所述发送模块,用于将截屏得到的图片存储于自身的服务器上,并将所述图片在所述服务器中对应的地址信息发送给所述终端;
所述接收模块,用于接收所述地址信息,根据所述地址信息获取所述图片并显示。
优选地,所述终端还包括扫描模块,用于所述终端连接到局域网后,扫描具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器,并将所扫描到的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息添加到所述设备列表中。
优选地,所述数字生活网络联盟控制器还包括广播模块,用于在所述数字生活网络联盟控制器连接到所述局域网后,广播包含描述文件的设备信息。
优选地,所述扫描模块包括:
搜索单元,用于所述终端连接到局域网后,搜索数字生活网络联盟控制器并获取所搜索到的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息;
检查单元,用于检查所述设备信息中的描述文件;
添加单元,用于当所述描述文件包含截图功能信息时,将所述设备信息添加到所述设备列表中。
本发明一种截图的方法及系统,通过在终端上安装定制的截图程序,在启动该截图程序后能够显示支持截图的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息,终端向设备列表中的某一数字生活网络联盟控制器发送截图指令,数字生活网络联盟控制器根据截图指令截取当前的屏幕画面并保存在本地,作为终端的截图指令的回应,数字生活网络联盟控制器向终端返回图片的地址信息,以供终端查看所截取的图片,本发明基于DLNA技术可以实现终端远程对电视进行截图,并可以将截图后的图片与终端进行共享,扩展了DLNA技术中资源共享的方式,提高用户体验。

具体实施方式
应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
本发明提供一种截图的方法,参照图1,在一实施例中,该截图的方法包括:
步骤S101,当终端启动截图程序时,显示设备列表,所述设备列表包括具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息;
本实施例中,终端可以是手机或平板电脑等智能终端,该终端支持DLNA功能。
在终端连接到局域网后,例如连接家庭局域网后,用户打开安装于该终端上定制的截图程序,点击该截图程序中的截图按钮时,终端弹出数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息构成的设备列表,该设备信息对应的数字生活网络联盟控制器均为支持截图的数字生活网络联盟控制器,即 设备列表中仅仅显示支持截图的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息,设备信息由终端在连接局域网后进行扫描获取并将其添加到设备列表中,不支持截图的其他设备不能添加到该设备列表中。其中,设备列表中可以具有一项或多项设备信息,优选地,该数字生活网络联盟控制器为电视机。
步骤S102,当所述终端接收到选取指令时,根据所述选取指令向所选取的数字生活网络联盟控制器发送截图指令;
本实施例中,当设备列表中存在用户所需要的、具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息时,通过用户在终端上进行操作,选取设备列表中的某一数字生活网络联盟控制器,终端接收选取指令并向用户所选取的数字生活网络联盟控制器发送截图指令,以使其根据该截图指令进行截图。
步骤S103,所述数字生活网络联盟控制器根据所接收到的截图指令对当前的屏幕画面进行截屏;
本实施例中,数字生活网络联盟控制器与终端连接于同一局域网中,且数字生活网络联盟控制器的服务描述文件中增加一使其具有截图功能的操作代码。
数字生活网络联盟控制器在接收到截图指令后,根据截图指令及上述的操作代码流程执行截图操作,截取自身当前屏幕上的画面图片。具体地,终端向数字生活网络联盟控制器发送Action“TvCapture”指令包,数字生活网络联盟控制器接收到Action“TvCapture”指令包后,启动截屏程序对当前屏幕上的画面进行截屏。
步骤S104,所述数字生活网络联盟控制器将截屏得到的图片存储于自身的服务器上,并将所述图片在所述服务器中对应的地址信息发送给所述终端。
本实施例中,当数字生活网络联盟控制器截屏后,启动自身的服务器(HTTP server),将截屏所得到的图片保存在该服务器的root目录下,即将图片保存于本地,然后将该图片在该服务器中对应的URL地址信息通过数据包形式返回给终端,即将URL地址信息放置到Action“TvCapture”的回应数据包中并发送给终端。
步骤S105,终端接收所述地址信息,根据所述地址信息获取所述图片并显示。
本实施例中,当终端接收到数字生活网络联盟控制器发送的Action“TvCapture”的回应包后,从该回应包中解析得到图片的URL地址信息,通过该URL地址信息从对应的服务器中获取该图片,并在终端上显示该图片,通过这种方式,本实施例在实现终端远程对电视进行截图后,可以将截图后的图片与终端进行共享,在终端上显示截图所得到的图片。
本实施例通过在终端上安装定制的截图程序,在启动该截图程序后能够显示支持截图的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息,终端向设备列表中的某一数字生活网络联盟控制器发送截图指令,数字生活网络联盟控制器根据截图指令截取当前的屏幕画面并保存在本地,作为终端的截图指令的回应,数字生活网络联盟控制器向终端返回图片的地址信息,以供终端查看所截取的图片,本实施例基于DLNA技术可以实现终端远程对电视进行截图,并可以将截图后的图片与终端进行共享,扩展了DLNA技术中资源共享的方式,提高用户体验。
在一优选的实施例中,如图2所示,在上述图1的实施例的基础上,在上述步骤S101之前包括:
步骤S201,所述终端连接到局域网后,扫描具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器,并将所扫描到的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息添加到所述设备列表中。
本实施例中,终端可以连接到家庭的局域网中,然后扫描具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器,其中,终端可通过DLNA协议自动搜索并发现具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器设备,然后将扫描得到的数字生活网络联盟控制器设备对应的设备信息保存到设备列表中,即该设备列表中仅仅显示支持截图的数字生活网络联盟控制器设备的设备信息。
在一优选的实施例中,如图3所示,在上述图2的实施例的基础上,在上述步骤S201之前包括:
步骤S202,在所述数字生活网络联盟控制器连接到所述局域网后,广播包含描述文件的设备信息。
本实施例中,在数字生活网络联盟控制器连接到局域网后,自动开启DLNA服务,向该局域网中的其他DLNA设备广播设备信息,设备信息中包括设备类型信息及描述文件等信息,其中,描述文件在相应的字段中添加了截图功能代码信息。
在该描述文件中,在相应的字段中添加了“screenCapture”,以通过该字段告知其他设备其支持截图。其他设备在获取到该数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息时,通过设备信息中的描述文件可以获知该数字生活网络联盟控制器为支持截图的设备。
在一优选的实施例中,如图4所示,在上述图3的实施例的基础上,上述步骤S201终端连接到局域网后,扫描具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器,并将所扫描到的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息添加到所述设备列表中的步骤包括:
步骤S2011,所述终端连接到局域网后,搜索数字生活网络联盟控制器并获取所搜索到的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息;
步骤S2012,检查所述设备信息中的描述文件;
步骤S2013,当所述描述文件包含截图功能信息时,将所述设备信息添加到所述设备列表中。
本实施例中,在终端连接到局域网后,自动搜索并发现数字生活网络联盟控制器设备,获取所发现的数字生活网络联盟控制器设备的设备信息,获取该设备信息中的描述文件,然后对描述文件进行检查,如果检查到描述文件中包含截图功能信息,例如包含“screenCapture”信息时,则认为该数字生活网络联盟控制器设备具备截图功能,将该设备信息添加到设备列表中;如果检查到描述文件中不包含截图功能信息,则认为该数字生活网络联盟控制器设备不具备截图功能,将其忽略。
本发明还提供一种截图的系统,如图5所示,在一实施例中,该截图的系统包括终端及数字生活网络联盟控制器,其中,终端包括显示模块101、选取模块102及接收模块105,数字生活网络联盟控制器包括截图模块103及发送模块104,其中:
显示模块101,用于当终端启动截图程序时,显示设备列表,所述设备列表包括具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息;
本实施例中,终端可以是手机或平板电脑等智能终端,该终端支持DLNA功能。
在终端连接到局域网后,例如连接家庭局域网后,用户打开安装于该终端上定制的截图程序,点击该截图程序中的截图按钮时,终端弹出数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息构成的设备列表,该设备信息对应的数字生活网络联盟控制器均为支持截图的数字生活网络联盟控制器,即 设备列表中仅仅显示支持截图的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息,设备信息由终端在连接局域网后进行扫描获取并将其添加到设备列表中,不支持截图的其他设备不能添加到该设备列表中。其中,设备列表中可以具有一项或多项设备信息,优选地,该数字生活网络联盟控制器为电视机。
选取模块102,用于当所述终端接收到选取指令时,根据所述选取指令向所选取的数字生活网络联盟控制器发送截图指令;
本实施例中,当设备列表中存在用户所需要的、具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息时,通过用户在终端上进行操作,选取设备列表中的某一数字生活网络联盟控制器,终端接收选取指令并向用户所选取的数字生活网络联盟控制器发送截图指令,以使其根据该截图指令进行截图。
截图模块103,用于根据所接收到的截图指令对当前的屏幕画面进行截屏;
本实施例中,数字生活网络联盟控制器与终端连接于同一局域网中,且数字生活网络联盟控制器的服务描述文件中增加一使其具有截图功能的操作代码。
数字生活网络联盟控制器在接收到截图指令后,根据截图指令及上述的操作代码流程执行截图操作,截取自身当前屏幕上的画面图片。具体地,终端向数字生活网络联盟控制器发送Action“TvCapture”指令包,数字生活网络联盟控制器接收到Action“TvCapture”指令包后,启动截屏程序对当前屏幕上的画面进行截屏。
发送模块104,用于将截屏得到的图片存储于自身的服务器上,并将所述图片在所述服务器中对应的地址信息发送给所述终端。
本实施例中,当数字生活网络联盟控制器截屏后,启动自身的服务器(HTTP server),将截屏所得到的图片保存在该服务器的root目录下,即将图片保存于本地,然后将该图片在该服务器中对应的URL地址信息通过数据包形式返回给终端,即将URL地址信息放置到Action“TvCapture”的回应数据包中并发送给终端。
接收模块105,用于接收所述地址信息,根据所述地址信息获取所述图片并显示。
本实施例中,当终端接收到数字生活网络联盟控制器发送的Action“TvCapture”的回应包后,从该回应包中解析得到图片的URL地址信息,通过该URL地址信息从对应的服务器中获取该图片,并在终端上显示该图片,通过这种方式,本实施例在实现终端远程对电视进行截图后,可以将截图后的图片与终端进行共享,在终端上显示截图所得到的图片。
本实施例通过在终端上安装定制的截图程序,在启动该截图程序后能够显示支持截图的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息,终端向设备列表中的某一数字生活网络联盟控制器发送截图指令,数字生活网络联盟控制器根据截图指令截取当前的屏幕画面并保存在本地,作为终端的截图指令的回应,数字生活网络联盟控制器向终端返回图片的地址信息,以供终端查看所截取的图片,本实施例基于DLNA技术可以实现终端远程对电视进行截图,并可以将截图后的图片与终端进行共享,扩展了DLNA技术中资源共享的方式,提高用户体验。
在一优选的实施例中,如图6所示,在上述图5的实施例的基础上,所述终端还包括扫描模块201,用于所述终端连接到局域网后,扫描具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器,并将所扫描到的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息添加到所述设备列表中。
本实施例中,终端可以连接到家庭的局域网中,然后扫描具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器,其中,终端可通过DLNA协议自动搜索并发现具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器设备,然后将扫描得到的数字生活网络联盟控制器设备对应的设备信息保存到设备列表中,即该设备列表中仅仅显示支持截图的数字生活网络联盟控制器设备的设备信息。
在一优选的实施例中,在上述图6的实施例的基础上,所述数字生活网络联盟控制器还包括广播模块202,用于在所述数字生活网络联盟控制器连接到所述局域网后,广播包含描述文件的设备信息。
本实施例中,在数字生活网络联盟控制器连接到局域网后,自动开启DLNA服务,向该局域网中的其他DLNA设备广播设备信息,设备信息中包括设备类型信息及描述文件等信息,其中,描述文件在相应的字段中添加了截图功能信息。
在该描述文件中,在相应的字段中添加了“screenCapture”,以通过该字段告知其他设备其支持截图。其他设备在获取到该数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息时,通过设备信息中的描述文件可以获知该数字生活网络联盟控制器为支持截图的设备。
在一优选的实施例中,如图7所示,在上述的实施例的基础上,所述扫描模块201包括:
搜索单元2011,用于所述终端连接到局域网后,搜索数字生活网络联盟控制器并获取所搜索到的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息;
检查单元2012,用于检查所述设备信息中的描述文件;
添加单元2013,用于当所述描述文件包含截图功能信息时,将所述设备信息添加到所述设备列表中。
本实施例中,在终端连接到局域网后,自动搜索并发现数字生活网络联盟控制器设备,获取所发现的数字生活网络联盟控制器设备的设备信息,获取该设备信息中的描述文件,然后对描述文件进行检查,如果检查到描述文件中包含截图功能信息,例如包含“screenCapture”信息时,则认为该数字生活网络联盟控制器设备具备截图功能,将该设备信息添加到设备列表中;如果检查到描述文件中不包含截图功能信息,则认为该数字生活网络联盟控制器设备不具备截图功能,将其忽略。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种截图的方法,其特征在于,所述截图的方法包括以下步骤:
    当终端启动截图程序时,显示设备列表,所述设备列表包括具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息;
    当所述终端接收到选取指令时,根据所述选取指令向所选取的数字生活网络联盟控制器发送截图指令;
    所述数字生活网络联盟控制器根据所接收到的截图指令对当前的屏幕画面进行截屏;
    所述数字生活网络联盟控制器将截屏得到的图片存储于自身的服务器上,并将所述图片在所述服务器中对应的地址信息发送给所述终端;
    所述终端接收所述地址信息,根据所述地址信息获取所述图片并显示。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的截图的方法,其特征在于,所述当终端启动截图程序时,显示设备列表的步骤之前包括:
    所述终端连接到局域网后,扫描具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器,并将所扫描到的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息添加到所述设备列表中。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的截图的方法,其特征在于,所述终端连接到局域网后,扫描具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器,并将所扫描到的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息添加到所述设备列表中的步骤之前包括:
    在所述数字生活网络联盟控制器连接到所述局域网后,广播包含描述文件的设备信息。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的截图的方法,其特征在于,所述终端连接到局域网后,扫描具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器,并将所扫描到的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息添加到所述设备列表中的步骤包括:
    所述终端连接到局域网后,搜索数字生活网络联盟控制器并获取所搜索到的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息;
    检查所述设备信息中的描述文件;
    当所述描述文件包含截图功能信息时,将所述设备信息添加到所述设备列表中;
    当所述描述文件不包含截图功能信息时,将其忽略。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的截图的方法,其特征在于,所述数字生活网络联盟控制器根据所接收到的Action“TvCapture”指令包对当前的屏幕画面进行截屏。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的截图的方法,其特征在于,所述数字生活网络联盟控制器将所述图片在所述服务器中对应的地址信息通过数据包形式发送给所述终端。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的截图的方法,其特征在于,所述数字生活网络联盟控制器将所述图片在所述服务器中对应的地址信息放置到Action“TvCapture”的回应数据包中发送给所述终端。
  8. 一种截图的系统,其特征在于,所述截图的系统包括终端及数字生活网络联盟控制器,其中,所述终端包括显示模块、选取模块及接收模块,所述数字生活网络联盟控制器包括截图模块及发送模块,其中:
    所述显示模块,用于当终端启动截图程序时,显示设备列表,所述设备列表包括具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息;
    所述选取模块,用于当所述终端接收到选取指令时,根据所述选取指令向所选取的数字生活网络联盟控制器发送截图指令;
    所述截图模块,用于根据所接收到的截图指令对当前的屏幕画面进行截屏;
    所述发送模块,用于将截屏得到的图片存储于自身的服务器上,并将所述图片在所述服务器中对应的地址信息发送给所述终端;
    所述接收模块,用于接收所述地址信息,根据所述地址信息获取所述图片并显示。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的截图的系统,其特征在于,所述终端还包括扫描模块,用于所述终端连接到局域网后,扫描具有截图功能的数字生活网络联盟控制器,并将所扫描到的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息添加到所述设备列表中。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的截图的系统,其特征在于,所述数字生活网络联盟控制器还包括广播模块,用于在所述数字生活网络联盟控制器连接到所述局域网后,广播包含描述文件的设备信息。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的截图的系统,其特征在于,所述扫描模块包括:
    搜索单元,用于所述终端连接到局域网后,搜索数字生活网络联盟控制器并获取所搜索到的数字生活网络联盟控制器的设备信息;
    检查单元,用于检查所述设备信息中的描述文件;
    添加单元,用于当所述描述文件包含截图功能信息时,将所述设备信息添加到所述设备列表中;还用于当所述描述文件不包含截图功能信息时,将其忽略。
  12. 如权利要求8所述的截图的系统,其特征在于,所述数字生活网络联盟控制器根据所接收到的Action“TvCapture”指令包对当前的屏幕画面进行截屏。
  13. 如权利要求8所述的截图的系统,其特征在于,所述数字生活网络联盟控制器将所述图片在所述服务器中对应的地址信息通过数据包形式发送给所述终端。
  14. 如权利要求13所述的截图的系统,其特征在于,所述数字生活网络联盟控制器将所述图片在所述服务器中对应的地址信息放置到Action“TvCapture”的回应数据包中发送给所述终端。
