- the first reinforcing material 1610 is formed in a thin shell shape surrounding the front of the cushion member 1200, the lower end is formed with a stepped first fastening groove 1130 formed in front of the base plate 1100 It is inserted into and fixed.
- the second reinforcing material 1620 is formed in a thin shell shape surrounding the rear circumference of the cushion member 1200, the lower end of the first fastening groove 1130 formed at the rear of the bottom plate 1100, likewise Inserted in is fixed.
- the first reinforcement 1610 and the second reinforcement 1620 are made of a synthetic resin material having a higher strength than the material of the cushion member 1200 to prevent the cushion member 1200 from being damaged by pressure.
- first reinforcing material 1610 and the second reinforcing material 1620 may be formed in a variety of colors to allow the saddle to be designed in a variety of designs.
- Air cushion saddle according to a second embodiment of the present invention made of the above configuration, by forming an airtight space 1221 in which air is injected into the cushion member 1200 made of a rubber material having a strong elasticity and tensile strength, driving the bicycle Frequent friction and impact on the road surface eliminates saddle pain and provides a comfortable ride.
- the cushion member 1200 is formed by separating the lower plate 1210 and the upper cover 1220, simplifying the configuration and convenient to manufacture, can be easily replaced and repaired when the upper cover 1220 is damaged. The effect is caused.
- the present invention can be applied to the field of air cushion saddle that can alleviate the pain of the musculoskeletal system or skin generated around the pelvis when riding a bicycle for a long time and smooth blood circulation.
