Description

雾化器及其电子烟 技术领域
本发明涉及电子烟技术领域,具体涉及一种雾化器及其电子烟。
背景技术
电子烟是将烟弹中的烟液雾化成烟雾,可以像传统香烟一样吸食这些烟雾。目前的可调液电子烟,基本上都将烟液调节装置的操控端设置在雾化器内部,使得用户在雾化器外侧无法操控烟液调节装置,在进行进液量调节时,需要将雾化器拆开,用户才能接触到操控端进行进液量调节,该方式操作使用极度不方便,而且在操作过程中还可能使得烟液流出。
发明内容
鉴于以上所述的背景技术,为了克服上述问题,本发明有必要提供一种雾化器及其电子烟。
一种雾化器,所述雾化器包括储液管、调液组件以及雾化头,所述调液组件包括调节环以及第一套管,所述第一套管套设在所述雾化头外周,所述储液管套设在所述第一套管外周,所述调节环裸露在所述储液管外,所述调节环与所述储液管共同构成了所述雾化器的外轮廓,所述雾化头上开设有第一进液孔,所述第一套管上开设有第二进液孔,所述调节环与所述雾化头相对固定连接,转动所述调节环,使得所述第一进液孔相对所述第二进液孔连通/错开,或者所述调节环与所述第一套管相对固定连接,转动所述调节环,使得所述第二进液孔相对所述第一进液孔连通/错开。
进一步地,所述调节环上开设有至少一个止挡通孔,每一所述止挡通孔对应穿套一卡位片后,所述调节环与所述第一套管或所述雾化头相对固定连接,或者所述第一套管上设置有至少一个卡位片,每一所述卡位片对应穿套一止挡通孔后,所述第一套管与所述调节环相对固定连接。
进一步地,所述调液组件还包括第二套管,所述第二套管套设在所述第一套管和所述雾化头之间,或者所述第二套管套设在所述第一套管和所 述储液管之间,所述第二套管上开设有第三进液孔,所述调节环与所述第二套管相对固定连接,转动所述调节环,使得所述第二进液孔相对所述第三进液孔连通/错开。
进一步地,所述雾化头的外周侧伸有卡盘,所述调节环上对应开设有卡槽,所述卡盘卡入所述卡槽内,使得所述雾化头与所述调节环相对固定连接。
进一步地,所述第一套管包括主体板以及相对地形成在所述主体板两侧板面上的连接端和储液端,所述储液端套设在所述雾化头的外周,所述第二进液孔设置在所述储液端的周壁上,所述储液管套设在所述储液端外周,所述储液管的内周面与所述储液端的外周面之间形成有存储烟液的空间,所述连接端包括至少一个所述卡位片,所述调节环上对应开设有与所述卡位片个数相等的所述止挡通孔。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括注液组件,所述注液组件包括注液件以及上盖,所述注液件安装在所述储液管相对所述调节环的一端,且所述注液件与所述储液端远离所述主体板的一端连接,所述注液件上开设有连通所述存储烟液的空间的注液孔,所述上盖盖合所述注液件,所述上盖上开设有透烟孔,所述透烟孔、所述储液端以及所述雾化头的内腔连通形成烟气通道。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括底座组件,所述底座组件包括底座、调气内环、调气环、接触电极以及绝缘环,所述调气内环套设在所述底座的外周,所述调气环套设在所述调气内环的外周,所述接触电极安装在所述底座内,所述绝缘环套设在所述接触电极的外周,所述接触电极与所述雾化头导接,所述调气内环上开设有第一进气孔,所述调气环上开设有第二进气孔,转动所述调气环,使得所述第二进气孔相对所述第一进气孔连通/错开。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括注液组件,所述注液组件包括注液件,所述注液件安装在所述储液管的顶端,所述第一套管的顶端开设有所述至少一个卡位片,所述注液件上对应开设有与所述卡位片个数相等的所述止挡通孔,所述卡位片穿套对应的所述止挡通孔后与所述调节环相对固定连接。
进一步地,所述第二套管套设在所述第一套管和所述雾化头之间,所述第二套管的顶端与所述注液件固定连接,所述储液管与所述第一套管之间的空间为用以容置烟液的储液腔,所述止挡通孔还连通所述储液腔。
进一步地,所述注液件包括管体及连接在所述管体一端的止挡连接体,所述管体相对所述止挡连接体的一端外周形成有周缘,所述止挡连接体包括连接管及一体承载所述连接管的连接底板,所述连接底板包括承载板部以及从所述承载板部外周延伸的至少一个连接臂,所述承载板部用以连接并承载所述连接管,所述至少一个连接臂连接至所述管体的内周壁上,对应地在所述管体内形成所述止挡连接孔,所述周缘压抵在所述储液管的顶端。
进一步地,所述调节环上开设有透烟孔,所述透烟孔与所述雾化头通过所述第二套管连通。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括底座组件,所述底座组件包括底座、底座连接件、调气内环、调气环、接触电极以及绝缘环,所述雾化头安装在所述底座上,所述第二套管的底端与所述底座可拆卸地连接,所述底座连接件连接所述底座,所述调气内环固定在所述底座连接件的底端,所述调气环套设在所述调气内环上,所述绝缘环套设在所述接触电极上,所述绝缘环和所述接触电极嵌设在所述调气内环内并靠近所述调气内环的底端设置,所述接触电极导接所述雾化头,所述调气内环上开设有第一进气孔,所述调气环上开设有第二进气孔,转动所述调气环,使得所述第二进气孔相对所述第一进气孔连通/错开。
进一步地,所述第一套管设置在所述调节环的上端,所述第一套管和所述调节环一体成型形成内套管,所述调节环与所述第一套管连接的台阶面上设有所述至少一个止挡通孔,所述第二套管上对应设置有与所述止挡通孔个数相等的所述卡位片,所述第一套管套设在所述雾化头的外周,所述第二套管套设在所述第一套管的外周,且所述卡位片穿套对应的所述止挡通孔。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括注液组件,所述注液组件包括注液件、上盖以及转轴,所述注液件的一端与所述储液管的顶端连接,所述注液件的另一端的端面上开设有第一注液孔、第一出烟孔以及第一轴孔,所述第 一注液孔与所述储液管连通,所述上盖上开设有与所述第一轴孔对应的第二轴孔以及与所述第一出烟孔对应的第二出烟孔,所述转轴的一端设置在所述第一轴孔中,所述转轴的另一端设在所述第二轴孔中,使得所述上盖能够绕所述转轴相对所述注液件旋转,盖合或打开所述第一注液孔。
进一步地,所述注液组件还包括设置在所述注液件与所述上盖之间的密封件,所述密封件嵌设在所述注液件朝向所述上盖的一端内。
进一步地,所述注液件与所述上盖均为陶瓷件。
进一步地,所述注液件朝向所述上盖的一端上设置有第一卡持件,所述上盖上对应所述第一卡持件设置有第二卡持件,当所述上盖盖合所述注液件时,所述第一卡持件与所述第二卡持件互相卡合。
进一步地,所述雾化器还包括底座组件,所述底座组件包括底座以及螺纹环,所述螺纹环与所述底座的一端螺纹连接,所述雾化头的一端穿过所述螺纹环并安装在所述底座的内腔中。

相较于现有技术,本发明的雾化器,通过转动调节环,使得第一进液孔与第二进液孔连通/错开从而来调节烟液流往雾化头内的流入量,无需将雾化器拆开来调节,操作极为方便。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
实施例一:
请参阅图1至图3,本发明实施例一提供一种雾化器,包括储液管1、调液组件2以及雾化头5,雾化头5安装在调液组件2内,雾化头5具有第一进液孔51,而调液组件2具有与第一进液孔51相对设置的第二进液孔221,其中,储液管1和调液组件2构成了所述雾化器的外轮廓,因此,在雾化器的外侧即可旋转所述调液组件2,从而调节第二进液孔221和第一进液孔51的连通面积,进而能够在用户使用雾化器时,改变进入雾化头5内的烟液量,使得烟雾量可控,提高用户使用体验度。
进一步地,根据本实施例的一个优选实施方式,雾化器还包括底座组件3和注液组件4,调液组件2、底座组件3依次连接在储液管1的底端,注液组件4连接在储液管1的顶端,储液管1用于存储烟液,调液组件2用于调节吸烟时烟液的流量,雾化头5用于将烟液雾化,底座组件3用于调节吸烟时的进气量。
请参阅图2及图3,根据本实施例的一个优选实施方式,调液组件2包括第一套管22,第一套管22的一部分套设在储液管1的一端内,第一套管22的中心轴线与储液管1的中心轴线重合,这样也便于装配生产,第一套管22与储液管1之间的空间即为储液腔11,用来存储烟液。
底座组件3包括底座31,注液组件4包括注液件41以及上盖42。雾化头5安装在底座31上,第一套管22套设在雾化头5外周,储液管1套设在第一套管22外周,注液件41封抵在储液管1远离底座31的一端,上盖42盖合在注液件41上。
底座31包括圆底板311以及形成在圆底板311板面上的圆环312,圆环312的外径较圆底板311的直径小,圆环312突出设置在圆底板311之上。圆底板311相背圆环312的板面上中部形成螺接部313,螺接部313管道贯通圆底板311。
雾化头5用于雾化烟液,从而让人吸的时候达到“吞云吐雾”的效果。雾化头5在靠近上盖42一端的外周壁上开设有第一进液孔51,用以导入烟液至雾化头5的内腔。雾化头5远离上盖42的一端用以导接电源,通过电池供电发热,使流入内腔的烟液受热雾化。雾化头5的外周中部进一步侧伸有卡盘52,用以与调液组件2卡接,卡盘52为非圆周结构,以通过调液组件2带动转动。本实施例中,卡盘52近似矩形结构。请参阅图4,本实施例中,雾化头5开设有第一进液孔51的一端为一配合一管套53形成的管部54。管部54上开设有进液槽,管套53周壁上开设有通孔,管套53固定地套设在管部54上,且通孔与进液槽对准连通形成所述第一进液孔51。
第一套管22用以套设在雾化头5上,控制进入雾化头5内烟液的流量。第一套管22包括主体板222以及相对地形成在主体板222两侧板面上的连接端223与储液端224。主体板222为圆板;连接端223包括两个卡位片225,卡位片225为圆弧片,两个卡位片225分布在同一圆周上并且围绕该圆周的中心对称设置;储液端224呈管筒结构,其管道内用以安装雾化头5开设有第一进液孔51的一端,其周壁上开设有第二进液孔221,用以对准或错开第一进液孔51。储液端224与主体板222连接的一端贯通主体板222连通至两个卡位片225之间的空间,储液端224远离主体板222的一端呈凸形结构,该凸形端的外周面上形成有螺纹,以连接注液件41。
储液管1为两端穿透的中空圆管,用于套设在储液端224,使得储液管1内周面与储液端224外周面之间形成存储烟液的空间。本实施例中,储液管1是一玻璃管,便于用户观测烟液的存储量。
注液件41安装在储液管1上远离第一套管22的一端,通过注液件41可以向存储烟液的空间注入烟液。注液件41包括封抵部411以及一体地连接在封抵部411一端中部的导管412,导管412与储液端224可拆卸地连接,本实施例当中,二者通过螺纹可拆卸地连接,在本实施例当中,注液件41呈漏斗状,封抵部411形成在呈漏斗状的注液件41的锥形部位的一端端部, 而导管412则与锥形部位的另一端连通,具体地,封抵部411上连接导管412一端的端面上开设有锥孔,并在锥孔的尖端进一步开设圆孔与导管412的管道导通,该圆孔的孔壁以及导管412的内壁上形成有螺纹,分别用于螺接上盖42和第一套管22的储液端224。呈漏斗状的注液件41上的封抵部411在开设锥孔后形成的孔壁上沿轴向开设有注液孔413,从而可以向存储烟液的空间注入烟液。封抵部411在连接导管412一端的端面上开设阶梯槽,对应地在封抵部411的外周形成抵持缘414。
上盖42用于盖合注液件41,上盖42包括盖端壁421及环绕在盖端壁421外周的盖周壁422,上盖42内还凸设有凸台423,凸台423包括底座端及一体连接在底座端顶部的凸伸端,底座端呈锥形,对应注液件41的锥孔的尺寸,凸伸端呈圆柱形,其连接在锥形底座端的顶端,凸伸端的外周面设有螺纹,用以与注液件41圆孔孔壁上的螺纹配合。此外,盖端壁421上开设有透烟孔424,透烟孔424沿轴向延伸一体贯通所述凸台423的底座端与凸伸端。
调液组件2还包括调节环21,调节环21卡接在所述雾化头5外周,扭动所述调节环21带动所述雾化头5转动。调节环21呈圆柱结构,包括第一端面以及相对的第二端面,第一端面上开设有圆槽,圆槽的孔径与主体板222的直径对应配合,使得主体板222能够安装在圆槽内;第二端面上开设有圆孔,圆孔连通圆槽,圆孔的孔径对应雾化头5开设有第一进液孔51一端的外径,以供其穿过。第二端面进一步在圆孔的外周开设有卡槽211,卡槽211对应卡盘52的尺寸,用以卡持卡盘52,使得调节环21可带动雾化头5同步转动。相应地,在调节环21的中心孔(即圆槽、圆孔、卡槽211)与调节环21外周面之间形成环形壁。环形壁端面上沿轴向开设有与卡位片225个数相等的止挡通孔212,本实施例中,为两个止挡通孔212,止挡通孔212贯通环形壁,止挡通孔212为圆弧通孔,位于同一圆周上并且相对设置,两个止挡通孔212分别用于穿套二卡位片225,两个卡位片225可穿入止挡通孔212,所述卡位片225用于限定调节环21的转动
底座组件3还包括调气内环32、调气环33、接触电极34以及绝缘环35。调气内环32用以套设在圆环312外周,调气内环32的周壁上开设有第一进气孔321。调气环33用以套设在调气内环32的外周,调气环33的周壁上开 设有第二进气孔331,调气环33在相对调气内环32转动时,第二进气孔331对准或错开第一进气孔321。接触电极34用以穿入在螺接部313内与雾化头5的一端导接,绝缘环35套设在接触电极34外周以将接触电极34与外物绝缘。
请结合参阅图5,安装外侧调进液的雾化器时,雾化头5安装至底座31上,雾化头5用于电性连接的一端配合圆环312的一端并抵贴至螺接部313贯通圆底板311的孔口处,调气内环32套设在圆环312外周,且第一进气孔321超出圆环312的高度,调气环33可转动地套设在调气内环32的外周,第二进气孔331与第一进气孔321对应在同一高度位置;调节环21套设至雾化头5的开设有第一进液孔51的一端,雾化头5开设有第一进液孔51的一端从调节环21穿出,卡盘52卡入至卡槽211内;第一套管22安装至雾化头5上,主体板222套入至调节环21的圆槽内,二卡位片225分别穿入至二止挡通孔212内,雾化头5开设有第一进液孔51的一端伸入至储液端224的管道内,且第一进液孔51与第二进液孔221位于同一高度位置;储液管1套设在储液端224外周,储液管1的底端抵持至主体板222上,储液管1内周面与储液端224外周面之间形成存储烟液的空间;注液件41安装在储液管1靠近上盖42的一端,导管412伸入至储液管1管筒内,与储液端224螺接,抵持缘414抵持储液管1的顶端;注液孔413与存储烟液的空间连通。上盖42盖合注液件41,凸台423的底座端伸入至注液件41的锥孔内,凸台423的凸伸端伸入封抵部411的圆孔内螺接,盖周壁422套设在注液件41以及储液管1顶端的外周,透烟孔424、储液端224的管道以及雾化头5的内腔连通形成烟气通道。
调节雾化器烟液流量时,通过旋转调节环21来带动雾化头5转动,使得第一进液孔51与第二进液孔221连通或交错开,以此来实现对容置在雾化头5与储液管1之间的烟液流入至雾化头5内腔的流量调节。调节环21的转动范围通过二卡位片225阻挡而限定转动行程,当转动到预设角度时,止挡通孔212的一端为卡位片225阻挡,此时第一进液孔51与第二进液孔221完全对准连通,烟液流入流量最大,然后,反向旋转调节环21,使得第一进液孔51与第二进液孔221逐渐交错开至完全错开,则烟液的流入流量逐渐减少至完全隔断不能进液,完全隔断后,止挡通孔212的另一端为卡位片225阻挡,限定进一步的旋转。
通过旋转调气环33,使得第一进气孔321和第二进气孔331连通或交错开,可调节雾化器气流量。
可以理解地,上述螺接均可由其他可拆卸连接方式替代,如,卡接、插接以及磁性连接等。
进一步地,为提高烟液密封紧密性,可在储液端224管内凸形端的底端与雾化头5顶端的连接处设置第一硅胶垫61,在储液管1与第一套管22的连接处以及储液管1与注液件41的连接处分别设置第二硅胶垫62。
进一步地,为了提高雾化头5与第一套管22的绝缘性,在储液端224的底端套设有绝缘圈63。
进一步地,第一进液孔51以及第二进液孔221的形状不限,可以是规则形状,如,方形、圆形、扇形、三角形等中的任意一种,也可以是不规则形状。第二进液孔221的尺寸可以大于、等于或小于第一进液孔51的尺寸。本实施例中,第一进液孔51、第二进液孔221为沿周壁轴线延伸的条状孔,第一进液孔51长度大致与第二进液孔221相当。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,卡位片225个数还可以是一个、三个或三个以上,形成的止挡通孔212的个数与卡位片225的个数相等。
请参阅图6,具有所述外侧调进液的雾化器的电子烟,包括分别安装在雾化器两端的烟嘴101及电池组件102,烟嘴101连接在上盖42的顶端,电池组件102连接在底座31的底端。使用电子烟时,电池组件102对雾化头5供电,烟液流入至雾化头5内加热转化为烟蒸汽,烟蒸汽从烟气通道流至烟嘴101以供用户吸烟。
综上,本发明实施例一所述的外侧调进液的雾化器及其电子烟通过转动调节环21来带动雾化头5转动,使得第一进液孔51与第二进液孔221连通或交错开,从而来调节雾化头5内腔外侧的烟液往雾化头5内腔的流入量,无需将雾化器拆开来调节,操作极为方便。
此外,当储液管1是一玻璃管时,不但便于用户观测烟液的存储量,还有利于用户观测第一进液孔51和第二进液孔221连通或交错开的具体情况。
实施例二:
请参阅图7至图9,本发明实施例二提供一种雾化器,包括储液管1、 调液组件2以及雾化头5,雾化头5安装在调液组件2内,雾化头5具有第一进液孔51,而调液组件2具有第二进液孔221,其中,储液管1和调液组件2构成了所述雾化器的外轮廓,因此,在雾化器的外侧即可旋转所述调液组件2,从而调节第二进液孔221和第一进液孔51的连通面积,进而能够在用户使用雾化器时,改变进入雾化头5内的烟液量,使得烟雾量可控,提高用户使用体验度。
进一步地,根据本实施例的一个优选实施方式,雾化器还包括底座组件3和注液组件4,调液组件2、储液管1、底座组件3依次叠加设置,储液管1用于存储烟液,调液组件2用于调节吸烟时烟液的流量,雾化头5用于将烟液雾化,底座组件3用于调节吸烟时的进气量。
请参阅图8及图9,底座组件3包括底座31,调液组件2包括第二套管23,注液组件4包括注液件41。雾化头5安装在底座31上,第二套管23套设在雾化头5外周,储液管1套设在第二套管23外周,注液件41安装在储液管1远离底座31的一端,第二套管23的底端与底座31可拆卸连接,第二套管23的顶端与注液件41固定连接。本实施例中,储液管1是一玻璃管,设置为玻璃管,有利于用户观察雾化器内的烟液余量,用户可以判断是否应当补充烟液。
底座31包括圆盘314以及在圆盘314内形成的圆台315。圆盘314周壁内侧与圆台315外周面之间形成有环形槽。底座31的底面开设有内腔,内腔的周壁上形成有螺纹。内腔向上延伸至圆台315体内,与圆台315顶面之间形成间隔壁,间隔壁的中部开设穿孔连通所述内腔。
雾化头5为雾化元器件,用于将流入的烟液雾化,从而让人吸的时候达到“吞云吐雾”的效果。本实施例中,雾化头5通过电池供电发热,使流入的烟液受热雾化。雾化头5可从市面购取。雾化头5的一端可穿过圆台315顶面的穿孔进入至底座31的内腔内,雾化头5上开设有第一进液孔51。
第二套管23为两端贯通的管体,其管壁上邻近底端开设有第三进液孔231,第三进液孔231的形状不限,可以是规则形状,如,方形、圆形、扇形、三角形等中的任意一种,也可以是不规则形状。本实施例中,第三进液孔231为沿周壁弧线延伸的条状孔,第二套管23的底端外壁上开设有螺纹。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,由于雾化头5上开设有将烟液导入雾化头5内腔的第一进液孔51,因此,可省略第二套管23。
请参阅图10,注液件41的下端与所述第二套管23的上端紧固连接,所述注液件41的上端与所述的储液管1的上沿密封连接,注液件41包括管体415及连接在管体415一端的止挡连接体416,管体415相对止挡连接体416的一端外周形成有周缘4151,止挡连接体416包括连接管417及一体承载连接管417的连接底板418,连接底板418包括承载板部4181以及从承载板部4181外周相对延伸的二连接臂4182,承载板部4181呈圆板结构,用以连接并承载连接管417,二连接臂4182分别连接至管体415的内周壁上,对应地在管体415内形成相对的注液孔413。可以理解地,在其他实施例中,连接臂4182的个数还可以是一个、三个或三个以上,形成的注液孔413的个数与连接臂4182的个数相等。
储液管1为两端穿透的中空圆管。
请参阅图11,调液组件2还包括调节环21、第一套管22。所述调节环21与所述第一套管22相对固定连接,所述第一套管22设置在所述第二套管23外侧及储液管1的内侧,旋转所述调节环21可带动所述第一套管22转动。第一套管22的内径比第二套管23的外径大,第一套管22的外径比储液管1的内径小。第一套管22的管壁上邻近底端开设有第二进液孔221,用以配合第三进液孔231,两进液孔相对转动使得两进液孔可导通或隔断烟液。第二进液孔221的形状不限,可以是规则形状,如,方形、圆形、扇形、三角形等中的任意一种,也可以是不规则形状,第二进液孔221的尺寸可以大于、等于或小于第三进液孔231的尺寸。本实施例中,第二进液孔221为沿周壁弧线延伸的条状孔,长度大致与第三进液孔231相当。第一套管22的顶端内周形成有螺纹,第一套管22的顶端开设有相对的缺口而形成二卡位片225,卡位片225可穿入注液孔413内并可在注液孔413内转动,可以理解地,注液孔413除用于注液外,在此处,还用作止挡通孔,限制第一套管22的转动行程。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,当注液孔413的个数为一个、三个或三个以上时,卡位片225的个数需调整至与注液孔413的个数相等。
请参阅图9,调节环21与所述第一套管22之间通过螺纹可拆卸的连接, 调节环21包括盖顶壁213及环绕盖顶壁213的盖环壁214,调节环21内还凸设有突出部215,突出部215包括底座端及直径较底座端小的凸伸端,底座端的外周面与盖环壁214之间具有间隙,凸伸端的外周面设有螺纹,盖顶壁213上开设有透烟孔424,透烟孔424沿轴向延伸一体贯通所述突出部215,所述透烟孔424与所述雾化头通过所述第二套管23连通。可以理解地,在本实施例中,调节环21还作为雾化器的上盖。
请参阅图8及图9,底座组件3还包括底座连接件36、调气内环32、调气环33、接触电极34以及绝缘环35。底座连接件36用于连接底座31,调气内环32固定在底座连接件36的底端,调气环33套设在调气内环32上,绝缘环35套设在接触电极34上,绝缘环35和接触电极34嵌设在调气内环32内并靠近调气内环32的底端设置。
底座连接件36包括连接部361,连接部361的顶面开设有通孔沿轴向贯通底座连接件36,围成通孔的内周壁上设有螺纹。连接部361的底端外周形成有外环缘362。
调气内环32包括下盖底壁322及形成在下盖底壁322顶面外周的下盖周壁323,下盖周壁323上开设有第一进气孔321,第一进气孔321的形状不限,可以是规则形状,如,方形、圆形、扇形、三角形等中的任意一种,也可以是不规则形状。本实施例中,第一进气孔321沿周壁的弧线方向延伸预设长度,呈条形孔。调气内环32还包括形成在下盖底壁322底面中部的螺接部313,螺接部313的管道贯通所述下盖底壁322与下盖周壁323环绕的空间连通。
调气环33用以套设在下盖周壁323的外周,调气环33的周壁上开设有第二进气孔331,第二进气孔331的形状不限,可以是规则形状,如,方形、圆形、扇形、三角形等中的任意一种,也可以是不规则形状,第二进气孔331的尺寸可以大于、等于或小于第一进气孔321的尺寸。本实施例中,第二进气孔331沿周壁的弧线方向延伸预设长度,呈条形孔,用以配合第一进气孔321,两进气孔相对转动使得两进气孔可导通或隔断气流。
接触电极34与绝缘环35安装在螺接部313的管道内,接触电极34用于导接至雾化头5,绝缘环35套设在接触电极34外周以将接触电极34与外物绝缘。
安装所述电子烟雾化器时,底座连接件36的连接部361伸入至底座31的内腔中,雾化头5的底端穿过底座31顶面的穿孔进入至底座连接件36的连接部361的通孔内与连接部361螺接,第二套管23套设在雾化头5外周,且第二套管23与底座31螺接,第一套管22贴合地套设在第二套管23的外周,第一套管22的底端抵贴在圆台315顶面,且第一套管22的第二进液孔221与第二套管23的第三进液孔231对应在同一水平面上,然后将储液管1套设在第一套管22的外周,储液管1的底端插入在底座31的环形槽内,储液管1与第一套管22之间具有为环形空间的用以容置烟液的储液腔11,接着安装注液件41,连接管417伸入至第二套管23管腔内的顶端与第二套管23固定连接,管体415伸入至储液管1内,注液件41的周缘4151压抵在储液管1的顶端,同时,第一套管22的顶端的两个卡位片225穿过注液件41的注液孔413进入至管体415的管腔内,接着安装调节环21,调节环21内突出部215的凸伸端伸入至第一套管22的顶端,与第一套管22的顶端螺接,同时,注液件41的具有周缘4151的一端容置在调节环21的突出部215与盖环壁214的间隙内,盖顶壁213的内表面抵贴注液件41的具有周缘4151的一端的端面,储液管1顶端夹持在盖环壁214与注液件41的管体415之间固定;将调气环33套设至调气内环32的外周并且将调气内环32固定至底座连接件36的底端,然后将接触电极34安装在调气内环32的螺接部313的管道内且与雾化头5底端电性连接,并将绝缘环35安装在螺接部313的管道内并且套设在接触电极34上,以固定接触电极34。如此电子烟雾化器安装完成。
电子烟雾化器在调节烟液流量时,通过旋转调节环21来带动第一套管22一起转动,使得第一套管22上的第二进液孔221相对第二套管23上的第三进液孔231连通或交错开,以此来实现对容置在第一套管22与储液管1之间的烟液流入至第二套管23内的流量调节,流入至第二套管23内的烟液可直接流入至雾化头5内。请参阅图12及图13,通过转动调节环21,当顺时针旋转调节环21时,会使内第一套管22上的第二进液孔221处于相对第三进液孔231在逐渐连通的状态,至不能转动时,即卡位片225为注液孔413间的连接臂4182所阻挡,第二进液孔221相对第二套管23上的第三进液孔231完全对齐,如此进液量达最大。请参阅图14、图15,逆时针旋转调节环21时,第二进液孔221处于相对第三进液孔231在逐渐错开状态,进液量 越来越小,至不能转动时,即卡位片225为注液孔413间的连接臂4182所阻挡,第二进液孔221相对第二套管23上的第三进液孔231完全错开,如此完全不能进液。如此通过旋转调节环21来达到调节进液量的目的。进一步参阅图16,进一步逆时针转动调节环21,调节环21会相对第一套管22转动,第二进液孔221相对第二套管23上的第三进液孔231仍完全错开,转动一定的距离后调节环21会相对第一套管22旋出而可取下,会露出所述注液孔413,此时,可直接通过注液孔413将烟液注入至储液管1与第一套管22之间的环形空间内。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,上述螺接均可由其他可拆卸连接方式替代,如,卡接、插接以及磁性连接等。
可以理解地,在其他实施例中,当顺时针旋转调节环21时,第二进液孔221处于相对第三进液孔231在逐渐错开状态,进液量越来越小,当逆时针旋转调节环21时,会使内第一套管22上的第二进液孔221处于相对第三进液孔231在逐渐连通的状态。
进一步地,为提高烟液密封紧密性,可在底座31的环形槽和储液管1之间设置第二硅胶垫62。
进一步地,请参阅图17,为提高烟液密封紧密性,管体415的外周可设置至少一个凹槽4152,所述凹槽4152用于容置密封圈。
请参阅图18,具有该实施例所述的雾化器的电子烟,包括安装在电子烟雾化器两端的烟嘴101及电池组件102,烟嘴101连接在调节环21顶端,电池组件102连接在调气内环32的底端。使用电子烟时,电池安装在电池组件102内以对雾化头5供电,用户通过烟嘴101吸烟。
综上,本发明实施例二所述的带有调液功能的电子烟雾化器及其电子烟通过旋转调节环21带动第一套管21相对第二套管23转动,通过第一套管22上的第二进液孔221与第二套管23上的第三进液孔231对准或交错开,使得第二套管23上的第三进液孔231打开或关闭,可方便地实现烟液流量的调节功能,相较于传统的电子烟雾化器,雾化头5无需直接浸在烟液里,通过第一套管22与第二套管23配合将雾化头5与烟液隔开或导通,使得用户无需将雾化器拆开,即可方便地进行烟液调节。此外,当两个进液孔相互导通时,无法取下调节环21进行注液,只有当两个进液孔完全错开时, 卡位片225为连接臂4182所阻挡,进一步旋转调节环21方可将其取下,这可有效防止注液时出现漏液问题。
实施例三:
如图19至图26所示为本发明的一种雾化器,包括底座组件3、调液组件2、注液组件4、雾化头5及储液管1。所述注液组件4可转动地盖设在储液管1的一端,所述调液组件2的一端与储液管1相对注液组件4的一端连接,另一端与底座组件3连接。
所述底座组件3包括底座31及螺纹环37。所述螺纹环37与底座31的一端螺纹连接,所述雾化头5的一端穿过螺纹环37并安装在底座31的内腔中。
所述调液组件2包括内套管24及第二套管23。所述内套管24套设在雾化头5的外周。所述内套管24呈“凸”形,所述内套管24包括设置在上端的第一套管22以及设置下端的调节环21。所述第一套管22的侧壁上设有第二进液孔221,所述调节环21与第一套管22连接的台阶面上设有止挡通孔212,所述调节环21形成所述雾化器的部分外轮廓。所述第二套管23套设在第一套管22的外周且一端穿过止挡通孔212与螺纹环37过盈配合。所述储液管1套设在第二套管23的外周。所述第二套管23上设有与所述第二进液孔221相对应的且可连通所述储液管1的第三进液孔231及穿设所述止挡通孔212与螺纹环37过盈配合的卡位片225。所述雾化头5上设有与所述第二进液孔221对应的第一进液孔51。当第二进液孔221与第三进液孔231连通时,存储在储液管1中的烟液流出并通过第一进液孔51流入雾化头5内部。
调液时,旋转调节环21带动第二进液孔221转动,调节第二进液孔221与第三进液孔231的相对位置,使得第二进液孔221与第三进液孔231连通或错开,即可调节进液的多少,从而实现下调液操作。
所述注液组件4包括注液件41、上盖42及转轴43。所述注液件41的一端与储液管1连接,另一端端面上设有第一注液孔4191、第一出烟孔4192及第一轴孔4193。所述第一注液孔4191与储液管1连通。所述第一出烟孔4192设在注液件41端面中心通过调液组件2与雾化头5连通。所述第一轴孔4193设在注液件41端面圆周上。所述上盖42包括与所述第一出烟孔4192对应的第二出烟孔425及与所述第一轴孔417对应的第二轴孔426。所述转轴 43的一端设在第一轴孔4193中,另一端设在第二轴孔426中,所述上盖42能够绕转轴43相对注液件41旋转,盖合或打开所述第一注液孔4191。
所述注液组件4还包括设在所述注液件41与所述上盖42之间的密封件44。所述密封件44嵌设在注液件41朝向上盖42的一端,防止烟液从注液件41与上盖42之间的间隙露出。所述密封件44包括与所述第一注液孔415对准的第二注液孔441、与所述第一出烟孔416对准的第三出烟孔442。
所述注液组件4还包括设置在所述注液件41朝向上盖42的一端圆周上的第一卡持件4194及设置在所述上盖42圆周上与所述第一卡持件4194对应的第二卡持件427。当所述上盖42盖合注液件41时,所述第一卡持件4194与第二卡持件427互相卡合,防止上盖42意外打开。
旋转内套管24,使得内套管24上的第二进液孔221与第二套管23上的第三进液孔231完全错开,再旋转打开上盖42,露出相互对准的第一注液孔4191和第二注液孔441,即可实现注液,注完烟液后,旋转关闭上盖42,实现上注液操作。
旋转所述内套管24实现所述雾化器的调液,旋转所述内套管24与所述上盖42实现所述雾化器的注液。
实施例四:
如图27所示,本发明的第四实施例其他结构与第三实施例相同,与第三实施例的区别在于:注液件41与上盖42均为陶瓷件,因此两者之间可实现密封,省去了密封件44。在进行上注液操作时,旋转内套管24,使得内套管24上的第二进液孔221与第二套管23上的第三进液孔231完全错开,再旋转打开上盖42,露出第一注液孔4191即可实现注液,注完烟液后,旋转关闭上盖42。
实施例五:
本发明还提供了一种电子烟,包括第三实施例或第四实施例所述的雾化器。
本发明的雾化器包括内套管24、第二套管23和上盖42,内套管21上包括第二进液孔221,第二套管23上包括第三进液孔231,注液时,旋转内套管24,使第二进液孔221与第三进液孔231完全错开,然后旋转打开上盖42,露出第一注液孔4191,即可注液,操作简单且在注液过程中,无需取下上 盖42。调液时,旋转内套管24的下端,即,调节环21,带动第二进液孔221转动,调节第二进液孔221与第三进液孔231的相对位置,使得第二进液孔221与第三进液孔231连通或错开,即可调节进液的多少,从而实现下调液操作。
只要不违背本发明创造的思想,对本发明的各种不同实施例进行任意组合,均应当视为本发明公开的内容;在本发明的技术构思范围内,对技术方案进行多种简单的变型及不同实施例进行的不违背本发明创造的思想的任意组合,均应在本发明的保护范围之内。

  1. 一种雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器包括储液管、调液组件以及雾化头,所述调液组件包括调节环以及第一套管,所述第一套管套设在所述雾化头外周,所述储液管套设在所述第一套管外周,所述调节环裸露在所述储液管外,所述调节环与所述储液管共同构成了所述雾化器的外轮廓,所述雾化头上开设有第一进液孔,所述第一套管上开设有第二进液孔,所述调节环与所述雾化头相对固定连接,转动所述调节环,使得所述第一进液孔相对所述第二进液孔连通/错开,或者所述调节环与所述第一套管相对固定连接,转动所述调节环,使得所述第二进液孔相对所述第一进液孔连通/错开。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述调节环上开设有至少一个止挡通孔,每一所述止挡通孔对应穿套一卡位片后,所述调节环与所述第一套管或所述雾化头相对固定连接,或者所述第一套管上设置有至少一个卡位片,每一所述卡位片对应穿套一止挡通孔后,所述第一套管与所述调节环相对固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述调液组件还包括第二套管,所述第二套管套设在所述第一套管和所述雾化头之间,或者所述第二套管套设在所述第一套管和所述储液管之间,所述第二套管上开设有第三进液孔,所述调节环与所述第二套管相对固定连接,转动所述调节环,使得所述第二进液孔相对所述第三进液孔连通/错开。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化头的外周侧伸有卡盘,所述调节环上对应开设有卡槽,所述卡盘卡入所述卡槽内,使得所述雾化头与所述调节环相对固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一套管包括主体板以及相对地形成在所述主体板两侧板面上的连接端和储液端,所述储液端套设在所述雾化头的外周,所述第二进液孔设置在所述储液端的周壁上,所述储液管套设在所述储液端外周,所述储液管的内周面与所述储液端的外周面之间形成有存储烟液的空间,所述连接端包括至少一个所述卡位片,所述调节环上对应开设有与所述卡位片个数相等的所述止挡通孔。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括注 液组件,所述注液组件包括注液件以及上盖,所述注液件安装在所述储液管相对所述调节环的一端,且所述注液件与所述储液端远离所述主体板的一端连接,所述注液件上开设有连通所述存储烟液的空间的注液孔,所述上盖盖合所述注液件,所述上盖上开设有透烟孔,所述透烟孔、所述储液端以及所述雾化头的内腔连通形成烟气通道。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括底座组件,所述底座组件包括底座、调气内环、调气环、接触电极以及绝缘环,所述调气内环套设在所述底座的外周,所述调气环套设在所述调气内环的外周,所述接触电极安装在所述底座内,所述绝缘环套设在所述接触电极的外周,所述接触电极与所述雾化头导接,所述调气内环上开设有第一进气孔,所述调气环上开设有第二进气孔,转动所述调气环,使得所述第二进气孔相对所述第一进气孔连通/错开。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括注液组件,所述注液组件包括注液件,所述注液件安装在所述储液管的顶端,所述第一套管的顶端开设有所述至少一个卡位片,所述注液件上对应开设有与所述卡位片个数相等的所述止挡通孔,所述卡位片穿套对应的所述止挡通孔后与所述调节环相对固定连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第二套管套设在所述第一套管和所述雾化头之间,所述第二套管的顶端与所述注液件固定连接,所述储液管与所述第一套管之间的空间为用以容置烟液的储液腔,所述止挡通孔还连通所述储液腔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述注液件包括管体及连接在所述管体一端的止挡连接体,所述管体相对所述止挡连接体的一端外周形成有周缘,所述止挡连接体包括连接管及一体承载所述连接管的连接底板,所述连接底板包括承载板部以及从所述承载板部外周延伸的至少一个连接臂,所述承载板部用以连接并承载所述连接管,所述至少一个连接臂连接至所述管体的内周壁上,对应地在所述管体内形成所述止挡连接孔,所述周缘压抵在所述储液管的顶端。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述调节环上开设有透烟孔,所述透烟孔与所述雾化头通过所述第二套管连通。
  12. 根据权利要求9或10所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括底座组件,所述底座组件包括底座、底座连接件、调气内环、调气环、接触电极以及绝缘环,所述雾化头安装在所述底座上,所述第二套管的底端与所述底座可拆卸地连接,所述底座连接件连接所述底座,所述调气内环固定在所述底座连接件的底端,所述调气环套设在所述调气内环上,所述绝缘环套设在所述接触电极上,所述绝缘环和所述接触电极嵌设在所述调气内环内并靠近所述调气内环的底端设置,所述接触电极导接所述雾化头,所述调气内环上开设有第一进气孔,所述调气环上开设有第二进气孔,转动所述调气环,使得所述第二进气孔相对所述第一进气孔连通/错开。
  13. 根据权利要求3所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述第一套管设置在所述调节环的上端,所述第一套管和所述调节环一体成型形成内套管,所述调节环与所述第一套管连接的台阶面上设有所述至少一个止挡通孔,所述第二套管上对应设置有与所述止挡通孔个数相等的所述卡位片,所述第一套管套设在所述雾化头的外周,所述第二套管套设在所述第一套管的外周,且所述卡位片穿套对应的所述止挡通孔。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括注液组件,所述注液组件包括注液件、上盖以及转轴,所述注液件的一端与所述储液管的顶端连接,所述注液件的另一端的端面上开设有第一注液孔、第一出烟孔以及第一轴孔,所述第一注液孔与所述储液管连通,所述上盖上开设有与所述第一轴孔对应的第二轴孔以及与所述第一出烟孔对应的第二出烟孔,所述转轴的一端设置在所述第一轴孔中,所述转轴的另一端设在所述第二轴孔中,使得所述上盖能够绕所述转轴相对所述注液件旋转,盖合或打开所述第一注液孔。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述注液组件还包括设置在所述注液件与所述上盖之间的密封件,所述密封件嵌设在所述注液件朝向所述上盖的一端内。

  17. 根据权利要求14-16任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述注液件朝向所述上盖的一端上设置有第一卡持件,所述上盖上对应所述第一 卡持件设置有第二卡持件,当所述上盖盖合所述注液件时,所述第一卡持件与所述第二卡持件互相卡合。
  18. 根据权利要求13-16任一项所述的雾化器,其特征在于,所述雾化器还包括底座组件,所述底座组件包括底座以及螺纹环,所述螺纹环与所述底座的一端螺纹连接,所述雾化头的一端穿过所述螺纹环并安装在所述底座的内腔中。
  19. 一种电子烟,其特征在于,所述电子烟包括如权利要求1-18任一项所述的雾化器。
