所述触发开关与所述电池管理模块电连接,用于受到触发时所述电池管理模块控制所述指示灯的亮灭以显示所述电池的电量。
可选的,所述盒体内设置有第二电路板以及与所述第一导光件接触的遮光件,所述第二电路板与所述第一电路板电连接,所述遮光件用于阻挡光线向四周扩散使所述指示灯发出的光线直射到所述第一导光件上,所述指示灯位于所述第二电路板上。
可选的,所述盖体内设置有与所述第一导光件位置相对应的第二导光件,用于将所述第一导光件导出的光导出,以使当所述盖体盖设在所述盒体上时通过观察所述第一导光件导出的光线,以观察所述电池的电量信息。
可选的,所述盖体的背离所述盒体的端面上盖设有透明的镜片,所述镜片与所述第二导光件接触,所述镜片用于当所述盖体盖设在所述盒体上时,通过所述镜片观察所述电池的电量信息。
可选的,所述盒体内设置有放置槽;
所述放置槽用于放置弹性件,所述弹性件用于当所述盖体处于打开状态时,所述弹性件被压缩,以使在关闭所述盖体时通过所述弹性件的弹力使所述盖体自动复位。
可选的,所述盖体内设置有双面胶,所述双面胶用于粘结所述镜片与所述第二导光件。
应用以上技术方案,在充电座的充电电极(即第一电极,第二电极以及第三电极)上分别设置有固定件,所述固定件上设置有向外凸出的弹片,该弹片具有导电性,使得第一电极和第二电极分别通过所述弹片穿过第一电路板上的连接孔并在连接孔的节点处焊金属层或者通过所述弹片与第一电路板弹性抵接,从而直接与第一电路板电连接,第三电极的所述弹片直接连接电子线并通过所述电子线与第一电路板电连接,因此,比现有技术中直接将充电座的充电电极绕线铆接电路板实用性更强,不易发生电子线杂乱、易断路、接触不良、铆接错误等现象,大幅度减少绕线铆接的工序,操作方便,提高了生产效率。

具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种电子烟盒,用于解决现有技术中充电座的充电电极与电路板的连接过程中存在大量绕线铆接工序而导致的缺陷,大幅度减少绕线铆接的工序,操作方便,提高了生产效率。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。

在本发明实施例中,电子烟盒用于放置电子烟以及为所述电子烟充电,其中,所述电子烟盒包括:
盒体101和与所述盒体101活动连接的盖体102;
该盒体101优选为长方体形或正方体形等,具体形状在本实施例中不作限定。该盒体101与盖体102的连接方式优选为旋转或者翻转,具体连接方式在本发明实施例中不作限定。
所述盒体101内设置有充电座201以及与所述充电座201电连接的第一电路板202;
所述充电座201用于与插入所述电子烟盒内的所述电子烟相连,所述第一电路板202用于为所述充电座201提供电路连接;
请参阅图2,充电座201的一个分散结构示意图,所述充电座201包括支架301,以及固定在所述支架301上的在外力作用下能够弹性伸缩的第一电极302,第二电极303和第三电极304,其中,请参阅图3,充电座201的一种整体结构示意图,所述第一电极301,所述第二电极302以及所述第三电极303上分别设置有固定件401,所述固定件401上设置有向外凸出的弹片402,所述弹片402具有导电性,所述第一电极302和所述第二电极303分别通过所述弹片402穿过所述第一电路板202上的连接孔并在所述连接孔的节点处焊金属层或者通过所述弹片402与所述第一电路板202弹性抵接,从而直接与所述第一电路板202电连接,所述第三电极303的所述弹片402直接连接电子线403并通过所述电子线403与所述第一电路板202电连接。
与现有技术不同的是,在本发明实施例中,在固定件上设置有向外凸出的弹片,利用弹片的弹性伸缩性,使得第一电极和第二电极通过弹片穿过所述第一电路板上的连接孔并在所述连接孔的节点处焊金属层从而直接与所述第一电路板电连接,或者第一电极和第二电极通过所述弹片与所述第一电路板弹性抵接,从而直接与所述第一电路板电连接。而第三电极的所述弹片直接连接电子线并通过所述电子线与所述第一电路板电连接。可见,在本发明实施例中大幅度减少绕线铆接的工序,操作方便,提高了生产效率。
在本发明实施例中,在充电座的第一电极,第二电极以及第三电极上分别设置有固定件,所述固定件上设置有向外凸出的弹片,该弹片具有导电性,使 得第一电极和第二电极分别通过所述弹片穿过第一电路板上的连接孔并在连接孔的节点处焊金属层或者通过所述弹片与第一电路板弹性抵接,从而直接与第一电路板电连接,第三电极的所述弹片直接连接电子线并通过所述电子线与第一电路板电连接,因此,比现有技术中直接将充电座的充电电极绕线铆接电路板实用性更强,不易发生电子线杂乱、易断路、接触不良、铆接错误等现象,大幅度减少绕线铆接的工序,操作方便。
优选地,请参阅图4,所述弹片402呈直线形,所述第一电极302和所述第二电极303分别通过所述弹片402穿过所述第一电路板202上的连接孔203并在所述连接孔203的节点处焊锡,从而直接与所述第一电路板202电连接。可见,充分利用弹片402的弹性伸缩性,通过弹片402穿过第一电路板202上的连接孔203,并在所述连接孔203的节点处焊锡,从而直接与所述第一电路板202电连接,省去了绕线铆接工序,操作简单,实用性强。
优选地,请参阅图5,所述弹片402呈弯曲形,所述第一电极302和所述第二电极303分别通过所述弹片402上弹性凸出的端口部位404与所述第一电路板202弹性抵接,从而直接与所述第一电路板202电连接。可见,与图2所示的结构不同的是,弹片402呈弯曲形,因此通过弹片402上弹性凸出的端口部位404直接与第一电路板202弹性抵接,从而直接与所述第一电路板202电连接,同样省去了绕线铆接工序,操作简单,实用性强。
需要说明的是,弹片的形状除了上述直线形或者弯曲形外,还可以是其他形状,此处不做具体限定。
进一步,请参阅图6和图7,所述第一电极302,所述第二电极303以及所述第三电极304上还分别设置有弹簧501,弹簧套502,以及电极帽503;
所述弹簧501的一端与所述固定件401电连接,所述固定件401用于固定所述弹簧501;所述固定件401上设置有向外凸出的弹片402,所述弹片402具有导电性,其中,图7所示的结构中,所述弹片402上设置有弹性凸出的端口部位404,所述弹簧501的另一端与所述电极帽503电连接,用于所述电极帽503的弹性收缩,所述弹簧套502套设在所述弹簧501上,用于保护所述弹簧501不受损坏及引导所述弹簧501朝预设方向伸缩,所述电极帽503的一端与所述弹簧套502活动插接相连,所述电极帽503的另一端用于与所述电子烟 弹性抵接,其中,所述固定件401,所述弹簧501,所述弹簧套502,以及所述电极帽503都具有导电性,其中,第一电极,第二电极或者第三电极中的任意一个电极可以作为检测电极,用于检测电子烟插入电子烟盒内时发送信号给电子烟盒内的微控制器,从而为电子烟自动启动充电模式,有效控制电子烟的整个充电过程。
进一步,请参阅图1,所述充电座201设置有供所述电子烟的端部插入的充电插槽305,所述第一电极302的电极帽与所述第三电极304的电极帽位于所述充电插槽305的相对两侧,以使在电子烟的端部插入充电插槽305内时,所述第一电极302的电极帽与所述第三电极304的电极帽较好地夹持在所述电子烟上,使电连接更可靠。所述盒体101内位于所述充电插槽305的一侧设置有用于套设固定所述电子烟的硅胶套306,可见,硅胶套起到了很好的固定作用,进一步保证了电子烟与电子烟盒电连接的可靠性,本发明实施例中优选为硅胶套,还可以是其他用于固定的结构,此处不做具体限定。
优选地,请参阅图8,所述盖体102与所述盒体101的连接处设置有用于连接所述盖体102与所述盒体101的转轴103,当所述盖体102打开或关闭时,所述盖体102绕所述转轴103转动;
所述盖体102内设置有用于阻碍所述盖体转动的阻挡机构(图未示),以当所述盖体102绕所述盒体101转动预设角度后受到所述阻挡机构的阻挡,而避免所述盖体102的外表面与所述盒体101相接触,从而使所述盖体102不容易被刮花,延长了电子烟盒的使用寿命。
所述盒体101内设置有电池204,所述电池204用于通过所述充电座201向所述电子烟充电,所述电池204与所述第一电路板202电连接;所述第一电路板202上设置有电池管理模块(图未示),所述电池管理模块用于控制所述电池204为所述电子烟充电。
所述盒体101内设置有第一导光件205、触发开关206及若干个用于表征电池电量的指示灯(图未示);
所述第一导光件205位于所述盒体101的与所述盖体102相邻的一端,用于将所述指示灯发出的光导出,以使当所述盖体102处于打开状态时通过观察所述第一导光件205导出的光线,以观察所述电池204的电量信息;
所述触发开关206与所述电池管理模块电连接,用于受到触发时所述电池管理模块控制所述指示灯的亮灭以显示所述电池204的电量。
优选地,所述盒体101内设置有第二电路板207以及与所述第一导光件205接触的遮光件208,所述第二电路板207与所述第一电路板202电连接,所述遮光件208用于阻挡光线向四周扩散使所述指示灯发出的光线直射到所述第一导光件205上,所述指示灯位于所述第二电路板207上,具体地,该遮光件可为遮光板,用于将指示灯发出的光进行处理,防止散射,此处不做具体限定。
优选地,所述盖体101内设置有与所述第一导光件205位置相对应的第二导光件209,用于将所述第一导光件205导出的光导出,以使当所述盖体102盖设在所述盒体101上时通过观察所述第一导光件205导出的光线,以观察所述电池204的电量信息,可见,通过观察第一导光件205导出的光线以获取电池的电量信息,便于用户使用,提高了用户体验。
优选地,所述盖体102的背离所述盒体101的端面上盖设有透明的镜片210,所述镜片210与所述第二导光件209接触,所述镜片210用于当所述盖体102盖设在所述盒体101上时,通过所述镜片210观察所述电池204的电量信息,具体地,镜片透射指示灯的光线,根据指示灯亮的个数来确认电池的电量信息,比如,所有的指示灯都亮,则说明电池的电量为100%,进一步,还可以根据指示灯亮的明暗程度确认电池的电量信息,比如将指示灯的亮度分为不同程度或者不同色泽,比如具体一个指示灯不同的明暗程度对应不同的电池电量,或者通过所述指示灯部分或全部光线的配合形成不同的颜色以表征电池的电量多少,例如,绿色表示电池电量丰富,红色表示电池电量较小,黄色表示电池剩余一般左右的电量,具体此处不做具体限定。在实际应用中,无论电子烟盒的盖体打开或者盖设在盒体上时,都可以观察第一导光件导出的光线以获取电池的电量信息,便于使用,提高用户体验。
优选地,所述盒体内设置有放置槽211;所述放置槽211用于放置弹性件601,所述弹性件601用于当所述盖体102处于打开状态时,所述弹性件601被压缩,以使在关闭所述盖体时通过所述弹性件601的弹力使所述盖体自动复位。所述盖体102内设置有双面胶701,所述双面胶701用于粘结所述镜片210 与所述第二导光件209。
综上所述,在充电座的第一电极,第二电极以及第三电极上分别设置有固定件,所述固定件上设置有向外凸出的弹片,该弹片具有导电性,使得第一电极和第二电极分别通过所述弹片穿过第一电路板上的连接孔并在连接孔的节点处焊金属层或者通过所述弹片与第一电路板弹性抵接,从而直接与第一电路板电连接,第三电极用于通过所述弹片直接连接电子线并与第一电路板电连接,因此,比现有技术中直接将充电座的充电电极绕线铆接电路板实用性更强,不易发生电子线杂乱、易断路、接触不良、铆接错误等现象,大幅度减少绕线铆接的工序,操作方便,提高了生产效率。

Claims (14)

  1. 一种电子烟盒,用于放置电子烟以及为所述电子烟充电,其特征在于,包括:
    盒体和与所述盒体活动连接的盖体;
    所述盒体内设置有充电座以及与所述充电座电连接的第一电路板;
    所述充电座用于与所述电子烟相连,所述第一电路板用于为所述充电座提供电路连接;
    所述充电座包括支架,以及固定在所述支架上的在外力作用下能够弹性伸缩的第一电极,第二电极和第三电极,其中,所述第一电极,所述第二电极以及所述第三电极上分别设置有固定件,所述固定件上设置有向外凸出的弹片,所述弹片具有导电性,所述第一电极和所述第二电极分别通过所述弹片穿过所述第一电路板上的连接孔并在所述连接孔的节点处焊金属层或者通过所述弹片与所述第一电路板弹性抵接,从而直接与所述第一电路板电连接,所述第三电极的所述弹片直接连接电子线并通过所述电子线与所述第一电路板电连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,
    所述弹片呈直线形,所述第一电极和所述第二电极分别通过所述弹片穿过所述第一电路板上的连接孔并在所述连接孔的节点处焊锡,从而直接与所述第一电路板电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,
    所述弹片呈弯曲形,所述第一电极和所述第二电极分别通过所述弹片上弹性凸出的端口部位与所述第一电路板弹性抵接,从而直接与所述第一电路板电连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,
    所述第一电极,所述第二电极以及所述第三电极上还分别设置有弹簧,弹簧套,以及电极帽;
    所述弹簧的一端与所述固定件电连接,所述固定件用于固定所述弹簧;所述弹簧的另一端与所述电极帽电连接,用于所述电极帽的弹性收缩,所述弹簧套套设在所述弹簧上,用于保护所述弹簧不受损坏及引导所述弹簧朝预设方向伸缩,所述电极帽的一端与所述弹簧套活动插接相连,所述电极帽的另一端用 于与所述电子烟弹性抵接,其中,所述固定件,所述弹簧,所述弹簧套,以及所述电极帽都具有导电性。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,
    所述充电座设置有供所述电子烟的端部插入的充电插槽,所述第一电极的电极帽与所述第三电极的电极帽位于所述充电插槽的相对两侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,
    所述盒体内位于所述充电插槽的一侧设置有用于套设固定所述电子烟的硅胶套。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,
    所述盖体与所述盒体的连接处设置有用于连接所述盖体与所述盒体的转轴,当所述盖体打开或关闭时,所述盖体绕所述转轴转动;
    所述盖体内设置有用于阻碍所述盖体转动的阻挡机构,以当所述盖体绕所述盒体转动预设角度后受到所述阻挡机构的阻挡,而避免所述盖体的外表面与所述盒体相接触。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,
    所述盒体内设置有电池,所述电池用于通过所述充电座向所述电子烟充电,所述电池与所述第一电路板电连接;
    所述第一电路板上设置有电池管理模块,所述电池管理模块用于控制所述电池为所述电子烟充电。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,
    所述盒体内设置有第一导光件、触发开关及若干个用于表征电池电量的指示灯;
    所述第一导光件位于所述盒体的与所述盖体相邻的一端,用于将所述指示灯发出的光导出,以使当所述盖体处于打开状态时通过观察所述第一导光件导出的光线,以观察所述电池的电量信息;
    所述触发开关与所述电池管理模块电连接,用于受到触发时所述电池管理模块控制所述指示灯的亮灭以显示所述电池的电量。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,
    所述盒体内设置有第二电路板以及与所述第一导光件接触的遮光件,所述 第二电路板与所述第一电路板电连接,所述遮光件用于阻挡光线向四周扩散使所述指示灯发出的光线直射到所述第一导光件上,所述指示灯位于所述第二电路板上。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,
    所述盖体内设置有与所述第一导光件位置相对应的第二导光件,用于将所述第一导光件导出的光导出,以使当所述盖体盖设在所述盒体上时通过观察所述第一导光件导出的光线,以观察所述电池的电量信息。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,
    所述盖体的背离所述盒体的端面上盖设有透明的镜片,所述镜片与所述第二导光件接触,所述镜片用于当所述盖体盖设在所述盒体上时,通过所述镜片观察所述电池的电量信息。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,
    所述盒体内设置有放置槽;
    所述放置槽用于放置弹性件,所述弹性件用于当所述盖体处于打开状态时,所述弹性件被压缩,以使在关闭所述盖体时通过所述弹性件的弹力使所述盖体自动复位。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟盒,其特征在于,
    所述盖体内设置有双面胶,所述双面胶用于粘结所述镜片与所述第二导光件。
