基于以上香体产品研发的现状和弊端,本发明以沐浴露基质添加乳酸菌-低聚果糖生物抑菌剂和中草药抑菌芳香精油,开发复合型抑菌香体沐浴露。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种生物抑菌剂的香体沐浴露,不仅可以改善体味和实现持久留香效果,还可以提高香体沐浴露的安全性。
一种含有生物抑菌剂的香体沐浴露,所述沐浴露基质包括:
占组合物重量7.0%-35.0%的复合表面活性剂;
占组合物重量1.0%-5.0%的皮肤调理剂;
占组合物重量0.1%-2.0%的黏度调节剂;
占组合物重量0.0%至3.5%的珠光剂;
占组合物重量0.05%-0.2%的螯合剂;

沐浴露各组分含量不足百分之百时用去离子水补足。
本发明所述复合表面活性剂是月桂醇硫酸盐、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐中的一种和C8-C14烷基糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、两性醋酸钠中一种的组合物;所述皮肤调理剂为1.0%-5.0%的海藻聚糖和0-1.0%聚季铵盐-39;所述粘度调节剂是羟乙基纤维素和无机盐中的一种;所述珠光剂是乙二醇双硬脂酸酯和乙二醇单硬脂酸酯中的一种;所述螯合剂是乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
本发明所述的香体沐浴露pH小于7.0,优选pH为5.0-6.5。
本发明所述低聚果糖为重量百分比25%-45%三聚果糖、重量百分比25%-45%四聚果糖、重量百分比5%-10%五聚果糖和重量百分比0-5%蔗糖的混合物。
本发明所述乳酸菌为乳酸杆菌(Lactobacillus)和乳酸球菌(Lactococcus)以及乳酸链球菌(Sreptococcus lactis)的任意组合。
本发明所述醚改性环糊精为羟乙基-β-环糊精和羟丙基β-环糊精的任意组合。
本发明的有益效果是:所述生物抑菌剂的加入,不仅没有化学抑菌剂的刺激性还可以给皮肤带来滋润感,更重要的是抑制导致汗液异味的病原菌生长而促进产生抗菌素的有益菌生长,长期使用可以调节皮肤微生态,改善体味异常。
所述皮肤调理剂海藻聚糖既有良好的保湿效果,据日本林原生物研究所发现海藻糖具有吸附抑制中老年人特有体臭的作用。
所述黑胡椒精油和葡萄柚精油复配的缓释制剂不仅具有芳香持久的特性而且可以组成天然的防腐剂,并辅助抑菌除臭。
所述香体沐浴露不添加防腐剂、香精,香体效果安全持久。
本发明内容详细说明如下:
本发明所述沐浴露为表活型沐浴露,以珠光剂的添加量不同,可分别配置透明型沐浴露和珠光型沐浴露。所述复合表面活性剂以阴离子表面活性剂月桂醇硫酸钠(铵)或月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(铵)作为主表面活性剂,以非离子烷基糖苷型表面活性剂,如巴斯夫公司的Plantacare2000up 、Plantacare 818up和Glucopon 600cs up,或两性表面活性剂椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、两性醋酸钠的一种为助表面活性剂;主表面活性剂与助表面活性剂的比例为5:1-2:1。所述复合表面活性剂能够快速起泡,泡沫细腻柔滑易于重新;烷基糖苷类表面 活性剂添加不仅清除皮肤表面污垢而且可以深层清洁皮肤。
本发明所述皮肤调理剂海藻聚糖既有良好的保湿润肤效果,据日本林原生物研究所发现海藻聚糖具有吸附抑制中老年人特有体臭的作用;聚季铵盐-39是一种三元共聚的季铵盐高分子调理剂,在产品中呈阳离子性,具有抑菌杀菌作用,用作皮肤调理剂可以在皮肤上形成透气膜,使得皮肤光滑和舒爽。
本发明所述黏度调节剂为洗涤用品常用增稠剂。其中无机盐为氯化钠、硫酸钠、氯化铵中的一种;羟乙基纤维素为纤维素衍生物既可以作为增稠剂也可以作为皮肤润滑剂。
本发明沐浴露可用柠檬酸调节pH为5.5-6.5。本发明对所述沐浴露pH范围要求的意义在于:腋下分泌物pH较高被认为是导致其菌群异常,分泌物异味的一个重要因素;pH5.0-6.5的沐浴露能够有效的降低大汗腺分泌物的pH,调整微生物群落结构。而且在此pH值下,甜菜碱等两性表面活性剂显示阳离子特性,可以发挥杀菌和柔软双重功效。
本发明所述生物抑菌剂为香体沐浴露的主要功效成分,乳酸菌发酵提取物与低聚果糖复配物,其含量占香体沐浴露总重量的1.0%-5.0%,优选2.0%-3.5%。所述生物抑菌剂可以为奇华顿公司的Yogurtene balance;也可以为乳酸菌发酵提取物奇华顿公司的Yogortene或Probiophyte Fresh与量子高科(中国)生物股份有限公司的低聚果糖(QHT-MSP-1000S)的混合物其复配比例为1:5-10:1,优选1:4-1:1。
所述乳酸菌发酵提取物INCI名称为LACTOCOCCUS FERMENT EXTRACT,包含乳酸盐、乳酸菌素等发酵产物。
所述乳酸菌为一类利用碳水化合物发酵大量产生乳酸的革兰氏阳性球菌或杆菌,包括乳酸杆菌(Lactobacillus)和乳酸球菌(Lactococcus)以及乳酸 链球菌(Sreptococcus lactis)的任意组合;优选乳酸杆菌属的胚芽乳杆菌(Lactobacillus plantarum)、卷曲乳杆菌(Lactobacillus crispatus)、嗜酸乳杆菌(Lactobacillus acidophilus)与乳酸链球菌(Sreptococcus lactis)的组合。
所述低聚果糖INCI名称为FRUCTOOLIGOSACCHARIDES,为菊粉的水解产物,其结构式如下:

式中n=1-3,低聚果糖为3-5个β-D-呋喃果糖通过β-2,1-键连接,本发明所述低聚果糖中三聚果糖重量百分比为25%-45%,四聚果糖重量百分比为25%-45%、五聚果糖重量百分比为5%-10%,还含有重量百分比为0-5%蔗糖的混合物。
本发明所述黑胡椒精油,在《已使用化妆品原料目录》中为胡椒(PIPER NIGRUM)籽油INCI名称为PIPER NIGRUM(PEPPER)SEED OIL,黑胡椒精油从无色到淡琥珀色,具有胡椒所特有的香气,风味醇香浑厚,自然清新,属于精油调香中的基香原料;其成分为丁香酚、肉豆蔻油醚、黄樟脑以及没药萜烟、樟烯、麝子油烯、柠檬烯、杨梅烯、水茴香萜、松油萜、桧烯、蛇床烯、侧柏烯和丁香油烟;所述葡萄柚精油是由果皮压榨而得的,INCI名称为CITRUS  PARADISI(GRAPEFRUIT)PEEL OIL,气味清新、香甜,有柑橘的果香味,属于调香的头香和体香的香型;所述葡萄柚精油主要含柠檬烯(约占90%),其余为柠檬醛、香茅醇和辛醇等,又含黄酮类化合物具有抑菌活性。黑胡椒精油和葡萄柚精油的复配符合调香规律,香型淡雅悠长,而且提高了产品抑制表皮短杆菌以及金黄色葡萄球菌等条件致病菌的能力。
所述缓释精油制备是以液-液搅拌法制备,将黑胡椒精油和葡萄柚精油以2:1-1:2比例复配,按照1g复配精油加入到的100ml醚改性环糊精饱和溶液中,搅拌、结晶、冷冻干燥;所述醚改性环糊精为羟丙基-β-环糊精、羟乙基-β-环糊精或羧甲基-β-环糊精中的一种或者任意组合,其溶解度大于40g/L。所制备的环糊精包合精油不仅在水基配方中溶解性提高,而且具有延长留香时间的效果。
本发明沐浴露组合物的基础上还可以辅助添加3.0%-10.0%的龙眼(NEPHELIUM LONGANA)籽提取物(NEPHELIUM LONGANA SEED EXTRACT)以增强香体的功效。
本发明所述香体沐浴露组分均为《已使用化妆品原料目录》中列出的原料,成本适宜,便于生产转化。
具体实施方式
本发明的香体沐浴露可以通过任何已知或其它有效的适用于提供沐浴露的技术制备,制备本发明的含有生物抑菌剂的沐浴露的方法包括常规的配制和搅拌技术。
下面是本发明的香体沐浴露的非限定性实例。这些实施例的给出仅仅是为了说明的目的,并不能理解为对本发明的限定,因为在不脱离本发明的精神和 范围的基础上,可以对本发明进行许多改变。在这些实施例中,除非特别说明,所有的浓度都是重量百分比。
实施例1
制备本发明香体沐浴露,其组分为:7.0%月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,2.1%椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱;2.0%海藻聚糖,1.0%聚季铵盐-39;0.3%羟乙基纤维素,2.0%乙二醇双硬脂酸酯,0.1%螯合剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠以及1.0%的生物抑菌剂和5.0%的复配缓释精油。
实施例2
制备本发明香体沐浴露,其组分为:7.0%月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,2.1%椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱;2.0%海藻聚糖,1.0%聚季铵盐-39;0.3%羟乙基纤维素,2.0%乙二醇双硬脂酸酯,0.1%螯合剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠以及2.5%的生物抑菌剂和2.5%的复配缓释精油。
实施例3
制备本发明香体沐浴露,其组分为:7.0%月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,3.0%月桂醇硫酸钠,4.0%椰油基烷基糖苷;2.0%海藻糖,1.0%聚季铵盐-39;0.75%氯化钠,0.1%螯合剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠以及1.0%的生物抑菌剂和0.5%的复配缓释精油。
实施例4
制备本发明香体沐浴露,其组分为:7.0%月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠,3.0%月桂醇硫酸钠,4.0%椰油基烷基糖苷;2.0%海藻糖,1.0%聚季铵盐-39;0.75%氯化钠,0.1%螯合剂乙二胺四乙酸二钠以及5.0%的生物抑菌剂和5.0%的复配缓释精油。
以上配方组成的香体沐浴露具有清洁、抑菌除臭、留香等多重功效。以上实施例以0.3%三氯生取代生物抑菌剂和复配缓释精油作为阳性对照,与不添加生物抑菌剂和复配缓释精油的基础配方为阴性对照;分别处理导致体味异常的表皮棒杆菌的培养液,涂板后3天后观察,实施例1-4对表皮棒杆菌的抑菌率与添加三氯生的阳性对照抑菌率相近或者抑菌率高于阳性对照;实施例1-4与不添加生物抑菌剂和复配缓释精油的阴性对照相比,表皮棒杆菌的数量减少为阴性对照的1/5至1/10。实施例1-4和添加等量的市售香精的对照涂在恩格乐(上海)香精香料公司提供的专用闻香纸上留香时间对比,实施例1-4留香时间在3天以上,而市售香精对照都是在1天以内。
将实施例1-4和加三氯生和等量市售香精的对照对照随机发给30个年龄18-30的男性青年连续试用3周,其在试用产品前使用标准沐浴露3周,试用后1天、3天、7天、21天和停用后10天分别填写改善体味评价、舒适度评价、香型和留香效果评价。结果表明实施例1-4在舒适度、香型和留香效果评价都较对照优胜,在1天后改善体味的评分与对照相近,在3天、7天、21天的改善体味项的评分也优胜对照,特别是停用10天的评价显著优于对照,表明本发明的香体沐浴露长期具有更安全持久的香体效果。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种含有生物抑菌剂的香体沐浴露,所述沐浴露基质包含:
    占组合物重量7.0%-35.0%的复合表面活性剂;
    占组合物重量1.0%-5.0%的皮肤调理剂;
    占组合物重量0.1%-2.0%的黏度调节剂;
    占组合物重量0.0%至3.5%的珠光剂;
    占组合物重量0.05%-0.2%的螯合剂;
    其特征在于还包含占沐浴露总重量1.0%-5.0%的生物抑菌剂和总重量0.5%-5.0%的复配缓释精油;
    其中所述的生物抑菌剂为乳酸菌发酵提取物与低聚果糖复配物,其重量比为1:5-10:1;
    复配缓释精油为黑胡椒精油和葡萄柚果皮油与醚改性环糊精按照2:1:12-1:2:27比例制备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的香体沐浴露,其特征在于,根据其中所述复合表面活性剂是月桂醇硫酸盐、月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐中的一种和C8-C14烷基糖苷、椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱、两性醋酸钠中一种的组合物;所述皮肤调理剂为重量百分比1.0%-5.0%海藻聚糖和重量百分比0-1.0%的聚季铵盐-39;所述黏度调节剂是羟乙基纤维素和无机盐中的一种;所述珠光剂是乙二醇双硬脂酸酯和乙二醇单硬脂酸酯中的一种;所述螯合剂是乙二胺四乙酸二钠。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的香体沐浴露,其特征在于所述低聚果糖为重量百分比25%-45%三聚果糖、重量百分比25%-45%四聚果糖、重量百分比5%-10%五聚果糖和重量百分比0-5%蔗糖的混合物。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的香体沐浴露,其特征在于所述乳酸菌为乳酸杆菌(Lactobacillus)和乳酸球菌(Lactococcus)以及乳酸链球菌(Sreptococcus lactis)的任意组合。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的香体沐浴露,其特征在于所述醚改性环糊精为羟乙基-β-环糊精和羟丙基β-环糊精的任意组合。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的香体沐浴露,其特征在于其pH为5.0-6.5。
