Abstract
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 오염된 산화촉매의 재생 수단이 포함된 공정 배출가스 오염물질 제거장치는, 가가연성 물질, 유기 물질, 무기 물질 및 질소산화물이 포함된 제1 온도의 공정 배출 가스를 유통시키는 관체에 연결되어 상기 가연성 물질을 산화 제거하는 산화촉매를 내장하는 산화촉매탑 및 상기 산화촉매의 전방에서 상기 산화촉매탑에 연결되어 플라즈마 반응으로 수소가 포함된 300℃ 이상 고온의 합성가스를 생성하여 상기 산화촉매에 공급하여 유기 물질 및 무기 물질로 피독된 상기 산화촉매를 재생시키는 플라즈마반응기를 포함할 수 있다.
