Abstract
Description
図2は、図1のA―A面での断面図を示している。図2において、3はモールド成形した発泡体製パッドであるモールドパッド、4は意匠溝2を構成するためのモールドパッド3に設けた溝、5は表皮材、6はウレタン等のワディングで、表皮材5とワディング6でトリムカバー1を構成している。また、トリムカバーは複数枚の表皮材とワディングを繋ぎ合わせて構成されており、その縫製部を7に示している。また、溝4の内部には接着剤8が付加されており、その接着剤により溝4の内部に押し込まれたトリムカバー1の縫製部7が溝4に接着されている。
Claims (8)
- モールドパッドと該モールドパッドを覆うトリムカバーを有した車両用シートの製造方法であって、
前記モールドパッドは溝を有しており、
該溝の内部に接着剤を付加し、
前記トリムカバーを前記溝の内部に押し込み、
前記モールドパッドの前記トリムカバーで覆う反対面から該モールドパッドに蒸気ノズルを挿入し、
前記蒸気ノズルからの加熱または蒸気によって前記溝の内部の接着剤を溶融させて前記溝に前記トリムカバーを接着させることを特徴とする車両用シートの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用シートの製造方法であって、
前記溝の内部への接着剤付加は、前記溝の内部へ接着剤を流し込む、または、前記接着剤をシート状接着剤として前記溝の内部に押し込み仮置きとすることで実施することを特徴とする車両用シートの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用シートの製造方法であって、
前記溝の内部への接着剤付加は、前記接着剤をシート状接着剤として前記トリムカバーを縫製する際に同時に該シート状接着剤を縫い付け縫製部を構成し、前記トリムカバーを前記溝の内部に押し込む代わりに前記縫製部を前記溝の内部に押し込むことで実施することを特徴とする車両用シートの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用シートの製造方法であって、
前記接着剤はホットメルトであることを特徴とする車両用シートの製造方法。 - 請求項1に記載の車両用シートの製造方法であって、
前記蒸気ノズルは、前記溝に沿って所定間隔で前記モールドパッドに挿入され、前記溝の内部の接着剤を溶融させて前記溝に前記トリムカバーを接着させることを特徴とする車両用シートの製造方法。 - モールドパッドと、
該モールドパッドを覆うトリムカバーを有し、
前記モールドパッドは溝を有しており、
前記トリムカバーが前記溝の内部で接着されており、
前記モールドパッドのトリムカバーで覆う反対面から該モールドパッドの内部に前記溝に沿った穴を複数有していることを特徴とする車両用シート。 - 請求項6に記載の車両用シートであって、
前記穴は、前記トリムカバーを前記溝の内部で接着するための接着剤の溶融のための加熱用ノズルの挿入穴であることを特徴とする車両用シート。 - 請求項6に記載の車両用シートであって、
前記溝の内部で接着されている前記トリムカバーは、該トリムカバーの縫製部であることを特徴とする車両用シート。
