本发明提供的一种数据交互处理装置,所述装置包括:接收模块,用于接收第一终端发送的获取目标数据的需求信息以及预设距离范围要求;其中,所述预设距离范围要求为所述第一终端与所述目标数据关联的第二终端之间的距离要位于所述预设距离范围之内;查询模块,用于根据所述第一终端的位置信息在数据库中查找与所述第一终端之间的距离满足所述预设距离范围要求的第二终端;其中,所述装置预先获取所述第一终端以及至少一所述第二终端的位置信息;以及发送模块,用于向所述查询模块查找到的所述第二终端发送所述目标数据的需求信息,以使所述第二终端将与所述需求信息匹配的目标数据发送至所述第一终端,使所述第一终端获得所述目标数据。
以上的数据交互处理方法、装置以及系统,第一终端将数据交互需求以及对提供目标数据的第二终端的位置需求发送给服务器,由服务器将数据交互需求发送至符合条件的第二终端。第二终端根据拥有的目标数据与交互需求进行匹配,并将匹配的目标数据发送至第一终端,使第一终端利用该目标数据实现数据交互。因此,将第一终端对需要交互的数据的匹配转移至第二终端,一方面,提高第一终端的效率;另一方面,第二终端通过目标数据的形式传送目标数据,在提高信息交互效率的同时还提高数据信息传输的安全性。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
请参阅图1,为本发明第一实施方式的一种数据交互处理方法的流程示意图。该实施方式示出的方法流程包括:
步骤S10,第一终端向服务器发送获取目标数据的需求信息以及预设距离范围要求。
其中,该预设距离范围要求为该第一终端与该目标数据关联的第二终端之间的距离要位于该预设距离范围之内。
步骤S11,该服务器接收该目标数据的需求信息,根据该第一终端的位置信息在数据库中查找与该第一终端之间的距离满足该预设距离范围要求的第二终端,并向查找到的该第二终端发送该目标数据的需求信息。
在步骤S11中,该服务器接收到第一终端发送的需求信息和预设距离范围要求时,根据第一终端的位置信息以及至少一第二终端的位置信息确定位于该预设距离范围之内的第二终端,以此确定满足第一终端信息交互需求的第二终端。
其中,该服务器预先获取该第一终端以及至少一该第二终端的位置信息。
在另一实施方式中,该服务器还可以在接收到第一终端发送的预设距离范围要求时,实时地获取与其通信连接的第一终端及至少一第二终端的位置信息。
步骤S12,该第二终端接收该目标数据的需求信息,并将与该需求信息匹配的目标数据发送至第一终端。
其中,该目标数据为物信证或物信证的获取方式信息,该物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方生成的集成该目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证;商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息。
进一步地,该获取方式信息为物信证的链接地址,该链接地址对应的页面内含该物信证功能,用于提供该目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能。
步骤S13,该第一终端接收该目标数据。
下面对本发明实施方式中的数据交互处理方法进行举例说明。其中,该第一终端为客户端A,该服务器为数据管理服务器,该第二终端为客户端B。其中,每个客户端B中对应保存一个或多个终端设备的管理员密码,该管理员密码用于对相应的终端设备执行管理员权限。该客户端A、B以及终端设备可以是个人计算机、平板电脑、智能手机等能够通过网络与该数据管理服务器进行信息交互传输的设备。
当客户端A向数据管理服务器发送获取终端设备C的管理员密码的需求信息以及预设距离范围要求,该预设距离范围要求为客户端A与保存终端设备C的管理员密码的客户端B之间的距离要位于该预设距离范围之内。如,客户端A利用蓝牙传输数据信息,因此需要该预设距离范围要求以使确定的客户端B与其进行数据信息传输时能够位于蓝牙的有效范围内。
该数据管理服务器预先获取并保存了客户端A以及每个客户端B的位置信息,并根据该预设距离范围要求确定客户端B1满足要求。此时,该数据管理服务器将需要获取终端设备C的管理员密码的需求发送至客户端B1。
客户端B1接收到需求时,判断其是否保存了终端设备C的管理员密码。若是,则发送相应的目标数据至客户端A,使客户端A接受该目标数据时利用该目标数据执行或开启相应的功能以实现终端设备C的管理员密码的交互。其中,为了数据信息的安全,该目标数据可以是对终端设备C的管理员密码进行加密后形成的数据包以及解密该数据包的密钥。客户端A接受该目标数据时,利用该密钥以及提供该终端设备C的管理员密码的设备所提供的另一密钥,对该数据包进行解密和解压缩,从而得到终端设备C的管理员密码。
以上方案中,第一终端将数据交互需求以及对提供目标数据的第二终端的位置需求发送给服务器,由服务器将数据交互需求发送至符合条件的第二终端。第二终端根据拥有的目标数据与交互需求进行匹配,并将匹配的目标数据发送至第一终端,使第一终端利用该目标数据实现数据交互。因此,将第一终端对需要交互的数据的匹配转移至第二终端,一方面,提高第一终端的效率;另一方面,第二终端通过目标数据的形式传送目标数据,在提高信息交互效率的同时还提高数据信息传输的安全性。
进一步地,目标数据还可以是商品/服务信息、文字数据、音频数据、视频数据、程序数据或金融领域的资金数据等。如果是商品/服务信息,则此时第一终端是买方客户端,服务器是电商平台服务器,第二终端是卖方客户端。
下面对本发明实施方式中的数据交互处理方法再一次进行举例说明。其中,该第一终端是买方客户端(以下简称为买方),该第二终端是卖方客户端(以下简称为卖方),该服务器是运行电商平台的服务器(以下简称为服务器)。
买方向服务器发送获取目标商品/服务的需求信息以及预设距离范围要求,其中,该预设距离范围要求为该买方与该目标商品/服务关联的卖方之间的距离需要位于该预设距离范围之内。具体地,该需求信息至少包括目标商品/服务的名称信息,为进一步提高购买准确度,还可以进一步包括价格、规格参数等信息中的至少一种。
该服务器接收该目标商品/服务的需求信息,并根据该买方的位置信息在数据库中查找与该买方之间的距离满足该预设距离范围要求的卖方。其中,该服务器接收到买方发送的需求信息和预设距离范围要求时,根据买方的位置信息以及至少一卖方的位置信息确定位于该预设距离范围之内的卖方,以此确定满足买方购物需求的卖方。
该服务器向查找到的卖方发送该目标商品/服务的需求信息。进一步地,该服务器还可以向卖方发送买方的相关信息,如,联系方式、位置信息、购买记录、信用等级等。
卖方接收到目标商品/服务的需求信息,并将与该需求信息匹配的物信证发送至买方,使该买方获取该物信证。
其中,当买方接收到该物信证时,可以通过链接地址查看商品/服务的相关信息,以确定是否需要购买。当确认购买时,接受该物信证并利用该物信证生成交易订单以实现该目标商品/服务的购买。当确认不购买时,可以拒绝接受该物信证。
如上所述,该物信证是提供方(如产品的生产厂家)预先提供的,即,每个商品/服务都具有一个对应的物信证,该物信证所包含的涉及到交易的信息实际上提供方的信息,而不是卖方的信息。因此,当买方接受该物信证并利用该物信证生成交易订单时,实际进行交易的双方为买方和提供方。当买方确认接受,则利用物信证生成相应的交易订单,并且根据该交易订单将货款直接支付给提供方,提供方接受该交易订单时根据买方的信息发货。
以上,买方将自己对商品/服务的需求以及卖方地理位置的需求发送给服务器,由服务器根据买方的设置将商品/服务需求信息发送给符合条件的卖方。卖方根据拥有的物信证与需求信息进行匹配,并将匹配的物信证发送至买方,使买方利用该物信证完成交易订单的生成以实现目标商品/服务的购买。因此,将买方对商品/服务的需求匹配工作转移到服务器,从而节省了买方的时间,同时由于卖方对商品/服务了解更多的信息,因此能提高匹配速度,提高购买流程的效率。
请参阅图2,为本发明第二实施方式的一种数据交互处理方法,应用于第一终端,该实施方式示出的方法流程包括:
步骤S20,第一终端向服务器发送获取目标数据的需求信息以及预设距离范围要求,使该服务器在数据库中查找与该第一终端之间的距离满足该预设距离范围要求的第二终端,并向查找到的该第二终端发送该目标数据的需求信息。
其中,该预设距离范围要求为该第一终端与该目标数据关联的第二终端之间的距离要位于该预设距离范围之内,该服务器预先获取该第一终端以及至少一该第二终端的位置信息。
步骤S21,第一终端获得来自该第二终端发送的该目标数据。
其中,该目标数据为物信证或物信证的获取方式信息,该物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方生成的集成该目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证。
进一步地,该获取方式信息为物信证的链接地址,该链接地址对应的页面内含该物信证功能,用于提供该目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能。
请参阅图3,为本发明第三实施方式的一种数据交互处理方法,应用于服务器,该实施方式示出的方法流程包括:
步骤S30,服务器接收第一终端发送的获取目标数据的需求信息以及该预设距离范围要求。
其中,该预设距离范围要求为该第一终端与该目标数据关联的第二终端之间的距离要位于该预设距离范围之内。
步骤S31,服务器根据该第一终端的位置信息在数据库中查找与该第一终端之间的距离满足该预设距离范围要求的第二终端。
其中,该服务器预先获取该第一终端以及至少一该第二终端的位置信息。
在另一实施方式中,该服务器还可以在接收到第一终端发送的预设距离范围要求时,实时地获取与其通信连接的第一终端及至少一第二终端的位置信息。
在步骤S31中,该服务器接收到第一终端发送的需求信息和预设距离范围要求时,根据第一终端的位置信息以及至少一第二终端的位置信息确定位于该预设距离范围之内的第二终端,以此确定满足第一终端信息交互需求的第二终端。
步骤S32,服务器向查找到的该第二终端发送该目标数据的需求信息,以使该第二终端将与该需求信息匹配的目标数据发送至该第一终端,使该第一终端获得该目标数据。
其中,该目标数据为物信证或物信证的获取方式信息,该物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方生成的集成该目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证;商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息。
进一步地,该获取方式信息为物信证的链接地址,该链接地址对应的页面内含该物信证功能,用于提供该目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能。
请参阅图4,为本发明实施方式的数据交互处理系统的结构示意图。该实施方式示出的系统40包括:第一终端41、服务器42以及第二终端43。在其他实施方式中,该系统40可以包括多个第二终端43。其中,该第一终端41和第二终端43为客户端,如,智能手机、平板电脑等。
该第一终端41用于向该服务器42发送获取目标数据的需求信息以及预设距离范围要求。其中,该预设距离范围要求为该第一终端与该目标数据关联的第二终端43之间的距离要位于该预设距离范围之内。
该服务器42用于接收该目标数据的需求信息,并根据该第一终端41的位置信息在数据库中查找与该第一终端41之间的距离满足该预设距离范围要求的第二终端43,还用于向查找到的第二终端43发送该目标数据的需求信息。
其中,该服务器42预先获取并保存该第一终端41和第二终端43的位置信息。
该第二终端43用于接收该目标数据的需求信息,并将与该需求信息匹配的目标数据发送至第一终端41。
该第一终端41还用于获得该目标数据。
请参阅图5,为本发明第一实施方式的数据交互处理装置,该实施方式示出的数据交互处理装置50包括发送模块51和执行模块52。
该发送模块51用于向服务器发送获取目标数据的需求信息以及预设距离范围要求,使该服务器在数据库中查找与该第一终端之间的距离满足该预设距离范围要求的第二终端,并向查找到的该第二终端发送该目标数据的需求信息。其中,该预设距离范围要求为该第一终端与该目标数据关联的第二终端之间的距离要位于该预设距离范围之内,该服务器预先获取该第一终端以及至少一该第二终端的位置信息。
该执行模块52用于获得来自该第二终端发送的该目标数据。
请参阅图6,为本发明第二实施方式的数据交互处理装置,该实施方式示出的数据交互处理装置60包括接收模块61、查询模块62以及发送模块63。在本实施方式中,该装置60运行在一服务器中。
该接收模块61用于接收第一终端发送的获取目标数据的需求信息以及预设距离范围要求。其中,该预设距离范围要求为该第一终端与该目标数据关联的服务器之间的距离要位于该预设距离范围之内。
该查询模块62用于根据该第一终端的位置信息在数据库中查找与该第一终端之间的距离满足该预设距离范围要求的第二终端。
具体地,该装置60接收到第一终端发送的需求信息和预设距离范围要求时,根据第一终端的位置信息以及至少一第二终端的位置信息确定位于该预设距离范围之内的第二终端,以此确定满足第一终端信息交互需求的第二终端。
该发送模块63用于在该查询模块62查找到该第二终端时,向该第二终端发送该目标数据的需求信息,以使该第二终端将与该需求信息匹配的目标数据发送至该第一终端,使该第一终端获得该目标数据。
本发明提供的一种数据交互处理方法、系统及装置,第一终端将数据交互需求以及对提供目标数据的第二终端的位置需求发送给服务器,由服务器将数据交互需求发送至符合条件的第二终端。第二终端根据拥有的目标数据与交互需求进行匹配,并将匹配的目标数据发送至第一终端,使第一终端利用该目标数据实现数据交互。因此,将第一终端对需要交互的数据的匹配转移至第二终端,一方面,提高第一终端的效率;另一方面,第二终端通过目标数据的形式传送目标数据,在提高信息交互效率的同时还提高数据信息传输的安全性。
在上述实施例中,仅对本发明进行了示范性描述,但是本领域技术人员在阅读本专利申请后可以在不脱离本发明的精神和范围的情况下对本发明进行各种修改。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种数据交互处理方法,其中,所述方法包括:
    第一终端向服务器发送获取目标数据的需求信息以及预设距离范围要求;其中,所述预设距离范围要求为所述第一终端与所述目标数据关联的第二终端之间的距离要位于所述预设距离范围之内;
    所述服务器接收所述目标数据的需求信息,并根据所述第一终端的位置信息在数据库中查找与所述第一终端之间的距离满足所述预设距离范围要求的第二终端,并向查找到的所述第二终端发送所述目标数据的需求信息;其中,所述服务器预先获取所述第一终端以及至少一所述第二终端的位置信息;
    所述第二终端接收所述目标数据的需求信息,并将与所述需求信息匹配的目标数据发送至所述第一终端;以及
    所述第一终端获得所述目标数据。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的数据交互处理方法,其中,所述目标数据为物信证或物信证的获取方式信息,所述物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方生成的集成所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证;所述商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的数据交互处理方法,其中,所述获取方式信息为物信证的链接地址,所述链接地址对应的页面内含所述物信证功能,用于提供所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能。
  4. 一种数据交互处理方法,应用于第一终端,其中,所述方法包括:
    所述第一终端向服务器发送获取目标数据的需求信息以及预设距离范围要求,使所述服务器在数据库中查找与所述第一终端之间的距离满足所述预设距离范围要求的第二终端,并向查找到的所述第二终端发送所述目标数据的需求信息;其中,所述预设距离范围要求为所述第一终端与所述目标数据关联的第二终端之间的距离要位于所述预设距离范围之内,所述服务器预先获取所述第一终端以及至少一所述第二终端的位置信息;以及
    所述第一终端获得来自所述第二终端发送的所述目标数据。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的数据交互处理方法,其中,所述目标数据为物信证或物信证的获取方式信息,所述物信证为目标商品/服务的提供方生成的集成所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能的网络电子单证;所述商品/服务信息至少包括名称和金额的商品属性信息以及包含提供方收款账户的收款结算信息。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的数据交互处理方法,其中,所述获取方式信息为物信证的链接地址,所述链接地址对应的页面内含所述物信证功能,用于提供所述目标商品/服务信息及电子商务功能。
  7. 一种数据交互处理方法,应用于服务器,其中,所述方法包括:
    所述服务器接收第一终端发送的获取目标数据的需求信息以及预设距离范围要求;其中,所述预设距离范围要求为所述第一终端与所述目标数据关联的第二终端之间的距离要位于所述预设距离范围之内;
    所述服务器根据所述第一终端的位置信息在数据库中查找与所述第一终端之间的距离满足所述预设距离范围要求的第二终端;其中,所述服务器预先获取所述第一终端以及至少一所述第二终端的位置信息;以及
    所述服务器向查找到的所述第二终端发送所述目标数据的需求信息,以使所述第二终端将与所述需求信息匹配的目标数据发送至所述第一终端,使所述第一终端获得所述目标数据。
  8. 一种数据交互处理系统,其中,所述系统包括:第一终端、服务器以及至少一第二终端,
    所述第一终端用于向所述服务器发送获取目标数据的需求信息以及预设距离范围要求;其中,所述预设距离范围要求为所述第一终端与所述目标数据关联的第二终端之间的距离要位于所述预设距离范围之内;
    所述服务器用于接收所述目标数据的需求信息,并根据所述交互方的位置信息在数据库中查找与所述第一终端之间的距离满足所述预设距离范围要求的第二终端;还用于向查找到的所述第二终端发送所述目标数据的需求信息;其中,所述服务器预先获取所述第一终端以及至少一所述第二终端的位置信息;
    所述第二终端用于接收所述目标数据的需求信息,并将与所述目标数据的需求信息匹配的目标数据发送至所述第一终端;
    所述第一终端还用于获得所述目标数据。
  9. 一种数据交互处理装置,其中,所述装置包括:
    发送模块,用于向服务器发送获取目标数据的需求信息以及预设距离范围要求,使所述服务器在数据库中查找与所述第一终端之间的距离满足所述预设距离范围要求的第二终端,并向查找到的所述第二终端发送所述目标数据的需求信息;其中,所述预设距离范围要求为所述第一终端与所述目标数据关联的第二终端之间的距离要位于所述预设距离范围之内,所述服务器预先获取所述第一终端以及至少一所述第二终端的位置信息;以及
    执行模块,用于获得来自所述第二终端发送的所述目标数据。
  10. 一种数据交互处理装置,其中,所述装置包括:
    接收模块,用于接收第一终端发送的获取目标数据的需求信息以及预设距离范围要求;其中,所述预设距离范围要求为所述第一终端与所述目标数据关联的第二终端之间的距离要位于所述预设距离范围之内;
    查询模块,用于根据所述第一终端的位置信息在数据库中查找与所述第一终端之间的距离满足所述预设距离范围要求的第二终端;其中,所述装置预先获取所述第一终端以及至少一所述第二终端的位置信息;以及
    发送模块,用于向所述查询模块查找到的所述第二终端发送所述目标数据的需求信息,以使所述第二终端将与所述需求信息匹配的目标数据发送至所述第一终端,使所述第一终端获得所述目标数据。
