Description
本发明是有关一种手机防水装置,特别是指一种用以使手机能够进行水中摄影的手机防水装置。
现今智慧型手机可用于无线上网、摄影、录音、卫星定位、即时分享及音乐播放等,因此能够提供使用者生活上无比的便利性,且可以通过智慧型手机对于人物、美景进行拍摄纪录。
加上目前人们越来越注重休闲活动,举凡是登山、骑自行车、泛舟、潜水、浮潜等上山下海的活动都有,为了寻求身心的放松及纾压。其中潜水与浮潜都是许多人喜欢从事的海上休闲活动,去探索海平面下的美丽世界,看着形形色色的珊瑚礁及悠游自在穿梭的鱼儿,因此若能够于潜水与浮潜拍摄下来美丽的景象,将能够带给使用者更高的满足感,但由于专业水中摄影设备大多非常昂贵,因此若智慧型手机直接用以进行水中摄影,将能够更方便的进行水中摄影;
故有业者推出了通用型防水袋产品,将智慧型手机放置于一袋套内,袋口通过夹合方式,经固定让防水袋口无法渗水进入袋中,借以达到防水的功能。
但如此结构有以下缺点:
(1)由于在潜水时,潜的越深水压越强,而这一类的防水袋由于没有缓冲挤压空间,因此水压会使得防水袋紧贴智慧型手机的表面上,而当水压越强的情况下,很可能会挤压到智慧型手机本身,容易造成智慧型手机有故障损坏的问题发生;
(2)防水袋并非为特定手机制作,呈通用型广泛适用,规格上并非吻合手机尺寸,故防水袋必定要大于手机,显得笨拙不合适;
(3)智慧型手机置于袋内由于无法固定,因此使用触控屏幕时无法准确碰触,常发生错按功能;
(4)由于这一类防水袋并无法进行供电,且智慧型手机用于拍摄与录影时往往会非常耗电,因此若没有办法供电,将容易造成潜水未结束、智慧型手机就没电的情况发生。
因此,若能够设计出一用于潜水与浮潜的手机防水装置,除了能够下潜到一定深度也能够使用之外,更能够应用于各种规格的智慧型手机,且内部设置有供电模组,以于水中摄影的同时能够对智慧型手机进行充电,如此应为一最佳解决方案。
本发明目的是提供一种手机防水装置,用以使手机能够进行水中摄影的装置。
可达成上述目的的技术方案包括:一种手机防水装置,包含:一下壳体,该下壳体底面凸出有一握把部,而该下壳体周缘处一侧具有至少一个固定孔,该下壳体内部具有一用以置放一至少具有一镜头及一触控屏幕的智慧型手机装置的容置空间,该下壳体底面更具有一为透明材质所制成的区域,而该智慧型手机装置的摄影镜头对应于该透明材质所制成的区域,且该容置空间内另一侧具有一供电模组,该供电模组用以对该智慧型手机装置进行充电;以及一上壳体,与该下壳体相枢接,而该上壳体对应于该下壳体的固定孔设置有一固定件,该固定件能够插入该下壳体的固定孔内,以使该上壳体能够与该下壳体紧密接合,以使该上壳体能够与该下壳体之间的空间为一气密空间,且该上壳体上穿设有至少一个按压件,该按压件一端位于该上壳体上、另一端则是位于该智慧型手机装置的触控屏幕上方,因此按压位于该按压件一端,则能够使另一端接触到该智慧型手机装置的触控屏幕,以进行拍摄控制。
更具体的说,所述下壳体内部的容置空间插设有至少一个的吸震限位件,能够改变该吸震限位件的位置以使该下壳体内部的容置空间能够容纳不同尺寸的智慧型手机装置。
更具体的说,所述供电模组延伸出有一充电线,而该充电线能够插于该智慧型手机装置上,用以对该智慧型手机装置进行充电。
更具体的说,所述下壳体的容置空间一侧设置一定位口,而该定位口处覆盖有一摄影面板,该摄影面板穿透有一摄影孔,且该智慧型手机装置的镜头能够对应于该摄影孔的位置。
更具体的说,所述摄影面板更穿透有一光纤连接孔,而该摄影面板内侧面具有一与该光纤连接孔相连的光纤容置槽,该光纤容置槽用以置放一光纤线,该光纤线能够穿过该光纤连接孔、并与一外接的闪光装置相连接,并于该光纤线感测到光时,该光纤线能够传送信号至该闪光装置,以驱动该闪光装置进行闪光照明。

请参阅图1~图3,为本发明手机防水装置的分开结构示意图、闭合结构示意图及闭合结构另一表面示意图,由图中可知,该手机防水装置包含一下壳体1及一上壳体2,其中该下壳体1底面凸出有一握把部11,而该下壳体1周缘处一侧具有一固定座12,该固定座12上具有两个固定孔121,而该下壳体1内部具有一用以置放一具有镜头31、触控屏幕32及闪光灯33的智慧型手机装置3的容置空间13,该下壳体1底面更具有一为透明材质所制成的区域19,并于相对于该透明材质所制成的区域19、于该容置空间13一侧设置一定位口131,而该定位口131处覆盖有一摄影面板14,该摄影面板14穿透有一摄影孔141(该智慧型手机装置3的镜头31必须对准该摄影孔141);
另外,该固定座12上更能够设置有一脚架孔122,用以连接脚架或是其他的摄影设备,而该固定座12与该下壳体1周缘处一侧更能够设置有至少一个扣孔部18,该扣孔部18除了能够用以绑上相机手环等等一类的装置之外,更能够用以绑上其他的摄影设备,例如浮球、用以增加该手机防水装置于水中的浮力。
另外,该摄影面板14更设置有一光纤连接孔142,而该摄影面板14更具有一与该光纤连接孔142相连的光纤容置槽143,该光纤容置槽143用以置放一光纤线144,该光纤线能够穿过该光纤连接孔142、并通过该光纤容置槽143,且该摄影面板14底部会与该光纤传输孔10相接,而该光纤传输孔10具有一透明表面,因此当光纤线的讯号能够通过该光纤传输孔10与一外接的闪光装置相连接,并于该光纤线感测到光时,该光纤线能够传送信号至该闪光装置,以驱动该闪光装置进行闪光照明;故当该智慧型手机装置3进行拍摄时、闪光灯会启动发亮,但由于该摄影孔141仅能够让该智慧型手机装置3的镜头31对准,因此当智慧型手机装置3的闪光灯33发亮时,则无法达到照明的效果,因此若是额外装配该闪光装置后,必须先将该光纤线与该闪光装置相连接,之后当闪光灯发亮时,该光纤线则会侦测到闪光,并驱动该闪光装置发亮照明,如此则能够克服没有闪光的状况;
另外,如图8所示,该光纤线144位于该光纤连接孔142具有一45度的折角,用以使光的路径能够通过弯折的光纤线144接收该闪光灯33的光源,并向下由该光纤传输孔10传输出去;因此当该智慧型手机装置3的闪光灯33发亮时,该光纤线144感测到光时,该光纤线144能够向下传送信号至该光纤传输孔10外接的闪光装置,以驱动该闪光装置进行闪光照明,,以提供拍摄所需的亮度。
另外,该容置空间13内另一侧具有一供电模组132,该供电模组132用以对该智慧型手机装置进行充电,而该供电模组132包含有一电路板(图中未示)、一供电来源元件(于本实施例中是使用了一电池盒1321结合电池1322做为供电来源元件)及至少一条充电线1323,而该供电来源元件及充电线1323一端会与该电路板电线连接,而该充电线1323另一端接上该智慧型手机装置3的充电端时,该供电模组132则能够对该智慧型手机装置3进行充电。
而该上壳体2与该下壳体1相枢接,该上壳体2与该下壳体1上具有枢接端(由图中可知,该枢接端没有缝隙与空间,用以避免上壳体2或该下壳体1开合时夹伤使用者的手指),并将两者的枢接端连接,则能够使该上壳体2能够与该下壳体1枢接,且该上壳体2对应于该下壳体1的固定孔121设置有一固定件21,该固定件21具有一固定拨动部211,而该固定拨动部211延伸出一固定抵持部212,该固定抵持部212能够穿过该上壳体2,并于该上壳体2盖于该下壳体1上时,该固定抵持部212能够插入该下壳体1的固定孔121内,再经由拨动该固定拨动部211,则能够使该固定抵持部212卡于该固定孔121内,以使该上壳体2能够与该下壳体1紧密接合;
由图中可知,该固定抵持部212上具有两个凸出件,因此拨动该固定拨动部211时,该固定抵持部212上的凸出件会刚好卡于该固定孔121内,另外由于该下壳体1周缘处表面上设置有一垫圈15,该上壳体2盖于该下壳体1周缘处表面上、并通过该固定件21与该下壳体1紧密接合后,该下壳体1周缘处表面的垫圈15能够使该上壳体2与该下壳体1之间的空间形成为一气密空间;
另外,该上壳体2上穿设有至少一个按压件22,该按压件22的顶部221位于该上壳体2上,底部222则是穿过该上壳体2并位于该智慧型手机装置3的触控屏幕32上方,该按压件22并非固定于该上壳体2上,而是能够于该上壳体2上有一定的上下移动的可能性,且穿过该上壳体2的按压件22的底部222上更具有一挡件,用以避免该按压件22被整个拉出,因此如图5所示。当按压位于该按压件22的顶部221时,则能够使底部222接触到该智慧型手机装置3的触控屏幕32,以进行拍摄控制。
而当要使用手机防水装置时,如图4A及图4B所示,则必须要将该智慧型手机装置3的镜头31对准该摄影孔141,另外由于该摄影面板14能够拆下更换,因为不同智慧型手机装置3的镜头位置不同,因此能够依据使用不同的智慧型手机装置3,来更换不同的摄影面板14(摄影面板14上的摄影孔141、光纤连接孔142及光纤容置槽143的位置依据使用不同的智慧型手机装置3进行量身定制);
而该上壳体2与该下壳体1紧密接合后,该下壳体1周缘处表面的垫圈15能够使该上壳体2与该下壳体1之间的空间形成为一气密空间。
另外,该上壳体2上亦能够额外结合有一操控板(图中未示),该操控板朝向该下壳体1的容置空间能够穿设有至少一个按压件22,该按压件22一端位于该操控板上,另一端则是穿过该操控板22并位于该智慧型手机装置3上方,该按压件22并非固定于该操控板上,而是能够于该操控板上有一定的上下移动的可能性,而该操控板能够以螺丝分别固定于该上壳体2上,因此该操控板能够拆下更换,由于该操控板上的按压件22位置会依据不同智慧型手机装置3的种类不同,因此能够依据使用不同的智慧型手机装置3,来更换不同的操控板;
因此,当该智慧型手机装置3置放于该容置空间13后,该智慧型手机装置3的镜头31则必须能够对准该摄影孔141,又为了能够使容置空间13能够应用于不同种类的智慧型手机装置3,除了上述更换的做法之外,亦能够于该下壳体内部的容置空间13壁面之间的固定柱133插设有多个的吸震限位件1331,因此当放入智慧型手机装置3后,在将该智慧型手机装置3与该容置空间13壁面之间的空间放入该吸震限位件1331,除了固定该智慧型手机装置3之外,假如该智慧型手机装置3与该摄影孔141有些微差异,能够对准该摄影孔141、再放下该智慧型手机装置3于该容置空间13内,之后再放入该吸震限位件1331固定该智慧型手机装置3的位置,如此则能够使该容置空间13应用于各种不同的智慧型手机装置3,由于该吸震限位件1331为一有弹性材质所制成(例如橡胶材质制成的软垫),因此当该吸震限位件1331固定该智慧型手机装置3后,该吸震限位件1331更能够吸收震动、以减少智慧型手机装置3的晃动或移位。
另外,如图6所示,由底部往上看,当水中摄影时,使用者4手握该握把部11,而水流5由右边来、并碰上该握把部11时,水流5将会受到阻挡,而左边来的水流5则会被使用者4的手及握把部11阻挡,如此则能够稳定该手机防水装置于水中的位置,以避免水流5一来,而手机防水装置则随水流5移动而晃动,而于拍摄的过程中,些许晃动都可能会造成拍摄出来的照片或影片模糊。
另外,如图7所示,该下壳体1底面接近该摄影孔141的位置更设置有一镜座连接端16,该镜座连接端16更能够连接有一滤镜件17,该滤镜件17具有一连接端171、至少三个可伸缩支臂171及三个滤镜片173,而该连接端171内具有轴承,以使该可伸缩支臂171能够于该镜座连接端16上转动,并能够调整滤镜片173对准该摄影孔141的位置,若长度不够,则能够伸长或缩短该可伸缩支臂171,以使该滤镜片173位于该摄影孔141前方,而该滤镜片17能够为鱼眼等等一类的滤镜片。
本发明所提供的手机防水装置,与现有技术相互比较时,其优点如下:
1.本发明的手机防水装置能够用以使智慧型手机能够进行水中摄影,因此能够用于潜水与浮潜等一类的水中活动中使用。
2.本发明的手机防水装置于使用者能够下潜到一定深度也能够使用之外,除此之外,更能够应用容置各种规格的智慧型手机,且内部设置有供电模组,以于水中摄影的同时能够对智慧型手机进行充电。
本发明已通过上述的实施例揭露如上,然其并非用以限定本发明,任何熟悉此一技术领域具有通常知识者,在了解本发明前述的技术特征及实施例,并在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,当可作些许的更动与润饰,因此本发明的专利保护范围须视本发明所附的权利要求所界定的为准。
Claims (10)
- 一种手机防水装置,其特征在于,其包含:一下壳体,该下壳体底面凸出有一握把部,而该下壳体周缘处一侧具有至少一个固定孔,该下壳体内部具有一用以置放一至少具有一镜头及一触控屏幕的智慧型手机装置的容置空间,该下壳体底面更具有一为透明材质所制成的区域,而该智慧型手机装置的镜头对应于该透明材质所制成的区域,且该容置空间内另一侧具有一供电模组,该供电模组用以对该智慧型手机装置进行充电;以及一上壳体,与该下壳体相枢接,而该上壳体对应于该下壳体的固定孔设置有一固定件,该固定件能够插入该下壳体的固定孔内,以使该上壳体能够与该下壳体紧密接合,以使该上壳体能够与该下壳体之间的空间为一气密空间,且该上壳体上穿设有至少一个按压件,该按压件一端位于该上壳体上、另一端则是位于该智慧型手机装置的触控屏幕上方,因此按压该按压件一端,则能够使另一端接触到该智慧型手机装置的触控屏幕,以进行拍摄控制。
- 如权利要求1所述的手机防水装置,其特征在于:该下壳体内部的容置空间插设有至少一个的吸震限位件,能够改变该吸震限位件的位置以使该下壳体内部的容置空间能够容纳不同尺寸的智慧型手机装置。
- 如权利要求1所述的手机防水装置,其特征在于:该供电模组延伸出有一充电线,而该充电线能够插于该智慧型手机装置上,用以对该智慧型手机装置进行充电。
- 如权利要求1所述的手机防水装置,其特征在于:该下壳体相对于该透明材质所制成的区域于容置空间一侧设置一定位口,而该定位口处覆盖有一摄影面板,该摄影面板穿透有一摄影孔,且该智慧型手机装置的摄影镜头能够对应于该摄影孔的位置。
- 如权利要求4所述的手机防水装置,其特征在于:该摄影面板内侧面具有一与该光纤连接孔相连的光纤容置槽,该光纤容置槽用以置放一光纤线,该光纤线能够穿过该光纤连接孔、并与一外接的闪光装置相连接,并于该光纤线感测到光时,该光纤线能够传送信号至该闪光装置,以驱动该闪光装置进行闪光照明。
- 如权利要求1所述的手机防水装置,其特征在于:该下壳体周缘处表面上设置有一垫圈,该上壳体盖于该下壳体周缘处表面上、并通过该固定件与该下壳体紧密接合,而该下壳体周缘处表面的垫圈能够使该上壳体能够与该下壳体之间的空间为一气密空间。
- 如权利要求1所述的手机防水装置,其特征在于:该下壳体底面接近该摄影孔的位置更设置有一镜座连接端,该连接端更能够连接有一滤镜件,该滤镜件至少具有一个可伸缩支臂及一个滤镜片,该滤镜片能够移动至该摄影孔前方。
- 如权利要求1所述的手机防水装置,其特征在于:该上壳体的固定件具有一固定拨动部,而该固定拨动部延伸出一固定抵持部,该固定抵持部能够穿过该上壳体,并于该上壳体盖于该下壳体上时,该固定抵持部能够插入该下壳体的固定孔内,再经由拨动该固定拨动部,则能够使该固定抵持部卡于该固定孔内,以使该上壳体能够与该下壳体紧密接合。
- 如权利要求1所述的手机防水装置,其特征在于:该下壳体周缘处一侧还设置有一脚架孔。
- 如权利要求1所述的手机防水装置,其特征在于:该下壳体周缘处一侧还设置有至少一个扣孔部。
