下面参考图1-图7描述根据本发明第一方面实施例的用于洗衣机1000的洗涤剂盒组件200。其中,洗衣机1000可以为滚筒洗衣机。在本申请下面的描述中,以洗衣机1000为滚筒洗衣机为例进行说明。当然,本领域内的技术人员可以理解,洗衣机1000还可以为其它类型的洗衣机,例如波轮洗衣机等。
如图1和图2所示,洗衣机1000可以包括机体100和洗涤剂盒组件200,洗涤剂盒组件200包括洗涤剂盒1、分配器盒2、驱动组件、电机4以及触摸显示屏3,其中洗涤剂盒组件200整体可以设在机体100的上部。其中,驱动组件包括齿轮件和与齿轮件相互啮合的齿条件。
具体地,分配器盒2可前后移动地设在洗涤剂盒1内,如图1所示,分配器盒2在打开位置和关闭位置之间可移动。具体而言,分配器盒2具有打开状态和关闭状态,当分配器盒2位于打开位置时处于打开状态,此时分配器盒2的至少部分伸出机体100的前表面(如图1所示),这时可以向分配器盒2内放入洗涤剂例如洗衣粉、洗衣液或柔顺剂等;当分配器盒2位于关闭位置时处于关闭状态(如图4所示),此时分配器盒2的前表面优选与机体100的前表面大致平齐,以保证洗衣例如滚筒洗衣机1000的外观美观。
参照图5,分配器盒2内可以包括多个分隔设置的盛放槽以用于分别放置不同的洗涤剂。可以理解的是,盛放槽的个数以及具体布置方式等可以根据实际要求而适应性改变,本发明对此不作具体限定。
如图2和图4所示,齿轮件5设在洗涤剂盒1和分配器盒2中的其中一个上,齿条件6设在洗涤剂盒1和分配器盒2中的另一个上,齿轮件5与电机4相连,电机4可以为步进电机4。这里包括以下两种情况:第一、齿轮件5设在洗涤剂盒1上,齿条件6在分配器盒2上;第二、齿轮件5设在分配器盒2上,齿条件6设在洗涤剂盒1上。无论齿轮件5和齿条件6是设在洗涤剂盒1上,还是设在分配器盒2上,当电机4启动后,电机4可以驱动齿轮件5旋转,齿轮件5通过其与齿条件6的啮合驱动分配器盒2在打开位置和关闭位置之间运动。
进一步地,触摸显示屏3上设有触摸按键,触摸按键与电机4电连接,触摸触摸按键、电机4驱动齿轮件5和齿条件6相对运动以使分配器盒2相对于洗涤剂盒1前后移动。例如在图1的示例中,触摸显示屏3可以设在机体100的前表面上,触摸按键设在触摸显示屏3上,例如触摸按键可以与智能手机上的按键相似,在触摸触摸按键后,分配器盒2可以由电机4驱动从关闭位置向前移动至打开位置,从而用户可以向分配器盒2内放入洗涤剂例如洗衣粉、洗衣液或柔顺剂等,在再次触摸触摸按键后,分配器盒2可以由电机
4驱动从打开位置向后移动至关闭位置,以待向洗衣机1000的洗衣桶内投放洗涤剂。
这里,需要说明的是,触摸显示屏3和电机4可以通过洗衣机1000内的电路板电连接,从而触摸显示屏3可以将接收到的信号传递给电路板,再由电路板向电机4发送指令,控制分配器盒2的运动和停止,其中,电控板、触摸显示屏3、触摸按键以及电机4的连接方式和电控方法为本领域技术人员所熟知,这里不再详述。
进一步优选地,触摸显示屏3上还可以具有两个触摸按键,分别为打开按键3a(例如图1中所述的OPEN按键)和关闭按键3b(例如图1中所示的CLOSE按键),当用户触摸打开按键3a后,分配器盒2可以由电机4驱动从关闭位置向前移动至打开位置,当用户触摸关闭按键3b后,分配器盒2可以由电机4驱动从打开位置向后移动至关闭位置。
根据本发明实施例的用于洗衣机1000的洗涤剂盒组件200,通过设置触摸显示屏3和电机4,从而无需用手抽拉、推进分配器盒2,当触摸触摸按键后,分配器盒2就可以自动在关闭位置和打开位置之间移动,从而便于用户使用洗衣机1000,提高了洗衣机1000的使用舒适性。而且洗涤剂盒组件200的结构简单,不但便于加工和实现,而且故障率低,可靠性高。另外,由于触摸按键设在触摸显示屏3上,从而提高了洗衣机1000的档次,没有外漏的可见零部件,使得洗衣机1000的外形更加简洁、美观、平整,与相关技术中在机体100上设计控制按钮的技术方案相比,由于触摸显示屏3平整,没有外漏的可见零部件,从而不存在堆积灰尘,没有积灰死角,从而提高了洗衣机1000的清洁度。
在本发明的一个实施例中,参照图1和图2,洗涤剂盒1相对于洗衣机1000的机体100为静止件,具体地,洗涤剂盒1可以固接在洗衣机1000的机体100上,例如机体100上部可以形成有安装腔,洗涤剂盒1可以固定在安装腔内,洗涤剂盒1可以包括:洗涤剂盒上盖11、洗涤剂盒下盖12以及洗涤剂盒底座13,洗涤剂盒上盖11可以焊接在洗涤剂盒下盖12的顶部,洗涤剂盒下盖12可以通过卡扣结构卡扣连接在洗涤剂盒底座13的顶部。当然,本发明不限于此,洗涤剂盒1的构造不限于此,且洗涤剂盒上盖11、洗涤剂盒下盖12以及洗涤剂盒底座13的连接关系不限于此。
在本发明的一个实施例中,参照图1和图2,分配器盒2相对于机体100或洗涤剂盒1为活动件,具体地,分配器盒2可以设在洗涤剂盒1内且在洗涤剂盒1内可以实现前后移动,分配器盒2可以包括:分配器盒盖21、分配器盒座22和分配器盒面板23,其中分配器盒盖21可以通过卡扣结构卡扣连接在分配器盒座22上,配器盒面板23可以固定在装配在一起的分配器盒座22和分配器盒盖21的前表面上。
当分配器盒2完全配合在洗涤剂盒1内时,分配器盒盖21和分配器盒座22位于洗涤剂盒下盖12与洗涤剂盒底座13之间,分配器盒面板23可以与机体100的前表面平齐且将安装腔的前表面密封严密,从而使得洗衣机1000的外观整洁、美观。当然,本发明不限于此,分配器盒2的构造不限于此,且分配器盒盖21、分配器盒座22和分配器盒面板23的连接关系不限于此。
在本发明的一个实施例中,齿条件6安装在分配器盒2上,齿条件6沿前后方向延伸,齿轮件5固接在洗涤剂盒1上,即齿条件6为一独立构件,安装在分配盒2上。由此,方
便加工,且便于实现。
例如在图4和图6的示例中,齿条件6可以安装在分配器盒盖21的顶部。在本发明的其他一些具体实施例中,齿条件6还可以与分配器盒盖21一体成型,如齿条件6开设在分配器盒2的盒盖的上表面上,这样结构更精简,可以节省占用分配器盒内有效放置洗涤剂量的空间。
齿轮件5可以固定在洗涤剂盒下盖12的底部,从而使得齿轮件5可以与齿条件6啮合传动。进一步地,齿轮件5可以与电机4的输出轴固定在一起,从而可以将电机4固定在洗涤剂盒1上,以使齿轮件5可以通过电机4间接固定在洗涤剂盒1上。由此,当电机4驱动齿轮件5转动时,齿轮件5可以驱动齿条件6前后移动,以使得分配器盒2可以在洗涤剂盒1内前后移动。
在本发明的一个具体示例中,如图6和图7所示,齿条件6包括本体61和多个轮齿62,本体61形成为U形形状且沿前后方向延伸,多个轮齿62在前后方向上设置且均位于本体61的两个侧壁中的任意一个上。由此,齿条件6的结构强度更佳,且可以有效地降低齿条件6的成本。
例如在图7的示例中,本体61包括第一侧壁611、第二侧壁612和底壁613,底壁613沿前后方向延伸,第一侧壁611和第二侧壁612分别由底壁613左侧边缘和右侧边缘向上延伸,多个轮齿62可以设在第一侧壁611的远离第二侧壁612的一侧壁面上,多个轮齿62还可以设在第二侧壁612的远离第一侧壁611的一侧壁面上,此时,齿轮件5可以水平布置,也就是说,电机4的输出轴沿上下方向延伸,齿轮件5在水平面内转动,以与轮齿62啮合传动。当然,本发明不限于此,多个轮齿62还可以设在第一侧壁611和第二侧壁612中的一个上的顶部,此时,齿轮件5可以竖直设置,也就是说,电机4的输出轴沿水平方向延伸,齿轮件5在竖直面内转动,以与轮齿62啮合传动。
具体地,齿条件6和分配器盒2中的其中一个上设有安装件63,齿条件6和分配器盒2中的另一个上形成有安装槽211,也就是说,当安装件63设在齿条件6上时,安装槽211形成在分配器盒2上,当安装件63设在分配器盒2上时,安装槽211形成在齿条件6上,其中,安装件63与安装槽211配合以将齿条件6安装在分配器盒2上。由此,齿条件6可以牢靠地固定在分配器盒2上,且提高了齿条件6和分配器盒2的装配效率,降低了齿条件6和分配器盒2的装配难度。
例如在图2和图7的示例中,安装件63可以设在齿条件6的后端,且可以由齿条件6后端的底部向下延伸,安装槽211可以由分配器盒盖21的上端面向下凹入而成,且与安装件63上下正对,安装齿条件6时,将安装件63配合在安装槽211内,从而齿条件6可以牢靠地限定在分配器盒盖21上。
在本发明的一个实施例中,洗涤剂盒1上设有限位件以限定分配器盒2在前后方向上的运动行程。也就是说,通过设置限位件,分配器盒2可以在预设的范围内前后运动,而不至于向前无限运动以从洗涤剂盒1内脱出,也不至于向后无限运动以向后冲撞洗涤剂盒1或冲入机体100内部等,从而提高了洗涤剂盒组件200的工作可靠性,确保分配器盒2可
以顺利、有效地运动。
当然,本发明不限于此,当洗涤剂盒1上不设有限位件时,也可以通过程序电控等方式控制电机4的工作时长,以确保分配器盒2的运动行程满足要求。
在本发明的一个可选实施例中,参照图4和图6,限位件为微动开关7,微动开关7包括弹片71,分配器盒2上设有前后间隔开设置的两个触动结构,当弹片71触动两个触动结构中的任意一个时电机4停止工作,由此,通过设置微动开关7和触动结构,可以便于限位件作用的实现,且开发成本低,适用性强。可以理解的是,微动开关7和电机4也可以通过洗衣机1000内的电路板电连接,从而微动开关7可以将接收到的信号传递给电路板,再由电路板向电机4发送指令,控制分配器盒2的运动和停止。
如图4和图6所示,触动结构为两个,且两个触动结构前后间隔开地设在分配器盒盖21上,两个触动结构的连线可以平行于齿条件6的延伸方向,微动开关7可以固定在洗涤剂盒下盖12上,且与两个触动结构的连线上下正对,弹片71从洗涤剂盒下盖12向下延伸,当分配器盒2位于关闭位置时,微动开关7的弹片71与前侧的触动结构配合,当分配器盒2位于打开位置时,微动开关7的弹片71与后侧的触动结构配合。
由此,当分配器盒2自关闭位置向打开位置运动时,弹片71可以首先与前侧的触动结构分离,然后相对于分配器盒盖21向后运动,直至弹片71与后侧的触动结构配合时,触动开关可以向电机4传递指令,以使电机4停止工作,确保分配器盒2停留在打开位置不动,当分配器盒2自打开位置向关闭位置运动时,弹片71可以首先与后侧的触动结构分离,然后相对于分配器盒盖21向前运动,直至弹片71与前侧的触动结构配合时,触动开关可以向电机4传递指令,以使电机4停止工作,确保分配器盒2停留在关闭位置不动。
可选地,如图4和图6所示,触动结构可以为形成在分配器盒2上的凹槽212,例如,凹槽212可以由分配器盒盖21的顶壁向下凹入而成,当分配器盒2在关闭位置和打开位置之间运动时,弹片71的下端可以止抵在分配器盒2的上端面上移动,当分配器盒2位于关闭位置或打开位置时,微动开关7的弹片71可以向下伸入凹槽212内,以发生形变、传递信号。由此,凹槽212方便加工,且方便触动微动开关7。
当然,本发明不限于此,触动结构还可以为设在分配器盒2上的凸起(图未示出),例如,凹槽212可以由分配器盒盖21的顶壁向上凸出而成,当分配器盒2在关闭位置和打开位置之间运动时,弹片71的下端可以止抵在分配器盒2的上端面上移动,当分配器盒2位于关闭位置或打开位置时,微动开关7的弹片71可以向前或向后抵触凸起,以发生形变、传递信号。由此,凸起同样方便加工,且方便触动微动开关7。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的洗衣机1000,包括根据本发明上述第一方面实施例的用于洗衣机1000的洗涤剂盒组件200。根据本发明实施例的洗衣机1000的其他构成例如洗衣桶等以及操作对于本领域普通技术人员而言都是已知的,这里不再详细描述。
根据本发明实施例的洗衣机1000,通过设置上述第一方面实施例的用于洗衣机1000的洗涤剂盒组件200,从而提高了洗衣机1000的整体性能。
下面,参照图1-图7简要描述根据本发明一个实施例的洗衣机1000和洗涤剂盒组件200
的工作过程。
当需要向分配器盒2内加入洗涤剂时,可以触摸触摸显示屏3上的打开按键3a,以通过电信号的方式向电控板传递信息,电控板可以命令电机4开始正转,以将电机4转动的周向力通过齿轮件5齿条件6转化为分配器盒2前后运动的直线力,使分配器盒2沿直线向前运动,当分配器盒2运动至打开位置时,微动开关7的弹片71会落在后侧的凹槽212中,微动开关7向电路板发送信号,电路板向电机4发送指令,控制电机4停止转动,此时分配器盒2停留在打开位置,当前用户可以向分配器盒2注入洗涤剂等。
当向分配器盒2内注入完洗涤剂后,用户可以触摸触摸显示屏3上的关闭按键3b,以通过电信号的方式向电控板传递信息,电控板可以命令电机4开始反转,以将电机4转动的周向力通过齿轮件5、齿条件6的配合转化为分配器盒2前后运动的直线力,使分配器盒2沿直线向后运动,此时弹片71从后侧的凹槽212中脱出并相对于分配器盒2向前运动,当分配器盒2运动至关闭位置时,微动开关7的弹片71会落在前侧的凹槽212中,微动开关7向电路板发送信号,电路板向电机4发送指令,控制电机4停止转动,此时分配器盒2停留在关闭位置,以使洗衣机1000的前表面平整、没有外漏的可见零部件。
另外,需要说明的是,当分配器盒2处于打开位置时,如果向分配器盒2施加向后的推力,例如稍微向后推一下分配器盒2,电机4可以反转,以将分配器盒2收回。
在本发明的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本发明和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本发明的限制。
此外,术语“第一”、“第二”仅用于描述目的,而不能理解为指示或暗示相对重要性或者隐含指明所指示的技术特征的数量。由此,限定有“第一”、“第二”的特征可以明示或者隐含地包括一个或者更多个该特征。在本发明的描述中,“多个”的含义是两个或两个以上,除非另有明确具体的限定。

Claims (10)
- 一种用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,包括:洗涤剂盒;分配器盒,所述分配器盒可前后移动地设在所述洗涤剂盒内;驱动组件,所述驱动组件包括:齿轮件和与所述齿轮件相互啮合的齿条件,所述齿轮件设在所述洗涤剂盒和所述分配器盒中的其中一个上,所述齿条件设在所述洗涤剂盒和所述分配器盒中的另一个上;电机,所述电机与所述齿轮件相连;以及触摸显示屏,所述触摸显示屏上设有触摸按键,所述触摸按键与所述电机电连接,当触摸所述触摸按键、所述电机驱动所述齿轮件和所述齿条件相对运动以使所述分配器盒相对于所述洗涤剂盒前后移动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述齿条件安装在所述分配器盒上,所述齿条件沿前后方向延伸,所述齿轮件固接在所述洗涤剂盒上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述齿条件包括本体和多个轮齿,所述本体形成为U形形状且沿前后方向延伸,所述多个轮齿在前后方向上设置且均位于所述本体的两个侧壁中的任意一个上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述齿条件和所述分配器盒中的其中一个上设有安装件,所述齿条件和所述分配器盒中的另一个上形成有安装槽,所述安装件与所述安装槽配合以将所述齿条件安装在所述分配器盒上。
- 根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述齿轮件水平布置。
- 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述洗涤剂盒上设有限位件以限定所述分配器盒在前后方向上的运动行程。
- 根据权利要求6所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述限位件为微动开关,所述微动开关包括弹片,所述分配器盒上设有前后间隔开设置的两个触动结构,当所述弹片触动所述两个触动结构中的任意一个时所述电机停止工作。
- 根据权利要求7所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,每个所述触动结构为形成在所述分配器盒上的凹槽或设在所述分配器盒上的凸起。
- 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件,其特征在于,所述电机为步进电机。
- 一种洗衣机,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-9中任一项所述的用于洗衣机的洗涤剂盒组件。
