过所述操作部 (1215) 带动所述卡合件 (1211) 轴向移动。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于, 所述卡扣机构 (121 ) 还包括设置在所述第一卡合孔 (1221) 内与所述卡合件 (1211) 相 抵的弹性件 (1212) , 以提供一个保持所述卡合件 (1211) 卡合到所 述第二卡合孔 (1111) 内的弹性力。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于, 所述弹性件 (1212
) 包括弹簧, 所述弹簧套设在所述定位柱 (1213) 与所述卡台 (1214 ) 相背的一端上, 并与所述操作部 (1215) 相抵。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于, 所述操作部 (1215 ) 位于所述卡合件 (1211) 的轴向中部位置。
8.根据权利要求 4所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于, 所述连接装置 (12
) 包括与所述壳体 (111) 螺纹配合的螺纹套 (122) 、 以及夹设在所 述螺纹套 (122) 和所述壳体 (111) 两相对的端面之间的套圈 (123 ) , 所述第一导向孔 (1221) 和导向槽 (1222) 形成于所述螺纹套 ( 122) 上, 并贯穿至与所述壳体 (111) 相对的端面;
所述套圈 (123) 对所述导向槽 (1222) 的端面幵口位置进行封闭, 以防止所述操作部 (1215) 轴向脱离所述导向槽 (1222) 。
9.根据权利要求 4所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于, 所述卡台 (1214) 的端面相对轴线呈锐角夹角倾斜设置, 且朝向所述连接装置 (12) 的 旋紧方向, 所述卡扣机构 (121) 在所述锁合状态吋, 所述卡台 (121 4) 伸入所述第一卡合孔 (1221) 的轴向长度小于所述卡台 (1214) 的端面的轴向长度。
10.根据权利要求 1至 3任一项所述的雾化装置, 其特征在于, 所述雾 化装置 (1) 还包括烟嘴组件 (13) , 所述烟嘴组件 (13) 设置在所
述壳体 (ill) 与所述连接结构相背的一端。
11.一种电子烟, 其特征在于, 包括权利要求 1至 10任一项所述的雾化 装置 (1) 。
