Claims (10)
- 基地局との間で無線信号を送受信する送受信部と、
前記基地局とのアップリンク通信のため複数のHARQプロセスを制御するHARQプロセス制御部と、
を有するユーザ装置であって、
前記HARQプロセス制御部は、前記基地局が受信したアップリンクデータの送信元のHARQプロセスを特定可能な所定の送信方法によって、前記複数のHARQプロセスからアップリンクデータを前記基地局にアシンクロナス送信するユーザ装置。 - 前記HARQプロセス制御部は、前記基地局とのキャリアアグリゲーション通信におけるコンポーネントキャリアに対して設定された複数のHARQプロセスを共通のHARQプロセスとして管理するHARQシェアリングを設定する、請求項1記載のユーザ装置。
- 前記HARQプロセス制御部は、所定の期間において同一のHARQプロセスからアップリンクデータを送信する、請求項1又は2記載のユーザ装置。
- 前記HARQプロセス制御部は、前記基地局により指定されるサブフレームのバンドル数又は送信時間間隔数に従って前記所定の期間を設定する、請求項3記載のユーザ装置。
- 前記HARQプロセス制御部は、前記送信元のHARQプロセスを示すHARQプロセス番号を前記基地局に通知する、請求項1又は2記載のユーザ装置。
- 前記HARQプロセス制御部は、前記HARQプロセス番号をアップリンクデータチャネル又はアップリンク制御チャネルにより前記基地局に通知する、請求項5記載のユーザ装置。
- 前記HARQプロセス制御部は、前記基地局から通知されたHARQプロセス番号に対応するHARQプロセスのアップリンクデータを送信する、請求項1又は2記載のユーザ装置。
- 所定の機能が適用されている場合、前記HARQプロセス制御部は、前記基地局から通知されたアップリンクグラントから有効なHARQプロセス番号を検出すると、前記検出したHARQプロセス番号に対応するHARQプロセスのアップリンクデータをアシンクロナス送信し、前記アップリンクグラントから無効なHARQプロセス番号を検出すると、前記複数のHARQプロセスのアップリンクデータをシンクロナス送信する、請求項7記載のユーザ装置。
- 前記HARQプロセス制御部は、HARQプロセス番号の昇順に、再送回数の多い順に、又はラウンドロビンにより前記複数のHARQプロセスからアップリンクデータを前記基地局に送信する、請求項1又は2記載のユーザ装置。
- ユーザ装置との無線通信を制御する通信制御部と、
前記ユーザ装置の複数のHARQプロセスからアシンクロナス送信されたアップリンクデータを処理するアップリンクデータ処理部と、
を有する基地局であって、
前記アップリンクデータ処理部は、当該基地局が受信したアップリンクデータの送信元のHARQプロセスを特定可能な所定の送信方法によって前記複数のHARQプロセスから送信されたアップリンクデータを処理する基地局。
