使用本实用新型可视发热综合保健眼镜时,发热眼罩4正对应于人眼部位置,按摩部44的按摩层47紧贴眼部皮肤,通过振动马达的振动带动本实用新型可视发热综合保健眼镜振动,进而按摩部44也振动,对眼部肌肤产生按摩作用,缓解疲劳。当发热环46加热时,可产生红外线对眼睑及眼袋进行热敷,防止黑眼圈及眼袋,发热环46散发出来的热量使眼部肌肤温度升高,进而流汗,汗水变成水汽,充满第一通道42和第二通道52,使发热眼罩4、眼杯5和镜片6组合在一起成为眼部湿房,可以治疗干眼症。
现有眼镜中的湿房是密闭的,水汽接触到比较冷的湿房壁后就会起雾,使用者无法正常视物。为了解决这一问题,发明人进行了大量尝试,发现当所述镜片6与眼杯5之间具有一定间隙8时可以同时达到防止起雾、正常视物以及治疗干眼症的作用。水汽由第一通道42向前行进,进入第二通道52,由于发热环46产生的热量,发热眼罩4与眼杯5的温度比较高,不会使水汽起雾,因镜片6位于最前端,其与外界进行热交换,温度较低,水汽只有接触到镜片6时才可能起雾,通过在镜片6与眼杯5之间设置防雾通道即间隙8,水汽不会接触镜片6而由间隙8输至湿房外,该间隙8还使其附近湿房内外的温差变小,也避免起雾。该间隙不宜太大或太小,太大会使水汽流失
过快,不能起到湿房的作用,太小则仍有雾气产生,不能防雾和正常视物。因此,所述镜片6与眼杯5之间的间隙8优选的0.5-3mm,更优选为1-2mm,该宽度的间隙8不仅能作为防雾通道,以防止眼杯5内起雾,还可以使第一通道42和第二通道52保持大量水汽以治疗干眼症。
如图3所示,优选的,为了更好的调整所述间隙8的宽度,从而达到调整湿度的目的,所述可视发热综合保健眼镜还设有湿度调整机构,所述湿度调整机构包括分别设置于所述镜片6两侧的固定孔61、与所述固定孔61位置对应且分别设置于所述眼杯5两侧的凸柱53、旋钮螺钉9以及弹簧91,所述弹簧91设置于所述固定孔61与所述凸柱53之间,所述凸柱53还设有安装孔,所述旋钮螺钉9穿过所述固定孔61和所述弹簧91后与所述安装孔螺接。
进一步的说,为了更好实施镜片与眼杯之间宽度的调整,使其达到理想的湿度,所述旋钮螺钉的螺帽可为正多边形结构,优选为正六边形结构。
所述镜片6可拆卸地安装在眼杯5前部,便于使用者替换不同功能的镜片来配合治疗,如可以选用屈光矫正镜片、近视眼或老花眼防治镜片等,以用来进行屈光矫正、近视眼及老花眼防治。所述镜片6可拆卸地安装在眼杯5前部还便于使用者替换不同度数的镜片来配合治疗。如开始治疗时,使用者近视度数为500°,其镜片也为500°,经过一段时间的治疗后,使用者近视度数降为300°,便可以只将镜片替换为300°的镜片,其他部件不必更换,减轻了使用者的经济负
担。
优选的,所述眼杯5和镜片6都为透明眼杯和透明镜片,在使用本实用新型可视发热综合保健眼镜时,可以正常用眼,如正常读书、写字或看电视等,在治疗的同时,可以学习或娱乐,使枯燥的治疗过程变得有趣,提高了使用者的积极性,利于使用者长期坚持使用。
所述控制箱2包含前盖24和后盖23,前盖24和后盖23之间设有控制电路板22。如图6所示,所述控制电路板22上设有开关按键25、指示灯26、充电插头27和锂电池28。控制电路板22通过电缆21与发热环46电连接,以控制发热环46的工作与否;电路控制板22通过电缆21与振动马达7电连接,以控制振动马达7的振动与否。所述开关按键25用于控制本实用新型可视发热综合保健眼镜的工作与否,指示灯26指示充电状态、工作状态等。所述充电插头27连接外电源后对锂电池28进行充电,锂电池28用于对控制电路板22、振动马达7和发热环46供电。本实用新型具有多种功能,控制箱2可以控制同时使用一种或多种功能。
优选的,所述头部固定件3分为左固定件和右固定件,所述左、右固定件的前端与壳体1连接,所述左、右固定件的后端与控制箱2连接。
优选的,所述壳体1分为前壳12和后壳13。所述后壳13内侧中上部安装振动马达7,振动马达7通过电缆21与控制电路板22连接。前壳12上设有出线口,用于将电缆21由壳体1内引至壳体1外。
实施例2
本实施例中可视发热综合保健眼镜采用完全头戴式设计,包含壳体1、控制箱2和头部固定件3,壳体1和控制箱2通过头部固定件3相对设置,所述壳体1上设有两个镜孔11,两个镜孔11位于壳体1对应双眼的位置,每个镜孔11内设有一个发热眼罩4、一个眼杯5和一个镜片6,眼杯5后部与发热眼罩4连接,眼杯5前部与镜片6可拆卸地连接,所述镜片6与眼杯5之间具有0.5-3mm的间隙8,所述眼杯5和镜片6都为全透明的。
优选的,所述壳体1分为前壳12和后壳13,前壳12和后壳13之间通过紧固件连接。所述后壳13内侧中上部通过紧固件安装振动马达7,振动马达7通过电缆21与控制电路板连接。前壳12上设有出线口,用于将电缆21由壳体1内引至壳体1外。
所述控制箱2包含前盖24和后盖23,前盖24和后盖23通过紧固件连接。前盖24和后盖23之间设有控制电路板22。如图5所示所述控制电路板22上设有开关按键25、指示灯26、充电插头27和锂电池28,前盖24上设有相应的通孔,以便开关按键25、指示灯26、充电插头27的显露或显示。控制电路板22与发热环46和振动马达7电连接。
优选的,所述头部固定件3为绷带,分为左绷带和右绷带。前壳12的左右两侧各有一个裂隙状的绷带扣31,前壳12左侧绷带扣31的前面设置电缆21的出线口。所述左、右绷带的前端固定在前壳12左右两侧的绷带扣31上。所述后盖23左右两侧各设有一个绷带扣31,左、右绷带的后端固定在控制箱后盖23左右两侧的绷带扣31上。
优选的,如图4所示,所述发热眼罩4包含管状眼罩本体41,眼罩本体41围成第一通道42,眼罩本体41包含发热部43和与其相连的按摩部44,发热部43包含环形槽45及设置于其内的发热环46,按摩部44包含按摩层47。眼杯5包含管状杯体51,管状杯体51前窄后宽,杯体51前部为圆锥台状,杯体51后部为方管状或圆管状,杯体51围成第二通道52,镜片6通过上下两个紧固件安装在杯体51前部,杯体51后部后端与发热眼罩4的发热部43扣合连接,杯体51前部铰接在后壳镜孔上。优选的,第二通道52前端为椭圆形,镜片6也为椭圆形。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本实用新型的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本实用新型专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本实用新型的保护范围。因此,本实用新型专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (12)
- 可视发热综合保健眼镜,其特征在于:包含壳体、控制箱和头部固定件,壳体与头部固定件连接,所述壳体上设有镜孔,镜孔内设有眼杯,眼杯前部设有镜片,眼杯后部设有发热眼罩,壳体内部设有振动马达,发热眼罩和振动马达通过电缆与控制箱连接;所述镜片与眼杯之间还设有防雾通道以及湿度调整机构。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可视发热综合保健眼镜,其特征在于:控制箱与头部固定件连接,壳体和控制箱相对设置。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可视发热综合保健眼镜,其特征在于:所述防雾通道为宽度0.5-3mm的间隙。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可视发热综合保健眼镜,其特征在于:所述镜片可拆卸地安装在眼杯前部。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可视发热综合保健眼镜,其特征在于:所述发热眼罩包含管状眼罩本体,眼罩本体包含发热部,发热部包含环形槽及设置于其内的发热环。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可视发热综合保健眼镜,其特征在于:所述眼罩本体还包含和发热部相连的按摩部,按摩部包含按摩层。
- 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的可视发热综合保健眼镜,其特征在于:眼杯包含管状杯体,杯体铰接在镜孔上,杯体前部前端安装镜片,杯体后部后端与发热眼罩扣合连接。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可视发热综合保健眼镜,其特征在于:所述控制箱包含前盖和后盖,前盖和后盖之间设有控制电路板,所述控制电路板上设有开关按键、指示灯、充电插头和锂电池,控制电路 板通过电缆与振动马达及发热环连接。
- 根据权利要求8所述的可视发热综合保健眼镜,其特征在于:所述壳体分为前壳和后壳,后壳镜孔与杯体铰接,所述头部固定件为绷带,分为左绷带和右绷带,前壳的左右两侧和控制箱后盖左右两侧各有一个绷带扣,左绷带前端和右绷带前端固定在前壳左右两侧的绷带扣上,左绷带后端和右绷带后端固定在控制箱后盖左右两侧的绷带扣上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的可视发热综合保健眼镜,其特征在于:所述镜片为透明镜片,所述眼杯为透明眼杯。
- 根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的可视发热综合保健眼镜,其特征在于:所述湿度调整机构包括分别设置于所述镜片两侧的固定孔、与所述固定孔位置对应且分别设置于所述眼杯两侧的凸柱、旋钮螺钉以及弹簧,所述弹簧设置于所述固定孔与所述凸柱之间,所述凸柱还设有安装孔,所述旋钮螺钉穿过所述固定孔和所述弹簧后与所述安装孔螺接。
- 根据权利要求11所述的可视发热综合保健眼镜,其特征在于:所述旋钮螺钉的螺帽为正多边形结构。
