Claims (19)
- 외부기어에 형성되는 치형에 상호간 대응되어 상대 이동되는 다수의 동력전달핀을 구비하는 핀치차;상기 핀치차의 회전축심에 대하여 교차되는 방향으로 배치되며, 상기 핀치차의 회전을 위한 동력을 발생시키는 모터; 및상기 핀치차와 상기 모터 사이에서 상기 핀치차와 상기 모터에 연결되며, 상기 모터의 회전운동을 상기 핀치차의 회전운동으로 전달하는 운동 전달유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 운동 전달유닛은,유닛 하우징; 및상기 유닛 하우징의 내부에 마련되며, 상기 모터 측의 회전력을 감속시켜 상기 핀치차로 전달하는 내장형 감속모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 내장형 감속모듈은,상기 핀치차의 회전축심에 대하여 교차되는 방향으로 상기 유닛 하우징에 형성되는 제1 관통부로 삽입되며, 상기 모터에 의해 회전되는 구동 기어; 및상기 제1 관통부와 연통되고 상기 제1 관통부와 교차되는 방향으로 형성되는 제2 관통부로 삽입되며, 상기 구동 기어와 기어 맞물림되어 상기 구동 기어의 회전력을 감속시키는 피동 기어를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 구동 기어는 구동 베벨기어이고, 상기 피동 기어는 피동 베벨기어인 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 내장형 감속모듈은,상기 구동 베벨기어와 결합되어 상기 구동 베벨기어를 고정시키는 구동 베벨기어 고정부재; 및상기 구동 베벨기어 고정부재를 상기 구동 베벨기어에 체결시키는 제1 체결부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 내장형 감속모듈은,상기 구동 베벨기어 고정부재에 이격 배치되며, 상기 구동 베벨기어의 회전을 가이드하는 다수의 구동측 베어링을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 내장형 감속모듈은,상기 구동 베벨기어 고정부재에 접하여 상기 제1 체결부에 의해 상기 구동 베벨기어와 함께 체결되며, 상기 구동 베벨기어의 축 방향 유격을 조절하는 구동 베벨기어 유격 조절부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 내장형 감속모듈은,상기 제2 관통부 측에서 상기 피동 베벨기어와 연결되며, 상기 피동 베벨기어의 회전을 가이드하는 다수의 피동측 베어링을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 내장형 감속모듈은,상기 피동 베벨기어와 연결되며, 상기 피동 베벨기어의 조립위치 유격을 조절하는 피동 베벨기어 유격 조절부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 내장형 감속모듈은,상기 피동 베벨기어를 상기 유닛 하우징에 고정시키는 피동 베벨기어 고정 어댑터를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 내장형 감속모듈은,상기 제2 관통부 영역에서 상기 피동 베벨기어와 연결되는 구동치차를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 내장형 감속모듈은,상기 구동치차의 일측 단부에 형성되는 비원형 샤프트가 압입되는 샤프트 압입홀을 구비하는 샤프트 압입부와, 상기 피동 베벨기어에 형성되는 연결핀들이 삽입되는 핀 삽입구를 구비하며, 상기 구동치차와 연결되어 한 몸체를 이루는 구동치차 압입 구조체; 및상기 구동치차와 상기 구동치차 압입 구조체를 체결시키는 구동치차 체결부를 더 포함하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제11항에 있어서,상기 내장형 감속모듈은,상기 구동치차와 이웃되게 상기 제2 관통부와 나란한 방향으로 상기 유닛 하우징에 형성되는 제3 관통부에 결합되며, 상기 구동치차로부터의 회전력을 상기 핀치차로 전달하는 피동치차를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 내장형 감속모듈은,상기 피동치차와 결합되며, 상기 피동치차의 회전을 가이드하는 다수의 출력측 베어링; 및상기 피동치차와 결합되어 상기 피동치차를 예압하는 피동치차 예압부재를 더 포함하는 것을 징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 운동 전달유닛은,상기 유닛 하우징에 결합되어 상기 피동치차를 보호하는 피동치차 덮개;상기 피동치차 덮개의 반대편에서 상기 유닛 하우징에 결합되어 상기 피동치차의 이탈을 저지시키는 출력단 고정 플레이트; 및상기 유닛 하우징에 결합되어 상기 구동치차를 보호하는 구동치차 덮개를 더 포함하는 것을 징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 제1 관통부 측에 결합되며, 상기 모터와 상기 구동 기어를 연결시키는 모터 연결부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제16항에 있어서,상기 모터 연결부는,상기 모터가 장착되는 모터 장착블록;상기 모터 장착블록에 결합되어 상기 모터를 클램핑시키는 모터 클램프;상기 유닛 하우징의 제1 관통부에 결합되는 입력축 구조체;상기 입력축 구조체와 상기 모터 장착블록에 연결되어 상기 모터의 회전력을 상기 구동 기어로 전달하는 입력축 고정 어댑터; 및상기 유닛 하우징을 향한 상기 입력축 고정 어댑터의 전방에 배치되는 입력측 오일 씰을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 유닛 하우징에는 적어도 하나의 조립기준 정렬부가 더 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 외부기어는 랙, 외치차 또는 내치차 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 동력전달장치.
