The present invention relates to a table-top-and-bottom desk that can change the height of the table up and down according to the demands of the office worker in office spaces such as offices and public facilities.
This application claims priority based on Japanese Patent Application No. 2015-014845 filed in Japan on January 28, 2015, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference.
In office spaces such as offices and public facilities, desks are generally arranged to provide a work area for the office workers. In such a desk, the height of the top plate that is easy to work with varies greatly depending on the individual, such as the physique, sex, and preferences of the worker. However, since a general desk with a constant top plate height cannot cope with the above-mentioned actual situation, there has conventionally been provided a top plate lifting type desk in which the top plate height can be changed up and down (for example, patents) Reference 1 to Patent Document 5).
By using such a top / bottom desk, it is possible to provide a work area with the height of the top according to the demands of the worker, improving work efficiency and reducing the burden on the worker's body. can do.

By the way, if the wiring of an electronic device installed on the top plate of the top / bottom desk is connected to a power outlet installed on the floor or wall of the office space and exposed to the space below the top plate, As the top plate is moved up and down, the wiring of the electronic equipment below the top plate is deformed or moved as the top plate is moved up and down.
For this reason, when wiring electronic devices, it is necessary to make sure that wiring that deforms or moves as the top plate moves up and down does not get caught in articles such as wagons installed below the top plate. is there. In particular, when a large number of electronic devices are installed on the top board, there is a problem that these wirings are troublesome.
On the other hand, a power strip (OA tap) outlet part is attached to the back side of the top board, and the wiring of the electronic device installed on the top board of the top / bottom desk is connected to the outlet part of this power tap. In this case, since the wiring of the electronic device is hardly exposed in the space below the top plate, particularly on the floor surface, the wiring of the electronic device is not deformed or moved as the top plate is raised or lowered. However, if the outlet part of the power strip protrudes downward from the back surface of the top plate and the top plate and an article such as a wagon installed under the top plate come close to or come into contact with the top plate, There is a possibility that the outlet part of the tap is sandwiched between the top plate and the article, and the power tap or the article may be damaged. Further, if the outlet portion of the power strip protrudes downward from the back side of the top plate, the user may come into contact with the outlet portion of the power tap.
Therefore, the present invention has an object to provide a top-plate elevating desk that can prevent a power strip installed below the top plate from coming into contact with an article such as a wagon installed under the top plate or a user. And
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a top-plate elevating desk according to the first aspect of the present invention elevates the top plate, legs that are arranged on the floor and support the top plate so that it can be raised and lowered, and In a top-plate elevating desk having an elevating mechanism, the top plate is formed with a recess that opens downward and accommodates an outlet portion of a power strip that can be connected to an electronic device.
Further, in the first aspect of the present invention, since the recess for accommodating the outlet portion of the power strip is formed on the top plate, the wiring of the electronic device installed on the top plate is connected to the outlet portion of the power strip. Can be connected. And since the outlet part of a power tap is accommodated in a recessed part, it can prevent that the outlet part of a power tap protrudes from the lower surface of a top plate.
Therefore, when the top plate is lowered, even if the top plate and an article such as a wagon installed under the top plate come close to or come into contact with each other, the outlet portion of the power strip is sandwiched between the top plate and the article. It is possible to prevent the power strip and the article from being damaged.
Further, since the outlet portion of the power strip does not protrude from the lower surface of the top plate, the user can be prevented from coming into contact with the outlet portion of the power strip.
In addition, the outlet part of the power strip indicates the part where the outlet to which the plug of the electronic device is plugged is provided, and the wiring part of the power strip is connected to the outlet part to supply power to the outlet part. Shown as wiring.
Further, in the top / bottom lift desk according to the second aspect of the present invention, the outlet portion of the power strip is preferably magnetically attached to the inner surface of the recess.
By setting it as such a structure, the outlet part of a power strip can be easily fixed in a recessed part. Further, the position of the outlet portion of the power strip can be easily changed.
Moreover, in the top-plate elevating desk according to the third aspect of the present invention, the inner surface of the recess has a bottom surface portion that is parallel to the floor surface to be arranged, and a side surface portion that extends downward from the bottom surface portion, It is preferable that the outlet portion of the power strip is magnetically attached to at least one of the bottom surface portion and the side surface portion.
The direction of the outlet portion of the power strip changes depending on whether the outlet portion of the power strip is magnetically attached to the bottom portion or the side portion. For this reason, the outlet part of the power strip is magnetically attached to at least one of the bottom part and the side part according to the shape of the outlet part of the concave part or the power strip, so that the outlet part of the power strip does not protrude from the concave part. The entire outlet portion of the tap can be accommodated in the recess.
Further, in the top-plate elevating desk according to the fourth aspect of the present invention, the top plate is formed with a hole that penetrates in the vertical direction and can be inserted through the wiring of the electronic device. It is preferable to arrange | position in the position which overlaps.
By setting it as such a structure, the wiring of the electronic device on a top plate can be easily reached to a recessed part, and simplification of wiring can be aimed at. For this reason, while being able to make the appearance of the wiring of an electronic device favorable, the wiring of an electronic device can be performed easily.
Moreover, in the top-plate elevating desk according to the fifth aspect of the present invention, the recess extends so that at least one end in the extending direction reaches the edge of the top plate, and the wiring portion of the power strip Is preferably drawn from the edge of the top plate to the outside of the top plate through the recess.
By adopting such a configuration, the wiring part of the power strip does not hang down below the top board. Therefore, when the top board is lifted, the wiring part of the power strip is installed under the top board, etc. Can be prevented from being caught on the article. Further, since the wiring portion of the power strip does not hang down below the top plate, the user can be prevented from coming into contact with the wiring portion of the power strip.
According to the top / bottom desk of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the power strip installed on the lower side of the top plate from coming into contact with an article or user such as a wagon installed under the top plate.

As shown in FIG. 5, for example, two intermediate reinforcing members 14 are provided on the lower surface 4 u of the top plate 4 at intervals in the front-rear direction. The intermediate reinforcing members 14 are formed so as to extend in the width direction of the top plate 4. Each intermediate reinforcing member 14 includes a front joint surface 14a and a rear joint surface 14b along the lower surface 4u of the top plate 4, a front surface 14c that hangs vertically downward from the front joint surface 14a, and a vertical joint from the rear joint surface 14b. The rear surface 14d that hangs down and the lower surface 14e that is located in the horizontal plane and connects the lower end of the front surface 14c and the lower end of the rear surface 14d are integrally provided. The intermediate reinforcing material 14 is formed by bending a steel plate. The intermediate reinforcing member 14 is joined by spot welding or the like in a state where the front joint surface 14a and the rear joint surface 14b are in contact with the lower surface 4u of the top plate 4, respectively.
As shown in FIG. 6, the front reinforcing member 15 includes a rear joint surface 15a along the lower surface 4u of the top plate 4, a rear surface 15b hanging vertically downward from the rear joint surface 15a, and a front end from the lower end of the rear surface 15b. A lower surface 15c extending upward, a step portion 15d bent upward at the front end portion of the lower surface 15c, a front support surface 15e extending forward from the step portion 15d and extending along the upper surface of the lower flat surface F5 of the base member 211, A front surface 15f extending vertically upward from the front end of the portion support surface 15e, a front inclined surface 15g extending obliquely upward rearward from the upper end of the front surface 15f, and extending along the lower side of the upper slant surface F2 of the base member 211; Are integrally provided. The front reinforcing member 15 has a front support surface 15e, a front surface 15f, and a front inclined surface 15g inserted between the lower plane F5 and the upper slant surface F2 of the front end 4a of the top plate 4 from the rear. The rear joint surface 15a is abutted against the lower surface 4u of the top plate 4 and is joined by spot welding or the like.
Next, the operation and effect of the top / bottom desk 1 according to this embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings.
In the top plate elevating desk 1 according to the present embodiment described above, the top plate 4 is formed with the recess 469 that can accommodate the outlet portion 11a of the power strip 11, so that the top portion 4 of the power strip 11 can be Wiring of electronic equipment installed on the top can be connected.
Then, the outlet portion 11 a of the power tap 11 is accommodated in the recess 469 formed in the top plate 4, whereby the outlet portion 11 a of the power tap 11 can be prevented from protruding from the lower surface of the top plate 4.
For this reason, even if the top plate 4 and an article such as a wagon installed under the top plate 4 come close to or come into contact with the top plate 4 when the top plate 4 is lowered, the outlet portion 11a of the power strip 11 remains on the top plate. 4 and the article can be prevented from being damaged, and the outlet portion 11a of the power strip and the article can be prevented from being damaged.
Further, since the outlet portion 11 a of the power strip 11 does not protrude from the lower surface of the top plate 4, the user can be prevented from coming into contact with the outlet portion 11 a of the power strip 11.
Further, since the outlet portion 11 a of the power strip 11 is magnetically attached to the inner surface of the recess 469, the outlet portion 11 a of the power tap 11 can be easily fixed in the recess 469. Further, the position of the outlet portion 11a of the power tap 11 can be easily changed.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, the outlet portion 11a of the power strip 11 is configured to be magnetically attachable to each of the second horizontal plate portion 464, the second vertical plate portion 463, and the third vertical plate portion 465 constituting the recess 469. Yes. The outlet portion 11a of the power tap 11 is magnetically attached to the second horizontal plate portion 464, when magnetically attached to the second vertical plate portion 463, and when magnetically attached to the third vertical plate portion 465. And each direction changes. For this reason, according to the shape of the recessed part 469 or the outlet part 11a of the power tap 11, the outlet part 11a of the power tap 11 is any one of the second horizontal plate part 464, the second vertical plate part 463, and the third vertical plate part 465. The outlet portion 11a of the power tap 11 can be accommodated in the recess 469 without protruding from the recess 469.
In addition, the top plate 4 is formed with a wiring insertion hole 49 that penetrates in the vertical direction and can be inserted into the wiring of the electronic device, and the wiring insertion hole 49 is disposed at a position overlapping the concave portion 469 in plan view. The wiring of the electronic device on the top plate 4 can easily reach the recess 469, and the wiring can be simplified. For this reason, while being able to make the appearance of the wiring of an electronic device favorable, the wiring of an electronic device can be performed easily.
Further, since the recess 469 extends in the left-right direction and both end portions in the left-right direction reach the left-right edge of the top plate 4, the wiring portion 11 b of the power strip 11 is passed through the recess 469 in the left-right direction of the top plate 4. Can be pulled out to the outside. For this reason, since the wiring part 11b of the power strip 11 does not hang down below the top board 4, the wiring part 11b of the power tap 11 is installed below the top board 4 when the top board 4 is raised or lowered. It can be prevented from being caught by such articles. Moreover, since the wiring part 11b of the power strip 11 does not hang down below the top plate 4, the user can be prevented from coming into contact with the wiring part 11b of the power strip 11.
According to the top plate elevating desk 1 having the above-described configuration, the upper slant surface F2 that is inclined downward toward the front is provided on the upper side of the front end portion 4a of the top plate 4 so that the user's torso, arms, etc. In addition, the front end portion 4a of the top plate 4 can be prevented from biting in. Thereby, it becomes possible to use the top-plate elevating desk 1 in a comfortable use environment. Even if the user stands for a long time and the user leans forward and leans on the front end 4a of the top plate 4, the front end 4a of the top plate 4 bites into the user's body part. Can be suppressed.
Moreover, the top plate 4 has a front end lower curved surface F4 that is inclined rearward downward on the lower side of the front end portion 4a. By having such a configuration, as compared with a configuration in which the front end lower curved surface F4 is not formed below the front end portion 4a of the top plate 4, the field of view of the top plate 4 in the lower space is widened. Further, the front end portion 4a of the support can be made thin, and the appearance of the top plate 4 can be improved.
Further, an operation unit 7 for operating the lifting mechanism unit 5 is provided below the front end portion 4a of the top plate 4 and behind the front end lower curved surface F4. By having such a configuration, the visibility of the operation unit 7 provided on the lower side of the front end portion 4a of the top plate 4 is enhanced by the front end lower curved surface F4.
Therefore, the operability when the user raises and lowers the top plate 4 up and down can be improved.
In addition, the top plate 4 has a top surface 4t, an upper slant surface F2, a front end upper curved surface F3, and a front end lower curved surface F4 which are integrally formed continuously so that the outer surface 211f of the top plate 4 is smooth. become.
Furthermore, when the shape of the front end portion 4a of the top plate 4 as described above is realized by, for example, a wood material, it is necessary to ensure a large vertical thickness of the front end portion 4a in order to ensure the strength of the front end portion 4a. There is. On the other hand, by configuring the top plate 4 with the steel base member 21 and the surface covering material 12, the strength of the top plate 4 is ensured while keeping the thickness of the front end portion 4a of the top plate 4 thin. It becomes possible to do.
Moreover, in the top plate elevating desk 1 provided with the top plate 4 as described above, the leg body 2 has an elevating mechanism unit 5 in the middle part of the top plate 4. As described above, when the lifting mechanism unit 5 that constitutes the support column of the leg 2 is positioned at the intermediate portion in the front-rear direction of the top plate 4, if a load is applied to the front end portion 4 a of the top plate 4, the lifting mechanism unit 5. A large moment acts on. In particular, in the top / bottom desk 1 that can move the top 4 up and down, if the top 4 is lifted and the front end 4a of the top 4 is subjected to a load, the tipping resistance is lowered.
On the other hand, since the upper slant surface F2 is formed on the front end portion 4a of the top plate 4, when placing a hand or placing an article on the top plate 4, the upper slant surface F2 Hard to place. Therefore, the region where the load is applied by placing a hand on the top plate 4 or placing an article is the region behind the upper slant surface F2. Therefore, the point of application of the load is closer to the lifting mechanism unit 5 and the moment acting on the lifting mechanism unit 5 is reduced. Thereby, the fall-proof property of the top plate elevating desk 1 can be improved.
Further, in the top plate 4, the upper slant surface F2 is formed only at the front end portion 4a, and the rear end portion 4b and the side end portion 4c are formed by the drooping surface Fv. Therefore, when the rear end portion 4b and the side end portion 4c of the top plate elevating desk 1 are arranged to abut against the wall surface or other fixtures, the rear end portion 4b or the side end portion 4c of the top plate 4 and the wall surface It is difficult for gaps and recesses to occur between other fixtures. As a result, it is possible to prevent articles from falling from the top 4.

In the above-described embodiment, the inner surface of the recess 469 has magnetism, but may not have magnetism. In this case, the outlet portion 11 a of the power strip 11 is preferably fixed to the recess 469 with a fixing tool such as a screw or a hook provided in the recess 469. Further, a plate material on which the outlet portion 11a of the power tap 11 can be placed may be provided on the lower side of the recess 469.
In the above embodiment, the second horizontal plate portion 464, the second vertical plate portion 463, and the third vertical plate portion 465 constituting the recess 469 have magnetism, and the outlet portion 11a of the power strip 11 is magnetized. A part of the inner surface of the recessed portion 469 to be worn has magnetism. The outlet portion of the power strip 11 may be magnetically attached to the portion having magnetism.
In the above embodiment, the wiring insertion hole 49 is formed in the top plate 4, but it may not be formed.
In the above-described embodiment, two wiring insertion holes 49 are formed at positions that overlap with the recesses 469 in a plan view, but may be formed at positions that do not overlap with the recesses 469 in a plan view. The number formed in the above may also be set as appropriate.
In the above-described embodiment, the recess 469 extends in the left-right direction, both end portions in the left-right direction reach the left-right edge of the top plate 4, and the wiring portion 11 b of the power strip 11 passes through the recess 469. The wiring portion 11b of the power tap 11 may be drawn to the lower side or the outer side of the top plate 4 without passing through the recess 469.
Further, for example, in the above embodiment, the upper slant surface F2 is formed as the upper inclined portion of the front end portion 4a of the top plate 4. However, if the upper slant surface F2 is inclined downward toward the front, the flat inclined surface is formed. However, the upper inclined portion may be configured by a curved surface. Similarly, the lower inclined portion formed on the front end portion 4a is not limited to the front end lower curved surface F4, and a flat inclined surface may be formed as long as it is inclined rearward downward.
In the above-described embodiment, the upper slant surface F2 is formed only on the front end 4a of the top plate 4. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Depending on the form of use of the top / bottom desk 1, the top end 4b and the side end 4c may be provided with an upper slant surface F2 and a front end lower curved surface F4 in the same manner as described above.
